因此,有必要设计一种高流量湿化呼吸仪,以解决上述问题。
发明内容

如图1所示,该湿化呼吸仪设有显示屏幕50,显示屏幕50能够监测此时系统的工作状态,此外,本湿化呼吸仪具有通信功能,能够实现与外 部设备的通信,能够在外部终端如计算机、手机等智能设备上远程控制该湿化呼吸仪,可控制其启动与停止,也可调节其工作参数,实现湿化呼吸仪的远程控制,本装置中设有湿化罐10与加热盘40,加热盘40将对湿化罐10进行加热,湿化罐10设有气体输出口11,可在大环境下直接输出,湿化治疗,也可在上方的气体输出口11上连接鼻塞管为病患进行氧气治疗。
如图2所示,氧气管道31同氧气罐连接实现氧气的供给工作,氧气进入湿化呼吸仪前通过氧气管道31中的过滤棉32先进行过滤工作,确保氧气的清洁性,通信模块上设有数据端口12,实现通信工作,能够有效的接收外部信息,并且还能够将本机信息向外部传输,方便外部设备对湿化呼吸仪的远程监测与控制。呼吸仪主体上设置电源端口13,为设备整个工作过程供电。另外,呼吸仪主体上还设有按键及飞梭60。
如图2所示,氧气管道31工作时外部设有氧气供给装置,从氧气供给装置中接收氧气,经过控氧模块,对氧气进行过滤与压力控制再参与湿化呼吸仪系统的工作中。如图4所示,湿化罐通过水管与水袋20实现连接,水袋20上设置有胶塞,水管上设置有针头,通过水管的针头插入水袋的胶塞的方式实现水袋20与湿化罐10的连接,利用水袋20为湿化罐10供水。该湿化呼吸仪工作过程中湿化罐的工作量最高,最易出现故障与损坏,因此,本装置中湿化罐能够更换,当湿化罐出现故障时,可对湿化罐10进行维修,此时,仅需替换湿化罐,系统就可以实现正常工作,当湿化罐出现损坏时仅需替换湿化罐即可正常工作,无需整体更换,同出现故障整体更换相比成本更低,还能够节约医疗资源,将有限的医疗资源最大化。
本发明适用于能够自主呼吸,但是呼吸强度无法维持生命体征的病患,常见于气管切开与气管插管手术的患者,同时,该装置能够为部分需氧气治疗与湿化治疗的人群提供治疗。本湿化呼吸仪可以居家使用,并且能够 实现远程调控,可为部分无生命危险但是还需治疗的患者提供居家治疗的方法。一方面,使患者居家治疗,身心同住院相比会更舒适,家属陪护照顾更为方便还能够节省一部分费用,另一方面,可以出院居家治疗方便医疗机构为需住院治疗的人群提供救治,一定程度上节约医疗资源。
下面,参照图1至图4并结合上述技术特征的描述,对本发明的高流量湿化呼吸仪的使用过程进行介绍:
通过加热盘40对湿化罐10进行加热,湿化呼吸仪上设置有气体输出口11,能够将湿化呼吸仪处理后的气体进行输出,为患者提供氧气治疗与湿化治疗。操作者可以通过外部智能设备对湿化呼吸仪工作过程的启动与停止,工作过程中的各项参数进行设定,实现远端操控,实现患者居家治疗的简化,此外,湿化呼吸仪自身也能够调节参数,若操作者与湿化呼吸仪相距较小,操作者可以直接操控湿化呼吸仪时能够直接对湿化呼吸仪的运行进行控制,能够直接对湿化呼吸仪的参数进行设定,该装置后方设有数据传输端,能够实现数据的接收与传输,能够向外界进行信息传递还能够对外部的控制信息进行接收,实现远端的监测与及近距离的操控,该装置利用氧气管道31从氧气供给装置中接收氧气,并通过控氧模块对氧气进行加压等处理,随后对该装置进行氧气供给。本装置通过水管将水袋20与湿化罐10连接,连接水管一端设有针头,通过针头插入胶塞实现水袋与湿化罐的连接,利用水袋对湿化罐进行供水。本装置能够对部分无生命危险的病患实现居家治疗,有效缓解当前医疗资源不足的压力,通过外设氧气供给装置提供大流量的氧气供给,采用组合式能够拆分的结构方便维修与部分零件的更换,为一种高流量湿化呼吸仪的制造提供全新的思路。
利用湿化罐10将水袋20中的水进行湿化作用,在湿化罐10安装的过程中,首先对湿化罐10内部进行装水工作,在其内部加入适量的纯净水,并且通过水管的针头插入水袋内部,能够根据湿化罐10的水位自动对湿化 罐供水,该系统可以选取外接氧气的方法,在外部接设有氧气,通过管路与接口实现氧气的接入,当所有设备连接完成,准备工作完毕后方可接通电源,湿化呼吸仪进行工作,当湿化呼吸仪工作时,外部设备能够与湿化呼吸仪实现通信,可以利用外部的计算机、手机等设备对湿化呼吸仪进行远端操控,对湿化呼吸仪的启停与参数等均能够设置,实现湿化呼吸仪的远端操控,所述方法能够远程操控,操控人员能够实时了解湿化呼吸仪的工作状态,对湿化呼吸仪进行有效的控制,所述水袋20能够重复使用,节约资源,所述湿化罐10能够进行独立的拆卸,在湿化罐出现故障时能够进行拆装替换,使设备的维护与维修更为方便,该设备同呼吸机相比轻巧、灵活,能够实现部分患者居家观察,节约医疗资源,缓解当今医疗资源紧缺的问题。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变动,这些改进和变动也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,包括主机、湿化罐(10)、水袋(20)和控氧模块(30);所述水袋(20)与所述湿化罐(10)连接,用于对湿化罐(10)进行供水;
    所述湿化罐(10)用于将水袋(20)输入的水进行湿化成气体并输出;
    所述主机与所述湿化罐(10)连接,用于控制所述湿化罐(10)进行湿化;所述主机具有与外部装置进行通信的通信模块;
    所述控氧模块(30)与所述湿化罐(10)连接,所述控氧模块(30)具有同氧气罐连接的氧气管道(31),所述氧气管道(31)内设有用于对氧气进行过滤的过滤棉(32)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,所述湿化罐(10)的下方设有用于给湿化罐(10)进行加热的加热盘(40)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,所述湿化罐(10)通过水管与水袋(20)实现连接,所述水袋(20)上设置有胶塞,所述水管上设有插入所述胶塞的针头。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,所述湿化罐(10)上设有可在大环境下直接输出或用于连接鼻塞管为病患进行氧气治疗的气体输出口(11)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,所述湿化罐(10)可拆卸的连接在呼吸仪主体上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,所述通信模块具有用于接收外部信息和将信息向外部传输的数据端口(12)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的高流量湿化呼吸仪,其特征在于,呼吸仪主体上还设有电源端口(13),用于为呼吸仪的整个工作过程供电。
