本发明涉及一种存放盒,特别是涉及一种培养皿存放盒。
背景技术
在进行微生物检测中,接种后的培养基需要放置在培养箱中进行培养,实验室为了充分利用培养箱的空间,需要将不同接种时间的培养皿叠放在一个培养箱内培养,这样就需要检验员花费一定的时间记录培养皿放入培养箱的时间,还需要花费一定的时间检查哪些培养皿培养结束,同时叠放的培养皿容易翻倒,受污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种培养皿存放盒,易于监控培养皿的培养时间。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种培养皿存放盒,它包括:
框架;
培养皿放存区,所述培养皿放存区设置在所述框架中;
计时组件,所述计时组件设置在所述框架上,所述计时组件包括计时器;
磁铁,所述磁铁设置在所述框架上,所述磁铁分布于所述框架的上表面和下表面。
可选地,它还包括:
计时报警区,所述计时报警区设置在所述框架中,所述计时组件放置在所述计时报警区中。
进一步地,所述计时报警区与所述培养皿放存区之间设置有隔板。
进一步地,所述计时报警区外周设置有可拆卸的封板。
可选地,所述计时组件还包括报警器,所述报警器与所述计时器相连接。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

如图1所示,培养皿存放盒包括一个框架1,框架1由十二个棱边10组合而成,大致为长方体。
框架1中设置有培养皿放存区2和计时报警区6。其中,培养皿放存区2 用于放置培养皿,计时报警区6用于计时与报警。
培养皿放存区2和计时报警区6之间设置有隔板7,以将两者隔开,防止互相影响。
可以在培养皿放存区2外周设置盖板以防培养皿中液体漏出,培养皿放存区2上方可以留空不设置盖板。
计时报警区6中设置有计时组件3。计时组件3包括计时器5和报警器9。计时器5用于计时;报警器9与计时器5相连接,用于在计时器5设定时间到达后报警。计时器5和报警器9也可以采用现有中的计时闹钟,即有计时功能,又有报警功能,本例即为这样的设置。
计时报警区6外周设置有可拆卸的封板8,本例的封板8设置在计时报警区6侧面,封板8使用螺丝钉安装在计时报警区6的外侧,在更换计时闹钟电池和计时闹钟检修、检定时先拆下封板8。因此可拆卸封板8的设置方便于对计时报警区6内部维护。
本例中,设置了计时报警区6,且将计时报警区6设置在框架1中,计时组件3设置在计时报警区6中,从而使装置结构紧凑。其它技术方案中,还可以不设置计时报警区6,比如将计时组件3直接安装在框架1外侧,可以安装在框架1的棱边10上。
本例中,棱边10上还设置有磁铁4,磁铁4装载在空心管11中(参见图2),空心管11具有内腔,磁铁4即放置在内腔中,空心管11嵌在棱边10中。磁铁4在框架1的上下表面均有设置,即在上下表面的棱边10上均有设置,且上表面的磁铁4与下表面的磁铁4相对应设置。这样,当堆叠框架1时(通过堆叠框架1而堆叠培养皿),相邻框架1上的相应位置的磁铁4相互吸引。
本例中,之所以将磁铁4装载在空心管11中,且空心管11的内径大于磁 铁4的最大外径,是为了方便于磁铁4旋转,从而转换磁极的方向,方便于相邻的磁铁4相吸引。磁铁4的形状可以为圆球形、立方形、椭球形等形状。本例的磁铁4为球形。
空心管11内腔还具有一定的长度以供磁铁4移动,从而在上下框架1堆叠时,利于上下邻近的磁铁4移动而对位。空心管11内腔的长度在磁铁4外径的1.5倍以上,则具有较好的效果。
当然,其它实施方式中,还可以不设置空心管11,比如将磁铁4直接镶嵌在棱边10中。
本例的空心管11通过胶水嵌在棱边10中,其它方式中,还可以不以胶水的方式,或者不以嵌入的方式将空心管11与棱边10相连接,其它任一常规的连接方式均可以采用。
本例中,将空心管11设置在棱边10上,也就是将磁铁4设置在棱边10上,是为了在框架1堆叠后具有较大的稳定性,因为上表面或下表面的磁铁4所围成的吸合面面积较大,从而具有较大稳定性。其它方式中,还可以将磁铁4设置在上表面或下表面除棱边10的其它部位。
本例中,磁铁4(以及装载磁铁4的空心管11)还设置在框架1的侧面,具体是设置在框架1侧面的棱边上,从而方便于水平堆放的框架1之间相互吸引而稳定。
综上所述,本例的培养皿存放盒,检验员可以不需要花费时间核对培养皿何时培养结束,而是通过计时组件3进行计时和报警,减少了人力资源成本。通过磁铁4可以很好的稳定堆叠的培养皿存放盒。

    框架(1);
    培养皿放存区(2),所述培养皿放存区(2)设置在所述框架(1)中;
    计时组件(3),所述计时组件(3)设置在所述框架(1)上,所述计时组件(3)包括计时器(5);
    磁铁(4),所述磁铁(4)设置在所述框架(1)上,所述磁铁(4)分布于所述框架(1)的上表面和下表面。
