Description

一种双面快递柜
本申请要求在2020年04月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为202020532476.0的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及快递柜技术领域,例如涉及一种双面快递柜。
背景技术
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,快递业务呈高速增长趋势,为解决快递末端的短距离投递发展瓶颈,智能快递柜应运而生。
常使用的快递柜具有一主要特点,即快递员的存件和用户的取件在快递柜的同一面进行操作完成,这类快递柜虽然较为普遍地使用,但其缺陷在于,很难满足如公检法、密封性强的小区等场景的快递业务需求,这些场景中快递员难以随意出入。对此,逐步研发让快递员与用户在不同空间与快递柜进行交互的双面快递柜来解决该技术问题。然而,相关的双面快递柜忽略了在实际信号或信息传递的过程中,出现的因输出优先级导致的一个空间的操作延迟、两个空间里同时使用时的相互干扰以及输出稳定性偏低等问题,最终对操作时快递柜的反应速度造成影响,用户体验差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种双面快递柜,以实现一种稳定性良好且反应速度快的双面快递柜,提高用户体验感。
本申请实施例提供了一种双面快递柜,该双面快递柜包括柜体、第一工控机、第二工控机、第一显示输入模块、第二显示输入模块、第一扬声器和第二扬声器;
柜体包括相反设置的前柜面和后柜面;第一工控机和第二工控机,设置于 柜体内;第一显示输入模块和第一扬声器设置于前柜面,并分别与第一工控机通信连接,第一显示输入模块设置为显示第一操作界面接收第一操作指令并将所述第一操作指令发送至所述第一工控机,所述第一工控机设置为执行所述第一操作指令,以及控制所述第一扬声器进行音频播放;第二显示输入模块和第二扬声器设置于后柜面,并分别与第二工控机通信连接,第二显示输入模块设置为显示第二操作界面接收第二操作指令并将所述第二操作指令发送至所述第二工控机,所述第二工控机设置为执行所述第二操作指令,以及控制所述第二扬声器进行音频播放。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请进行说明。此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种双面快递柜的结构示意图,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种双面快递柜的前柜面的结构示意图,图3为本申请实施例提供的一种双面快递柜的后柜面的结构示意图,该双面快递柜适用于快递员和用户在不同空间内与快递柜交互的场景。
结合图1至图3,该双面快递柜包括柜体300、第一工控机10、第二工控机20、第一显示输入模块11、第二显示输入模块21、第一扬声器12和第二扬声器22;柜体300包括相反设置的前柜面100和后柜面200;第一工控机10和第二工控机20,设置于柜体300内。
第一显示输入模块11和第一扬声器12设置于前柜面100,并分别与第一工 控机10通信连接,第一显示输入模块11设置为显示第一操作界面,接收第一操作指令并将第一操作指令发送至第一工控机10;第二显示输入模块21和第二扬声器22设置于后柜面200,并分别与第二工控机20通信连接,第二显示输入模块21设置为显示第二操作界面,接收二操作指令并将第二操作指令发送至第一工控机20。
第一工控机10设置为执行第一操作指令,以及控制第一扬声器12进行音频播放,第二工控机20设置为执行第二操作指令,以及控制第二扬声器22进行音频播放。
双面快递柜包括柜体300,柜体300内设置有第一工控机10和第二工控机20。柜体300包括相反设置的前柜面100和后柜面200,前柜面100上设置有分别与第一工控机10通信连接的第一显示输入模块11和第一扬声器12,后柜面200上设置有分别与第二工控机20通信连接的第二显示输入模块21和第二扬声器22。
第一显示输入模块11具有显示和接收信息的功能,第一显示输入模块11和第一工控机10双向通信连接,第一显示输入模块11可以根据第一工控机10的信号进行显示,第一工控机10还可以根据第一显示输入模块11接收的信息控制前柜面100的状态。第一扬声器12与第一工控机10通信连接,可以在第一工控机10输出信号时根据信号产生操作提示声,从而可以提示用户前柜面100的状态。第二显示输入模块21具有显示和接收信息的功能,第二显示输入模块21和第二工控机20双向通信连接,第二显示输入模块21可以根据第二工控机20的信号进行显示,第二工控机20还可以根据第二显示输入模块21接收的信息控制后柜面200的状态。第二扬声器22与第二工控机20通信连接,可以在第二工控机20输出信号时根据信号产生操作提示声,从而可以提示用户后柜面200的状态。
用户、快递员以及双面快递柜之间的交互可以是,用户在前柜面100或后柜面200与双面快递柜进行交互时,对应的快递员在后柜面200或前柜面100与双面快递柜进行交互。
示例性地,用户在前柜面100与双面快递柜进行交互时,对应的快递员在后柜面200与双面快递柜进行交互。如图1所示,用户在前柜面100通过第一 显示输入模块11和第一扬声器12与双面快递柜进行视频、音频的交互的过程中,主要由第一工控机10通过串口指令进行控制配合完成,串口指令包括低电压指令(Low Voltage Directive,LVD)、减法(subtract,SUB)、通用异步收发传输器(UART,Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter)及左移/右移(Left/Right,L/R)等指令。如图2所示,第一显示输入模块11在前柜面100显示第一操作界面,用户在第一操作界面输入第一操作指令,例如输入快递运送路径查询、快递订单信息查询、快递服务流程学习、相关资讯了解等操作指令,第一工控机10对输入的操作指令进行处理,并控制第一操作界面显示所查询内容,同时控制第一扬声器12进行音频播放,实现用户与双面快递柜的信息交互。
如图1所示,快递员在后柜面200通过第二显示输入模块21和第二扬声器12与双面快递柜进行视频、音频的交互的过程中,主要由第二工控机20通过串口指令控制配合完成。如图3所示,第二显示输入模块21在后柜面200显示第二操作界面,快递员在第二操作界面输入第二操作指令,例如输入快递运送路径查询、快递订单信息查询、快递服务流程学习、相关资讯了解等操作指令,第二工控机20对输入的操作指令进行处理,并控制第二操作界面显示所查询内容,同时控制第二扬声器22进行音频播放,实现快递员与双面快递柜的信息交互。
本申请实施例提供的双面快递柜将对快递柜两个面上的部分操作进行独立控制,解决了使用一套独立人机交互系统实现全部操作时对快递柜的反应速度造成影响,用户体验差的技术问题,实现了一种稳定性良好且反应速度快的双面快递柜,提高了用户体验感。
本申请实施例通过在前柜面和后柜面分别设置第一工控机和第二工控机,使得用户、快递员分别与双面快递柜进行交互时,涉及的指令、视频、音频等信息单独控制互不干涉,避免了仅设置一套人机交互系统时因输出优先级问题导致的用户、快递员中一方的信息延迟,且利用第一工控机和第二工控机分别进行人机交互,即使有多位用户、多位快递员同时与双面快递柜交互,双面快递柜对信息的处理速度也不会因信息繁杂受到影响,反应速度快,大大改善了用户满意度。
在上述技术方案的基础上,可选地,双面快递柜还包括至少一个锁控制板; 参照图2与图3,前柜面100和后柜面200均包括至少一个柜面;柜面设置有灯条40和格口50;锁控制板与第二工控机20以及柜面的灯条和格口通信连接;锁控制板设置为根据第二工控机20的信号控制柜面的灯条40和格口50的状态。
前柜面100包括至少一个柜面,图2中示例性地前柜面100包括五个柜面,分别是柜面100-1、柜面100-2、柜面100-3、柜面100-4、柜面100-5,其中,每个柜面上均设置有灯条40和格口50,在每个柜面的上方设置一灯条40,以供照明使用,每个柜面上可以设置不同大小的格口50以存放不同大小的快递。
后柜面200包括至少一个柜面,图3中示例性地后柜面200包括五个柜面,分别是柜面200-1、柜面200-2、柜面200-3、柜面200-4、柜面200-5,其中,每个柜面上均设置有灯条40和格口50,在每个柜面的上方设置一灯条40,以供照明使用,方便周围环境光线不足时为用户及快递员提供照明,每个柜面上可以设置不同大小的格口50以存放不同大小的快递。
双面快递柜还包括至少一个锁控制板,锁控制板与柜面上的灯条40和格口50通信连接,设置为控制柜面上的灯条40和格口50的状态。锁控制板还与第二工控机20通信连接,设置为根据第二工控机20的信号控制柜面上的灯条40和格口50的状态,本实施例对锁控制板与柜面的对应关系不做限定,可以是一个锁控制板与多个柜面的灯条和格口通信连接,进而一个锁控制板根据第二工控机20的信号控制所连接的多个柜面的灯条40和格口50的状态,例如控制一柜面的灯条40的通断、控制一柜面的一格口50的开关。也可以是一个锁控制板对应一个柜面,进而一个锁控制板根据第二工控机20的信号控制对应的柜面的灯条40和格口50的开关。第二工控机20向锁控制板发送的信号可以为串口指令,满足RS485通信协议,锁控制板接收第二工控机20的信号并进行识别解析,进而在通用输入/输出口(General-purpose input/output,GPIO)通信协议下快速控制灯条40和格口50的状态。例如,第二工控机20输出的信号包括地址信息,锁控制板根据地址信息确认对应的柜面、灯条40和格口50,从而第二工控机20通过向锁控制板发送指令实现对目标柜面上的目标灯条40和目标格口50的状态的控制。
本申请实施例通过设置锁控制板,首先将前柜面和后柜面的灯条及格口的状态均仅受第二工控机的控制,便于管理提高实际应用价值,其次设置至少一个锁控制板,一个锁控制板对应多个柜面或者一个锁控制板对应一个柜面,庞 杂的信息处理过程中,仅让第二工控机负责发送指令,之后每一个锁控制住板对接收到的指令进行识别解析以控制所连接的柜面上的灯条和格口的状态,多个锁控制板单独处理所连接的柜面的灯条与格口的状态,将庞杂的信息处理分工化,每个柜面之间互不影响,信息处理简捷快速,且锁控制板仅对灯条和格口进行短程便捷的状态控制,提高了双面快递柜的反应速度,实用性强,提高了用户满意度。
可选地,图4为本申请实施例提供的另一种双面快递柜的结构示意图,如图4所示,锁控制板包括主柜锁控制板400和至少一个附柜锁控制板500;参照图2与图3,前柜面100和后柜面200均包括主柜面和至少一个附柜面,主柜面和附柜面均包括灯40和格口50;主柜锁控制板400与第二工控机20以及主柜面的灯条和格口通信连接,设置为根据第二工控机20的信号控制主柜面的灯条40和格口50的状态;附柜锁控制板500与附柜面的灯条和格口对应通信连接,且与第二工控机20通信连接,设置为根据第二工控机20的信号控制对应的附柜面的灯条40和格口50的状态。
示例性地,参见图2,前柜面100包括至少一个柜面,将至少一个柜面进行划分,可以是,将柜面100-1划分为主柜面,柜面100-2、柜面100-3、柜面100-4、柜面100-5均为附柜面,在主柜面上设置有第一显示输入模块11以及第一扬声器12,用户主要通过主柜面上的第一显示输入模块11以及第一扬声器12与双面快递柜进行交互,在灯条40的照明下向格口50存取快递。将柜面200-1划分为主柜面,柜面200-2、柜面200-3、柜面200-4、柜面200-5均为附柜面,如图4所示,主柜面、多个附柜面上的灯条40及格口50的状态分别由第二工控机20利用串口指令通过对应的主柜锁控制板400、附柜锁控制板500进行控制。
在一实施例中,参照图4,附柜锁控制板500包括N个,第一个附柜锁控制板500与主柜锁控制板400通信连接,第i个附柜锁控制板500与第i-1个附柜锁控制板500通信连接;或者,
第一个附柜锁控制板500和第二个附柜锁控制板500分别与主柜锁控制板400通信连接,第2j+1个附柜锁控制板500与第2j-1个附柜锁控制板500通信连接,第2(j+1)个附柜锁控制板500与第2j个附柜锁控制板500通信连接;其中,N为大于1的整数,i为大于2小于N的整数,j为大于1小于N/2的整数。
参照图4,可以是第二工控机20与主柜锁控制板400通信连接,主柜锁控制板400同时与前柜面100的主柜面的灯条和格口及后柜面200的主柜面的灯条和格口通信,以根据第二工控机20的指令控制前柜面100的主柜面上的灯条40、格口50的状态及后柜面200的主柜面上的灯条40、格口50状态。第一个附柜锁控制板500通过主柜锁控制板400与第二工控机20通信连接,第一个附柜锁控制板500同时与前柜面100的一个附柜面的灯条和格口及后柜面200的一个附柜面的灯条和格口通信连接,以根据第二工控机20的指令控制前柜面100的一个附柜面上的灯条40、格口50的状态及后柜面200的一个附柜面上的灯条40、格口50的状态。第N个附柜锁控制板500依次通过第N-1个附柜锁控制板500、第N-2个附柜锁控制板500...第一个附柜锁控制板、主柜锁控制板400与第二工控机20通信连接,多个附柜锁控制板500分别同时与前柜面100及后柜面200上的一个附柜面的灯条和格口通信连接,以根据第二工控机20的指令控制对应附柜面上的灯条40、格口50的状态。
本申请实施的技术方案在于,基于多个锁控制板之间的物理连接、以及多个锁控制板与所连接的柜面的灯条、格口通信连接,实现第二工控机与多个柜面的灯条、格口的通信连接,从而在第二工控机控制灯条、格口状态的同时实现对灯条、格口状态互不干涉、反应迅速的快捷控制,因此,对多个锁控制板之间的物理连接方式的选择、以及多个锁控制板与哪几个所连接的柜面的通信连接不作限定,可以是按照实际双面快递柜的主柜面、附柜面的设置进行选择连接,这样,本申请实施例能够根据当地快递业务需要,无需复杂工艺增减附柜面及对附柜面便捷控制的附柜锁控制板,改造便利。
可选地,参考图2-图4,柜面包括多个格口50,每个格口50设置有锁,锁控制板与每个格口50的锁通信连接,设置为控制每个锁的状态。
每个格口50设置有锁,即格口50的门的锁,锁可以为电子锁,主柜面上、附柜面上均可以设置多个格口50,每个格口50设置有锁,锁控制板通过控制每个格口50的锁的开关状态以控制每个格口50的开关状态。图4中示例性地在每个柜面上设置1至M个格口,M为大于1的整数即格口1至格口M,那对应的就有1至M个锁。
参照图1,可选地,双面快递柜还包括交换机60,第一工控机10和第二工控机20通过交换机60通信连接;第一显示输入模块11通过第一工控机10、交 换机60与第二工控机20通信连接,第二工控机20的信号包括第一显示输入模块11接收的信号和第二显示输入模块21接收的信号。
设置交换机60以实现第一工控机10与第二工控机20之间的信息交互,第二工控机20还可内置4G通信模块,设置为实现与服务器之间的通讯。当第一显示输入模块11接收操作指令后,该操作指令也可以依次通过第一工控机10、交换机60而被传输至第二工控机20,例如用户在第一操作界面输入取件指令,该指令可依次通过第一工控机10、交换机60而被传输至第二工控机20,第二工控机20根据该操作指令控制相应的锁控制板,锁控制板进而控制对应的格口50的打开。第二工控机20的信号包括根据用户在第一操作界面输入的操作指令生成的信号以及根据快递员在第二操作界面输入操作指令生成的信号。
在上述技术方案的基础上,可选地,图5为本申请实施例提供的另一种双面快递柜的结构示意图,如图5所示,第一显示输入模块11包括第一显示屏11-1和第一触控模组11-2,第二显示输入模块21包括第二显示屏21-1和第二触控模组21-2。
参照图2与图3,第一显示屏11-1、第二显示屏21-1分别设置为显示第一操作界面、第二操作界面,第一触控模组11-2、第二触控模组21-2设置为支持用户或快递员在第一操作界面的触控操作、用户或快递员在第二操作界面的触控操作,以支持用户、快递员通过触控输入操作指令。
继续参照图5,可选地,双面快递柜还包括至少一个摄像头;设置于前柜面100和/或后柜面200;设置于前柜面100的摄像头13与第一工控机10连接,设置为人脸识别;设置在后柜面200的摄像头23与第二工控机20连接,设置为人脸识别验证。
设置摄像头用于在用户或快递员与双面快递柜进行交互时,为了安全防护或者便捷输入需要人脸识别取件、或者人脸识别验证时运用,参照图2和图3,设置于前柜面100的摄像头13和设置在后柜面200的摄像头23可以分别设置在靠近第一显示输入模块11、第二显示输入模块21的位置,方便使用。
继续参照图5,可选地,还包括扫描头24和打印机25;扫描头和打印机均设置于后柜面200;设置于后柜面200的扫描头24和打印机25分别与第二工控机20连接,扫描头24设置为扫描并识别图形标识,打印机25设置为打印快递 单。
参照图3,可以在后柜面200设置扫描头24和打印机25,将扫描头24和打印机25设置在快递员使用的柜面,扫描头方便快递员进行快递单上二维码、条形码等图形标识的扫描、身份证件的扫描等,方便信息录入,当然在用户使用柜面也可以设置,本实施例对此不作限制。打印机25的设置也是方便快递员在存件之后打印快递单等纸质单,在用户使用柜面也可以设置打印机,方便用户打印票据、订单信息等。
继续参照图5,可选地,双面快递柜还包括至少一个摄像机;所述摄像机设置于所述前柜面和/或所述后柜面;设置于前柜面100的摄像机通过交换机60与第一工控机10通信连接,设置于后柜面200的摄像机通过交换机60与第二工控机20通信连接,摄像机设置为对双面快递柜的周围区域进行监控。
视频录像机70设置为管理多个摄像机的录制资源,图2及图3中示例性地在前柜面100和后柜面200分别设置两个摄像机,前柜面100上设置有摄像机14-1和摄像机14-2,后柜面200上设置有摄像机26-1和摄像机26-1,本实施例对摄像机的设置数量不作限定,以此实现对双面快递柜现场的监控,实时监控以保障周围安全。此外,图5中还示意出了视频录像机70,视频录像机70与交换机60连接后,配合摄像机使用,全面为周围环境提供安全保障。
本申请实施例提供的双面快递柜,设置第一工控机和第二工控机分别对双面快递柜的第一显示输入模块、第二显示输入模快、第一扬声器、第二扬声器、摄像头等进行独立控制,使得用户和快递员同时与双面快递柜进行交互式,两个空间互不干涉,单独控制处理速度快,提高用户体验满意度。其次在每个柜面上设置灯条,以在光线昏暗时方便照明。接着,设置锁控制板,对第二工控机的控制信号单独处理,第二工控机此时仅保证控制信号的发送与分配,对控制信号的解析与执行通过锁控制板对对应的柜面进行实施,例如对柜面上灯条及格口状态的控制,这样,将庞杂的控制信号的生成、发送、解析分工处理,效率高且使得双面快递柜的反应速度提升,能够保证多端多人同时与双面快递柜进行交互时,双面快递柜依然反应速度灵敏准确,从而提高用户使用满意度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双面快递柜,包括柜体、第一工控机、第二工控机、第一显示输入模块、第二显示输入模块、第一扬声器和第二扬声器;
    所述柜体包括相反设置的前柜面和后柜面;所述第一工控机和所述第二工控机,设置于所述柜体内;所述第一显示输入模块和所述第一扬声器设置于所述前柜面,并分别与所述第一工控机通信连接,所述第一显示输入模块设置为显示第一操作界面,接收第一操作指令并将所述第一操作指令发送至所述第一工控机,所述第一工控机设置为执行所述第一操作指令,以及控制所述第一扬声器进行音频播放;所述第二显示输入模块和所述第二扬声器设置于所述后柜面,并分别与所述第二工控机通信连接,所述第二显示输入模块设置为显示第二操作界面,接收第二操作指令并将所述第二操作指令发送至所述第二工控机,所述第二工控机设置为执行所述第二操作指令,以及控制所述第二扬声器进行音频播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双面快递柜,还包括至少一个锁控制板;所述前柜面和所述后柜面均包括至少一个柜面;所述柜面设置有灯条和格口;所述锁控制板与所述第二工控机以及所述柜面的灯条和格口通信连接;所述锁控制板设置为根据所述第二工控机的信号控制所述柜面的灯条和格口的状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双面快递柜,其中,所述锁控制板包括主柜锁控制板和至少一个附柜锁控制板;所述前柜面和所述后柜面均包括主柜面和至少一个附柜面,所述主柜面和所述附柜面均包括灯条和格口;所述主柜锁控制板与所述第二工控机以及所述主柜面的灯条和格口通信连接,设置为根据所述第二工控机的信号控制所述主柜面的灯条和格口的状态;所述附柜锁控制板与所述附柜面的灯条和格口对应通信连接,且与所述第二工控机通信连接,设置为根据所述第二工控机的信号控制对应的所述附柜面的灯条和格口的状态;其中,一个所述附柜锁控制板与所述前柜面的一个所述附柜面的灯条和格口以及所述后柜面的一个所述附柜面的灯条和格口通信连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双面快递柜,其中,所述附柜锁控制板包括N个,第一个所述附柜锁控制板与所述主柜锁控制板通信连接,所述第i个附柜锁控制板与所述第i-1个附柜锁控制板通信连接;或者,
    第一个所述附柜锁控制板和第二个所述附柜锁控制板与所述主柜锁控制板通信连接,第2j+1个所述附柜锁控制板与第2j-1个所述附柜锁控制板通信连接,第2(j+1)个所述附柜锁控制板与所述第2j个所述附柜锁控制板通信连接;其中,N为大于1的整数,i为大于2小于N的整数,j为大于1小于N/2的整数。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的双面快递柜,其中,所述柜面包括多个格口,每个所述格口设置有锁,所述锁控制板与每个所述格口的锁通信连接,设置为控制每个所述锁的状态。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的双面快递柜,还包括交换机,所述第一工控机和所述第二工控机通过所述交换机通信连接;所述第一显示输入模块通过所述第一工控机、所述交换机与所述第二工控机通信连接,所述第二工控机的信号包括所述第一显示输入模块接收的信号和所述第二显示输入模块接收的信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双面快递柜,其中,所述第一显示输入模块包括第一显示屏和第一触控模组,所述第二显示输入模块包括第二显示屏和第二触控模组。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的双面快递柜,还包括至少一个摄像头;所述摄像头设置于所述前柜面和所述后柜面中的至少之一;设置于所述前柜面的摄像头与所述第一工控机连接,设置为人脸识别验证;设置于所述后柜面的摄像头与所述第二工控机连接,设置为人脸识别验证。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双面快递柜,还包括扫描头和打印机;所述扫描头和所述打印机均设置于所述后柜面;所述扫描头和所述打印机与所述第二工控机连接,所述扫描头设置为扫描并识别图形标识,所述打印机设置为打印快递单。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的双面快递柜,还包括至少一个摄像机;所述摄像机设置于所述前柜面和所述后柜面中的至少之一;设置于所述前柜面的摄像机通过所述交换机与所述第一工控机通信连接,设置于所述后柜面的所述摄像机通过所述交换机与所述第二工控机通信连接,所述摄像机设置为对所述双面快递柜的周围区域进行监控。
