在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图9所示,一种插座1,包括插座本体11,所述插座本体上设有至少一个插头插接位,具体在本实施例中,插座本体上设有两个插头插接位,也可根据实际需求,自行生产具有多个插头插接位的插座本体。
具体在本实施例中,所述插座本体11上设有定位一槽12与定位二槽13。定位一槽与定位二槽均可插有插头2,使得插座具有两个插接位。
所述插头形状与所述定位一槽、定位二槽形状相配合。
其中定位一槽与定位二槽内各设有三个用于配合插头的电源触点,所述电源触点分别为地线触点、火线触点及零线触点,其中地线触点两侧分别设有火线触点与零线触点,且地线触点高度高于火线触点与零线触点。本案采用触点设计,而不是采用插孔设计,使得插座上侧为一封闭面,具有非常好的防水效果,也避免孩子拿金属插入插孔导致的触电事故。且本案用地线分隔了火线与零线,万一有人触电,也可利用地线导电,避免出现安全事故。
进一步的,三个所述电源触点低于定位一槽与定位二槽的高度,为下沉设计。且电源触点周边设有环形绝缘圈18,作为触点保护。如果电源触点是平的,甚至高于插座本体,孩子拿磁铁吸附触点极易出现危险。
方案细化,所述定位一槽、定位二槽深度在1mm-10mm之间,优选为2-5mm。
具体在本实施例中,所述定位一槽12中部设有地线一触点122,所述地线 一触点两侧分别设有火线一触点121与零线一触点123,需要注意的是,地线一触点的深度低于火线一触点、零线一触点的深度。例如地线一触点深度为1mm时,火线一触点、零线一触点深度可为2mm-5mm。同样的,所述第二插槽中部设有地线二触点132,所述地线二触点两侧分别设有火线二触点131与零线二触点133。
所述插座本体内部设有至少两个固定块,可为第一固定块141与第二固定块143,所述第一固定块与第二固定块上均连接有金属弹片。两个所述金属弹片分别对应火线触点及零线触点。当插头插入定位一槽或定位二槽中时,插头里的磁铁,可吸附金属弹簧与火线触点、零线触点相接触,以使得电路导通。
具体在本实施例中,参见图2,所述插座本体内部设有第一固定块141、第二固定块143,所述第一固定块上连接有第一金属弹片151,与之配合的是,火线一触点121一侧连接有第一金属连板161,火线二触点131一侧连接有第二金属连板163,所述第一金属弹片的两端分别处于第一金属连板与第二金属连板正上方。所述第二固定块上连接有第二金属弹片153,与之配合的是,零线一触点123一侧连接有第三金属连板162,零线二触点133一侧连接有第四金属连板164,所述第二金属弹片的两端分别处于第三金属连板与第四金属连板正上方。所述地线一触点122与地线二触点之间通过第三金属连板152相连接。电源的火线171通过导线连接有第一固定块141,电源的零线173通过导线连接有第二固定块,电源的地线172可通过导线连接有第三金属连板。
之所以设置第一金属连板、第二金属连板、第三金属连板、第四金属连板而不是让金属弹片直接与电源触点(火线触点、零线触点)相接触,是为了防止孩子用磁铁贴合火线触点、零线触点导致误吸附金属弹片引发安全事故,因本案为单点吸附,同时触发火线、零线的几率较小,但也不可忽视。
进一步的,所述第三金属连板通过中心固定块142与插座本体相接触。
具体在本实施例中,所述第一金属连板与第二金属连板结构相同,参见图 4。所述第一金属连板151包括水平压板1511,所述水平压板左右两侧分别设有左斜板1512与右斜板1514,所述左斜板连接有左水平板1513,所左水平板处于火线一触点正上方;所述右斜板连接有右水平板1515,所述右水平板处于火线二触点正上方。
方案细化,所述左斜板与右斜板上设有调节孔19,所述调节孔内安装有调节螺栓192,所述调节螺栓螺纹连接在插座本体内部的螺纹孔191中,进而调节左水平板与右水平板相对于电源触点的高度。
本发明还提供一种与所述插座相配合的插头2,参见图5至图9所示,所述插头包括插头本体21,所述插头本体内部中空,插头本体上安装有强磁板26,所述强磁板上设有第一滑动孔271、第二孔272及第三滑动孔273。所述第一滑动孔内滑动配合有火线配合柱22,第二孔内固定安装有地线配合柱23,第三滑动孔内滑动配合有零线配合柱24,在插头本体内设有第一固定柱274与第二固定柱276,其中第一固定柱通过左弹性金属板275连接有火线配合柱,第二固定柱通过右弹性金属板277连接有零线配合柱。所述第一固定柱上连接有第一导线281,第二固定柱上连接有第二导线283,地线配合柱上连接有第三导线282。第一导线、第二导线及第三导线穿过插头一侧的穿孔25后连接有电器的电源线。
进一步的,所述地线配合柱伸出强磁板的长度小于零线配合柱、火线配合柱的长度。
且零线配合柱、火线配合柱伸出强磁板的长度大于火线一触点、零线一触点的深度。因插座的电源触点是固定的,零线配合柱、火线配合柱的弹性移动可使得插头、插座在强磁的作用下更好的贴合。
进一步的,所述强磁板与插头本体之间设有一距离调节机构,参见图8及图9所示。所述距离调节机构包括一插管291,所述插管内设有一插孔295,所述插孔内壁上设有若干环形槽292,与之配合的是,所述插头本体内设有一插 杆293,所述插杆端部设有环形卡盘294。所述环形卡盘与环形槽相配合。通过按压强磁板使得环形卡盘处于不同的环形槽内,可以改变强磁板相对于插座的相对距离,进而改变吸附的磁力。
工作方式,假设插头插入插座的定位一槽12中时,强磁板吸附在定位一槽中,此时地线配合柱插入地线一触点中的同时,零线配合柱、火线配合柱在弹性金属板的作用下很好的与零线一触点、火线一触点相接触。此时因为有着强磁板的存在,能够吸附第一金属连板、第二金属连板端部分别于零线一触点、火线一触点相接触,实现电路的导通。
图10为本发明实施例提供的插排的结构示意图,如图10所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步的,本发明实施例还提供了一种插排,插排包括多个插座1;多个插座依次间隔设置,且多个插座并联设置。
多个插座1的设置能够令插排同时插入多个插头,连接多个用电器,扩大适用范围,增强功能性。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种插座,包括插座本体,所述插座本体上设有至少一个插头插接位,其特征在于,所述插头插接位内设有地线触点、火线触点及零线触点,所述插座本体内设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设有火线金属弹片与零线金属弹片,所述火线金属弹片与零线金属弹片在磁力作用下分别与火线触点、零线触点相连接或断开;
    所述地线触点、火线触点及零线触点高度低于插头插接位的高度,
    和/或,所述地线触点两侧分别设有火线触点与零线触点,
    和/或,所述地线触点高度高于火线触点与零线触点,
    和/或,所述地线触点、火线触点及零线触点周边设有环形绝缘圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于,所述火线触点一侧设有火线侧接触板,所述零线触点一侧设有零线侧接触板,所述火线金属弹片与零线金属弹片在磁力作用下分别与火线侧接触板、零线侧接触板相连接或断开。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于,所述火线金属弹片包括水平压板,所述水平压板左右两侧分别设有左斜板与右斜板,所述左斜板连接有左水平板,所述右斜板连接有右水平板,所述左水平板、右水平板均处于火线触点正上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的插座,其特征在于,所述左斜板与右斜板上设有调节孔,所述调节孔内安装有调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓螺纹连接在插座本体内部的螺纹孔中。
  5. 一种与所述权利要求1-4中任一项所述插座配合的插头,其特征在于,包括插头本体,插头本体内设有一安装腔,安装腔底部安装有强磁板,强磁板上设有与所述地线触点、火线触点及零线触点相配合的地线配合柱、火线配合柱及零线配合柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的插头,其特征在于,所述强磁板上设有第一滑动 孔、第二孔及第三滑动孔,所述第一滑动孔内滑动配合有火线配合柱,第二孔内固定安装有地线配合柱,第三滑动孔内滑动配合有零线配合柱,所述安装腔内设有第一固定柱与第二固定柱,其中第一固定柱通过左弹性金属板连接有火线配合柱,第二固定柱通过右弹性金属板连接有零线配合柱。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的插头,其特征在于,所述地线配合柱伸出强磁板的长度小于零线配合柱、火线配合柱的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的插头,其特征在于,所述安装腔内设有一距离调节机构,所述距离调节机构包括一插管,插管连接有强磁板,所述插管内设有一插孔,所述插孔内壁上设有若干环形槽,所述插头本体内设有一插杆,插杆连接在安装腔内壁上,所述插杆端部设有环形卡盘,所述环形卡盘与环形槽相配合。
  9. 一种插排,其特征在于,包括多个如权利要求1-5任一项所述插座;多个所述插座本体依次间隔设置,且多个所述插座本体并联设置。
