(5)云安全模块包括云统计分析单元、云异常检测单元和云关联分析单元,云统计分析单元是指从信息来源、信息类型、信息重要程度、当天信息数量、当月信息数量对采集信息进行统计分类,云异常检测单元是指分析检测出接入异常、登录异常、操作异常、状态异常、网络外联异常、设备运行异常、生产异常和异常安全事件,云关联分析单元是指对离散的采集信息之间进行关联性分析,找出各个离散的采集信息之间的关联关系。
(6)云救援模块包括云设备救援单元、云产品救援单元和云技术救援单元,云设备救援单元用于在现场的工业设备出现故障后,通过在云工业共享平台上分布故障信息,由第三方检修单位或者同类型工业进行救援,对故障的工业设备进行检修或者同类型工业提供相同的工业设备进行借用,云产品救援单元用来在出现生产异常或者其它特殊情况,例如产品配件不足导致产品生产中断时,由连锁工业或者同类型工业提供产品上的帮助,云技术救援单元用于在出现工业上技术难题时,由同类型工业或者相关专家提供技术支持。
(7)云管理模块包括登入登出单元、权限分配单元、日志管理单元、后台维护单元和异常报告单元,用来维护和管理云端母服务器。
(8)客户端包括web客户端和移动客户端,移动客户端包括但不仅限于电脑、手机和平板,提高多种登陆途径,方便技术人员操作和使用云端母服务器和云工业共享平台,真正发挥互联网的优势,实现智能化的远程控制。

实施例1:
请参阅图1,一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,包括若干工业设备,工 业设备连接有子控制器,子控制器包括微处理器、数据存储单元和第一无线通讯单元,无线通讯单元连接有安全接入网关,安全接入网关连接有云端母服务器,云端母服务器包括云处理模块、云存储模块、云安全模块、云救援模块和云管理模块,云端母服务器连接有云工业共享平台和若干本地控制平台,云端母服务器和云工业共享平台均连接有客户端,客户端包括web客户端和移动客户端,移动客户端包括但不仅限于电脑、手机和平板,提高多种登陆途径,方便技术人员操作和使用云端母服务器和云工业共享平台,真正发挥互联网的优势,实现智能化的远程控制。
本地控制平台包括第二通讯单元和操作命令单元,第一无线通讯单元和第二无线通讯单元均采用5g通讯模块,操作命令单元包括控制策略组态软件、数据库组态软件和人机界面组态软件,控制策略组态软件模块用于控制策略的编辑、调试与控制逻辑执行过程的监控;数据库组态软件模块用于设备数据库的建立和实时、历史数据库的管理;人机界面组态软件模块用于人机界面画面的组态与监控,方便技术人员通过本地控制平台实现与云端母服务器的对接,从而实现对现场工业设备的远程监控。
云处理模块包括云数据收发单元、云数据搜索单元和云数据计算单元,云数据收发单元用来数据的接收和发送,包括现场工业设备的信息反馈和对其的控制命令发送,同时也与本地控制平台建立连接实现远程监控,云数据搜索单元包括联网搜索相关数据信息和云存储模块内存储的可用数据信息,云数据计算单元即利用超强的云计算能力和运算速度进行数据的分析和处理。
云存储模块包括临时存储单元、永久存储单元和删除单元,删除单元包括手动删除和自动删除,临时存储单元用来临时性的存储一些数据信息,之后再根据实际需要进行删除和保留,保留下的临时数据信息便转化为永久数据存入至永久存储单元。
云安全模块包括云统计分析单元、云异常检测单元和云关联分析单元,云统计分析单元是指从信息来源、信息类型、信息重要程度、当天信息数量、当月信息数量对采集信息进行统计分类,云异常检测单元是指分析检测出接入异常、登录异常、操作异常、状态异常、网络外联异常、设备运行异常、生产异常和异常安全事件,云关联分析单元是指对离散的采集信息之间进行关联性分析,找出各个离散的采集信息之间的关联关系。
云救援模块包括云设备救援单元、云产品救援单元和云技术救援单元,云设备救援单元用于在现场的工业设备出现故障后,通过在云工业共享平台上分布故障信息,由第三方检修单位或者同类型工业进行救援,对故障的工业设备进行检修或者同类型工业提供相同的工业设备进行借用,云产品救援单元用来在出现生产异常或者其它特殊情况,例如产品配件不足导致产品生产中断时,由连锁工业或者同类型工业提供产品上的帮助,云技术救援单元用于在出现工业上技术难题时,由同类型工业或者相关专家提供技术支持。
云管理模块包括登入登出单元、权限分配单元、日志管理单元、后台维护单元和异常报告单元,用来维护和管理云端母服务器。
本发明创新性的采用子母式远程遥控的特点,工业现场的控制器仅起到数据命令的传输作用,将所有的工业信息和控制命令等全部集成至云端母服务器进行处理,基于5g的数据传输高速和低延迟的特点,实现现场工业设备的统一化控制和生产信息之间的流通,尤其在面对设备故障或者紧急事件时,具有很好的应急能力,很好的体现出5g互联网在工业发展的助力优势,大幅提升工业远程控制的智能性、稳定性和多变性。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,包括若干工业设备,其特征在于:所述工业设备连接有子控制器,所述子控制器包括微处理器、数据存储单元和第一无线通讯单元,所述无线通讯单元连接有安全接入网关,所述安全接入网关连接有云端母服务器,所述云端母服务器包括云处理模块、云存储模块、云安全模块、云救援模块和云管理模块,所述云端母服务器连接有云工业共享平台和若干本地控制平台,所述云端母服务器和云工业共享平台均连接有客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述本地控制平台包括第二通讯单元和操作命令单元,所述第一无线通讯单元和第二无线通讯单元均采用5g通讯模块,所述操作命令单元包括控制策略组态软件、数据库组态软件和人机界面组态软件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述云处理模块包括云数据收发单元、云数据搜索单元和云数据计算单元。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述云存储模块包括临时存储单元、永久存储单元和删除单元,所述删除单元包括手动删除和自动删除。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述云安全模块包括云统计分析单元、云异常检测单元和云关联分析单元。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述云救援模块包括云设备救援单元、云产品救援单元和云技术救援单元。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于5g的工业远程控制系统,其特征在于:所述云管理模块包括登入登出单元、权限分配单元、日志管理单元、后 台维护单元和异常报告单元。
