Abstract

A. Technical field that the invention is related to and the known state of the technique:

The main technical fields are related to Health and Environment sectors, and indirectly Energy and Industry sectors, and there is not yet an effective and effective model and method that will create a gradual depth against biological threats that will occur worldwide.

In this technical field, some disinfectants and solutions and sanitation and hygiene measures when required, are applied against biological threats in rare periods in the living areas of living things.

When an epidemic with a very high probability of epidemic or even pandemic is seen, extraordinary measures are applied and sanitation and hygiene measures are gradually increased. However, there is not yet a model or procedure-method that can be efficient and effective in a worldwide epidemic.

In addition, when a biological threat occurs, its structure is first recognized, and then when its structure is clearly determined, a suitable method, treatment, drug or vaccine is tried to be developed and applied immediately.

In particular, viruses are the most effective in artificially produced or unknown microorganism epidemics, and their destructive effects are high worldwide, as it takes a long time until they are taken full precautions and controlled.

The control of biological hazards is based on the application of vaccines or drugs, if any, or the development if not available against the destructive effects that occur in the living organism. Therefore, internal and external measures start with the symptom of the disease, but the definitive solution takes a long time. The loss of time causes enormous loss of material, spiritual and life in a worldwide catastrophe.

In addition to all these, our world has now entered a new era. Biological attacks between countries, energy production from fossil fuels, global warming and the incredible nature and environmental massacre resulting from climate changes / crisis and its natural consequence, unknown microorganisms that can spread from melting poles.. The most dangerous of these are viruses. Since they can reproduce by air, land, water or by means of humans / animals, that is, by Contamination or by using and destroying Bacteria, the risk of viruses spreading is very high.

In fact, many unknown microorganisms or similar structures resistant to very high temperatures, which are likely to be brought to other space objects on the way back from travel as a result of space research, which is inevitable in the future, briefly summarize the technical field and the known situation to which the invention is related.

B. Technical problems that the invention aims to solve:

A comprehensive circular and dynamic model that will create a gradual depth against biological threats should be created, developed and made a structure that can be applied worldwide. However, the threat should be immediately destroyed by intervening the problem immediately with a fully effective organic mixture or compounds or other techniques that have a general use against all kinds of microorganisms that may prevent or minimize the loss of time and therefore deaths in determining the nature of the biological threat.

In short, it is necessary to prepare a globally valid cycle model and to present a special product / products and technical ways and methods that are effective against all kinds of harmful microorganisms that will minimize or eliminate the loss of time.

C. Description of the invention:

In terms of human health:

The invention includes the ways and methods of breaking / destroying life cycles externally and internally of all kinds of harmful microorganisms, including natural or artificial harmful viruses that threaten human health through the administration of liquid organic matter / substances, enzymes and their liquid or vapour (gas) compounds or mixtures as liquid food or the device attached to the devices called nebulizers from the respiratory tract of living things, use of special liquid compounds or mixtures in the nebulizer cups through the respiratory tract in micro or nano sizes, the use of effective sound, light sources inside and / or outside the human body, or the use of micro or nano particles in micro-even nano particles for environmental cleaning and disinfection purposes.

The main ways and methods within the scope of our patent number 2017/13260 for humans, animals, plants and other creatures will also be used within the framework of our cycle model.

The solution cycle model of the mentioned problems and all other measures that provide concrete and abstract effects developed in this context are discussed under two main headings.

Concrete measures are two stages of preventing and eliminating biological threats. I. Concrete measures:

Colloidal silver found in 1 st Fluid, from special liquid mixtures to be applied through the mentioned liquid food or respiratory tract, is the water obtained by using 99.9% purity silver metal in steam distilled water (deionized water) with a special method and bringing it to a colloidal structure.

Water that is completely free of organic and inorganics is called deionized water, demineralized water, distilled water or pure water. Another feature of pure water, which is generally used in industrial processes and laboratories, is that it is not conductive.

The amount of colloid in pure water determines the ratio of silver colloid contained in colloidal silver. The amount of silver or gold colloids in colloidal silver or liquid gold is measured in Parts Per Million (Ppm).

The patient is given 250 ml orally by shaking the fluid bottle thoroughly before the first use of the 1st fluid. The patient, who drinks 250 ml of 2nd Fluid with a glass cup at 18.00 in the evening, takes 500 ml of drinking water orally with a glass after half an hour and takes 250 ml of the 2nd fluid from the respiratory tract this time with a nebulizer at 24:00. .

Therefore, the 1st day is completed and the same method is continued on the 2nd day and the first of the periods consisting of a maximum of 14 days and 7 periods is completed (TABLE-1). In the meantime, from the first day until the end of the treatment or until an unfavourable situation occurs, only the 1st fluid should be instilled in each eye in 1 drop per 6 hours.

Other points to note here:

• Nothing should be eaten or drunk 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after oral or respiratory administration!

• Cannot be applied intravenously or subcutaneously!
