所述的抬升机构包括抬升板,抬升板一端铰接在座体上,抬升板的自由端处于容置腔内,抬升板铰接部与自由端之间设置有一拉簧或弹簧,拉簧或弹簧对抬升板施力向上旋转的作用力,所述的连杆上端连接在桶盖上,连杆下端连接在抬升板上。
所述的刷头收纳桶包括外桶和内桶的双层结构,内桶与外桶之间形成隔层;内桶的尺寸与刷头尺寸相匹配,所述的连杆包括纵向部和横向部,纵向部自下而下穿过隔层,折弯形成横向部并从内桶下方穿过与抬升板连接。
在座体上设置有连接腔,刷头收纳桶插接在连接腔内;容置腔位于连接腔旁侧。
所述的桶盖开启机构包括纵向连杆和杠杆机构,杠杆机构中部的枢接在座体上,杠杆机构两端分别是提升部和控制部,提升部与座体之间设置有弹簧,提升部还与纵向连杆下端连接,纵向连杆的上端与桶盖连接,弹簧对提升部施加向下作用力并下拉纵向连杆自动桶盖打开;所述的控制部向底座的容置腔一侧延伸,控制部的端部穿过容置腔侧壁延伸至容置腔内,清洁刷手柄放入容置腔时清洁刷手柄下压控制部使提升部上翘并上顶纵向连杆将桶盖关闭。
在所述的桶体内设置有收集桶、刷头收纳桶和清洁刷手柄的放置桶,收集桶和刷头收纳桶的上端口分别设置有收集桶盖和桶盖。
桶体包括本体和上座,在所述的上座上开设置有三个端口,三个端口分别连接收集桶、刷头收纳桶和放置桶,所述的收集桶盖和桶盖分别铰接在收集桶、刷头收纳桶对应的端口处。
桶盖开启机构包括连动杆和弹开机构,弹开机构对桶盖施加自动打开的作用力,连动杆的上端活动连接在桶盖,连动杆的下端设置有横向杆,在放置桶下部的桶壁上开设有导向槽,所述的横向杆穿过导向槽,清洁刷手柄放入放置桶时将挤压横向杆沿着导向槽下移,横向杆通过连动杆下拉桶盖使得桶盖压缩弹开机构将刷头收纳桶端口关闭。
在所述的清洁刷手柄与容置腔或放置桶内壁之间设置有限位机构;所述的限位机构包括限位槽和弹性凸筋;限位槽和弹性凸筋分别设置有容置腔或放置桶的内壁和清洁刷手柄的表面,清洁刷手柄放置到位时,限位槽和弹性凸筋相互配合,使得清洁刷手柄保持对桶盖开启机构控制端的作用力。
所述的清洗刷手柄,包括手柄本体和连接头,手柄本体内部空腔,连接头设置在手柄本体内部空腔的下端口,在所述的手柄本体空腔内部设置有连动杆,连动杆上端与拔钮连接,连动杆的下端设置连接套,所述的连接头包括左夹持板和右夹持板,左、右夹持板的中部铰接在手柄本体或相互铰接,在左、右夹持板之间设置有扭簧或弹簧,在初始状态下扭簧或弹簧使得左、右夹持板下端的夹持部闭合,左、右夹持板的上部设置驱动部,所述的驱动部与连接套配合,连接套向下滑动可将驱动部拼拢并使得夹持部张开。
有益效果
本发明设计带清洁刷手柄的容置腔或放置桶和刷头收纳桶,刷头收纳桶内上下层叠放置可更换的刷头,手容置腔或放置桶用于插接清洁刷手柄,并且在刷头收纳桶的桶盖和容置腔或放置桶之间设置了桶盖开启机构,桶盖开启机构与容置腔或放置桶内的清洁刷手柄实现联动,当清洁刷手柄插入容置腔或放置桶内时,桶盖开启机构的控制端被下压,桶盖开启机构带动桶盖自动关闭,而当清洁刷手柄拔出时,在桶盖开启机构的作用下桶盖自动打开,这样方便清洁刷手柄到桶内抓取刷头;同时使用完成后,只需通过拔钮就可将使用过了刷头丢弃,然后清洁刷手柄插回手柄固定座即可,本发明整个使用过程手部无需接触刷头收纳桶和刷头,更加安全卫生,因此本发明具有结构合理、使用方便、安全卫生的特点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例1。
如图1-12所示,一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,包括清洁刷手柄2和座体1,在座体1上设置有刷头收纳桶11和清洁刷手柄的容置腔12,在刷头收纳桶11的上端口铰接有桶盖3,桶盖3与桶盖开启机构连接,所述座体1的顶部设置有连接座13,所述的刷头收纳桶11套设在连接座处13,所述的容置腔12设置在座体1的顶部并位于连接座13的旁侧,所述的桶盖开启机构设置在座体1和刷头收纳桶11的内部,桶盖开启机构包括连杆5和抬升机构,抬升机构的控制端位于容置腔内,桶盖3通过一连杆5与刷头收纳桶底部的抬升机构连接;抬升机构在非受力自然状态下抬升连杆将桶盖打开;所述的抬升机构包括抬升板61,抬升板61一端铰接在座体1上,抬升板61的自由端62处于容置腔12内,抬升板61铰接部与自由端之间设置有一拉簧63,拉簧63对抬升板61施力向上旋转的作用力,所述的连杆5上端连接在桶盖上,连杆下端连接在抬升板上;所述的清洁刷手柄2的端部设置有与刷头连接的连接头22;清洁刷手柄2放置在容置腔12内时挤压自由端62,自由端62即为桶盖开启机构的控制端,并使桶盖关闭。
所述的刷头收纳桶11包括外桶111和内桶112的双层结构,内桶111与外桶112之间形成隔层;内桶112的尺寸与刷头7尺寸相匹配,所述的连杆5包括纵向部51和横向部52,纵向部111自上而下穿过隔层,折弯形成横向部52并从内桶112下方穿过与抬升板61连接。
所述的清洗刷手柄2,包括手柄本体21和连接头22,手柄本体21内部空腔,连接头22设置在手柄本体21内部空腔的下端口,在所述的手柄本体21空腔内部设置有连动杆3,连动杆3上端与拔钮24连接,连动杆3的下端设置连接套25,所述的连接头22包括左夹持板221和右夹持板222,左、右夹持板的中部枢接在手柄本体21的下端口,在左、右夹持板之间设置有扭簧或弹簧,在初始状态下扭簧或弹簧使得左、右夹持板下端的夹持部223闭合,左、右夹持板的上部设置驱动部224,所述的驱动部224与连接套25配合,连接套25向下滑动可将驱动部224拼拢并使得夹持部223张开。
本发明使用时,将清洁刷手柄2从容置腔12内拔出,此时施加在抬升板的自由端62压力释放,抬升板61在拉簧63的作用下向上抬起,抬升板61通过连杆5将桶盖3顶开,这时清洁刷手柄2可以方便伸入到内桶112内,连接头22对准刷头的连接端下压,连接头22受力自动张开将刷头夹住。
使用完毕后,通过推动机构的拔钮24,进而通过连动杆23,连动杆23通过连接套25与连接头22的驱动部224配合,连接套25向下移动使得夹持部223张开,刷头在重力的作用下自动掉落,然后将清洁刷手柄2的端部插入到容置腔12内,清洁刷手柄2下压抬升板61,连杆5顺势下移,桶盖3又重新关闭;本发明拿取清洗刷手柄、抓取和丢弃刷头以及桶盖的打开和关闭整个过程只需握住清洗刷手柄即可完成,无用手动安装刷头和打开桶盖,采用一次性丢弃式的刷头,更加安全卫生,刷头收纳桶内预置了若干刷头,桶盖与清洗刷手柄提取和放置联动,使用更加方便,全程可以保证手部卫生;本发明具有结构合理、使用方便、安全卫生的特点。

如图 13-17所示,一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,包括清洁刷手柄2和座体1,在座体1上设置有连接腔14和容置腔12,刷头收纳桶11插接在连接腔14内;容置腔12位于连接腔14旁侧,在刷头收纳桶11的上端口铰接有桶盖3,桶盖3与桶盖开启机构连接,所述的桶盖开启机构包括纵向连杆81和杠杆机构82,杠杆机构82中部的枢接在座体1上,杠杆机构82两端分别是提升部83和控制部84,提升部83与座体1之间设置有弹簧85,提升部83还与纵向连杆81下端连接,纵向连杆81的上端与桶盖3连接,弹簧85对提升部83施加向下作用力并下拉纵向连杆81将桶盖3打开;所述的控制部84向底座1的容置腔12一侧延伸,控制部84的端部穿过容置腔12侧壁延伸至容置腔12内,清洁刷手柄2放入容置腔12时清洁刷手柄2下压控制部84使提升部83上翘并上顶纵向连杆81将桶盖3关闭。
本发明这种结构属于简易的结构,刷头收纳桶11和座体的体积更小,刷头收纳桶11可以与座体1可以分离,占用体积小,通常用塑料材料制成,成本较低,针对性价比要求较高和小户型的消费者而设计的;通过杠杆机构82和纵向连杆81将清洁刷手柄2与桶盖3连接联动,清洁刷手柄2拔出桶盖自动打开,清洁刷手柄2放回容置腔12内,桶盖自动关闭,使用方法与实施方式1相同在此不再赘述。
实施方式3。
如图18-24所示,一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,包括清洁刷手柄2和桶体9,在所述的桶体9内设置有收集桶91、刷头收纳桶11和清洁刷手柄2的放置桶92,桶体9包括本体和上座901,在所述的上座901上开设置有三个端口,三个端口分别连接收集桶91、刷头收纳桶11和放置桶92,收集桶91、刷头收纳桶11对应的端口处分别铰接收集桶盖93和桶盖3;桶盖3与桶盖开启机构连接,所述的桶盖开启机构包括连动杆95和弹开机构94,弹开机构94设置在刷头收纳桶11上,弹开机构94对桶盖3施加自动打开的作用力,连动杆95的上端活动连接在桶盖3上,连动杆95的下端设置有横向杆96,在放置桶92下部的桶壁上开设有导向槽97,所述的横向杆96穿过导向槽97,清洁刷手柄2放入放置桶92时将挤压横向杆96沿着导向槽97下移,横向杆96通过连动杆95下拉桶盖3使得桶盖3压缩弹开机构94将刷头收纳桶11端口关闭。
在所述的清洁刷手柄2与放置桶92内壁之间设置有限位机构;所述的限位机构包括限位槽98和弹性凸筋28;限位槽98和弹性凸筋28分别设置在放置桶92的侧壁上和清洁刷手柄2的表面,清洁刷手柄2放置到位时,限位槽98和弹性凸筋28相互配合,使得清洁刷手柄2保持对桶盖开启机构控制端的横向杆96的作用力。
本实施方式收集桶91上端口的收集桶盖93为感应桶盖,收集桶盖93的铰接部设置有电驱动装置,电驱动装置与收集桶91顶面的感应探头90电路连接,电驱动装置由电池供电,电池设置电池盒内,电池盒设置在刷头收纳桶11的侧部,桶盖3关闭时,同时会将电池盒的盖板覆盖。
另外本发明在收集桶盖93内部设置有紫外线臭氧灯,紫外线臭氧灯透过收集桶盖93底部的栅格99可对收集桶内的垃圾进行消毒杀菌。
本实施方式将刷头收纳桶11和放置桶92与垃圾桶功能相结合,收集桶91用于收集丢弃的第一次性刷头,也可以收集其它垃圾,感应桶盖打开无需接触操作,以及桶盖3与清洁刷手柄2联动结构,确保使用过程中操作方便安全卫生;清洁刷手柄2与放置桶92内壁之间设置有限位机构主要为了防止清洁刷手柄2重量不足以确保桶盖克服弹开机构94的作用力被顶起的问题,确保联动机构的可靠性。
本发明桶盖开启机构并不局限于以上三种实施试,其它类似结构如:桶盖3开启采用电动开启方式,电动开启机构的控制按钮设置在容置腔或放置桶内,或者其它实现清洁刷手柄2和桶盖3联动机构也应属于本发明的保护范畴。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:包括清洁刷手柄(2)、桶体或座体,在桶体或座体上设置有刷头收纳桶(1)和清洁刷手柄(2)的容置腔或放置桶,在刷头收纳桶(11)的上端口铰接有桶盖(3),桶盖(3)与桶盖开启机构连接,桶盖开启机构的控制端设置在容置腔或收纳桶内,控制端在非受力自然状态下桶盖开启机构自动将桶盖打开;清洁刷手柄(2)放置在容置腔或放置桶内挤压桶盖开启机构的控制端使桶盖关闭,所述的清洁刷手柄(2)的端部设置有与刷头连接的连接头(22)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:所述座体(1)的顶部设置有连接座(13),所述的刷头收纳桶套(11)设在连接座(13)处,所述的容置腔(12)设置在座体(1)的顶部并位于连接座(13)的旁侧,所述的桶盖开启机构设置在座体(1)和刷头收纳桶(11)的内部,桶盖开启机构包括连杆(5)和抬升机构,桶盖通过一连杆(5)与抬升机构连接;抬升机构的控制端位于容置腔(12)内,抬升机构在非受力自然状态下抬升连杆(5)并将桶盖打开。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:所述的抬升机构包括抬升板(61),抬升板(61)一端铰接在座体上,抬升板(61)的自由端(62)处于容置腔(12)内,抬升板(61)铰接部与自由端(62)之间设置有一拉簧(63)或弹簧,拉簧(63)或弹簧对抬升板(61)施力向上旋转的作用力,所述的连杆(5)上端连接在桶盖(3)上,连杆(5)下端连接在抬升板(61)上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:所述的刷头收纳桶包括外桶(111)和内桶(112)的双层结构,内桶(112)与外桶(111)之间形成隔层;内桶(112)的尺寸与刷头(7)尺寸相匹配,所述的连杆(5)包括纵向部(51)和横向部(52),纵向部(51)自上而下穿过隔层,折弯形成横向部(52)并从内桶(112)下方穿过与抬升板(61)连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:在座体(1)上设置有连接腔(14),刷头收纳桶(1)插接在连接腔(14)内;容置腔(12)位于连接腔旁侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:所述的桶盖开启机构包括纵向连杆(81)和杠杆机构(82),杠杆机构(82)中部的枢接在座体(1)上,杠杆机构(82)两端分别是提升部(83)和控制部(84),提升部(83)与座体(1)之间设置有弹簧(85),提升部(83)还与纵向连杆(81)下端连接,纵向连杆(81)的上端与桶盖(3)连接,弹簧(85)对提升部(83)施加向下作用力并下拉纵向连杆(81)将桶盖(3)打开;所述的控制部(84)向底座(1)的容置腔(12)一侧延伸,控制部(84)的端部穿过容置腔(12)侧壁延伸至容置腔(12)内,清洁刷手柄(2)放入容置腔(12)时清洁刷手柄(2)下压控制部(84)使提升部(83)上翘并上顶纵向连杆(81)将桶盖(3)关闭。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:在所述的桶体(9)内设置有收集桶(91)、刷头收纳桶(11)和清洁刷手柄(2)的放置桶(92),收集桶(91)和刷头收纳桶(11)的上端口分别设置有收集桶盖(93)和桶盖(3)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:桶体(9)包括本体(901)和上座(902),在所述的上座(902)上开设置有三个端口,三个端口分别连接收集桶(91)、刷头收纳桶(11)和放置桶(92),所述的收集桶盖(93)和桶盖(3)分别铰接在收集桶(91)、刷头收纳桶(11)对应的端口处。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:桶盖开启机构包括连动杆(95)和弹开机构(94),弹开机构(94)设置在刷头收纳桶(11)上,弹开机构(94)对桶盖(3)施加自动打开的作用力,连动杆(95)的上端活动连接在桶盖(3)上,连动杆(95)的下端设置有横向杆(96),在放置桶下部的桶壁上开设有导向槽(97),所述的横向杆(96)穿过导向槽(97),清洁刷手柄(2)放入放置桶(92)时将挤压横向杆(96)沿着导向槽(97)下移,横向杆(96)通过连动杆(95)下拉桶(3)盖使得桶盖(3)压缩弹开机构(94)将刷头收纳桶(11)端口关闭。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的一种可更换刷头的马桶刷装置,其特征在于:在所述的清洁刷手柄(2)与容置腔(12)或放置桶(92)内壁之间设置有限位机构;所述的限位机构包括限位槽(98)和弹性凸筋(28);限位槽(98)和弹性凸筋(28)分别设置在容置腔(12)或放置桶(92)的侧壁上和清洁刷手柄(2)的表面,清洁刷手柄(2)放置到位时,限位槽(98)和弹性凸筋(28)相互配合,使得清洁刷手柄(2)保持对桶盖(3)开启机构控制端的作用力。
