图像采集组件包括感应器21、摄像头22、电源24以及印制电路板(Printed circuit boards PCB),感应器21设于主腔体内,并位主腔体的上端,即远离安装腔10a开口端的一侧,其中,感应器21为压力感应器21,该压力感应器 21通过粘接的方式贴合于安装腔10a的腔侧壁。摄像头22、电源24、PCB板25设于副腔体内,其中,PCB板25固定于副腔体的上端,电源24和摄像头22固定于副腔体的下端,电源24、摄像头22、感应器21通过连接线电连接于PCB板25,电源24为摄像头22和感应器21提供电能。
笔芯30包括针管和笔头,针管设于安装腔10a内,并朝向位于其上端的感应器21延伸,笔头连接于针管背离感应器21的端部,即笔头位于安装腔10a的下端,且部分由笔盖50的避让孔50a向外部伸出。
本发明的智能笔100在书写时,笔头受到来自于书写对象的压力作用,即沿竖直方向向上运动,针管背离笔头的端部抵顶于位于其上方的感应器21,感应器21被触发后,向摄像头22发送电信号,摄像头22接收到电信号后,同步采集和识别用户在书写对象上书写的文字、符号或是图像,并将其转化为电子文档朝向存储,如此即可实现用户在书写时的同步录入,较大程度的提高了办公的效率。
在一实施例中。笔盖50可拆卸的盖合于安装腔10a的开口端,笔芯30的部分容置于安装腔10a内,且部分容置于安装腔10a内的笔芯30可抵接于安装腔10a的腔壁面和笔盖50,即通过笔盖50和笔架10将笔芯30限位固定于安装腔10a内,笔芯30的其余部分由笔盖50上开设的避让孔50a向外部伸出,以供用户进行书写。本发明中通过笔盖50盖合于笔架10,使得笔芯30的部分可限位固定于安装腔10a内,从而方便用户进行书写,而当需要更换笔芯30时只需要将笔盖50从笔架10上拆除,打开安装腔10a,即可实现笔芯30的更换,整个操作过程简单方便,并且不会造成笔芯30或是笔架10的损坏,从而提高智能笔100的使用寿命。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述笔架10和所述笔盖50两者的其中之一设有内螺纹,两者的其中之另一设有外螺纹,所述笔架10和所述笔盖50螺纹连接。
具体而言,在本发明的一实施例中,笔架10包括架本体11和连接于其架本体11下端的连接镶件12,架本体11由塑胶材料或是金属材料成型,架本体11开设有上述的安装腔10a,安装腔10a的开口朝向架本体11的下端。连接镶件12连接于架本体11的下端,并邻近于安装腔10a的开口端。连接镶件12背离架本体11一侧的表面设有若干内螺纹,笔盖50的内侧设有与其相 适配的外螺纹,笔盖50通过螺纹可拆卸连接于架本体11,用于打开或是关闭该安装腔10a。当需要更换笔芯30时,只需要沿顺时针或是逆时针转动笔盖50即可将笔盖50和连接镶件12相分离,以此打开安装腔10a,并将旧笔芯30从安装腔10a内取出;更换新笔芯30后,再将笔盖50沿顺时针或是逆时针连接于连接镶件12,以关闭安装腔10a,如此即可完成笔芯30的更换,笔芯30整个更换过程的操作简单方便。同时,本申请的一实施例中,该连接镶件12由金属材料制成,例如:不锈钢、铜或是铝合金等材料。如此笔盖50可以更多次数的反复旋合于连接镶件12,而连接镶件12上的螺纹不至于损坏或是滑牙,从而较大程度的提高了智能笔100的使用性能和使用寿命。
可以理解的是,笔盖50和连接镶件12也可以采用其它形式的可拆卸连接结构,例如,在本发明的另一些实施例中,连接镶件12的外侧面设有卡扣,笔盖50上设有卡孔。卡扣扣合于卡孔内,将笔盖50连接固定于连接镶件12,如此笔芯30的更换操作也较为方便。在其它的一些实施例中,连接镶件12和笔盖50采集插接或是磁性吸合的方式可拆卸连接,在此不做详细赘述。
请结合参见图5,为了使得连接镶件12和架本体11的连接更为稳固和紧密。在本发明的一实施例中,连接镶件12的外侧面通过机械切削形成卡槽12a,安装腔10a的腔侧壁对应于该卡槽12a朝向安装腔10a的内侧凸设形成卡凸111,当连接镶件12连接于架本体11时,该卡凸111卡接于该卡槽12a内。本申请中通过卡凸111卡拉于卡槽12a内,如此当连接镶件12和架本体11通过模内注塑成型后,两者之间的连接更为稳固,从而避免了在书写的过程中连接镶件12脱落,影响智能笔100的书写和使用。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述笔芯30的下部沿周向凸设形成有止挡凸缘31。具体地,该止挡凸缘31设于针管和笔头之间,并沿笔芯30的周向边缘设置,笔盖50背离避让孔50a一侧的表面设有一台阶面。当笔芯30容置于安装腔10a内时,笔头的部分由避让孔50a伸出,止挡凸缘31抵接于笔盖50的台阶面,在书写时,笔头受到来自于书写平面向上的作用力,并向上运动,此时止挡凸缘31的上表面抵接于连接镶件12的下表面,即通过设置该止挡凸缘31使得笔芯30于连接镶件12的下表面和笔盖50的台阶面往复运动,从而避免笔芯30的笔头在书写时收缩至安装腔10a内,从而影响书写。
可以理解的是,市售的中性笔芯30一般而言都具有该止挡凸缘31,因此 本申请通过设置上述限位固定结构使得智能笔100可以使用市售的通用水性笔芯30,因而不必采用专门定制笔芯30,从而提高了智能笔100的互换性和通用性,较大程度了方便了用户的使用。
请结合参见图6,在本发明的一实施例中,所述智能笔100还包括限位组件40,该限位组件40设于安装腔10a内,用以将位于安装腔10a内的部分笔芯30进行限位。
具体地,该限位组件40包括弹簧和限位套管41,该限位套管41呈管状设置,并于安装腔10a内沿笔架10的长度方向上延伸设置,限位套管41内管的管径略大于笔芯30针管的管径,从而使得针管可以套设于限位套管41内。当针管套接于限位套管41内时,笔芯30的止挡凸缘31可抵接于限位套管41的下端。本申请中,弹性件42为弹簧,当然该弹性件42也可以是由硅橡胶制成的弹性垫块,在此不做具体限定。该弹簧套设于限位套管41的上端,并弹性抵接于安装腔10a的腔侧壁,在弹簧弹力的作用下,限位套管41的下端抵顶于止挡凸缘31的上表面,并将笔芯30整体朝向安装腔10a的开口端抵顶。图像感应组件的感应器21设于限位套管41的上端。
本申请中,笔芯30套设于限位套管41内,通过限位套管41的限位导向作用,使得笔芯30在安装腔10a内往复运动时,其运动的轨迹不会发生较大的偏离或是较大的偏摆,从而降低了书写的过程中笔芯30发生晃动幅度,提高了用户书写的体验度。进一步地,弹簧套接于限位套管41的上端,在弹簧提供弹力的作用下,可使得止挡凸缘31的下表面牢牢抵接于笔盖50的台阶面上从而避免笔芯30在使用的过程中产生晃动,并且通过弹簧的弹力作用消除笔芯30和笔架10之间的间隙配合公差,使得笔芯30和笔架10牢牢贴合,如此则更进一步地避免了在书写的过程中笔芯30产生晃动,从而提高用户的体验度。
请再次参见图6,为了方便弹簧的拆装,本发明的一实施例中,限位组件40还包括可拆卸连接的限位套管41和限位堵头43。其中,限位堵头43的整体呈圆柱形延伸设置,一端插接于限位套管41内,限位堵头43背离限位套管41一侧的表面朝向感应器21一侧凸伸形成限位凸起,弹簧套接于该限位凸起,弹簧的一端抵接于限位堵头43,另一端抵接于安装腔10a的腔侧壁。需要说明的是,本申请中感应器21粘接于安装腔10a的腔底壁,安装腔10a 底壁环绕感应器21的周向凸设形成凸起。在书写的时,笔芯30抵接于限位套管41,限位套管41将限位堵头43朝向感应器21一侧抵顶,弹簧抵接于感应器21周向的凸起,限位凸起继续朝向感应器21一侧运动,并最终抵顶和触发感应器21。本申请中,弹簧通过限位凸起套接于限位堵头43上。如此限位组件40的结构较为简单,并且弹簧的拆装操作也较为方便。
在本发明的一实施例中,图像采集组件还包括滤光片23,具体地,该滤光片23设于安装腔10a内,并位于摄像头22的下方。摄像头22通过该滤光片23采集书写平面上的文字、符号以及图像。可以理解的是,滤光片23可以吸收特定波长的光线,因此通过设置该滤光片23,可使得摄像头22采集到的文字和符号更为清晰,以此提高摄像头22识别文字和符号的准确性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能笔,其特征在于,包括:
    笔架,所述笔架设有一端开口的安装腔,所述安装腔用于容纳笔芯;
    图像采集组件,所述图像采集组件容置于所述安装腔,并与所述笔芯相对应;以及
    笔盖,所述笔盖可拆卸的盖合于所述安装腔的开口端,所述笔盖开设有连通所述安装腔的避让孔,所述笔芯可抵接于所述笔盖和所述安装腔的腔壁面,且所述笔芯的部分由所述避让孔伸出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述笔架和所述笔盖两者的其中之一设有内螺纹,两者的其中之另一设有外螺纹,所述笔架和所述笔盖螺纹连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述笔架包括架本体和连接镶件,所述架本体设有所述安装腔,所述连接镶件连接于所述架本体,并邻近于所述安装腔的开口端设置,所述连接镶件和所述笔盖螺纹连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述连接镶件的外侧面设有卡槽,所述安装腔的腔侧壁设有卡凸,所述卡凸卡接于所述卡槽内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述连接镶件的材质为金属材料。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述笔芯的下部沿周向凸设形成有止挡凸缘,所述笔盖抵接于所述止挡凸缘的下表面,所述连接镶件可抵接于所述止挡凸缘的上表面。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述智能笔还包括限位组件,所述限位组件包括限位套管,所述限位套管设于所述安装 腔内,并朝向所述图像采集组件一侧延伸设置,所述笔芯套设于所述限位套管内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述限位套管远离所述笔盖的端部,所述弹性件弹性抵接于所述安装腔的腔侧壁。
  9. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述图像采集组件包括感应器和摄像头,所述感应器设于所述安装腔内,并位于所述笔芯的上方,所述摄像头与所述感应器通讯连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能笔,其特征在于,所述图像采集组件还包括滤光片,所述滤光片设于所述安装腔内,并位于所述摄像头的下方。
