以健康领域为例,大多数人接触的契机多属已病状态而寻求医疗协助,故传统的医学服务多着墨于针对已失去健康的民众进行治疗,对于尚未达医学程度认知的将病状态者并无提供较多的服务及规划。又纵使民间或行政机关有类似的照护或区域关心等服务,但该些机构间彼此并无有效的信息沟通及规划一致性,且各机构的服务面向本质上常存有极大差异,导致每个人皆须自我探询个人所需的医学服务,这对一般非具有专业医学知识的人而言,根本无法有效维持健康及治愈自身病症。据此,导致健康的个体无法学习如何持续维持健康状态;亚健康的将病个体无法利用非医疗行为而自我改善身体条件以自我疗愈;以及已病的个体通过医疗行为治愈后无法学习如何持续维持健康状态。因此鉴于医学的复杂性极高且健康管理的层面相当广泛,利用本发明的账号级别设立及管理的技术手段,可将每个人的个体有效予以管理及规划后,并利用该身份参与各式或各阶段的医学相关服务,据此即可建构出一极度缜密且由上而下或由下而上皆无信息断层的 全新医学服务网络。

为提升各使用者9的登入安全性,该登入模块11包含一验证单元111,该验证单元111于接收该登入指令后依据该身份信息对该使用者进行一登入验证程 序,其中该登入验证程序包含生物特征识别、实体密钥识别及身份私钥识别其中之一或其组合。据此,使用者的个人资料可受到更好的保护,避免他人仅撷取或破解部分专属信息即可盗用该使用者的任意数据。更具体地说,该验证单元111可依据该使用者9的该身份信息状态予以执行登入验证程序,例如以包含实体密钥识别为例,该账号管理系统1可架构于零信任网络,而利用实体密钥识别的方式进行验证,亦即该使用者9于登入同时,需一并以存有密钥的实体物品与该电子装置3连接而进行验证。或者,亦可使该账号管理系统1端仅存有对应该使用者身份的公钥,而于登入时须接收来自该电子装置3的身份私钥予以确认验证,或是于使用者登入时对该使用者9进行生物特征识别。通过该些方式可对各使用者达到更好的保护,避免产生个人资料外泄与第三人盗取相关信息的风险。
基于网络信息的发达,关于乐活、提升自我身、心、灵的锻炼修行等信息亦渐普及,为了让自我生命,乃至家庭、机构、小区及整个地球生态被经营与提升,通过基于整合生命哲学与生命科学所创造出来的系统性修正行为的论述与作法,民众可利用体验(Be)、转化(Do)、获得(Have)、分享(Share)四个阶段来达成改变或修正生活形态的目的,以让大众皆可健康快乐地生活直至118岁。对此,除了自身确实努力地修行与实行改造自我身、心、灵的行为外,与志同道合的乐活族群朋友一同执行该些修行论述与做法,更是可达到事半功倍的优异成效。对此各忠实执行通过学习、联谊、分享达到健康老化、快乐生活、营造幸福美满人生宗旨的民众,可相互聚集而利用群聚的力量彼此联系、活动,一起有效地修正行为、生活形态进而使自身可Back to original,重新出发,健康快乐生活至118岁。而为提倡与落实前述回到原点、提升自我、修正行为的乐活社会理念,除了实际的乐活社群联谊互动,亦可通过虚拟的网络平台将彼此相串联动,对此,本发明所提出的系统即提供了优异且崭新的会员等级创建与管理机制,从而可让该些有志于快乐生活的民众,以该账号管理系统1作为向各相关服务跨出第一步的基础。
以下基于该账号管理系统1应用于前述的乐活心法修行场域平台为例,并结合流程步骤予以说明。当各个想提升自我、致力学习的乐活族群的该使用者9欲加入成为会员时,该注册模块10接收为该第一重注册选项、该第二重注册选项或该第三重注册选项其中之一所形成的该注册指令(步骤S10),接续依据该注册指令生成对应的该身份信息(步骤S11)。接续将该身份信息储存于该会员数据库2(步骤S12)。其中该使用者9选择该第一重注册选项时,则该注册模块10收集与如脸书、GOOGLE等社群媒体串接后的个人资料而形成该身份信息。当该使用 者9选择该第二重注册选项时,则该注册模块10需收集与社群媒体串接后的个人资料,以及该使用者9的该自填数据而形成该身份信息。该使用者9选择该第三重注册选项时,该注册模块10需收集与社群媒体串接后的个人资料、该使用者9的该自填数据以及该使用者9的该生物特征数据,以形成该身份信息。关于该自填数据与该生物特征数据的具体叙述,请复参阅前述相关段落的内容。
接续该等级判断模块12即判断由该注册指令生成的该身份信息而形成该等级权限,并将该等级权限与该身份信息相互勾稽储存于该会员数据库2(步骤S13),其中,当该身份信息为该使用者9选择该第一重注册选项而形成的该注册指令所生成时,则于该账号管理系统1中,该使用者9的该等级权限被判定为初级公民;当该身份信息为该使用者9选择该第二重注册选项而形成的该注册指令所生成时,则于该账号管理系统1中,该使用者9的该等级权限被判定为2级公民;当该身份信息为该使用者9选择该第三重注册选项而形成的该注册指令所生成时,则于该账号管理系统1中,该使用者9的该等级权限被判定为3级公民。于此以该使用者9的该等级权限对应的公民等级越高,则可使用越多的服务与功能为例。但此仅为一较佳示例,本发明并不局限于此。换言之,该账号管理系统1会制定公民等级的标准与准则,并且该些标准与准则可依据例如注册信息、各类活动事件及后续行为等予以定义形成,而使加入乐活心法修行场域平台的会员得以依据公民等级的标准与准则而具有各种不同的等级权限状态。如此即完成会员的注册程序,而后该使用者9即可使用该乐活场域修行平台所提供的服务功能。其中,该使用者9成为会员后,即可应用或参与各种健康服务与相关功能,例如社群习学服务,包含健康知识学习相关的营养学、疗愈心法、生命灵学、健康学、物理治疗学或助眠知识,或是与环保相关的节能脱碳推广活动与知识、与绿化有机相关的农业、养殖、种植服务知识或与社会公益相关的志工活动、共享餐食、老幼共学的集会信息等;或家庭医学医疗服务,其可包含针对个人专属的基本或进阶医疗信息提供与洽询、记录与查询个人病历、看诊记录、健诊数据等;或整合物流与金流的在线实时购买运送服务;或让使用者购买专属币及利用专属币与实际钱币相互交换的支付服务;或提供去识别化的云端储存系统或具备双钥的自助信息保管箱而利于该使用者9储存信息的加值服务。并且在前述各领域服务功能中,亦可进一步开设有各类学习讲堂、讨论区、实时咨询服务等。然而应对不同的该等级权限,该使用者9可应用的开放范围亦有所不同。例如,对于该等级权限较低的该使用者9而言,部分的功能或服务可以遮蔽不显示或是呈现不可点 选的方式呈现,而当该使用者9的该等级权限上升后,则可逐步开放功能与服务。
接下来针对已注册的该使用者9于登入时的简要流程进行说明。该使用者9已注册成功而欲登入该账号管理系统1时,该使用者9可利用该电子装置3于该登入方式选单选择任一选项例如以账号密码登入、以社群登入等而发出该登入指令,该登入模块11接收该登入指令后,该验证单元111依据该身份信息对该使用者9进行该登入验证程序(步骤S20),而该登入验证程序于此可以包含实体密钥识别为例。于确认为该使用者9本人后,则该等级判断模块12自动对应该登入指令的该身份信息获取该等级权限(步骤S21),进而知悉该使用者9的该等级权限为何。
使用者经过前述的注册或登入流程后,该行为监测模块13即随时监测该使用者9的活动记录与信用状态,而形成该监测信息(步骤S30)。如同前述,该账号管理系统1会制定公民等级的标准与准则,使加入乐活心法修行场域平台的会员得以依据公民等级的标准与准则而具有各种不同的等级权限状态。故进一步地,基于该账号管理系统1所制定的公民等级标准与准则,在等级权限更新上,即有相关的标准与准则得以依循,例如该使用者9可通过积极地参与各领域的相关修习活动或使用服务功能,而利用勤于参与各活动与服务功能所产生的行为记录,达到提升该等级权限以获取更多可用的服务功能的目的。而信用状态则基于该使用者9于参与活动、学习讲堂、讨论区、实时咨询服务时,他人对于该使用者9的评比而形成,例如该使用者9若于前述的功能服务项目中有不当发言、或是任意预约诸多活动却未确实参与等而遭受其他会员检举,则其信用状态即属较低等的状态,可能造成该等级权限于更新后降级,反之,若该使用者9于前述的功能服务项目中相当乐于与他人讨论、分享提供诸多崭新信息等而为他人所赞赏,其信用状态即属较高等的状态,而有利于提升该等级权限。此外,除了通过前述方式来提升该等级权限外,另一个较佳的应用状态为各会员可具备对应的个人账户,且于该个人账户中提供会员钱包以供该使用者9快速进行付费的行为,该会员钱包可记载有该使用者9的在线支付信息,而利于在购买时直接进行实际币值付费,或亦可于该会员钱包另外储值专属钱币,使得购买付费时皆使用该专属钱币。而会员的付费、购买等行为,亦符合前述的活动记录,而被监测并记载形成该监测信息。
于该监测信息生成后,该等级更新模块14即依据该监测信息更新该等级权限,同时将该等级权限更新至该会员数据库2中(步骤S31)。而后将该监测信息 储存于区块链平台(步骤S32)。于此重述,该监测信息采用加密分散存放于诸多区块链的节点上,因而具备不得篡改、修改的极佳安全性,且仅选择将该监测信息储存于区块链平台,亦可降低大量数据存放影响系统运作的几率。
请一并搭配参阅图4、图5,其为本发明较佳实施例的另一模块方块示意图及应用程序授权流程图。延续前述内容,相同细部技术特征,于此即不再重复说明。较佳地,该账号管理系统1可对装载于该电子装置3的至少一应用程序30授权,以利于该应用程序30接收来自该账号管理系统1所建立与管理的会员等级权限,该应用程序30即可结合该等级权限的信息,决定该应用程序30对不同的该等级权限所欲开放的服务或功能为何。更具体地说,该账号管理系统1还包含一授权模块16,其与装载于该电子装置3内的至少一个该应用程序30电性连接,当该登入模块11接收来自该应用程序30的该登入指令时,该授权模块16产生一授权询问请求至该应用程序30,并于接收一同意授权指令后,产生一存取凭证与一身份凭证传送至该应用程序30,以允许该应用程序30获取登入的该使用者9的该等级权限。由于该账号管理系统1已制定了公民等级的标准与准则,因此当该使用者9注册加入后,即被给予了对应的公民等级,被授权的该应用程序30可获得该等级权限,据此对应该等级权限自行决定所欲开放的服务或功能。当然,除了该等级权限,该行为监测模块13所形成的监测信息亦可进一步发送至该应用程序30。更具体地说,可参阅图5所示,当该使用者9通过装载于该电子装置3的该应用程序30发出该登入指令,使该登入模块11接收来自该应用程序30发出的该登入指令(步骤S40)后,该授权模块16即产生该授权询问请求至该应用程序30(步骤S41),于接收该同意授权指令后,该授权模块16将该存取凭证及该身份凭证传送至该应用程序30,以允许该应用程序30获取该使用者的该等级权限(步骤S42)。据此,该账号管理系统1所创建的会员等级权限判断与管理机制,可通过授权方式让各类应用程序30存取相关数据,而可扩展其应用的范畴,而经该账号管理系统1授权的该应用程序30即可利用该账号管理系统1所建构的会员等级权限制度予以决定服务开放程度。
此外,该账号管理系统1可还包含一认证模块17,其与该注册模块10电性连接,且当该使用者9选择该第二重注册选项及该第三重注册选项时,该认证模块17对该使用者9进行email或短信认证。于此提供当该使用者9选择该第二重注册选项或该第三注册选项时,除了提供该自填数据、该生物特征数据外,亦须经过email或短信的认证,以加强确认该使用者9的个人资料真实性。其中email 及短信认证可采用一次性认证密码方式实行,使用者9于提供相关个人资料后,该认证模块17即可发送一次性认证密码至该使用者9的email信箱或手机,以利使用者9反馈输入一次性认证密码,据此确认该使用者9的email或手机是否有效。
更具体地说,该账号管理系统1包含一生物特征辨识模块18,分别与该注册模块10及该登入模块11电性连接,其中该生物特征辨识模块18供以接收该使用者9的至少一生物特征并记入该生物特征数据,及于该登入模块11接收该登入指令时,接收并辨识该使用者9的该生物特征。据此,可快速收集记录该使用者9的该生物特征,及于该使用者9登入时辨识接收该使用者9的该生物特征以利通过该方式登入,并可使该验证单元111搭配进行验证程序,达到极佳的应用便利性。
另一方面,为便于使用者9输入该自填数据,该账号管理系统1可还包含一光学辨识模块19,分别与该注册模块10及该登入模块11电性连接,其中该光学辨识模块19供以通过光学辨识自动撷取并写入该自填数据。据此,对于部分数据内容,该账号管理系统1提供使用者更为便利且快速的填写模式,例如欲输入信用卡信息时,则可利用该光学辨识模块19达到光学辨识填入,或者欲输入与证件相关的信息时,亦可通过该光学辨识模块19进行填入。
此外,由于该账号管理系统1依据该身份信息判断其对应的该等级权限,而一个较佳的实施状态如上述,提供该使用者9多个不同的注册选项,对此,该账号管理系统1可还包含一补充询问模块100,其与该登入模块11电性连接,于接收该登入指令后,该补充询问模块100确认对应该使用者9的该身份信息是否包含该自填数据或该生物特征数据,若该身份信息未包含该自填数据或该生物特征数据,则发出一询问通知以提示该使用者9是否补充提供该自填数据或该生物特征数据。例如,当该使用者9于注册时选择该第一重注册选项,而仅提供与社群媒体串接取得的个人资料,因而具有1级的该等级权限,后续该使用者于登入时,该补充询问模块9即可发出该询问通知提示该使用者9可再补充提供该自填数据及该生物特征数据,从而可作为另一种提升该等级权限的方式。
进一步地,该账号管理系统1还包含一签章模块110及一智能合约模块120,该签章模块110及该智能合约模块120分别与该会员数据库2电性连接,该签章模块110供以撷取该使用者9的实时签署影像与电子签名并储存于该会员数据库2内,该智能合约模块120与该会员数据库2电性连接,供以依据对应该使用者 9的该身份信息自动生成一电子合约。通过该签章模块110,当该使用者9欲进行例如授权同意、合约、声明须知等相关文件的签署时,不单只是撷取该使用者9的电子签名,而会同步撷取该使用者9于签署时的实时影像,据此可确定该使用者9为本人,以及于自愿情况下进行签署,进而提升电子签名的有效性强度,例如于注册时即可通过该签章模块110取得该使用者9的电子签名与实时签署影像。而该智能合约模块120则是可依据该使用者9的该身份信息快速生成所需的对应合约内容,免除使用者9需填入相关信息的不便,并可达到无纸化、电子化的环保功效。进一步地,该签章模块110及该智能合约模块120亦可相互电性连接,从而使该智能合约模块120所形成的电子合约的签署,亦可通过该签章模块110完成。
故以健康服务领域为例,通过本发明揭示技术可具体实施建构出一以乐活为宗旨的联谊社供一般民众参加,再通过该联谊社系统性地实施各式健康检测及后续规划,例如安排基因检查与健检后进一步评估,将已病、未病、将病者分别予以不同健康规划,且该等健康服务的各类生成信息,皆通过区块链技术予以维持其安全性与不可篡改性,对于使用者而言具有极度保障。同时利用5G通讯、人工智能物联网、云端计算及累积的大数据分析,可实现各式穿戴健康服务提供,纵使民众于居家环境亦可随时享受及关注健康服务内容,从而使人人皆可独立转化成养生科学家。最终,反复地再利用该联谊社影响与传授他人关于健康的知识与实践行为,达到共生共享的生形态而让人人皆得圆满其生。
综上所述,本发明所揭示的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,会制定公民等级的标准与准则,自微观面而言,可自动判别各使用者的等级权限,并续以结合该监测信息,基于该使用者的活动记录与信用状态,自动更新该使用者对应的该等级权限,从而可自动化管理各会员状态,并由于以该使用者的活动记录与信用状态作为等级更新条件,因而可提升该使用者参与各项活动、服务的意愿,进而增进每个人对于社会整体的付出与分享,有效修正自身生活形态。宏观面来说,可将每个独立个体与各健康生态机构,无论在人流或信息流皆得以有效串接,进而架构出一信息安全性高,且有效率及有计划地实施健康促进行为的超现代公民网。进一步地,关于注册与登入方面,该系统亦提供各类验证机制与注册机制,以利于有效且安全地管理会员状态。附带一提,通过该账号管理系统当结合为乐活、健康、快乐生活为宗旨的服务场域平台或各类服务应用程序时,则可利用本发明所提出的会员等级机制有效地管理会员,以及促进各会员积极参与和使用各 类服务功能的意愿,让本发明的系统成为带领与组织个人、社会乃至整个地球朝向快乐健康生活形态转化改变的基础第一步。
以上所述关于健康服务领域,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围,故利用本发明而运用于各领域的各类网民化服务在不脱离本发明的范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,使用者能够利用该具会员身份等级的账号通过网页或行动装置应用程序登入各类服务的服务器,其特征在于,包含:
    一注册模块,与一会员数据库电性连接,供以接收至少一使用者的一注册指令,并依据该注册指令生成一身份信息,其中该注册指令为使用者通过选择一注册方式选单中的选项而形成,且该身份信息被储存于该会员数据库;
    一登入模块,供与至少一电子装置及该会员数据库电性连接,以接收使用者的一登入指令,其中该登入指令为使用者通过选择一登入方式选单中的选项而形成;
    一等级判断模块,与该注册模块、该登入模块及该会员数据库电性连接,该等级判断模块供以判断该身份信息而形成一等级权限,且该等级权限与该身份信息相互勾稽并储存于该会员数据库,以及于该登入模块接收该登入指令时,自动对应该登入指令的该身份信息获取该等级权限;
    一行为监测模块,供以监测使用者的活动记录与信用状态,并形成一监测信息;
    一等级更新模块,与该行为监测模块及该会员数据库电性连接,以依据该监测信息更新该等级权限,并传输至该会员数据库储存;及
    一储存模块,与该行为监测模块电性连接,供以将该监测信息储存于区块链平台。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一授权模块,与装载于电子装置内的至少一应用程序电性连接,当该登入模块接收来自应用程序的该登入指令时,该授权模块产生一授权询问请求至应用程序,并于接收一同意授权指令后,产生一存取凭证与一身份凭证传送至应用程序,以允许应用程序获取登入的使用者的该等级权限。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,该注册方式选单至少包含一第一重注册选项、一第二重注册选项及一第三重注册选项;第一重注册选项被选取而形成该注册指令时,对应生成的该身份信息包含与社群媒体串接取得的个人资料;第二重注册选项被选取而形成该注册指令时,对应生成的该身份信息包含与社群媒体串接取得的个人资料及一自填数据;第三重注册选项被选取而形成该注册指令时,对应生成的该身份信息包含与社群媒体 串接取得的个人资料、该自填数据及一生物特征数据,以依据不同的该身份信息判断该等级权限。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一认证模块,与该注册模块电性连接,且当使用者选择第二重注册选项及第三重注册选项时,该认证模块对使用者进行email或短信认证。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一生物特征辨识模块,分别与该注册模块及该登入模块电性连接,其中该生物特征辨识模块供以接收使用者的至少一生物特征并记入生物特征数据,及于该登入模块接收该登入指令时,接收并辨识使用者的生物特征。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一光学辨识模块,分别与该注册模块及该登入模块电性连接,其中该光学辨识模块供以通过光学辨识自动撷取并写入该自填数据。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,该登入模块包含一验证单元,该验证单元于接收该登入指令后依据该身份信息对使用者进行一登入验证程序,其中该登入验证程序包含生物特征识别、实体密钥识别及身份私钥识别其中之一或生物特征识别、实体密钥识别及身份私钥识别至少两者的结合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一签章模块,与该会员数据库电性连接,供以撷取使用者的实时签署影像与电子签名并储存于该会员数据库内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一智能合约模块,与该会员数据库电性连接,供以依据对应使用者的该身份信息自动生成一电子合约。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的具会员身份等级的账号管理系统,其特征在于,还包含一补充询问模块,其与该登入模块电性连接,于接收该登入指令后,该补充询问模块确认对应使用者的该身份信息是否包含该自填数据或该生物特征数据,若该身份信息未包含该自填数据或该生物特征数据,则发出一询问通知以提示使用者是否补充提供该自填数据或该生物特征数据。
