步骤S102-2,响应于在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,确定物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;若否,则执行步骤S102-4;若是,则执行步骤S102-6;具体的,响应于在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,查询指定的存储区中是否保存有第一用户的账户信息,若是,则确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;若否,则确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户不具有绑定关系。
步骤S102-4,发出提示信息,以使第一用户将物联网设备与第一用户的账户进行绑定;其中,发出提示信息可以为展示提示信息,还可以为语音播报提示信息。
物联网设备在检测到第一用户对于目标产品的购买操作时,通过确定物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,能够有效的避免在未与第一用户的账户进行绑定时,所引起的后续不必要的操作。
步骤S102-6,向目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求。
为了确保支付安全,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,在支付过程中还需要对第一用户进行身份核验;具体的,如图4所示,方法还包括:步骤S105,采集第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,向支付服务端发送身份核验信息;与之对应的,如图4所示,步骤S106包括以下步骤S106-2。
步骤S106-2,根据订单的信息向支付服务端发送订单的第一支付请求,第一支付请求包括物联网设备的标识信息;以使支付服务端对身份核验信息验证通过、且确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据订单的信息和账户进行支付处理;其中,绑定关系表征物联网设备被第一用户授予了使用账户进行支付的权限。
需要指出的是,步骤S105可以在向支付服务端发送第一支付请求之前执行,还可以在向支付服务端发送第一支付请求之后执行,其可根据实际需要以及不同的身份核验方式等,在实际应用中自行设定。
本说明书的一个或多个实施例中,身份核验方式可以为声纹核验。即物联网设备具有声纹采集和声纹识别功能,第一用户可以通过语音购买指令控制物联网设备进行目标产品的购买;当物联网设备在采集到该语音购买指令说对应的声纹数据时,可直接将该声纹数据确定为第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息。具体的,如图5所示,步骤S102可以包括步骤S102`,响应于在物联网设备对目标产品的语音购买指令,向目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;其中,语音购买指令包括第一用户对目标产品的选择指令、支付指令等;例如,第一用户向具有物联网功能的音箱发出选择指令“播放X歌曲”,物联网设备确定X歌曲为付费歌曲时,可以提示第一用户,第一用户在接收到提示信息时,向音箱发出支付指令“进行X歌曲的费用支付”。
与步骤S102`对应的,物联网设备可以在向支付服务端发送第一支付请求之后,接收支付服务端发送的第一身份核验请求,并在接收到第一身份核验请求时,将身份核验信息发送给支付服务端。具体的,如图5所示,步骤S105和步骤S106可以包括以下步骤S108-2至步骤S108-6。
步骤S108-2,采集语音购买指令对应的声纹数据,将声纹数据确定为第一用户的身份核验信息;步骤S108-4,根据订单的信息向支付服务端发送订单的第一支付请求,第一支付请求包括物联网设备的标识信息;步骤S108-6,接收支付服务端发送的第二身份核验请求,将采集的身份核验信息发送给支付服务端,以使支付服务端对身份核验信息验证通过、且确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据订单的信息和账户进行支付处理;其中,绑定关系表征物联网设备被第一用户授予了使用账户进行支付的权限。
需要指出的是,步骤S108-2与步骤S102`可同时执行。
由此,在第一用户通过语音控制物联网设备进行目标产品的购买过程中,即可同时实现身份核验信息的采集,而无需单独采集,提升了身份核验效率,进而提升了支付效率。
或者,与上述步骤S102`对应的,物联网设备还可以将采集的语音购买指令所对应 的声纹数据确定为第一用户的身份核验信息,并将身份核验信息添加至第一支付请求中,以通过第一支付请求将身份核验信息发送给支付服务端。具体的,如图6所示,步骤S105和步骤S106包括以下步骤S108-8和步骤S108-10。
步骤S108-8,采集语音购买指令对应的声纹数据,将声纹数据确定为第一用户的身份核验信息;根据身份核验信息、订单的信息和物联网设备的标识信息,生成第一支付请求;步骤S108-10,向支付服务端发送生成的第一支付请求,以使支付服务端对身份核验信息验证通过、且确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据订单的信息和账户进行支付处理;其中,绑定关系表征物联网设备被第一用户授予了使用账户进行支付的权限。
由此,根据采集的身份核验信息、订单的信息等生成第一支付请求,通过第一支付请求将身份核验信息发送给支付服务器,避免了物联网设备与支付服务端进行多次数据交互,提升了支付效率。
以上为第一用户通过语音控制物联网设备进行目标商品购买时,将第一用户的语音购买指令所对应的声纹数据确定为第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,进行身份核验的过程,不但有利于提升支付效率,而且对于用户而言方便简单。进一步的,当第一用户未通过语音控制物联网设备进行目标商品购买时,物联网设备还可以通过预设的其他身份核验方式对第一用户进行身份核验。具体的,如图7所示,步骤S106包括以下步骤S106-4和步骤S106-6。
步骤S106-4,根据订单的信息向支付服务端发送订单的第一支付请求,第一支付请求包括物联网设备的标识信息和物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式的核验标识,以使支付服务端从该多个身份核验方式中选择目标身份核验方式;具体的,根据订单的信息、物联网设备的标识信息、物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式的核验标识等生成第一支付请求,向支付服务端发送生成的第一支付请求。其中,物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式如生物特征核验方式、密码账户核验方式等;其中,生物特征核验方式如人脸核验、声纹核验、虹膜核验等。需要指出的是,第一支付请求还可以包括第一用户的用户标识、预设的核验标识、预设的场景标识(如音箱支付场景、汽车支付场景)等。
步骤S106-6,接收支付服务端发送的第一身份核验请求;具体的,当支付服务端接收到第一支付请求时,根据预设方式从物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式中选择目标身份核验方式,并根据目标身份核验方式的核验标识,向物联网设备发送第一身份核验请求。其中,预设方式可以在实际应用中根据需要自行设定,例如通过风险评估系统评估各身份核验方式的风险,并将风险最小的身份核验方式确定为目标身份核验方式等。
与步骤S106-4和步骤S106-6对应的,如图7所示,前述步骤S105在步骤S106之后执行,且包括以下步骤S105-4:步骤S105-4,根据第一身份核验请求中的核验标识所对应的目标身份核验方式,采集用户的待验证的身份核验信息,将采集的身份核验信息发送给支付服务端,以使支付服务端对身份核验信息验证通过、且确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据订单的信息和绑定的账户进行支付处理。
由此,基于支付服务端指定的目标身份核验方式,采集第一用户的身份核验信息进 行身份核验,有利于提升验证的安全性和有效性。
进一步的,为了避免因网络等因素造成的身份核验信息采集失败或发送失败而导致支付失败,支付服务器还可以生成支付码,并将支付码信息发送给物联网设备,以使物联网设备展示该支付码,使得第一用户可以通过扫码的方式进行订单的支付。相应的,方法还包括:步骤A2,接收支付服务端发送的支付码信息;可选的,支付服务端在向物联网设备发送第二身份核验请求之后,向物联网设备发送支付码信息;或者,支付服务端根据支付码信息及目标身份核验方式的核验标识,生成第二支付请求,向物联网设备发送第二支付请求;物联网设备从第二支付请求中获取支付码信息。步骤A4,展示支付码信息所对应的支付码,以使第一用户通过绑定的账户扫描支付码对订单进行支付。
具体而言,物联网设备在身份核验信息采集失败时,发出扫码提示信息以提示第一用户通过绑定的账户扫描支付码以对订单进行支付;或者,第一用户在不方便被采集身份核验信息时,可以主动选择扫码支付的方式对订单进行支付。由此,为用户提供多种支付方式,使得用户可根据自身情况选择合适的支付方式进行支付,能够极大的提升用户体验。
基于上述任一实施例,当身份核验信息包括生物特征信息时,如声纹信息、人脸信息、虹膜信息等;为了提升核验的准确性,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,如图8所示,步骤S102之前,还包括步骤S100-6至步骤S100-10。
步骤S100-6,采集第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息;具体的,检测物联网设备当前所处的外部环境的状态,根据检测的外部环境的状态,调节物联网设备的采集参数并采集第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息。例如,所采集的待注册的生物特征信息为声纹,可以检测物联网设备所处的外部环境的嘈杂状态,当外部环境的嘈杂声较大时,可以将采集参数中的音量调大,以更清楚的采集到用户的声纹。又如,所采集的待注册的生物特征信息为人脸图像,可以检测物联网设备所处的外部环境的亮度,当亮度较暗时,可以将采集参数中的亮度参数调高,以更清楚的采集到用户的人脸图像。由此,通过对物联网设备所处的外部环境的状态进行检测,从而调节采集参数,能够提升所采集的待注册的生物特征信息的质量,进而提升身份核验时的准确性。
进一步的,当采集的待注册的生物特征信息为声纹时,物联网设备可以提示语音内容,第一用户按照物联网设备提示的语音内容发出语音;例如物联网设备展示语音内容“我是音箱”或者语音发出“我是音箱”,第一用户发出“我是音箱”的语音,使物联网设备进行采集。
步骤S100-8,根据生物特征信息和物联网设备的标识信息,向支付服务端发送生物特征注册请求,以使支付服务端在确定生物特征信息满足预设的注册条件时,将生物特征信息确定为第一用户关于物联网设备的身份核验样本;其中,生物特征注册请求还可以包括第一用户的用户标识、第一用户的身份证件号码、预设的注册操作标识、生物特征信息的类型(如声纹、人脸等)等。
为了提升所采集的生物特征信息的准确性,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,可以进行两次生物特征信息的采集,即步骤S100-8之后还可以包括:接收支付服务端发送的生物特征采集请求,并再次采集第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息,并将再次采集的生 物特征信息和物联网设备的标识信息发送给支付服务端,以使支付服务端将该再次采集的生物特征信息与生物特征注册请求中的生物特征信息匹配成功时,进行生物特征注册处理。
步骤S100-10,接收支付服务端发送的生物特征注册结果信息。
需要指出的是,采集第一用户的待注册的生物特征之前,还包括,对第一用户的身份进行验证,并在验证通过时,进行注册处理。由于第一用户将物联网设备与第一用户的账户进行绑定时,也需要进行身份验证,因此,可在绑定成功后,直接进行生物特征的注册处理,从而无需再次对第一用户进行身份验证。
通过对第一用户的生物特征信息进行注册,使得支付服务端可以有准确的、有效的身份核验样本,从而在支付过程中对第一用户的身份进行核验时,提升核验的准确性和有效性。
进一步的,为了使物联网设备能够与支付服务端进行有效的数据通信,并使支付服务端对各物联网设备进行有效区分,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,如图9所示,步骤S102之前还包括:步骤S100-12,向支付服务端发送第一设备注册请求,以使支付服务端生成物联网设备的标识信息;步骤S100-14,接收支付服务端发送的标识信息,将标识信息和物联网设备的设备信息发送给支付服务端,以使支付服务端将标识信息与设备信息关联保存;步骤S100-16,接收支付服务端发送的设备注册成功信息。
或者,如图10所示,步骤S102之前还包括:步骤S100-18,向支付服务端发送第二设备注册请求;其中,第二设备注册请求包括物联网设备的设备信息,以使服务端将生成的物联网设备的标识信息与设备信息关联保存;步骤S100-20,接收服务端发送的设备注册成功信息;其中,设备注册成功信息包括标识信息。
其中,物联网设备的设备信息包括设备产品名、操作系统版本、蓝牙MAC地址、所集成的程序开发包的版本等。
进一步的,为了防止支付过程中所采集的第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息被篡改,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,支付服务端在进行设备注册处理时,还为物联网设备分配公私钥对,并根据其中的公钥向物联网设备发送注册成功信息;物联网设备在接收到设备注册成功信息时,从设备注册成功信息中获取公钥,并保存获取的公钥。与之对应的,前述步骤S105可以包括:采集第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,采用保存的公钥对采集的身份核验信息加密,得到身份核验信息密文;向支付服务端发送身份核验信息密文。
由此,通过进行物联网设备的注册,使得支付服务端能够有效的对各物联网设备进行区分,从而可确保支付过程的有效进行。
需要指出的是,对于一个刚出厂的物联网设备,可以首先进行物联网设备的注册以从支付服务端获取物联网设备的标识信息,从而根据标识信息进行第一用户的生物特征的注册、物联网设备与第一用户的账户的绑定操作,以及目标产品的购买等操作。
本说明书一个或多个实施例中,通过将物联网设备与用户的账户进行绑定,从而授予物联网设备使用该账户进行支付的权限,使得物联网设备能够基于用户对目标产品的 购买操作独立完成支付,而不会打断用户对于物联网设备的使用流程,不仅能够提升用户体验,而且能够丰富物联网设备的应用场景,使得物联网设备能够更好的服务于用户、满足用户需求。
对应上述图2至图10描述的支付方法,基于相同的技术构思,本说明书一个或多个实施例还提供了另一种支付方法,图11为本说明书一个或多个实施例提供的另一种支付方法的流程示意图,图11中的方法能够由图1中的支付服务端执行;如图11所示,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤S202,接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,第一支付请求基于第一用户在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,第一支付请求包括目标产品的订单的信息和物联网设备的标识信息;具体的,物联网设备响应于第一用户在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,向目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求,接收后台服务端返回的目标产品的订单的信息;物联网设备根据接收到的订单的信息和物联网设备的标识信息,生成第一支付请求,向支付服务端发送订单的第一支付请求;支付服务端接收该第一支付请求。步骤S204,根据标识信息确定物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;步骤S206,若是,则根据订单的信息和物联网设备绑定的账户进行支付处理。
本说明书一个或多个实施例中,支付服务端在接收到物联网设备发送的第一支付请求时,若确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,则基于该绑定的账户进行支付处理。由此,通过将物联网设备与用户的账户进行绑定,从而授予物联网设备使用该账户进行支付的权限,使得物联网设备能够基于用户对目标产品的购买操作独立完成支付,而不会打断用户对于物联网设备的使用流程,不仅能够提升用户体验,而且能够丰富物联网设备的应用场景,使得物联网设备能够更好的服务于用户、满足用户需求。
为了使支付服务端能够快捷的确定物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,物联网设备与第一用户的终端设备绑定了相同的账户,即第一用户的终端设备中安装有该账户所对应的客户端。当第一用户操作其终端设备中的该客户端,进行物联网设备与账户的绑定时,该客户端还将绑定成功的账户信息与物联网设备的标识信息发送给支付服务端;相应的,如图12所示,步骤S202之前还包括:步骤S200-2,接收客户端发送的第一用户的账户信息和物联网设备的标识信息;其中,客户端为终端设备中的所述账户所对应的客户端;步骤S200-4,将账户信息与标识信息关联保存,并将保存的信息确定为物联网设备与账户的绑定记录信息。
与之对应的,如图12所示,步骤S204包括步骤S204-2,确定根据标识信息是否查询到关联的绑定记录信息;具体的,若查询到关联的绑定记录信息,则确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;若未查询到关联的绑定记录信息,则确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户不具有绑定关系,向物联网设备发送支付失败信息。
为了确保支付的安全性,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,支付服务端还对第一用户的身份进行核验,具体的,如图13所示,方法还包括:步骤S203,获取第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,对身份核验信息进行验证;与之对应的,如图13所示,步骤S206包括以下步骤S206-2:步骤S206-2,若身份核验信息验证通过、且确定物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,则根据订单的信息和账户进行支付处理。
需要指出的是,步骤S203可以在步骤S204之前执行,还可以在步骤S204之后执行,可根据实际需要即身份核验的方式等自行设定。

需要指出的是,步骤S203-2还可以在确定物联网设备与第一用户账户具有绑定关系之后执行。
或者,物联网设备在采集到第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息(声纹数据)之后,根据身份核验信息、订单的信息和物联网设备的标识信息,生成第一支付请求,并通过第一支付请求将身份核验信息发送给支付服务端;与之对应的,如图15所示,步骤S202和步骤S203可以包括以下步骤S202-2和步骤S202-4:步骤S202-2,接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,第一支付请求基于第一用户在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,第一支付请求包括目标产品的订单的信息、物联网设备的标识信息和第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息;步骤S202-4,从第一支付请求中获取身份核验信息,对身份核验信息进行验证。
由此,在第一用户通过语音控制物联网设备进行目标产品的购买过程中,可同时实现身份核验信息的采集,而无需单独采集,不仅能够提升身份核验效率,进而提升支付效率,而且对于用户而言方便简单。
进一步的,当第一用户未通过语音控制物联网设备进行目标产品的购买时,还可以通过预设的其他身份核验方式采集第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息。具体的,如图16所示,步骤S202和步骤S203可以包括以下步骤S202-6至步骤S202-10。
步骤S202-6,接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,第一支付请求基于第一用户在物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,第一支付请求包括目标产品的订单的信息、物联网设备的标识信息和物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式的核验标识;
其中,物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式如生物特征核验方式、密码账户核验方式等;其中,生物特征核验方式如人脸核验、声纹核验、虹膜核验等。需要指出的是,第一支付请求还可以包括第一用户的用户标识、预设的核验标识、预设的场景标识(如音箱支付场景、汽车支付场景)等。
步骤S202-8,确定多个身份核验方式中的目标身份核验方式,根据目标身份核验方式的核验标识,向物联网设备发送第一身份核验请求,以使物联网设备根据目标身份核验方式,采集第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息;其中,目标身份核验方式的确定方式可以在实际应用中根据需要自行设定,例如通过风险评估系统评估各身份核验方式 的风险,并将风险最小的身份核验方式确定为目标身份核验方式等。
步骤S202-10,接收物联网设备发送的身份核验信息,对身份核验信息进行验证。
由此,通过确定多个身份核验方式中的目标身份核验方式,并使物联网设备根据目标身份核验方式采集第一用户的身份核验信息,有利于提升验证的安全性和有效性。
进一步的,为了避免因物联网设备采集身份核验信息失败而导致的支付失败,支付服务端还生成支付码,将支付码与物联网设备的标识信息、订单的信息等关联保存;并在向物联网设备发送身份核验请求之后,向物联网设备发送支付码信息,或者,根据支付码信息向物联网设备发送身份核验请求;以使物联网设备展示该支付码信息所对应的支付码,并在确定身份核验信息采集失败时,提示第一用户扫描支付码进行订单的支付;或者在检测到第一用户选择扫码支付方式时,通过扫码支付的方式进行订单的支付。与之对应的,步骤S202-10可以包括:若接收到物联网设备发送的身份核验信息,对身份核验信息进行验证;若接收到客户端发送的第二支付请求,则根据第二支付请求包括的二维码查询关联的订单的信息,根据订单的信息、绑定的账户、第二支付请求包括的账户的支付密码等信息进行支付处理。
进一步的,若接收到物联网设备发送的身份核验信息,则当身份核验信息为账户密码时,将账户密码与预先保存的第一用户的账户密码进行匹配,若匹配成功,则确定验证通过,若匹配失败,则发送支付失败信息给物联网设备。
当身份核验信息为生物特征信息时,为提升核验的准确性,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,预先对第一用户的生物特征信息进行注册,以在支付过程中对第一用户进行身份核验。具体的,如图17所示,步骤S202之前还包括步骤S200-6至步骤S200-10。
步骤S200-6,接收物联网设备发送的生物特征注册请求,其中,生物特征注册请求包括物联网设备的标识信息和待注册的第一用户的生物特征信息;其中,生物特征注册请求还包括第一用户的用户标识、预设的注册标识等信息。待注册的生物特征信息如人脸、声纹、虹膜等。
步骤S200-8,若确定生物特征信息满足预设的注册条件,则将生物特征信息确定为第一用户关于物联网设备的身份核验样本;具体的,如图18所示,步骤S200-8包括步骤S200-8-2至步骤S200-8-10。
步骤S200-8-2,确定预设时长内物联网设备发送生物特征注册请求的次数是否超过预设次数,是则向物联网设备发送生物特征注册失败信息;否则执行步骤S200-8-4。
步骤S200-8-4,根据生物特征注册请求中的用户标识,确定第一用户是否存在历史身份核验样本,是则执行步骤S200-8-6,否则执行步骤S200-8-8;具体而言,第一用户可能具有多个物联网设备,并在基于其他物联网设备进行生物特征注册成功时,将生物特征样本与第一用户的用户标识、相应物联网设备的标识信息等关联保存。相应的,步骤S200-8-4包括:确定根据生物特征注册请求中的用户标识是否查询到关联保存的生物特征样本,若是,则确定存在历史身份核验样本,若否,则确定不存在历史身份核验样本。
步骤S200-8-6,将生物特征信息与历史身份核验样本进行匹配,若匹配成功, 则执行步骤S200-8-8;若匹配失败,则向物联网设备发送生物特征注册失败信息;步骤S200-8-8,确定生物特征信息是否符合预设的质量要求,是则执行步骤S200-8-10;否则向物联网设备发送生物特征注册失败信息。
其中,质量要求可以在实际应用中根据需要自行设定;例如,生物特征信息为声纹,质量要求可以为噪音值低于预设值,语义识别的准确率超过预设准确率等;生物特征信息为人脸,质量要求可以为图像的清晰度超过预设清晰度等。
步骤S200-8-10,将生物特征信息确定为第一用户关于物联网设备的身份核验样本,执行步骤S200-10;进一步的,为了提升生物特征的准确性,本说明书一个或多个实施例中,步骤S200-8之前还包括:若确定生物特征注册请求中的生物特征信息符合预设的质量要求,则向物联网设备发送二次采集请求,以使物联网设备再次采集第一用户的身份特征信息;为了便于描述,将生物特征注册请求中的生物特征信息记为第一生物特征信息,将再次采集的生物特征信息记为第二生物特征信息;并在确定第二生物特征信息符合预设的质量要求、且第一生物特征信息与第二生物特征信息匹配时,执行步骤S200-8。相应的,步骤S200-8包括:若确定第一生物特征信息和第二生物特征信息均满足预设的注册条件,则将其中一个生物特征信息确定为第一用户关于物联网设备的身份核验样本。
步骤S200-10,将身份核验样本与标识信息关联保存,发送生物特征注册结果信息给物联网设备。
具体的,将身份核验样本与第一用户的用户标识、物联网设备的标识信息等关联保存,发送生物特征注册结果信息给物联网设备。

本说明书是参照根据本说明书实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。

在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本说明书一个或多个实施例可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、对象、组件、数据结构等等。也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本说明书的一个或多个实施例,在这些分布式计算环境中,由通过通信网络而被连接的远程 处理设备来执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地和远程计算机存储介质中。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种支付方法,应用于物联网设备,包括:
    响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    接收所述后台服务端返回的所述目标产品的订单的信息;
    根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求,所述第一支付请求包括所述物联网设备的标识信息;以使所述支付服务端在根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理;其中,所述绑定关系表征所述物联网设备被所述第一用户授予了使用所述账户进行支付的权限。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求之前,还包括:
    接收所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户进行了绑定的绑定确认信息;
    基于所述绑定确认信息,在所述物联网设备中保存所述第一用户的账户与所述物联网设备的绑定关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求,包括:
    确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    若是,则向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    若否,则发出提示信息,以使所述第一用户将所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户进行绑定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    采集所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息;
    向所述支付服务端发送所述身份核验信息,以使所述支付服务端对所述身份核验信息验证通过、且确定所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,包括:
    响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的语音购买指令;
    所述采集所述第一用户的身份核验信息,包括:
    采集所述语音购买指令对应的声纹数据,将所述声纹数据确定为所述第一用户的身份核验信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述第一支付请求还包括:所述物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式的核验标识,以使所述支付服务端从所述多个身份核验方式中选择目标身份核验方式;
    所述根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求之后,还包括:
    接收所述支付服务端发送的第一身份核验请求;
    所述采集所述第一用户的身份核验信息,包括:
    根据所述第一身份核验请求中的核验标识所对应的所述目标身份核验方式,采集所述用户的身份核验信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求之后,还包括:
    接收所述支付服务端发送的支付码信息;
    展示所述支付码信息所对应的支付码,以使所述第一用户通过所述账户扫描所述支付码对所述订单进行支付。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述身份核验信息包括:生物特征信息;
    所述采集所述第一用户的待验证身份核验信息之前,还包括:
    采集所述第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息;
    根据所述生物特征信息和所述标识信息,向所述支付服务端发送生物特征注册请求,以使所述支付服务端确定所述生物特征信息满足预设的注册条件时,将所述生物特征信息确定为所述第一用户关于所述物联网设备的身份核验样本;
    接收所述支付服务端发送的生物特征注册结果信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述采集所述第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息,包括:
    检测所述物联网设备当前所处的外部环境的状态;
    根据所述外部环境的状态,调节所述物联网设备的采集参数并采集所述第一用户的待注册的生物特征信息。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求之前,还包括:
    向所述支付服务端发送第一设备注册请求,以使所述支付服务端生成所述物联网设备的所述标识信息;
    接收所述支付服务端发送的所述标识信息,将所述标识信息和所述物联网设备的设备信息发送给所述支付服务端,以使所述支付服务端将所述标识信息与所述设备信息关联保存;
    接收所述支付服务端发送的设备注册成功信息;
    或者,
    向所述支付服务端发送第二设备注册请求;其中,所述第二设备注册请求包括所述物联网设备的设备信息,以使所述服务端将生成的所述物联网设备的标识信息与所述设备信息关联保存;
    接收所述服务端发送的设备注册成功信息;其中,所述设备注册成功信息包括所述标识信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,所述注册成功信息包括:所述服务端为所述物联网设备分配的公钥;
    所述向所述支付服务端发送所述身份核验信息,包括:
    采用所述公钥对所述身份核验信息加密,得到身份核验信息密文;
    向所述支付服务端发送所述身份核验信息密文。
  12. 一种支付方法,应用于支付服务端,包括:
    接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,所述第一支付请求基于第一用户在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,所述第一支付请求包括所述目标产品的订单的信息和所述物联网设备的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    若是,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的终端设备绑定了相同的所述账户;
    所述接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求之前,还包括:
    接收客户端发送的所述账户的账户信息和所述标识信息;其中,所述客户端为所述终端设备中的所述账户所对应的客户端;
    将所述账户信息与所述标识信息关联保存,并将保存的信息确定为所述物联网设备与所述账户的绑定记录信息;
    所述根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,包括:
    确定根据所述标识信息是否查询到关联的所述绑定记录信息;
    若是,则确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,对所述身份核验信息进行验证;
    所述若是,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理,包括:
    若所述身份核验信息验证通过、且确定所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户具有绑定关系,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,所述第一支付请求还包括:所述物联网设备所支持的多个身份核验方式的核验标识;
    所述获取所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,包括:
    确定所述多个身份核验方式中的目标身份核验方式;
    根据所述目标身份核验方式的核验标识,向所述物联网设备发送第一身份核验请求,以使所述物联网设备根据所述目标身份核验方式,采集所述第一用户的身份核验信息;
    接收所述物联网设备发送的所述身份核验信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,所述身份核验信息包括:所述第一用户对所述目标产品的语音购买指令所对应的声纹数据;
    所述获取所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,包括:
    向所述物联网设备发送的第二身份核验请求,接收所述物联网设备发送的所述身份核验信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,所述身份核验信息包括:生物特征信息;
    所述对所述身份核验信息进行验证,包括:
    若确定所述生物特征信息符合预设的质量要求、所述标识信息存在关联的已注册的身份核验样本、且所述生物特征信息与所述身份核验样本匹配成功,则确定所述身份核验信息验证通过。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述物联网设备发送的生物特征注册请求,其中,所述生物特征注册请求包括所述标识信息和待注册的所述第一用户的生物特征信息;
    若确定所述生物特征信息满足预设的注册条件,则将所述生物特征信息确定为所述第一用户关于所述物联网设备的身份核验样本;
    将所述身份核验样本与所述标识信息关联保存;
    发送生物特征注册结果信息给所述物联网设备。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,所述接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求之前,还包括:
    接收所述物联网设备发送的第一设备注册请求;
    若确定所述物联网设备在预设时长内发送所述设备注册请求的次数未超过预设次数,则生成所述物联网设备的标识信息,向所述物联网设备发送所述标识信息;
    接收所述物联网设备发送的所述标识信息和设备信息,将所述标识信息与所述设备信息关联保存;
    向所述物联网设备发送设备注册成功信息;
    或者,
    接收所述物联网设备发送的第二设备注册请求;其中,所述第二设备注册请求包括所述物联网设备的设备信息;
    若确定所述物联网设备在预设时长内发送所述设备注册请求的次数未超过第一预设次数,则生成所述物联网设备的标识信息;
    将所述标识信息与所述设备信息关联保存,向所述物联网设备发送设备注册成功信息,其中,所述设备注册成功信息包括所述标识信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,接收所述物联网设备发送的设备注册请求之后,还包括:
    为所述物联网设备分配密钥对;
    所述向所述物联网设备发送设备注册成功信息,包括:
    根据所述密钥对中的公钥,向所述物联网设备发送设备注册成功信息,以使所述物联网设备在采集到所述第一用户的身份核验信息时,采用所述公钥对所述身份核验信息进行加密;
    所述获取所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息,对所述身份核验信息进行验证,包括:
    获取所述第一用户的待验证的身份核验信息密文,采用所述密钥对中的私钥对所述身份核验信息密文进行解密,得到身份核验信息明文,对所述身份核验信息明文进行验证。
  21. 一种支付装置,应用于物联网设备,包括:
    发送模块,其响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    接收模块,其接收所述后台服务端返回的所述目标产品的订单的信息;
    支付模块,其根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求,所述第一支付请求包括所述物联网设备的标识信息;以使所述支付服务端在根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理;其中,所述绑定关系表征所述物联网设备被所述第一用户授予了使用所述账户进行支付的权限。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,所述装置还包括:绑定模块;
    所述绑定模块,在所述发送模块向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求之前, 接收所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户进行了绑定的绑定确认信息;以及,
    基于所述绑定确认信息,在所述物联网设备中保存所述第一用户的账户与所述物联网设备的绑定关系。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,
    所述发送模块,确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    若是,则向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    若否,则发出提示信息,以使所述第一用户将所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的账户进行绑定。
  24. 一种支付装置,应用于支付服务端,包括:
    接收模块,其接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,所述第一支付请求基于第一用户在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,所述第一支付请求包括所述目标产品的订单的信息和所述物联网设备的标识信息;
    确定模块,其根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    第一处理模块,若所述确定模块的确定结果为是,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,所述物联网设备与所述第一用户的终端设备绑定了相同的所述账户;所述装置还包括:保存模块;
    所述接收模块,接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求之前,还接收客户端发送的所述账户的账户信息和所述标识信息;其中,所述客户端为所述终端设备中的所述账户所对应的客户端;
    所述保存模块,将所述账户信息与所述标识信息关联保存,并将保存的信息确定为所述物联网设备与所述账户的绑定记录信息;
    所述确定模块,确定根据所述标识信息是否查询到关联的所述绑定记录信息;若是,则确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系。
  26. 一种支付设备,包括:
    处理器;以及,
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器:
    响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    接收所述后台服务端返回的所述目标产品的订单的信息;
    根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求,所述第一支付请求包括所述物联网设备的标识信息;以使所述支付服务端在根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理;其中,所述绑定关系表征所述物联网设备被所述第一用户授予了使用所述账户进行支付的权限。
  27. 一种支付设备,包括:
    处理器;以及,
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所 述处理器:
    接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,所述第一支付请求基于第一用户在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,所述第一支付请求包括所述目标产品的订单的信息和所述物联网设备的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    若是,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
  28. 一种存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时实现以下流程:
    响应于在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作,向所述目标产品的后台服务端发送购买请求;
    接收所述后台服务端返回的所述目标产品的订单的信息;
    根据所述订单的信息向支付服务端发送所述订单的第一支付请求,所述第一支付请求包括所述物联网设备的标识信息;以使所述支付服务端在根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系时,根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理;其中,所述绑定关系表征所述物联网设备被所述第一用户授予了使用所述账户进行支付的权限。
  29. 一种存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时实现以下流程:
    接收物联网设备发送的第一支付请求;其中,所述第一支付请求基于第一用户在所述物联网设备对目标产品的购买操作而发送,所述第一支付请求包括所述目标产品的订单的信息和所述物联网设备的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息确定所述物联网设备是否与第一用户的账户具有绑定关系;
    若是,则根据所述订单的信息和所述账户进行支付处理。
