本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其主要是通过折叠盒身、无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯三者的设计,使得紫外线消毒盒兼具消毒、折叠收纳和无线充电功能,尤其是,通过隔板将容纳腔分隔成第一容纳腔和用于第二容纳腔,并于第一容纳腔内装设无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯,于第二容纳腔内支撑柱和反光面的配合,一方面,使得无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯的定位更准确,有利于提高产品质量和安装效率,也在一定程度上避免折叠收纳时损坏紫外线消毒灯,另一方面,将待消毒件放置于支撑柱上,使得待消毒件与反光面之间存在间隙,使得紫外线消毒灯释放出的紫外线经过反光板的反射,能够照射到待消毒件的各个部位上,实现对待消毒件的全方位灭菌和消毒,提高消毒效果;
其次是,通过支撑柱装设于反光板的安装孔内,便于反光板的组装定位和拆卸,有利于后续更换不同的反光板,以达到不同的反光效果;
再者是,通过折叠单元及其配合折痕,能够在不进行紫外线消毒时,可以单独用作手机支架;
以及,整体结构设计巧妙合理,各零件之间组装方便和牢固,保证产品在使用过程中的稳定性和可靠性。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
请参照图1至图9所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构。一种伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,包括有上盖10、底座30a、倾斜传感器41、控制电路板42以及可上下伸缩折叠的折叠盒身20a,所述上盖10和底座30a分别连接折叠盒身20a的上、下端;
所述上盖10、底座30a和折叠盒身20a围构形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔内装设有紫外线消毒灯43、隔板44以及用于无线充电的无线充电线圈45,所述容纳腔被隔板44分隔成第一容纳腔101和用于放置待消毒件(如手机50)的第二容纳腔102,所述紫外线消毒灯43装设于第一容纳腔101内,所述隔板44上开设有透光孔441,所述紫外线消毒灯43的光线穿过透光孔441进入第二容纳腔102内。所述第一容纳腔101的内壁上形成有无线充电线圈安装位103,所述无线充电线圈45装设于无线充电线圈安装位103。
所述第二容纳腔102的内底面具有用于反射紫外线的反光面,所述反光面低于下述所有支撑柱11的上端面,所述紫外线消毒灯43朝向反光面。所述第二容纳腔102的内底壁往上凸设有若干支撑柱11,在本实施例中,若干支撑柱11设置于底座30a上。所述反光面为反光板46,所述反光板46装设于第二容纳腔102的内底面,所述反光板46位于紫外线消毒灯43的下方,所述反光板46的上端面低于支撑柱11的上端面。优选地,所述反光板46上开设有若干安装孔461,相应支撑柱11装设于相应安装孔461内且相应支撑柱11伸出反光板46外。通过待消毒件(如手机50)放置在所有支撑柱11上,手机50的底面与反光板46之间存在间隙,一方面便于手机50的散热,另一方面保证紫外线消毒灯43的光线经反光面反射到手机50的各个部位(尤其是底表面和侧表面),实现更全面和全方位灭菌消毒。当然,所述反光面还可以为于第二容纳腔102的内底面和内侧面涂覆反光材料形成反光膜,在此不作限定。
所述控制电路板42分别电连接于倾斜传感器41和紫外线消毒灯43,所述倾斜传感器41可选择性设置于上盖10、折叠盒身20a或者底座30a上。优选地,所述上盖10设置有开关按键12和USB充电口13,所述开关按键12位于上盖10的上端面,所述USB充电口13位于侧面,所述开关按键12和USB充电口13均电连接控制电路板42。所述控制电路板42装设于第一容纳腔101内,所述倾斜传感器41位于控制电路板42上。通过倾斜传感器41的设计,在底座30a和折叠盒身20a两者分离时或产品倾倒而使得紫外线泄露时,能够及时关闭紫外线消毒灯43,避免紫外光对人体造成伤害,有利于保护使用者的人身安全,提高紫外线消毒灯43的安全性和可靠性;
所述底座30a和折叠盒身20a两者中,其一具有卡凸301a,另一具有卡槽302a,所述底座30a和折叠盒身20a连接,所述卡凸301a适配于卡槽302a内。
所述底座30a包括有分体设置的底座本体31a和环形侧板32a,本实施例中,前述卡凸301位于环形侧板32a上,所述卡槽302a位于折叠盒身20a上。所述底座本体31a和环形侧板32a两者中,其一具有环形凹槽311a,另一具有环形凸边321a,所述底座本体31a连接环形侧板32a,所述环形凸边321a适配于环形凹槽311a内。
在另一实施例中,所述底座本体31b的上端形成有环形台阶部311b,所述环形侧板32a的下端面抵于环形台阶部311b上,所述环形侧板32b上设有前述卡凸301b,所述环形侧板32b的卡凸301b适配于卡槽302b内。
所述折叠盒身20a采用弹性材料制成,优选地,折叠盒身20a采用硅胶制成。如图1、图5和图6所示,通过调节折叠盒身20a,使得本实施例能够实现拉伸使用、折叠收纳或者支架功能,其中,在图6中,其可为手机50作支撑。
在本实施例中,所述折叠盒身20a包括有首尾相连的若干折叠单元21a,每一折叠单元21a具有自上而下依次一体连接的导向压缩轴211a和第二内折叠单元212a,所述导向压缩轴211a沿上下方向延伸设置,所述导向压缩轴211a的上端面为自上往下往外倾斜设置的斜面2111a,所述斜面2111a通过上连接部连接上盖10,所述第二内折叠单元212a为自上而下往外倾斜设置,所述第二内折叠单元212a的下端通过下连接部213a连接底座30a,所述第二内折叠单元212a与下连接部213a的上端翻折连接。
接下来大致说明下折叠的原理:如图3所示,所述折叠盒身20a在伸缩折叠时,对上盖10施向下的力,最下面的折叠单元21a的导向压缩轴211a向下对第二内折叠单元212a产生向下的压力,在弹性材料特性下,所述第二内折叠单元212a往内翻折缩进底座30a内,与此同时,最下面的导向压缩轴211a也缩进底座30a内;再对上盖10施向下的力,倒数第二的折叠单元21a的导向压缩轴211a向下对其相邻的第二内折叠单元212a产生向下的压力,倒数第二的折叠单元21a的第二内折叠单元212a也往内翻折缩进底座30a内,与此同时,倒数第二的折叠单元21a的导向压缩轴211a也缩进底座30a内,如此循环,直至最上面的导向压缩轴211a缩进底座30a内,相邻导向压缩轴211a彼此同心围绕。
所述底座30a的下端连接有脚垫303a,所述底座30a具有上端开口的内腔,所述上盖10的上端一体水平往外延伸有用于延伸部14,所述下连接部213a位于内腔内,下连接部213a上设置前述卡槽302a,在收纳状态下,延伸部14的上端面低于底座30a的上端开口,使得上盖10未露于底座30a外。优选地,上盖10之上端面低于底座30a之上端开口的高度为3cm。
在另一实施例中,所述折叠盒身20b包括有若干折痕和首尾相连的若干折叠单元21b,所述折叠单元21a沿着折痕折叠设置;所述折叠单元21a包括有自上而下依次一体连接的套圈211b、外折叠单元212b和第一内折叠单元213b,所述折痕包括有间隔设置的第一折痕221b和第二折痕222b;
所述套圈211b通过第三内折叠单元214a连接上盖10,所述第一内折叠单元213b的下端通过第一折痕221b连接底座30a,所述第一内折叠单元213b沿着第一折痕221b朝盒内翻折,所述外折叠单元21a通过第二折痕222b连接第一内折叠单元213b,所述外折叠单元21a沿着第二折痕222b朝盒外翻折以便与相邻第一内折叠单元213b重叠。
本发明的设计重点在于:其主要是通过折叠盒身、无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯三者的设计,使得紫外线消毒盒兼具消毒、折叠收纳和无线充电功能,尤其是,通过隔板将容纳腔分隔成第一容纳腔和用于第二容纳腔,并于第一容纳腔内装设无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯,于第二容纳腔内支撑柱和反光面的配合,一方面,使得无线充电线圈和紫外线消毒灯的定位更准确,有利于提高产品 质量和安装效率,也在一定程度上避免折叠收纳时损坏紫外线消毒灯,另一方面,将待消毒件放置于支撑柱上,使得待消毒件与反光面之间存在间隙,使得紫外线消毒灯释放出的紫外线经过反光板的反射,能够照射到待消毒件的各个部位上,实现对待消毒件的全方位灭菌和消毒,提高消毒效果;
其次是,通过支撑柱装设于反光板的安装孔内,便于反光板的组装定位和拆卸,有利于后续更换不同的反光板,以达到不同的反光效果;
再者是,通过折叠单元及其配合折痕,能够在不进行紫外线消毒时,可以单独用作手机支架;
以及,整体结构设计巧妙合理,各零件之间组装方便和牢固,保证产品在使用过程中的稳定性和可靠性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:包括有上盖、底座以及可上下伸缩折叠的折叠盒身,所述上盖和底座分别连接折叠盒身的上、下端;所述上盖、底座和折叠盒身围构形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔内装设有紫外线消毒灯、隔板和用于无线充电的无线充电线圈;
    所述容纳腔被隔板分隔成第一容纳腔和用于放置待消毒件的第二容纳腔,所述紫外线消毒灯和无线充电线圈装设于第一容纳腔内,所述隔板上开设有透光孔,所述紫外线消毒灯的光线穿过透光孔进入第二容纳腔内;
    所述第二容纳腔的内底壁往上凸设有若干支撑柱,所述第二容纳腔的内底面具有用于反射紫外线的反光面,所述反光面低于支撑柱的上端面且支撑柱凸露于反光面,所述紫外线消毒灯朝向反光面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述第一容纳腔的内壁上形成有无线充电线圈安装位,所述无线充电线圈装设于无线充电线圈安装位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述反光面为反光板,所述反光板装设于第二容纳腔的内底面,所述反光板位于紫外线消毒灯的下方,所述反光板的上端面低于支撑柱的上端面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述反光板上开设有若干安装孔,相应支撑柱装设于相应安装孔内且相应支撑柱伸出反光板外。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述折叠盒身包括有折叠单元和折痕,所述折叠单元沿着折痕折叠设置;
    所述折叠单元包括有自上而下依次一体连接的套圈、外折叠单元 和第一内折叠单元,所述折痕包括有第一折痕和第二折痕;
    所述第一内折叠单元的下端通过第一折痕连接底座,所述第一内折叠单元沿着第一折痕朝盒内翻折,所述外折叠单元通过第二折痕连接第一内折叠单元,所述外折叠单元沿着第二折痕朝盒外翻折以便与相邻第一内折叠单元重叠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述折叠盒身包括有折叠单元,所述折叠单元具有自上而下依次一体连接的导向压缩轴和第二内折叠单元,所述导向压缩轴沿上下方向延伸设置,所述导向压缩轴的上端面为自上往下往外倾斜设置的斜面,所述斜面连接上盖,所述第二内折叠单元为自上而下往外倾斜设置,所述第二内折叠单元的下端连接底座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:还包括有倾斜传感器和控制电路板,所述控制电路板分别电连接于倾斜传感器和紫外线消毒灯,所述倾斜传感器可选择性设置于上盖、折叠盒身或者底座上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述底座和折叠盒身两者中,其一具有卡凸,另一具有卡槽,所述底座和折叠盒身连接,所述卡凸适配于卡槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述底座包括有分体设置的底座本体和环形侧板,所述底座本体和环形侧板两者中,其一具有环形凹槽,另一具有环形凸边,所述底座本体连接环形侧板,所述环形凸边适配于环形凹槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的伸缩折叠型紫外线消毒盒,其特征在于:所述底座本体的上端形成有环形台阶部,所述环形侧板的下端面抵于环形台阶部上。
