雾化装置可以采用滴油的方式供精油,精油的密度低于水的密度,且精油滴入雾化槽221后浮在水面上。雾化装置工作时,精油和水一起雾化释放,随着雾化的进行,精油越来越少,雾化的香味浓度越来越淡,体验感差。相关技术中,雾化装置一般需要人工添加精油,操作繁琐,影响用户体验。
为解决上述问题,如图3所示,本实施例中,雾化装置还包括顶开机构7,顶开机构7设置在底座2内,可以提供向上的推力以顶开倒置于底座2上的精油瓶5的瓶口,从而实现自动添加精油。
精油存放在精油瓶5内,底座2上设置有与精油瓶5的瓶口相匹配的安装口23,安装口23与雾化腔9连通。精油瓶5的瓶口插入安装口23内,精油瓶5的瓶口处于常闭状态。底座2内设置有顶开机构7,顶开机构7位于精油瓶5 的正下方,以便打开精油瓶5的瓶口。
盛放精油的精油瓶5可以放置在香薰机内,也可以位于香薰机外。为了方便向精油瓶5内补充精油或更换精油瓶5,本实施例中,如图1所示,精油瓶5安装在香薰机的外部。
为实现顶开机构7打开精油瓶5的功能,如图4所示,顶开机构7包括顶杆71和驱动组件72,顶杆71竖直设置且设置于精油瓶5的瓶口的下方,驱动组件72与顶杆71连接,且设置为驱动顶杆71升降,以使顶杆71向上顶开精油瓶5的瓶口。当需要向雾化槽221内补充精油时,驱动组件72驱动顶杆71向上,顶杆71向上运动顶开精油瓶5的瓶口内的密封塞,以使精油瓶5的瓶口打开,瓶体51内的精油进入雾化槽221内,实现向雾化槽221内添加精油。精油添加完成后,驱动组件72驱动顶杆71向下移动,密封塞复位再次封闭瓶口,停止向雾化槽221内添加精油。
在一实施例中,参考图4和图5,顶开机构7设置在槽体22和底壳21之间,槽体22的底板上设置有第一通孔222,第一通孔222处罩设有弹性件73,顶杆71能够伸入第一通孔222内并向上抵接弹性件73,从而在顶开瓶口的基础上,避免雾化槽221内的水雾或液体通过第一通孔222流入槽体22和底壳21之间。顶杆71缩回时,弹性件73自动恢复,密封雾化槽221上的第一通孔222。
一些实施例中,弹性件73可以由橡胶等耐腐蚀材料制成,在满足伸缩弹性的基础上,还可以避免被精油或雾化液腐蚀,使用寿命长。
驱动组件72包括电机721、啮合传动的蜗轮723和蜗杆722以及啮合传动的齿轮724和齿条725。电机721与蜗杆722传动连接,蜗杆722竖直设置并与蜗轮723啮合传动;蜗轮723与齿轮724同轴设置且固定连接,齿轮724与齿条725啮合,齿条725竖直设置并连接顶杆71。电机721工作时,带动蜗杆722传动,使蜗轮723转动,蜗轮723带动齿轮724转动,从而带动齿条725竖直移动,进而推动顶杆71升降。本实施例中,电机721可以为步进电机。
一些实施例中,顶开机构7可以其他结构,只要能够驱动顶杆721升降即可。
本实施例中,顶开机构7可以与雾化装置的控制组件电连接,控制组件能够控制顶开机构7启停,可以实现自动添加精油,有利于维持香味浓度稳定,提高用户使用体验。
如图5所示,为了保证顶杆71升降更加精准,避免电机721在运行过程中 因模具精度、齿轮匹配精度或机械摩擦导致失步或卡顿,从而导致顶杆71顶升不到位或过度顶升,雾化装置还设置有到位检测组件。在一实施例中,到位检测组件设置于槽体22和底壳21之间并与控制组件电连接,到位检测组件设置为检测并限制顶杆71的端点位置。
本实施例中,端点位置包括顶杆71运动的起点和终点,对应地,到位检测组件包括触发件726、起点感应元件621和终点感应元件622,起点感应元件621和终点感应元件622沿顶杆71的运动方向排列,触发件726设置在顶杆71上。顶杆71运动到起点时,触发件726触发起点感应元件621,顶杆71运动到终点时,触发件726触发终点感应元件622。
当顶杆71在驱动组件72驱动下向远离精油瓶5的方向移动时,精油瓶5的瓶口内的密封塞不受力,精油瓶5的瓶口逐渐关闭。当顶杆71移动到起点时,触发件726触发起点感应元件621,起点感应元件621向控制组件发送检测信号,控制组件根据该检测信号判断顶杆71已运动至起点,控制顶杆71停止移动。
当顶杆71在驱动组件72驱动下朝向精油瓶5的方向移动时,精油瓶5的瓶口内的密封塞受力,精油瓶5的瓶口逐渐打开,精油从精油瓶5滴入雾化槽221内。当顶杆71移动到终点时,顶杆71上的触发件726触发终点感应元件622,终点感应元件622向控制组件发送检测信号,控制组件根据该检测信号判断顶杆71已运动至终点,控制顶杆71停止移动。
本实施例中,通过到位检测组件来控制顶杆71的起点和终点,可以避免顶杆71出现顶升不到位或顶升过量的问题,相比通过电机的步数来控制顶杆的升降,顶杆71的精度高,从而控制精油瓶5瓶口的打开幅度的精准性,也使得每次出精油的速率更加稳定,以精确控制雾化液和精油的比例,也即精确控制香味浓度的稳定性。
当雾化装置开机或需要添加精油时,控制组件判断是否接收到起点感应元件621发出的检测信号。若未收到,则顶杆71未处于初始位置,控制组件控制顶开机构7启动,并驱动顶杆71向远离精油瓶5的移动,直至控制组件接收到起点感应元件621发出的检测信号,完成顶杆71的复位。
顶杆71复位后,控制组件控制顶开机构7启动,并驱动顶杆71朝向精油瓶5移动,直至顶开机构7的检测点与终点感应元件622接触,即控制组件接收到终点感应元件622发出的电信号后停止,此时精油瓶5瓶口完全打开。
精油瓶5向雾化槽221补充精油完毕后,控制组件控制顶开机构7启动, 并驱动顶杆71远离精油瓶5移动,直至控制组件接收到起点感应元件621发出的检测信号,再次完成顶杆71的复位。
本实施例中,顶杆71、触发件726以及齿条725一体成型,触发件726位于齿条725的下端,有利于减少零件数量以及装配时间,也有利于提高顶杆71的运动精度以及端点位置检测的准确性。
可选地,触发件726可以为顶杆71的底端弯折形成,成型方式简单,方便加工。
本实施例中,通过设置到位检测组件,可以提高顶杆71移动的精准度,保证顶开机构7工作的可靠性。一些实施例中,起点感应元件621和终点感应元件622均可以为拨动开关,触发件726通过与拨动开关接触检测顶杆71的位置。一些实施例中,到位检测组件也可以为接触式传感器,只要能够检测顶杆71的起止位置即可。
雾化装置还包括顶开机构固定架8,顶开机构固定架8设置为固定顶开机构7。在一实施例中,顶开机构固定架8包括顶板、侧板和滑轨,侧板和滑轨间隔设置于顶板的底面,驱动组件72和到位检测组件均固定于侧板上,顶杆71滑动设置于滑轨中,顶板对应顶杆71的位置开设有第二通孔,以便顶杆71在驱动组件72的驱动下沿第二通孔滑动。
为了为顶杆71的运动导向,滑轨的一对侧壁上设置有导向卡位筋,顶杆71上设置有与导向卡位筋相滑动配合的滑槽727,通过导向卡位筋在滑槽727内的滑动,引导顶杆71的运动方向,避免顶杆71卡死。
为了限制顶杆71运动范围,触发件726的下端设置有限位部7261,限位部7261设置为限制触发件726运动的最低位置。
可选地,限位部7261可以为螺钉,结构简单,固定方便,且成本低。螺钉固定在槽体22和底壳21之间,且位于触发件726的下方。当触发件726向下运动至最低位置时,触发件726与螺钉的螺帽抵接,从而阻止顶杆71进一步向下移动。
本实施例中,雾化装置还包括精油瓶检测模块,精油瓶检测模块被配置为检测精油瓶5是否安装于底座2上,以避免在未安装精油瓶5时重复启动顶开机构7。
精油瓶检测模块包括检测触点632和弹片631,检测触点632设置于雾化槽221的侧壁上;弹片631的第一端固定于安装口23的外侧壁上,弹片631的第 二端向安装口23中弯折形成接触部6311。当精油瓶5安装于底座2上时,精油瓶5的瓶口插入安装口23内,并抵压弹片631的接触部6311,以使弹片631的接触部6311与检测触点632抵接。
可选地,精油瓶检测模块可以与控制组件电连接,当精油瓶5安装于底座2上时,弹片631和检测触点632接触,使得精油瓶检测模块导通,精油瓶检测模块向控制组件发送电信号,仅有在控制组件接收到该电信号后,控制组件会根据需要控制顶开机构7启动。
本申请提供了一种雾化装置。该雾化装置中,通过顶开机构7可以提供向上的推力以顶开倒置在底座2上的精油瓶5的瓶口,实现精油的添加,无需人工添加精油,更加智能化,有利于提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种雾化装置,包括:
    底座(2)和储水箱(1),所述储水箱(1)设置于所述底座(2)上,所述储水箱(1)的底部与所述底座(2)的上部合围形成雾化腔(9);
    顶开机构(7),设置于所述底座(2)内,所述顶开机构(7)设置为提供向上的推力以顶开倒置于所述底座(2)上的精油瓶(5)的瓶口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其中,所述顶开机构(7)包括:
    顶杆(71),设置于所述瓶口的下方,且能向上顶开所述精油瓶(5)的瓶口;及
    驱动组件(72),与所述顶杆(71)连接,所述驱动组件(72)被配置为驱动所述顶杆(71)升降。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其中,所述驱动组件(72)包括:
    电机(721);
    啮合传动的蜗轮(723)和蜗杆(722),所述电机(721)与所述蜗杆(722)传动连接;及
    啮合传动的齿轮(724)和齿条(725),所述齿轮(724)与所述蜗轮(723)同轴设置且固定连接,所述齿条(725)与所述顶杆(71)连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其中,所述顶开机构(7)位于所述雾化腔(9)下端的所述底座(2)内,形成所述雾化腔(9)下端的底板设置有第一通孔(222),所述第一通孔(222)处罩设有弹性件(73),所述顶杆(71)能伸入所述第一通孔(222)内并向上抵接所述弹性件(73)。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其中,所述顶开机构(7)还包括:
    到位检测组件,所述到位检测组件被配置为检测并限制所述顶杆(71)的端点位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其中,所述端点位置包括所述顶杆(71)运动的起点和终点;所述到位检测组件包括:
    触发件(726),设置于所述顶杆(71)上;
    沿所述顶杆(71)运动方向排列的起点感应元件(621)及终点感应元件(622),所述触发件(726)设置为:所述顶杆(71)运动到起点时,触发所述起点感应元件(621),及所述顶杆(71)运动到终点时,触发所述终点感应元件(622)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化装置,还包括顶开机构固定架(8),所述顶开机构固定架(8)设置为固定所述顶开机构(7)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其中,所述顶开机构固定架(8)包括顶板、侧板和滑轨,所述侧板和所述滑轨间隔设置于所述顶板的底面,所述驱动组件(72)和所述到位检测组件固定于所述侧板上,所述顶杆(71)滑动设置于所述滑轨中,所述顶板对应所述顶杆(71)的位置开设有第二通孔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化装置,其中,所述滑轨的一对侧壁上设置有导向卡位筋,所述顶杆(71)上设置有与所述导向卡位筋相滑动配合的滑槽(727)。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其中,所述触发件(726)设置于所述齿条(725)的下端。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的雾化装置,其中,所述触发件(726)下端设置有限位部(7261),所述限位部(7261)设置为限制所述触发件(726)运动的最低位置。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的雾化装置,其中,所述底座(2)上设置有与所述精油瓶(5)瓶口相匹配的安装口(23),所述安装口(23)与所述雾化腔(9)连通。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化装置,还包括:
    精油瓶检测模块,所述精油瓶检测模块被配置为检测所述精油瓶(5)是否安装于所述底座(2)上。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的雾化装置,其中,所述精油瓶检测模块包括:
    检测触点(632),设置于所述雾化腔(9)的侧壁上;及
    弹片(631),所述弹片(631)的第一端固定于所述安装口(23)的外侧壁上,所述弹片(631)的第二端向所述安装口(23)中弯折形成接触部(6311),当所述精油瓶(5)安装于所述底座(2)上时,所述精油瓶(5)抵压所述弹片(631)的接触部(6311),以使所述弹片(631)的接触部(6311)与所述检测触点(632)抵接。
