更优的,所述远程开机电路模块包括或门和所述远程开机电路,所述远程开机电路包括第一远程开机电路和第二远程开机电路,
所述第一远程开机电路的输入端作为第一通信信号输入端,所述第一远程开机电路的输出端连接至所述或门的第一输入端;
所述第二远程开机电路的输入端作为第二通信信号输入端,所述第二远程开机电路的输出端连接至所述或门的第二输入端;
所述或门的输出端作为最终开机信号输出端。

与现有技术相比,本发明的一种远程开机方法,采用如下步骤:步骤S1、利用所述隔离耦合电路接收通信信号,并将所述通信信号耦合输出,所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号;步骤S2、利用所述放大积分电路接收由所述隔离耦合电路耦合输出的所述通信信号,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号;步骤S3、利用所述检测电路接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号。本发明的远程开机方法、远程开机电路、远程开机电路模块及设备通过在通信接口的物理层上增加信号耦合电路,将通信信号耦合到放大积分电路中,通过检测电路脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,来触发系统的开机动作,从而实现直接检测和判断通信信号以触发系统开机、电路结构简单且降低系统待机功耗。另外,在多个通信接口情况下,所 述远程开机电路包括多个,每一所述远程开机电路产生的开机信号发送至所述逻辑或器件,所述逻辑或器件将多个所述开机信号进行或逻辑处理合并为一个最终开机信号,所述最终开机信号用于直接启动系统开机,从而实现多个接口的远程开机。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参图1所示,本发明提供一种远程开机方法。所述远程开机方法应用于带通信接口的终端设备。具体的,在所述通信接口的物理层增加远程开机电路,该远程开机电路包括依次电连接的隔离耦合电 路、放大积分电路以及检测电路。
所述远程开机方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、利用所述隔离耦合电路接收通信信号,并将所述通信信号耦合输出,所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号。
步骤S2、利用所述放大积分电路接收由所述隔离耦合电路耦合输出的所述通信信号,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号。
步骤S3、利用所述检测电路接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号。其中,所述开机信号用于直接启动系统开机。
所述信号特征包括信号能量和/或信号时间。。在本实施方式中,所述信号能量为信号电平,所述信号时间为信号持续时间。
综合上述步骤,所述远程开机方法可以用较低的成本在电路层面实现远程开机,降低待机功耗75%~90%,提升产品竞争力。另外,所述远程开机方法实现的电路简单,实现方式不需要依赖接口的协议,且接口对应的芯片不必须处于工作状态,就能接收到数据信号,这意味着可以节省掉接口芯片处于待机时的功耗,从而有利于实现低功耗待机。具体的,通过在通信接口的物理层上增加信号耦合电路,将通信信号耦合到放大积分电路中,通过检测电路脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,来触发系统的开机动作,从而实现直接检测和判断通信信号以触发系统开机、电路结构简单且降低系统待机功耗。
请参图2所示,针对产品设备存在多种通信接口,比如以太网口,HDBASE-T口,这两种接口的物理层协议和上层协议是不能兼容的,要实现两种接口都能远程开机,以便进一步减少接口功耗。本实施方式中,在多个通信接口情况下,所述通信接口包括多个,每一所述通信接口均对应设置一所述远程开机电路,每一所述检测电路产生与输入的所述通信信号对应的开机信号。所述远程开机方法还包括步骤:
步骤S4、任意一所述远程开机电路产生所述开机信号,则直接启动系统开机。
在本步骤中,多个所述开机信号通过或逻辑处理合并为一个最终开机信号,所述最终开机信号用于直接启动系统开机。通过所述步骤S4可以在多个通信接口上实现直接启动系统开机,从而实现多个接口的远程开机。
请参图3所示,本发明提供一种远程开机电路100,应用于带通信接口的终端设备。所述远程开机电路100设置于所述通信接口的物理层。所述远程开机电路100包括依次电连接的隔离耦合电路1、放大积分电路2以及检测电路3。
所述隔离耦合电路1用于接收通信信号TS,并将所述通信信号TS耦合输出。所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号。具体的,设备具备的正常功能的通信接口和与所述通信接口连接的通信接口模块。所述隔离耦合电路1连接于所述通信接口并从所述通信接口输入所述通信信号TS。其中,所述通信接口模块可以不通电,从而节省设备的功耗。
所述放大积分电路2用于接收由所述隔离耦合电路1耦合输出的所述通信信号TS,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号。
所述检测电路3用于接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号EN。所述开机信号EN用于直接启动系统开机。所述信号特征包括信号能量和/或信号时间。具体的,所述信号能量为信号电平,所述信号时间为信号持续时间。
请参图4所示,以下为所述远程开机电路100的一种实施例。所述远程开机电路100包括变压器T、二极管D、电容C、参考电压器件VREF及比较器COMP。具体的电路连接关系为:
所述变压器T的初级输出端分别连接至所述通信接口,并作为通信信号输入端TS。
所述变压器T的次级输出端分别连接至所述二极管D的正极端和接地。
所述二极管D的负极端分别连接至所述电容C的正极端和所述比较器COMP的正输入端。
所述电容C的负极端和所述参考电压器件VERF的负极端均连接至接地。
所述参考电压器件VREF的正极端连接至所述比较器COMP的正输入端。
所述比较器COMP的输入端作为开关信号输出端EN。
其中,所述变压器T的初级输出端和次级输出端共同组成所述隔离耦合电路1。
所述变压器T、所述二极管D及所述电容C共同组成所述放大积分电路2。其中,调整所述变压器T的初次级匝数比,并取适当的所述电容C的电容值,可以实现所述通信接口上的电压将在电容上积分产生一个直流电压。
所述参考电压器件VREF和所述比较器COMP共同组成所述检测电路3。当所述电容C上的直流电压超过预设参考电压时,所述比较器COMP输出高电平。
请参图5所示,所述远程开机电路100的整体效果:当所述通信接口上传输固定时间(定义为T1)的开机指令时,将在所述比较器COMP输出持续时间约为T1的高电平脉冲信号,设备中的开机控制电路可检测所述比较器COMP的输出有达到时间T1的高电平脉冲信号,即执行开机动作。其中,设备中的开机控制电路可以采用微控制器(英文:Micro-Controller,简称MCU),微控制器的功耗很低,只有0.1-0.5瓦。应用本实施例的电路,可以使设备中的以太网、HDBASE-T等通信接口的处理芯片处于待机状态或者断电,这些芯片工作起来的功耗比较大,一般功耗为1-3瓦,从而本实施例的电路可以达到降低系统待机功耗的效果。
需要指出的是所述变压器T、所述二极管D、所述电容C、所述参考电压器件VREF及所述比较器COMP都是本领域常用的电子元器 件或者芯片电路中的器件,在此不详细描述。
本发明还提供一种设备(图未示),其包括通信接口(图未示)和与所述通信接口连接的通信接口模块(图未示)以及所述远程开机电路100。
本发明还提供一种远程开机电路模块200,所述远程开机电路模块200包括逻辑或器件和所述远程开机电路100,所述远程开机电路100包括多个,每一所述远程开机电路100产生的开机信号发送至所述逻辑或器件,所述逻辑或器件将多个所述开机信号进行或逻辑处理合并为一个最终开机信号,所述最终开机信号用于直接启动系统开机。所述远程开机电路模块200可以同时检测多个通信接口。针对产品设备存在多种通信接口,比如以太网口,HDBASE-T口,这两种接口的物理层协议和上层协议是不能兼容的。所述远程开机电路模块200实现两种接口都能远程开机,进一步减少接口功耗。
请参图6所示,以下为所述远程开机电路模块200的一种实施例。所述远程开机电路模块200包括或门201和所述远程开机电路100,所述远程开机电路100包括第一远程开机电路101和第二远程开机电路102。
所述第一远程开机电路101的输入端作为第一通信信号输入端TS1。所述第一远程开机电路101的输出端连接至所述或门201的第一输入端。
所述第二远程开机电路102的输入端作为第二通信信号输入端TS2。所述第二远程开机电路102的输出端连接至所述或门201的第二输入端。
所述或门201的输出端作为最终开机信号输出端ENT。
需要指出的是所述或门201是本领域常用的电子元器件或者芯片电路中的器件,在此不详细描述。
本发明还提供一种设备(图未示),其包括通信接口(图未示)和与所述通信接口连接的通信接口模块(图未示)以及所述远程开机 电路模块200。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种远程开机方法,采用如下步骤:步骤S1、利用所述隔离耦合电路接收通信信号,并将所述通信信号耦合输出,所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号;步骤S2、利用所述放大积分电路接收由所述隔离耦合电路耦合输出的所述通信信号,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号;步骤S3、利用所述检测电路接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号。本发明的远程开机方法、远程开机电路、远程开机电路模块及设备通过在通信接口的物理层上增加信号耦合电路,将通信信号耦合到放大积分电路中,通过检测电路脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,来触发系统的开机动作,从而实现直接检测和判断通信信号以触发系统开机、电路结构简单且降低系统待机功耗。另外,在多个通信接口情况下,所述远程开机电路包括多个,每一所述远程开机电路产生的开机信号发送至所述逻辑或器件,所述逻辑或器件将多个所述开机信号进行或逻辑处理合并为一个最终开机信号,所述最终开机信号用于直接启动系统开机,从而实现多个接口的远程开机。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种远程开机方法,应用于带通信接口的终端设备,其特征在于,所述远程开机方法包括如下步骤:
    在所述通信接口的物理层增加远程开机电路,该远程开机电路包括依次电连接的隔离耦合电路、放大积分电路以及检测电路;
    利用所述隔离耦合电路接收通信信号,并将所述通信信号耦合输出,所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号;
    利用所述放大积分电路接收由所述隔离耦合电路耦合输出的所述通信信号,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号;
    利用所述检测电路接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号,所述开机信号用于直接启动系统开机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的远程开机方法,其特征在于,所述信号特征包括信号能量和/或信号时间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的远程开机方法,其特征在于,所述通信接口包括多个,每一所述通信接口均对应设置一所述远程开机电路,每一所述检测电路产生与输入的所述通信信号对应的开机信号;所述远程开机方法还包括如下步骤:
    任意一所述远程开机电路产生所述开机信号,则直接启动系统开机。
  4. 一种远程开机电路,应用于带通信接口的终端设备,其特征在于,所述远程开机电路设置于所述通信接口的物理层,所述远程开机电路包括:
    隔离耦合电路,用于接收通信信号,并将所述通信信号耦合输出,所述通信信号为由外部通信传输至通信接口的信号;
    放大积分电路,用于接收由所述隔离耦合电路耦合输出的所述通信信号,并将该信号进行放大和积分处理后产生脉冲信号;
    检测电路,用于接收所述脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号的信号特征进行判断,若判断该信号特征符合开机信号特征,则产生开机信号,所述开机信号用于直接启动系统开机,所述信号特征包括信号能量和信号时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的远程开机电路,其特征在于,所述信号特征包括信号能量和/或信号时间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的远程开机电路,其特征在于,所述远程开机电路包括变压器、二极管、电容、参考电压器件及比较器;
    所述变压器的初级输出端分别连接至所述通信接口,并作为通信信号输入端;
    所述变压器的次级输出端分别连接至所述二极管的正极端和接地;
    所述二极管的负极端分别连接至所述电容的正极端和所述比较器的正输入端;
    所述电容的负极端和所述参考电压器件的负极端均连接至接地;
    所述参考电压器件的正极端连接至所述比较器的正输入端;
    所述比较器的输入端作为开关信号输出端;
    所述变压器的初级输出端和次级输出端共同组成所述隔离耦合电路;所述变压器、所述二极管及所述电容共同组成所述放大积分电路;所述参考电压器件和所述比较器共同组成所述检测电路。
  7. 一种远程开机电路模块,其特征在于,所述远程开机电路模块包括逻辑或器件和权利要求4-6中任意一项所述的远程开机电路,所述远程开机电路包括多个,每一所述远程开机电路产生的开机信号发送至所述逻辑或器件,所述逻辑或器件将多个所述开机信号进行或逻辑处理合并为一个最终开机信号,所述最终开机信号用于直接启动系统开机。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的远程开机电路模块,其特征在于,所述远程开机电路模块包括或门和所述远程开机电路,所述远程开机电路 包括第一远程开机电路和第二远程开机电路,
    所述第一远程开机电路的输入端作为第一通信信号输入端,所述第一远程开机电路的输出端连接至所述或门的第一输入端;
    所述第二远程开机电路的输入端作为第二通信信号输入端,所述第二远程开机电路的输出端连接至所述或门的第二输入端;
    所述或门的输出端作为最终开机信号输出端。
  9. 一种设备,其包括通信接口和与所述通信接口连接的通信接口模块,其特征在于,所述设备还包括如权利要求4-6中任意一项所述的远程开机电路。
  10. 一种设备,其包括通信接口和与所述通信接口连接的通信接口模块,其特征在于,所述设备还包括如权利要求7或8所述的远程开机电路模块。
