  • the smaller-diameter region formed between the segment 12a and the segment 12b of the grub 11 and the smaller-diameter central cylindrical part 25 of the bushing 10 have the function of facilitating the jamming of the primary pin 6 (of its components) upon an attempt to break into the lock 1.
  • the reduction in diameter allows the grub 11 to tilt with respect to the bushing 10 and allows the bushing 10 to tilt with respect to the hole 16, defining configurations for locking rotation if said rotation is imposed from the outside without using the appropriate key 2 according to the invention.
  • the elastic means 14 are interposed usefully between the bottom of the cavity 13 of the bushing 10 and the at least one intermediate segment 12a having a diameter that is substantially similar to the diameter of the internal cavity 13, so as to form an abutment shoulder for said elastic means 14.
  • the recess 15 of the stator 3 is delimited between two intersecting inclined planes 28 and 29, which are mutually blended at the bottom of said recess 15 and blended with the surface of the duct 30 of the stator 3 designed for the rotary accommodation of the rotor 4.
  • the recess 15 can be provided by milling (or in general by chip-forming machining) of the internal surface of the duct 30 of the stator 3: the milling can be localized exclusively at an area that is aligned with the hole 16 of the rotor 4 in the assembly configuration or, more probably, extend from the terminal face of the stator 3 up to said area.
  • the lever 9 can advantageously have a thickness that is variable, even locally and with discontinuity, according to a substantially coded shape, which depends on the geometry and arrangement of the end of the primary pins 6 and 7 which are substantially aligned therewith and abut against it.
  • the particular shape of the lever 9 conveniently defines a particular configuration for the resting of the ends of the primary pins 6 and 7 on its surface: in practice, the ends of the primary pins 6, 7 can be shaped appropriately in order to engage in corresponding complementarity shaped regions provided on the lever 9, allowing the overall arrangement of the lock 1 and of the key 2 thereof in the open configuration only upon the correct abutment of each shaped region in the corresponding complementarily shaped region.
  • the bushings 10 of the primary pins 6 can have a specific shape at their head 18, so as to allow correct coupling with the shaped regions (codes) provided on the lever 9.
  • the primary pin 7 can slide advantageously within a contoured channel 31 that is present in the rotor 4 and in the stator 3 (i.e., the channel 31 is extended in a radial direction from the stator 3 into the rotor 4 until it leads into the longitudinal channel 5).
  • the channel 31 comprises an external rotor portion 32 and an external stator portion 33; both portions 32, 33 have a diameter that is suitable to accommodate slidingly a base plate 34 of the primary pin 7.
  • the channel 31 furthermore comprises an internal portion 35 (of the rotor 4 and formed between the portion 32 and the longitudinal channel 5) that has a smaller diameter and is suitable to accommodate slidingly an elongated stem 36 of the primary pin 7.
  • the at least one elastic element 17 can be conveniently interposed between the bottom of the channel 31 and the base plate 33.
  • the elastic means 14 and the elastic element 17 can be constituted by helical springs having a shape, size and elastic constant that depend on the specific mechanical behavior that one seeks to assign to the lock 1.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une serrure à barillet (1) et une clé (2) de celle-ci, la serrure (1) comprenant un stator (3) à l'intérieur duquel un rotor (4) peut tourner qui est pourvu d'un canal longitudinal (5) à l'intérieur duquel des broches primaires respectives (6, 7) sont disposées sensiblement mutuellement opposées. Le canal (5) est conçu pour l'insertion d'une clé (2) pourvu d'un siège (8) destiné à recevoir un levier respectif (9) qui peut être orienté librement et qui est conçu pour actionner les broches primaires (6, 7). Au moins l'une des broches primaires (6) est constituée d'une douille (10) et d'une partie profilée (11) qui présente au moins un segment (12a, 12b) de son contour dont la forme et les dimensions sont complémentaires à celles de la cavité interne (13) de la douille (10). Des moyens élastiques à action axiale (14) sont interposés entre la douille (10) et la tête (11) pour leur espacement mutuel respectif dans des conditions d'absence de forces externes appliquées à la douille (10) vers la tête (11). Le stator (3) comprend un évidement (15) dont la forme et les dimensions sont complémentaires à celles de l'avant du terminal, dans une direction radiale, de la broche primaire (6) pour le logement temporaire de l'avant ; l'évidement (15) est aligné avec le trou (16) du rotor (4) à l'intérieur duquel la douille (10) et la tête (11) sont agencées. Au moins un élément élastique (17) est interposé entre le stator (3) et la ou les broches primaires supplémentaires (7) pour leur forcer à l'intérieur du canal longitudinal (5). Après l'insertion de la clé (2) dans le canal longitudinal (5), l'extrémité de la broche primaire (7) et une tête (18) de la douille (10) viennent en butée contre le levier (9), avec une inclinaison partielle consécutive de celle-ci par rapport à la clé (2) dans une configuration pour translation libre de la broche primaire (6) à l'intérieur du trou (16), sans saillie de l'avant de la broche primaire (6) à l'intérieur de l'évidement (15) du stator (3).
