2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV),2020年1月12日被世界卫生组织命名,冠状病毒是一个大型病毒家族,已知可引起感冒以及中东呼吸综合征(MERS)和严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)等较严重疾病,新型冠状病毒是以前从未在人体中发现的冠状病毒新毒株。

口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫进出佩戴者口鼻的用具,以纱布或纸等制成,口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。
但由于传染病的发生与传染往往是难以预知的,继而在传染病发生的前中期对于口罩需求量往往较大,从而就需要对口罩进行消毒,达到口罩可反复利用,减少资源浪费的效果,而传统的消毒方式,采用人工清洗,喷洒消毒液的方式进行消毒,其消毒效果与效率均较为一般,进而本实用新型提供一种用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,具备了通过机械式的运作,达到了对口罩进行清洗、消毒、杀菌和烘干的效果,解决了由于传染病的发生与传染往往是难以预知的,继而在传染病发生的前中期对于口罩需求量往往较大,从而就需要对口罩进行消毒,达到口罩可反复利用,减少资源浪费的效果,而传统的消毒方式,采用人工清洗,喷洒消毒液的方式进行 消毒,其消毒效果与效率均较为一般的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,包括柜体,所述柜体的底部通过合页转动连接有门体,所述柜体柜内的底部活动放置有消毒液存放筒,所述柜体柜内的顶板固定安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的活塞部固定连接有连接轴,所述连接轴的轴臂套接有套筒,所述连接轴的下表面固定连接有限位块,所述套筒筒内的下表面固定连接有四个联动柱,四个所述联动柱的下表面共同固定连接有摆盘,所述摆盘的下表面固定安装有衣物夹,所述柜体的侧面固定安装有电机,所述电机的输出轴通过传动机构驱动四个所述联动柱运动,所述柜体柜内的底部设置有杀菌机构。
优选的,所述传动机构包括两个转轴,两个所述转轴的相背端均通过轴承配合与所述柜体柜内的侧壁限位转动连接,任意一所述转轴的一端与所述电机的输出轴固定连接,两个所述转轴的相对侧均固定连接有连接板,两个所述连接板的相对侧共同固定连接有斜向柱,四个所述联动柱分为两对,两对所述联动柱分别抵接所述斜向柱的前后端面。

一、本发明通过设置的消毒液存放筒、电动推杆、连接轴、套筒、限位块、 联动柱、摆盘、衣物夹、电机、转轴、连接板和斜向柱,使得口罩在消毒液存放筒内消毒液中进行往复摆动,继而使得口罩充分与消毒接触,提高了消毒效果与效率。
二、本发明通过设置的凸轮,使得口罩在消毒液存放筒内消毒液中进行往复摆动的同时进行上下往复移动,继而使得口罩可充分在消毒液内进行扰动,进而进一步提高了消毒效果与效率。
三、本发明通过设置的安装环和紫外线杀菌灯,通过紫外线杀菌灯可对清洗与消毒后的口罩进行杀菌与烘干。
四、本发明通过摆盘的直径与消毒液存放筒筒口的直径相等的设置,结合图6所示,当摆盘盖设在消毒液存放筒的筒口处后,摆盘可将消毒液存放筒的筒口完全遮挡住,避免了在口罩消毒过程中,消毒液发生外溅的现象。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,包括柜体1,柜体1的底部通过合页2转动连接有门体3,柜体1柜内的底部活动放置有消毒液存放筒4,柜体1柜内的顶板固定安装有电动推杆5,电动推杆5的活塞部固定连接有连接轴6,连接轴6的轴臂套接有套筒7,连接轴6的下表面固定连接有限位块8,套筒7筒内的下表面固定连接有四个联动柱9,四个联动柱9的下表面共同固定连接有摆盘10,摆盘10的下表面固定安装有衣物夹11,柜体1的侧面固定安装有电机12,电机12的输出轴通过传动机构驱动四个联动柱9运动,柜体1柜内的底部设置有杀菌机构。
传动机构包括两个转轴13,两个转轴13的相背端均通过轴承配合与柜体1柜内的侧壁限位转动连接,任意一转轴13的一端与电机12的输出轴固定连接,两个转轴13的相对侧均固定连接有连接板14,两个连接板14的相对侧共同固定连接有斜向柱15,四个联动柱9分为两对,两对联动柱9分别抵接斜向柱15的前后端面,通过电机12输出轴的运作,使得转轴13进行转动,由转轴13转动的过程并经连接板14的联动,使得斜向柱15同步进行转动,结合图4所示由呈倾斜设置的斜向柱15转动的过程并经斜向柱15柱臂和四个联动柱9柱臂抵接的关系,使得摆盘10进行摆动,由摆盘10摆动的过程,使得口罩在消毒液存放筒4内消毒液中进行往复摆动,继而使得口罩充分与消毒接触,提高了消毒效果与效率。
传动机构还包括两个凸轮16,两个凸轮16分别固定连接在两个转轴13的轴臂,由转轴13转动的过程并经凸轮16与套筒7下端面之间的抵接关系,使得套筒7沿连接轴6的轴臂进行上下往复移动,由套筒7上下往复移动的过程并经联动柱9的联动,使得摆盘10在往复摆动的同时进行上下往复移动,从而使得口罩可充分在消毒液内进行扰动,进而进一步提高了消毒效果与效率。
杀菌机构包括安装环17,安装环17固定连接在柜体1柜内的底部,安装环17的环壁固定安装有紫外线杀菌灯18,在对口罩消毒完成后,关闭电机12,通过电动推杆5活塞部的收缩并经限位块8的限位,使得套筒7、联动柱9、摆盘10、衣物夹11和口罩上移并至图1所示状态,然后通过紫外线杀菌灯18对口罩进行杀菌与烘干。
摆盘10的直径与消毒液存放筒4筒口的直径相等,结合图6所示,当摆盘10盖设在消毒液存放筒4的筒口处后,摆盘10可将消毒液存放筒4的筒口完全遮挡住,避免了在口罩消毒过程中,消毒液发生外溅的现象。
门体3的外壁开设有开口,门体3通过开口固定安装有透明窗19,通过设置的透明窗19,便于操作者观察口罩的杀菌与烘干过程,以便随时将口罩取出。
工作原理:该用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜在使用时,打开门体3,通过衣物夹11将口罩夹持住,然后关上门体3,通过电动推杆5活塞部的伸出并利用套筒7、联动柱9和摆盘10的重力,使得摆盘10下移并盖设在消毒液存放筒4的筒口处如图6所示,随后通过电机12输出轴的运作,使得转轴13进行转动,由转轴13转动的过程并经连接板14的联动,使得斜向柱15同步进行转动,结合图4所示由呈倾斜设置的斜向柱15转动的过程并经斜向柱15柱臂和四个联动柱9柱臂抵接的关系,使得摆盘10进行往复摆动,由摆盘10摆动的过程,使得口罩在消毒液存放筒4内消毒液中进行往复摆动,继而使得口罩充分与消 毒接触,提高了消毒效果与效率,同时由转轴13转动的过程并经凸轮16与套筒7下端面之间的抵接关系,使得套筒7沿连接轴6的轴臂进行上下往复移动,由套筒7上下往复移动的过程并经联动柱9的联动,使得摆盘10在往复摆动的同时进行上下往复移动,从而使得口罩可充分在消毒液内进行扰动,进而进一步提高了消毒效果与效率,在对口罩消毒完成后,关闭电机12,通过电动推杆5活塞部的收缩并经限位块8的限位,使得套筒7、联动柱9、摆盘10、衣物夹11和口罩上移并至图1所示状态,然后通过紫外线杀菌灯18对口罩进行杀菌与烘干,最后通过打开门体3即可将口罩取出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
- 一种用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,包括柜体(1),其特征在于:所述柜体(1)的底部通过合页(2)转动连接有门体(3),所述柜体(1)柜内的底部活动放置有消毒液存放筒(4),所述柜体(1)柜内的顶板固定安装有电动推杆(5),所述电动推杆(5)的活塞部固定连接有连接轴(6),所述连接轴(6)的轴臂套接有套筒(7),所述连接轴(6)的下表面固定连接有限位块(8),所述套筒(7)筒内的下表面固定连接有四个联动柱(9),四个所述联动柱(9)的下表面共同固定连接有摆盘(10),所述摆盘(10)的下表面固定安装有衣物夹(11),所述柜体(1)的侧面固定安装有电机(12),所述电机(12)的输出轴通过传动机构驱动四个所述联动柱(9)运动,所述柜体(1)柜内的底部设置有杀菌机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括两个转轴(13),两个所述转轴(13)的相背端均通过轴承配合与所述柜体(1)柜内的侧壁限位转动连接,任意一所述转轴(13)的一端与所述电机(12)的输出轴固定连接,两个所述转轴(13)的相对侧均固定连接有连接板(14),两个所述连接板(14)的相对侧共同固定连接有斜向柱(15),四个所述联动柱(9)分为两对,两对所述联动柱(9)分别抵接所述斜向柱(15)的前后端面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,其特征在于:所述传动机构还包括两个凸轮(16),两个所述凸轮(16)分别固定连接在两个所述转轴(13)的轴臂。
- 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,其特征在于:所述杀菌机构包括安装环(17),所述安装环(17)固定连接在所述柜 体(1)柜内的底部,所述安装环(17)的环壁固定安装有紫外线杀菌灯(18)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,其特征在于:所述摆盘(10)的直径与所述消毒液存放筒(4)筒口的直径相等。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于预防新型冠状病毒的消毒柜,其特征在于:所述门体(3)的外壁开设有开口,所述门体(3)通过所述开口固定安装有透明窗(19)。
