如美国公告第US 9,646,459号专利,其揭露了一种博弈游戏系统的奖励装置,可用于增加博弈游戏系统的赔率。其主要是利用一计算变动加码赔率元件,由该多个游戏结果中随机选择固定数量并各自产生一变动加码赔率,再于一电子显示板立即对应显示该变动加码赔率,并让该赔付元件对押中该游戏结果的押注,依据该赔付赔率并优先选择该变动加码赔率来赔付玩家。据此其可以增加玩家回报率(RTP),让玩家期望由博弈游戏系统额外获得奖励,而增加博弈游戏系统的吸引力,据而提高博弈游戏系统的使用率。
然而,上述专利为以增加玩家回报率(RTP)的方式,来增加博弈游戏系统的吸引力,其直接牺牲了博弈业者的营业利益。对于博弈业者来说,过高的玩家回报率(RTP)虽可增加营业额,但对于营业利益并无帮助。而当限制玩家回报率(RTP)满足博弈业者的期望数值时,如上述专利的作法,对于玩家来说,该变动加码赔率的最大数值仍然太小,难以产生吸引玩家的效果。
发明公开
本发明的主要目的,在于揭露一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统与方法,在玩家回报率(RTP)最小变动的前提下,仍可提供足够吸引玩家的变动赔率的数值。
为达上述目的,本发明为一博弈游戏系统,一实施例中,该博弈游戏系统为供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率(RTP)。该博弈游戏系统为包含一显示单元、一输入单元、一赔率处理单元、一游戏结果产生单元、一赔付单元与一游戏处理单元。 其中该显示单元供显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区。该输入单元供该玩家对该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号。
而该赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率中的至少一个分别对应产生至少一个变动赔率组,该至少一个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的至少一个变动赔率,该至少一个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且于每一个该变动赔率组中,该赔率处理单元依据该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组,又该至少一个变动赔率组满足下列条件:全部的该变动赔率为两个以上,且全部的该变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的赔率数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
另该游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果。该赔付单元依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付。而该游戏处理单元为连接该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元,并该游戏处理单元控制该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元的运作而让该博弈游戏进行该至少一游戏回合。
在另一实施例中,该赔率处理单元亦可提供多个赔率表,并该玩家由该多个赔率表中选择一个并加以启用。该多个赔率表分别记载多个对应该多个赔付赔率的变动赔率组,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率。且于启用的该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组中,该赔率处理单元依该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,并借由该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组。又每一个该赔率表分别满足下列条件:每一个该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组个别具有的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
在另一实施例中,该赔率处理单元亦可针对该多个赔付赔率,依赔率数值分组并选择至少一个分组分别提供对应的多个变动赔率组。该玩家可针对各分组由对应的该多个变动赔率组中选择一个并加以启用,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供择一取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率。且选择的该变动赔率组被启用后,该赔率处理单元针对相同分组的该至少一个赔付赔率,分别依据该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一取代,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,并借由该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组,又每一个该变动赔率组分别满足下列条件:每一个该变动赔率组的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
此外,本发明亦提供一博弈游戏方法,一实施例中,该博弈游戏方法供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,并借由一显示单元显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含:一押注步骤、一变动赔率选择步骤、一赔率更新步骤、一游戏结果产生步骤与一赔付步骤。
其中该押注步骤为借由一输入单元让该玩家于该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号。
该变动赔率选择步骤为借由一赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率中的至少一个分别对应产生至少一个变动赔率组,该至少一个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的至少一个变动赔率,该至少一个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且于每一个该变动赔率组中,让该赔率处理单元依据该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,又该至少一个变动赔率组满足下列条件:全部的该变动赔率为两个以上,且全部的该变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的赔率数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
该赔率更新步骤为在该押注步骤结束后,借由该显示单元显示该调整后的赔付赔率。
该游戏结果产生步骤为借由一游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果。
该赔付步骤为借由一赔付单元依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付。
在另一实施例中,该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含:一赔率选择步骤、一押注步骤、一变动赔率选择步骤、一赔率更新步骤、一游戏结果产生步骤以及一赔付步骤。
其中为先进行该赔率选择步骤,借由一赔率处理单元提供多个赔率表,并让该玩家由该多个赔率表中选择一个并加以启用,该多个赔率表分别记载多个对应该多个赔付赔率的变动赔率组,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供择择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,又每一个该赔率表分别满足下列条件:每一个该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组个别具有的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
在该变动赔率选择步骤时,为借由该赔率处理单元于启用的该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组中,依该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组。
在另一实施例中,该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含一赔率选择步骤、一押注步骤、一变动赔率选择步骤、一赔率更新步骤、一游戏结果产生步骤以及一赔付步骤。
其中同样先进行该赔率选择步骤,让该赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率,依赔率数值分组并选择至少一个分组分别提供对应的多个变动赔率组,并该玩家可针对各分组由该多个变动赔率组中选择一个并加以启用,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供择一取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,又每一个该变动赔率组分别满足下列条件:每一个该变动赔率组的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低 的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。
而该变动赔率选择步骤为借由该赔率处理单元,在选择的该变动赔率组被启用后,针对相同分组的该至少一个赔付赔率,分别依据该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一取代,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组。
据此,本发明为提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统与方法,通过降低部分的变动赔率的方式,来提高其他的变动赔率的最高可能数值,因此可在该玩家回报率最小变动的前提下,产生足够吸引玩家的变动赔率的数值,同时满足吸引玩家以及维持营业利益的使用需求。

实现本发明的最佳方式
有关本发明的详细说明及技术,配合附图说明如下:
请参阅图1、图2、图3A与图3B所示,为本发明第一实施例,其为一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率13。该博弈游戏包含轮盘游戏、骰宝游戏、百家乐游戏等等,第一实施例以轮盘游戏为例说明。该赔付赔率组如下表(仅列示部分代表)所示,第一行为游戏结果,第二行为赔付赔率13。并赔付赔率13标示于图3A(仅标示部分)中,此赔付赔率13为轮盘游戏最广泛使用的基本赔率。

另,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率(RTP)。玩家回报率(RTP)的计算方式为各个游戏结果的出现机率与对应赔率的乘积的平均值。
而如图1所示,本发明的该博弈游戏系统包含一显示单元10、一输入单元20、一赔率处理单元30、一游戏结果产生单元40、一赔付单元50与一游戏处理单元60。其中该游戏处理单元60为连接该显示单元10、该输入单元20、该赔率处理单元30、该游戏结果产生单元40与该赔付单元50,并该游戏处理单元60控制该显示单元10、该输入单元20、该赔率处理单元30、该游戏结果产生单元40与该赔付单元50的运作而让该博弈游戏进行该至少一游戏回合。
请一并参阅图3A所示,该显示单元10供显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面11,该游戏画面11具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区12。该输入单元20可与该显示单元10整合在一起,而为触控显示屏幕,可同时提供输入与显示的功能,而可供该玩家对该多个押注区12进行押注而产生一押注信号。
请一并参阅图3B所示,该赔率处理单元30针对该多个赔付赔率13中的至少一个分别对应产生至少一个变动赔率组,该至少一个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率13的至少一个变动赔率14,该至少一个变动赔率14分别具有一被选择机率。
如下表所示,为至少一个变动赔率组的其中一种实施例。每一列表示一游戏结果/赔付赔率13、对应的一组变动赔率组(变动赔率14)与对应的被选择机率。
又该至少一个变动赔率组为满足下列条件:全部的该变动赔率14为两个以上,且全部的该变动赔率14中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率13为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率14的赔率数值为让据以计算出来的该玩 家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件。该指定条件为可以依据实际需求而选择。较佳的,该指定条件为该玩家回报率的变动值为最小。在理想值下,为了维持业者的营业利益该玩家回报率的变动值为零,为最理想的状态。但实际计算上可能会有无法整除的问题,因此实务上,只要让该玩家回报率的变动值为最小即可。另在其他的实施例上,该指定条件亦可以是该玩家回报率增加或减少一指定值,以满足营业上的需求。
值得注意的是,计算该玩家回报率时,为每一个该变动赔率组先分别计算个别的玩家回报率,再整体加以平均,即可得该玩家回报率。因此在该玩家回报率变动值最小的前提下,只要有部分(至少一个但不包含全部)变动赔率14相较对应的该赔付赔率13为具有较低的赔率数值,就可以有效提高其他变动赔率14的数值,进而可吸引玩家进行游戏。另本发明实施例所提供的赔率数字仅为示意值,并非真实的赔率数字,惟熟悉本技术领域者,可以依据本发明所揭露的技术,依实际的需求而实施。
而在产生该至少一个变动赔率组后,于每一个该变动赔率组中,该赔率处理单元30依据该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率14中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率13,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,调整后的赔付赔率组的其中一实施例如下表。

最后,该游戏结果产生单元40于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果。而该赔付单元50依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付。
另,为了满足玩家的需求,该输入单元20可以供该玩家选择性输入该至少一个变动赔率14的上限值、下限值或数量中的至少一个,而让该赔率处理单元30据以产生该至少一个变动赔率组。举例来说,玩家依据喜好可以输入,变动赔率14可以接受的上限值、下限值或数量,而该赔率处理单元30会依据 玩家的输入,而据以产生该至少一个变动赔率组。因此玩家于每回合游戏中都可获得不同的变动赔率14,而可维持新鲜感。
而在实务上,该赔率处理单元30为以数学上的试误法产生该至少一个变动赔率组。更详细的说,该赔率处理单元30为以满足玩家的输入条件的前提下,先乱数产生该至少一个变动赔率组的变动赔率14(包含个数、数值与被选择机率)。接着该赔率处理单元30计算该玩家回报率,以判断该玩家回报率的变动值为正数或负数。当该玩家回报率的变动值为正数(负数)时,代表变动赔率14的数值过高(过低),该赔率处理单元30会以最小单位调整的方式来降低(增加)数值并重新计算该玩家回报率,直到该玩家回报率的变动值改为负数(正数)。而当该玩家回报率的变动值收敛后,该赔率处理单元30会选择该玩家回报率的变动值的绝对值最小者,为最后的该变动赔率组,且满足该指定条件。
此外,该游戏处理单元60更可以依据一预设条件判断是否让该赔率处理单元30产生该至少一个变动赔率组。更详细的说,该预设条件可以是由玩家或业者设定,或是可以作为奖励游戏中的一个奖励游戏,或者,当玩家的押注额超过一指定数值时,才让该赔率处理单元30产生该至少一个变动赔率组。或者,亦可于该押注区12设置一额外押注选项121,当玩家有押注该额外押注选项121时,才让该赔率处理单元30产生该至少一个变动赔率组。
而图2所示,为对应第一实施例的方法的流程图。该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含:步骤S1:押注步骤、步骤S2:变动赔率选择步骤、步骤S3:赔率更新步骤、步骤S4:游戏结果产生步骤与步骤S5:赔付步骤。
其中,步骤S1:押注步骤,为借由该输入单元20让该玩家于该多个押注区12进行押注而产生该押注信号。并可进行一步骤S1-1,判断是否进行变动赔率选择步骤。当判断要选择变动赔率时,续行步骤S2:变动赔率选择步骤;若否则直接进行步骤S4:游戏结果产生步骤。
步骤S2:变动赔率选择步骤,为借由该赔率处理单元30先产生至少一个变动赔率组,再择一选择该至少一个变动赔率14取代对应的该赔付赔率13,而让该博弈游戏具有该调整后的赔付赔率组。
步骤S3:赔率更新步骤,为在该押注步骤结束后,借由该显示单元10显示该调整后的赔付赔率13,其如图3B所示。
步骤S4:游戏结果产生步骤,为借由该游戏结果产生单元40产生该回合 结果。

该多个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率13的至少一个变动赔率14,该至少一个变动赔率14分别具有一被选择机率。又该赔率处理单元30亦可更提供一基础赔率表,该基础赔率表记载该多个赔付赔率13,该基础赔率表并纳入该玩家选择启用的范围,亦即玩家可以选择该多个赔付赔率13进行游戏。

该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含T1:赔率选择步骤、T2:押注步骤、T3:变 动赔率选择步骤、T4:赔率更新步骤、T5:游戏结果产生步骤与T6:赔付步骤。
与第一实施例相较之下,为先进行T1:赔率选择步骤,为借由该赔率处理单元30提供多个赔率表,并让该玩家由该多个赔率表中选择一个并加以启用。
接着为T2:押注步骤,为借由该输入单元20让该玩家于该多个押注区12进行押注而产生该押注信号,而在T2:押注步骤之后,可进行一步骤T2-1,判断是否进行变动赔率选择步骤。当判断要选择变动赔率时,续行步骤T3:变动赔率选择步骤;若否则直接进行步骤T5:游戏结果产生步骤。

第三实施例的该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含T1:赔率选择步骤、T2:押注步骤、T3:变动赔率选择步骤、T4:赔率更新步骤、T5:游戏结果产生步骤与T6:赔付步骤。
与第二实施例相较之下,T1:赔率选择步骤,为让该赔率处理单元30针对该多个赔付赔率13,依赔率数值分组并选择至少一个分组分别提供对应的多个变动赔率组,并该玩家可对各分组由该多个变动赔率组中选择一个并加以启用。该玩家选择分组的数量为可自由决定,并没有一定的限制。
而T3:变动赔率选择步骤,为借由该赔率处理单元30择一选择该多个变动赔率14取代对应的该赔付赔率13,而让该博弈游戏具有该调整后的赔付赔率组。
综上所述,本发明的特点至少包含:
1.本发明可以通过降低部分的变动赔率的方式,来提高其他的变动赔率的最高可能数值,因此可在该玩家回报率最小变动的前提下,产生足够吸引玩家的变动赔率的数值,同时满足吸引玩家以及维持营业利益的使用需求。
2.玩家可以借由选择多个赔率表的任一,不同的赔率表具有不同的变动赔率组与不同的变动赔率,故玩家可以依据己身的喜好来选择以进行游戏。
3.赔率处理单元可以针对多个赔付赔率,依赔率数值分组并选择至少一个分组分别提供对应的多个变动赔率组,让玩家可以针对至少一个分组,从提供的多个变动赔率组中择一启用,满足针对部分的游戏结果产生变动赔率的需求。
4.指定条件可以依据需求而设定,提供更多的弹性,让业者可以提高或降低该玩家回报率,满足使用上的需求。
5.玩家可以输入变动赔率的上限值、下限值或数量,而满足个人化的客制需求。
6.游戏处理单元可以依据一预设条件判断是否让该赔率处理单元产生该至少一个变动赔率组。

Claims (20)
- 一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,其特征在于,该博弈游戏系统包含:一显示单元,该显示单元供显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区;一输入单元,该输入单元供该玩家对该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号;一赔率处理单元,该赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率中的至少一个分别对应产生至少一个变动赔率组,该至少一个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的至少一个变动赔率,该至少一个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且于每一个该变动赔率组中,该赔率处理单元依据该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组,又该至少一个变动赔率组满足下列条件:全部的该变动赔率为两个以上,且全部的该变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的赔率数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件;一游戏结果产生单元,该游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果;一赔付单元,该赔付单元依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付;以及一游戏处理单元,该游戏处理单元为连接该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元,并该游戏处理单元控制该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元的运作而让该博弈游戏进行该至少一游戏回合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该玩 家回报率的变动值为最小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该输入单元供该玩家选择性输入该至少一个变动赔率的上限值、下限值或数量中的至少一个,而让该赔率处理单元据以产生该至少一个变动赔率组。
- 根据权利要求3所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该赔率处理单元为以数学上的试误法产生该至少一个变动赔率组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该游戏处理单元更依据一预设条件判断是否让该赔率处理单元产生该至少一个变动赔率组。
- 一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,其特征在于,该博弈游戏系统包含:一显示单元,该显示单元供显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区;一输入单元,该输入单元供该玩家对该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号;一赔率处理单元,该赔率处理单元提供多个赔率表,并该玩家由该多个赔率表中选择一个并加以启用,该多个赔率表分别记载多个对应该多个赔付赔率的变动赔率组,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且于启用的该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组中,该赔率处理单元依该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,借由该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组,又每一个该赔率表分别满足下列条件:每一个该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组个别具有的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件;一游戏结果产生单元,该游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果;一赔付单元,该赔付单元为依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付来进行赔付;以及一游戏处理单元,该游戏处理单元为连接该显示单元、该赔率处理单元、该输入单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元,并该游戏处理单元控制该显示单元、该赔率处理单元、该输入单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元的运作而让该博弈游戏进行该至少一游戏回合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该玩家回报率的变动值为最小。
- 根据权利要求6所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该赔率处理单元更提供一基础赔率表,该基础赔率表记载该多个赔付赔率,并纳入该玩家选择启用的范围。
- 一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏系统,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,其特征在于,该博弈游戏系统包含:一显示单元,该显示单元供显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区;一输入单元,该输入单元供该玩家对该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号;一赔率处理单元,该赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率,依赔率数值分组并选择至少一个分组分别提供对应的多个变动赔率组,该玩家可对各分组由对应的该多个变动赔率组中选择一个并加以启用,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供择一取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且选择的该变动赔率组被启用后,该赔率处理单元针对相同分组的该至少一个赔付赔率,分别依据该被选择机率,由该多个变动赔率中择一取代,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,借由该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率组,又每一个该变动赔率组分别满足下列条件:每一个该变动赔率组的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变 动值满足一指定条件;一游戏结果产生单元,该游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为该游戏回合的一回合结果;一赔付单元,该赔付单元为依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组来进行赔付;以及一游戏处理单元,该游戏处理单元为连接该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元,并该游戏处理单元控制该显示单元、该输入单元、该赔率处理单元、该游戏结果产生单元与该赔付单元的运作而让该博弈游戏进行该至少一游戏回合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的博弈游戏系统,其特征在于,该指定条件为该玩家回报率的变动值为最小。
- 一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏方法,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,并借由一显示单元显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,其特征在于,该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含:一押注步骤,该押注步骤为借由一输入单元让该玩家于该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号;一变动赔率选择步骤,该变动赔率选择步骤为借由一赔率处理单元针对该多个赔付赔率中的至少一个分别对应产生至少一个变动赔率组,该至少一个变动赔率组分别具有供选择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的至少一个变动赔率,该至少一个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,且于每一个该变动赔率组中,让该赔率处理单元依据该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组,又该至少一个变动赔率组满足下列条件:全部的该变动赔率为两个以上,且全部的该变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的赔率数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件;一赔率更新步骤,该赔率更新步骤为在该押注步骤结束后,借由该显示单元显示该调整后的赔付赔率;一游戏结果产生步骤,该游戏结果产生步骤为借由一游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果;以及一赔付步骤,该赔付步骤为借由一赔付单元依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付。
- 根据权利要求11所述的博弈游戏方法,其特征在于,该指定条件为该玩家回报率的变动值为最小。
- 根据权利要求11所述的博弈游戏方法,其特征在于,该输入单元供该玩家选择性输入该至少一个变动赔率的上限值、下限值或数量中的至少一个,而让该赔率处理单元据以产生该至少一个变动赔率组。

- 一种提供变动赔率的博弈游戏方法,供一玩家进行至少一游戏回合的一博弈游戏,该博弈游戏具有多个游戏结果与一赔付赔率组,并借由一显示单元显示该博弈游戏的一游戏画面,该游戏画面具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的押注区,该赔付赔率组具有多个对应该多个游戏结果的赔付赔率,于每一该游戏回合中,该多个游戏结果分别具有一出现机率,并据以计算出该博弈游戏的一玩家回报率,其特征在于,该博弈游戏方法的步骤包含:一变动赔率组选择步骤,该变动赔率组选择步骤为借由一赔率处理单元提供多个赔率表,并让该玩家由该多个赔率表中选择一个并加以启用,该多个赔率表分别记载多个对应该多个赔付赔率的变动赔率组,该多个变动赔率组分别具有供择择并取代对应的该赔付赔率的多个变动赔率,该多个变动赔率分别具有一被选择机率,又每一个该赔率表分别满足下列条件:每一个该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组个别具有的该多个变动赔率中的部分,相较对应的该赔付赔率为具有较低的赔率数值,而其他的该变动赔率的数值为让据以计算出来的该玩家回报率的变动值满足一指定条件;一押注步骤,该押注步骤为借由一输入单元让该玩家于该多个押注区进行押注而产生一押注信号;一变动赔率选择步骤,该变动赔率选择步骤为借由该赔率处理单元于启用的该赔率表的每一个该变动赔率组中,依该被选择机率,由该至少一个变动赔率中择一且取代对应的该赔付赔率,而让该博弈游戏具有一调整后的赔付赔率组;一赔率更新步骤,该赔率更新步骤为在该押注步骤结束后,借由该显示单元于该押注区显示该调整后的赔付赔率;一游戏结果产生步骤,该游戏结果产生步骤为借由一游戏结果产生单元于每一该游戏回合中,依据该出现机率选择该多个游戏结果中的一个,作为每一该游戏回合的一回合结果;以及一赔付步骤,该赔付步骤为借由一赔付单元依据该押注信号、该回合结果及该调整后的赔付赔率组进行赔付。
