下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了一种sidelink传输系统的系统架构图。如图1所示,该sidelink传输系统可以应用于LTE系统或NR系统,该sidelink传输系统可以包括基站110、中继用户设备(User Equipment,UE)120和至少一个远端UE 130。
其中,远端UE 130可以为用户使用的设备,包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载终端、可穿戴设备、以及计步器等。中继UE 120可以分别与每个远端UE 130通过sidelink接口通信连接,并且与基站110通过用户-上行链路(User-uplink,Uu)接口通信连接,并且用于将远端UE 130向其传输的数据转发给基站110。
在现有技术中,在利用sidelink传输系统进行数据传输的过程中,远端UE 130需要先将待传输数据缓存至中继UE 120,当待传输数据缓存完毕后,中继UE 120再将缓存完毕的待传输数据的数据信息上报给基站110,以使基站110为中继UE 120分配上行资源,使得中继UE 120上报 待传输数据的缓存状态的时延较长,如此导致数据传输的时延较长,进而降低了数据传输的效率。
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种缓存状态上报方法、中继终端设备及计算机可读存储介质。下面,首先对本发明实施例提供的缓存状态上报方法进行详细说明。
图2示出了本发明提供的缓存状态上报方法的一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明一些实施例中,图2所示的方法可以由中继终端设备执行,其中,中继终端设备可以用于将远端终端设备向其发送的数据转发给网络设备。例如,中继终端设备可以为图1中所示的中继UE 120,远端终端设备可以为图1中所示的远端UE 130,网络设备可以为图1中所示的基站110。如图2所示,该缓存状态上报方法可以包括:
S210、确定待传输数据的数据信息。
待传输数据为远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备发送至网络设备的数据。
S220、根据数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告。
目标缓存状态报告为预发送的缓存状态报告。
S230、向网络设备上报目标缓存状态报告。
在本发明实施例中,中继终端设备能够在确定远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备发送至网络设备的待传输数据的数据信息之后,根据数据信息,生成预发送的缓存状态报告,向网络设备上报该预发送的缓存状态报告,以在接收待传输数据之前,请求网络设备根据预发送的缓存状态报告为中继终端设备预先分配待传输数据对应的上行资源,从而使中继终端设备在远端终端设备将待传输数据缓存至中继终端设备之前,便能够完成待传输数据的缓存状态的上报,减少了中继终端设备上报待传输数据的缓存状态的时延,进而减少了数据传输的时延,提高了数据传输的效率。
具体地,中继终端设备预先向网络设备上报预发送的缓存状态报告,这样,当远端终端设备将待传输数据缓存至中继终端设备且待传输数据缓存完毕之后,网络设备基于预先上报的数据信息分配给中继终端设备的上 行授权也到了,中继终端设备可以直接向网络设备传输该待传输数据,从而能够减少中继终端设备上报待传输数据的缓存状态的时延,提升上行调度的时效性,进而提高sidelink传输系统的系统性能以及用户体验。
在本发明实施例的S210中,在中继终端设备了解到远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备发送至网络设备的传输资源信息之后,即可以根据该传输资源信息预测其将接收到的待传输数据的数据信息。
在这些实施例中,可选地,S210的具体方法可以包括下列中的任一项:
一、远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式
当远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,根据远端终端设备发送的副链路控制信息(Sidelink Control Information,SCI),确定数据信息。
其中,当远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,远端终端设备可以自主选择资源,远端终端设备可以采取在资源池中侦听(sensing)并预留(reserved)的方式获得在sidelink上的资源。
在这种情况下,远端终端设备在获得sidelink上的资源之后,会在sidelink接口上发送SCI,SCI可以包括待传输数据对应的预留资源大小、待传输数据对应的传输方式、待传输数据对应的业务信息(例如,业务优先级)和待传输数据对应的预留资源位置等。中继终端设备能够接收到该SCI,并且根据该SCI确定远端终端设备将要传输的待传输数据的数据信息,从而触发对目标缓存状态报告的上报。
二、中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能
当中继终端设备具有副链路sidelink资源调度功能时,根据远端终端设备上报的副链路sidelink缓存状态报告(Buffer Status Report,BSR),确定数据信息。
在一些情况下,出于资源调度或者统一管理的角度,中继终端设备也可以具有一定的sidelink资源调度功能。
在这种情况下,远端终端设备需要将自己的sidelink BSR上报给中继终端设备,以使中继终端设备基于sidelink BSR对远端终端设备进行资源 调度。因此,中继终端设备在接收到远端终端设备上报的sidelink BSR时,就已经确定其需要转发到网络设备的待传输数据的数据信息了,此时可以通过Uu接口触发对目标缓存状态报告的上报。
三、中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能且中继终端设备向远端终端设备发送资源授权
当中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能且中继终端设备向远端终端设备发送资源授权时,根据资源授权对应的数据的传输信息,确定数据信息。
在一些情况下,中继终端设备在接收到远端终端设备上报的sidelink BSR时,无法一次性对远端终端设备进行调度,只能根据资源情况先为远端终端设备调度一部分数据的传输,并对这部分数据进行资源授权,则中继终端设备已经向远端终端设备发了资源授权的这部分数据,这部分数据下次将要在Uu接口被转发的概率非常大,可以只上报这部分数据的数据信息。因此,在这种情况下,中继终端设备可以根据资源授权对应的数据的传输信息确定将要传输的待传输数据的数据信息,从而触发对目标缓存状态报告的上报。
四、远端终端设备处于基站调度模式
当远端终端设备处于基站调度模式时,根据监听到远端终端设备的基站调度信息,确定数据信息。
当远端终端设备处于基站调度模式时,需要由网络设备为远端终端设备分配资源。
在这种情况下,如果中继终端设备能够监听网络设备给远端终端设备的基站调度信息,则可以通过监听到的基站调度信息,确定将要传输的待传输数据的数据信息,从而触发对目标缓存状态报告的上报。
在本发明一些实施例中,数据信息可以包括待传输数据的数据量和待传输数据对应的业务信息。业务信息可以包括待传输数据在副链路sidelink接口的逻辑信道组(Logical Channel Group,LCG)信息或者待传输数据对应的业务优先级。
在这些实施例中,根据中继终端设备确定数据信息的方式不同,业务 信息可能也不同。具体地,在远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式的情况下,业务信息可以为待传输数据在sidelink接口的业务优先级。在中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能、中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能且中继终端设备向远端终端设备发送资源授权的情况下,业务信息可以包括待传输数据在sidelink接口的LCG信息。
在这些实施例中,可选地,S220的具体方法可以包括:
根据预设映射关系,确定业务信息对应的目标LCG;其中,目标LCG为中继终端设备的上行链路接口的LCG;
根据数据量,确定目标LCG对应的目标缓存数量;
根据目标LCG和目标缓存数量,生成目标缓存状态报告。
在这些实施例中,可以首先根据预设映射关系确定业务信息对应的目标LCG,然后根据数据量确定目标LCG对应的目标缓存数量,最后根据目标LCG和目标缓存数量,生成用于指示待传输数据对应的目标LCG和待传输数据的数据量的目标缓存状态报告。
在一些实施例中,中继终端设备的上行链路接口可以为Uu接口。
具体地,sidelink接口的LCG与Uu接口的LCG具有一定的预设映射关系,并且业务优先级与Uu接口的LCG也具有一定的预设映射关系。因此,当确定了待传输数据在sidelink接口的LCG信息或待传输数据对应的业务优先级中的任一个业务信息后,即可以根据其与Uu接口的LCG的预设映射关系,为待传输数据匹配在Uu接口中的目标LCG。
在本发明一些实施例中,预设映射关系可以根据网络配置确定,或者,预设映射关系也可以根据预设规则确定,在此不做限制。
在预设映射关系根据网络配置确定的情况下,可以直接基于网络配置的业务优先级与Uu接口的LCG的对应关系,确定预设映射关系;或者,可以直接基于网络配置的sidelink接口的LCG与Uu接口的LCG的对应关系,确定预设映射关系。
在预设映射关系根据预设规则确定的情况下,预设规则可以包括优先级相同规则。具体地,优先级相同规则指的是:待传输数据所对应的Uu接口的LCG的优先级与业务优先级相同,或者,sidelink接口的LCG对应 的Uu接口的LCG的优先级与该sidelink接口的LCG的优先级相同。
例如,sidelink接口的业务优先级共有8级,同时,sidelink接口的LCG和Uu接口的LCG各有8组。其中,业务优先级为1-8级时,级数越小业务优先级越高。sidelink接口的LCG标号为0-7时,标号数值越小优先级越高,其优先级也为1-8级。Uu接口的LCG标号为0-7时,标号数值越小优先级越高,其优先级也为1-8级。当sidelink接口传递的是业务优先级时,根据优先级相同规则确定的预设映射关系为:业务优先级由1-8级按优先级由高到低的顺序依次映射到Uu接口的0-7组LCG。而当sidelink接口传递的是LCG信息时,根据优先级相同规则确定的预设映射关系为:sidelink接口由0-7组LCG按优先级由高到低的顺序依次映射到Uu接口的0-7组LCG。
在本发明实施例中,预发送的缓存状态报告指的是在中继终端设备接收到待传输数据之前,预先向网络设备上报的缓存状态报告。
在本发明一些实施例中,目标缓存状态报告可以包括媒体接入控制子头MAC subheader,该MAC subheader包括逻辑信道(Logical Channel,LC)标识(Identity,ID)域,其中,LCID域具有LCID值。
在本发明另一些实施例中,除MAC subheader以外,目标缓存状态报告还可以包括长度指示域,长度指示域用于指示所述报告总长度。
在一些实施例中,LCID域的LCID值可以包括下列任一种情况:
一、LCID域仅包括一个与目标缓存状态报告相关的LCID值
在这种情况下,LCID域可以包括第一LCID值,第一LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为预发送报告类型。
具体地,第一LCID值仅用于告知网络设备,该信息为预发送的缓存状态报告,同时,预发送的缓存状态报告为第一报告格式。
需要说明的是,在这种情况下,第一LCID值不对第一报告格式和截短的第一报告格式进行区分。
二、LCID域包括两个与目标缓存状态报告相关的LCID值
在这种情况下,LCID域可以包括第二LCID值或第三LCID值,第二LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为第一报告格式,第三LCID值用于指 示目标缓存状态报告为截短的第一报告格式。
其中,第一报告格式和截短的第一报告格式采用相同的报告格式,其区别仅在于截短的第一报告格式内仅包含部分预发送的缓存状态信息,还有未上报的预发送的缓存状态信息。
三、LCID域包括三个与目标缓存状态报告相关的LCID值
在这种情况下,LCID域包括第四LCID值、第五LCID值或第六LCID值。第四LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为第一报告格式,第五LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为截短的第一报告格式,第六LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为第二报告格式。
其中,第一报告格式和第二报告格式采用不同的报告格式,第一报告格式对应的报告总长度大于或等于第二报告格式对应的报告总长度,即第一报告格式为长报告格式,第二报告格式为短报告格式。
四、LCID域包括四个与目标缓存状态报告相关的LCID值
在这种情况下,LCID域包括第七LCID值、第八LCID值、第九LCID值或第十LCID值。第七LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为第一报告格式,第八LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为截短的第一报告格式,第九LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为第二报告格式,第十LCID值用于指示目标缓存状态报告为截短的第二报告格式。
其中,第二报告格式和截短的第二报告格式采用相同的报告格式,其区别仅在于截短的第二报告格式内仅包含部分预发送的缓存状态信息,还有未上报的预发送的缓存状态信息。
在本发明一些实施例中,第一报告格式可以包括下列中的至少一项:
LCG指示信号和LCG缓存状态;其中,LCG指示信号用于指示每个LCG是否具有待传输数据,LCG缓存状态用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG的缓存数量;
至少两组报告信息;其中,每组报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,LCG缓存状态用于指示LCG的缓存数量。
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的报告格式的一示例的结构示意图。图 3所示的报告格式为第一报告格式,该第一报告格式包括LCG指示信号和LCG缓存状态。
LCG指示信号由8bit位构成,分别代表8个LCG。若LCG所对应的bit位设置为1,指示该LCG有待传输数据,即该LCG有预发送的缓存状态报告。若LCG所对应的bit位设置为0,指示该LCG没有待传输数据,即该LCG没有预发送的缓存状态报告。
然后,再依次携带bit位为1的LCG的缓存数量,即LCG缓存状态。其中,每个LCG缓存状态由8bit位构成。
由此,可以提高所生成的目标缓存状态报告的完整性。
继续参见图3,截短的第一报告格式主要是因为资源空间不足以容纳一个完整的目标缓存状态报告,为了尽可能的将重要的缓存状态信息尽快上报给网络设备,充分利用小块资源,将目标缓存状态报告进行截短,即截短的第一报告格式不包含所有存状态信息,而挑选其中优先级最高的LCG的缓存数量进行上报,其余无法容纳的LCG的缓存数量可以舍弃,但保持这些无法容纳的LCG对应的bit位为1,以告知网络设备这些LCG也是有数据的,但由于资源问题无法携带。
需要说明的是,如果存在优先级相同的LCG,则同时保留或者同时舍去这些LCG的缓存状态。如果只剩一个资源位置,而可选的有两个相同优先级的LCG,则此时可以任意选择一个,从而避免了资源浪费。
图4示出了本发明实施例提供的报告格式的另一示例的结构示意图。图4所示的报告格式为第一报告格式,该第一报告格式包括至少两组报告信息,每组报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态。
LCG标识可以包括3bit位,LCG标识为有待传输数据,即有预发送的缓存状态报告的LCG对应的ID值。LCG缓存状态可以包括5bit位,用于表示该组的LCG对应的缓存数量。
这种报告格式的预发送的缓存状态报告内的数据组数随着有预发送的缓存状态报告的LCG的实际数量而改变。
由此,可以提高所生成的目标缓存状态报告的灵活性。
在本发明一些实施例中,第一报告格式和截短的第一报告格式还可以 利用相同的LCID值表示,并通过bit位的个数和缓存状态的个数,来表示是第一报告格式,还是截短的第一报告格式。例如,如果bit位为1的个数和缓存状态的个数相同,则说明是第一报告格式,如果bit位为1的个数和缓存状态的个数不相同,则说明是截短的第一报告格式。
在本发明一些实施例中,第二报告格式可以包括:
一组报告信息;其中,报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,LCG缓存状态用于指示所述LCG的缓存数量。
需要说明的是,第二报告格式只能有一组报告信息,而第一报告格式可以由两组及两组以上的报告信息。由于第一报告格式可以有至少两组报告信息,第一报告格式的报告总长度不固定,则需要长度指示域指示其报告总长度,而第二报告格式由于只有一组报告信息,第二报告格式的报告总长度固定,则不需要长度指示域指示其报告总长度。
图5示出了本发明实施例提供的报告格式的又一示例的结构示意图。图5所示的报告格式为第二报告格式,该第二报告格式包括一组报告信息,报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态。
具体地,LCG标识可以包括3bit位,LCG标识为有待传输数据,即有预发送的缓存状态报告的LCG对应的ID值。LCG缓存状态可以包括5bit位,用于表示该组的LCG对应的缓存数量。
由此,可以降低所生成的目标缓存状态报告所占用的资源。
继续参见图5,截短的第二报告格式主要是因为资源空间不足以容纳一个完整的目标缓存状态报告,为了尽可能的将重要的缓存状态信息尽快上报给网络设备,充分利用小块资源,将目标缓存状态报告进行截短,其截短方式与第一报告格式的截短方式相似,在此不做赘述。
需要说明的是,第二报告格式和截短的第二报告格式之间的区分,是为了进一步精细上报信息,使网络设备确定到底是只有一个LCG有缓存状态,还是由于资源限制只能上报一个LCG的缓存状态。第一报告格式和截短的第一报告格式还可以利用相同的LCID值表示。当资源有富裕时,即仍旧携带有其它比目标缓存状态报告的传输优先级更低的数据时, 这时网络设备可以确定只有一个LCG有缓存状态,目标缓存状态报告为第二报告格式,如果在整个MAC协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)中,目标缓存状态报告是传输优先级最低的数据,那么目标缓存状态报告有可能是截短的第二报告格式。
在本发明一些实施例中,S230的具体方法可以包括:
在存在目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,通过可用上行资源向网络设备发送目标缓存状态报告。
可选地,可用上行资源可以为新传输上行资源和/或未限制触发目标缓存状态报告的逻辑信道使用的上行资源。

具体地,在中继终端设备不存在上述的可用上行资源的情况下,则需要先向网络设备发送SR,以使网络设备根据SR向中继终端设备分配可用上行资源,并在网络设备分配的可用上行资源上向网络设备发送目标缓存状态报告。
在本发明一些实施例中,当中继终端设备的一个LCG的所有逻辑信道均未缓存数据时,如果该LCG中有目标缓存状态报告需要上报时,则不触发常规BSR。常规BSR用于指示该LCG的所有逻辑信道均未缓存数 据。
在本发明实施例中,中继终端设备在MAC层需要对各种类型的数据进行复用组包,因此,各种类型的数据需要有优先级排序,在资源不够的情况下,先传输优先级较高的数据。
在本发明一些实施例中,S230的具体方法还可以包括:
根据预设传输优先级规则,确定目标缓存状态报告的传输优先级;

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的缓存状态上报方法,能够使中继终端设备在获知远端终端设备即将通过该中继终端设备向网络设备传输的待传输数据的数据信息之后,提前向网络设备上报该待传输信息的缓存状态,从而能够减少中继终端设备上报待传输数据的缓存状态的时延,提升上行 调度的时效性,进而提高sidelink传输系统的系统性能以及用户体验。
图6示出了本发明提供的中继终端设备的一实施例的结构示意图。
在本发明一些实施例中,图6所示的中继终端设备可以用于将远端终端设备向其发送的数据转发给网络设备。例如,中继终端设备可以为图1中所示的中继UE 120,远端终端设备可以为图1中所示的远端UE 130,网络设备可以为图1中所示的基站110。如图6所示,该中继终端设备300可以包括:
信息确定模块310,用于确定待传输数据的数据信息。

在本发明实施例中,中继终端设备300能够在确定远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备300发送至网络设备的待传输数据的数据信息之后,根据数据信息,生成预发送的缓存状态报告,向网络设备上报该预发送的缓存状态报告,以在接收待传输数据之前,请求网络设备根据预发送的缓存状态报告为中继终端设备300预先分配待传输数据对应的上行资源,从而使中继终端设备300在远端终端设备将待传输数据缓存至中继终端设备300之前,便能够完成待传输数据的缓存状态的上报,减少了中继终端设备300上报待传输数据的缓存状态的时延,进而减少了数据传输的时延,提高了数据传输的效率。
在本发明一些实施例中,信息确定模块310可以具体用于:
当远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,根据远端终端设备发送的副链路控制信息SCI,确定数据信息;或,

需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的中继终端设备300能够实现图2至图5的方法实施例中中继终端设备300实现的各个过程和效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
图7为本发明提供的中继终端设备的一实施例的硬件结构示意图。如图7所示,该中继终端设备400包括但不限于:射频单元401、网络模块402、音频输出单元403、输入单元404、传感器405、显示单元406、用户输入单元407、接口单元408、存储器409、处理器410、以及电源411等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7中示出的中继终端设备结构并不构成对中继终端设备的限定,中继终端设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
其中,处理器410,用于确定待传输数据的数据信息,其中,待传输数据为远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备发送至网络设备的数据;根据数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告;其中,目标缓存状态报告为预发送的缓存状态报告;向网络设备上报目标缓存状态报告。
在本发明实施例中,中继终端设备能够在确定远端终端设备即将通过中继终端设备发送至网络设备的待传输数据的数据信息之后,根据数据信息,生成预发送的缓存状态报告,向网络设备上报该预发送的缓存状态报告,以在接收待传输数据之前,请求网络设备根据预发送的缓存状态报告为中继终端设备预先分配待传输数据对应的上行资源,从而使中继终端设备在远端终端设备将待传输数据缓存至中继终端设备之前,便能够完成待传输数据的缓存状态的上报,减少了中继终端设备上报待传输数据的缓存状态的时延,进而减少了数据传输的时延,提高了数据传输的效率。
应理解的是,本发明实施例中,射频单元401可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送。具体的,将来自基站的下行数据接收后,给 处理器410处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频单元401包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频单元401还可以通过无线通信系统与网络和其他设备通信。
中继终端设备通过网络模块402为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问,如帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等。
音频输出单元403可以将射频单元401或网络模块402接收的或者在存储器409中存储的音频数据转换成音频信号并且输出为声音。而且,音频输出单元403还可以提供与中继终端设备400执行的特定功能相关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等等)。音频输出单元403包括扬声器、蜂鸣器以及受话器等。
输入单元404用于接收音频或视频信号。输入单元404可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)4041和麦克风4042,图形处理器4041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。处理后的图像帧可以显示在显示单元406上。经图形处理器4041处理后的图像帧可以存储在存储器409(或其它存储介质)中或者经由射频单元401或网络模块402进行发送。麦克风4042可以接收声音,并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据。处理后的音频数据可以在电话通话模式的情况下转换为可经由射频单元401发送到移动通信基站的格式输出。
中继终端设备400还包括至少一种传感器405,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板4061的亮度,接近传感器可在中继终端设备400移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板4061和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别中继终端设备姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器405还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀螺仪、气压 计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元406用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元406可包括显示面板4061,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板4061。
用户输入单元407可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与中继终端设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元407包括触控面板4071以及其他输入设备4072。触控面板4071,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板4071上或在触控面板4071附近的操作)。触控面板4071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器410,接收处理器410发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板4071。除了触控面板4071,用户输入单元407还可以包括其他输入设备4072。具体地,其他输入设备4072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板4071可覆盖在显示面板4061上,当触控面板4071检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器410以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器410根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板4061上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图7中,触控面板4071与显示面板4061是作为两个独立的部件来实现中继终端设备的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板4071与显示面板4061集成而实现中继终端设备的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元408为外部装置与中继终端设备400连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的 端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元408可以用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收到的输入传输到中继终端设备400内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在中继终端设备400和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器409可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器409可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器409可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器410是中继终端设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个中继终端设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器409内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器409内的数据,执行中继终端设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对中继终端设备进行整体监控。处理器410可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器410可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器410中。
中继终端设备400还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源411(比如电池)。优选的,电源411可以通过电源管理系统与处理器410逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
另外,中继终端设备400包括一些未示出的功能模块,在此不再赘述。
优选的,本发明实施例还提供一种中继终端设备,包括处理器410,存储器409,存储在存储器409上并可在处理器410上运行的计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器410执行时实现上述缓存状态上报方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质 上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述缓存状态上报方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质可包括非暂态计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。

  1. 一种缓存状态上报方法,应用于中继终端设备,所述方法包括:
    确定待传输数据的数据信息;其中,所述待传输数据为所述远端终端设备即将通过所述中继终端设备发送至网络设备的数据;
    根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述目标缓存状态报告为预发送的缓存状态报告;
    向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定待传输数据的数据信息,包括:
    当所述远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,根据所述远端终端设备发送的副链路控制信息SCI,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能时,根据所述远端终端设备上报的副链路缓存状态报告sidelink BSR,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述中继终端设备具有所述副链路资源调度功能且所述中继终端设备向所述远端终端设备发送资源授权时,根据所述资源授权对应的数据的传输信息,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述远端终端设备处于基站调度模式时,根据监听到所述远端终端设备的基站调度信息,确定所述数据信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告,包括:
    在存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,通过所述可用上行资源向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告,还包括:
    在不存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,向所述网络设备发送上行调度请求SR;
    在分配上行资源上向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述分配上行资源为所述网络设备根据所述SR向所述中继终端设备 分配的可用上行资源。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述可用上行资源包括下列中的至少一项:
    新传输上行资源;
    未限制触发所述目标缓存状态报告的逻辑信道使用的上行资源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据信息包括所述待传输数据的数据量和所述待传输数据对应的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息包括所述待传输数据在副链路sidelink接口的逻辑信道组LCG信息或者所述待传输数据对应的业务优先级。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告,包括:
    根据预设映射关系,确定所述业务信息对应的目标LCG;其中,所述目标LCG为所述中继终端设备的上行链路接口的LCG;
    根据所述数据量,确定所述目标LCG对应的目标缓存数量;
    根据所述目标LCG和所述目标缓存数量,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述预设映射关系根据网络配置或预设规则确定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述预设规则包括优先级相同规则。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告包括媒体接入控制子头MAC subheader,所述MAC subheader包括逻辑信道标识LCID域,其中:

    是否支持目标缓存状态报告作为填充padding信息进行上报;
    目标缓存状态报告是否具有触发SR的功能;
    具有触发SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;
    具有触发带有延迟定时器的SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;
    目标缓存状态报告的延迟定时器的参数;
    目标缓存状态报告的重传定时器的参数;
    目标缓存状态报告的禁止定时器的参数。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述网络设备发送的报告配置信息之前,还包括:
    向所述网络设备上报报告能力参数,所述报告能力参数用于所述网络设备为所述中继终端设备配置所述报告配置信息。
  21. 一种中继终端设备,包括:
    信息确定模块,用于确定待传输数据的数据信息;其中,所述待传输数据为所述远端终端设备即将通过所述中继终端设备发送至网络设备的数据;
    报告生成模块,用于根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述目标缓存状态报告为预发送的缓存状态报告;
    报告上报模块,用于向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述信息确定模块具体用于:
    当所述远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,根据所述远端终端设备发送的副链路控制信息SCI,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能时,根据所述远端终端设备上报的副链路缓存状态报告sidelink BSR,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述中继终端设备具有所述副链路资源调度功能且所述中继终端设备向所述远端终端设备发送资源授权时,根据所述资源授权对应的数据的传输信息,确定所述数据信息;或,
    当所述远端终端设备处于基站调度模式时,根据监听到所述远端终端设备的基站调度信息,确定所述数据信息。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模块具体用于:
    在存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,通过所述可用上行资源向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模 块具体用于:
    在不存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,向所述网络设备发送上行调度请求SR;
    在分配上行资源上向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述分配上行资源为所述网络设备根据所述SR向所述中继终端设备分配的可用上行资源。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述可用上行资源包括下列中的至少一项:
    新传输上行资源;
    未限制触发所述目标缓存状态报告的逻辑信道使用的上行资源。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述数据信息包括所述待传输数据的数据量和所述待传输数据对应的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息包括所述待传输数据在副链路sidelink接口的逻辑信道组LCG信息或者所述待传输数据对应的业务优先级。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告生成模块具体用于:
    根据预设映射关系,确定所述业务信息对应的目标LCG;其中,所述目标LCG为所述中继终端设备的上行链路接口的LCG;
    根据所述数据量,确定所述目标LCG对应的目标缓存数量;
    根据所述目标LCG和所述目标缓存数量,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述预设映射关系根据网络配置或预设规则确定。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述预设规则包括优先级相同规则。
  30. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告包括媒体接入控制子头MAC subheader,所述MAC subheader包括逻辑信道标识LCID域,其中:
    所述LCID域包括第一LCID值,所述第一LCID值用于指示所述目标 缓存状态报告为预发送报告类型;或,
    所述LCID域包括第二LCID值或第三LCID值,所述第二LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为第一报告格式,所述第三LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为截短的第一报告格式;或,
    所述LCID域包括第四LCID值、第五LCID值或第六LCID值,所述第四LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第一报告格式,所述第五LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述截短的第一报告格式,所述第六LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为第二报告格式;或,
    所述LCID域包括第七LCID值、第八LCID值、第九LCID值或第十LCID值,所述第七LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第一报告格式,所述第八LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述截短的第一报告格式,所述第九LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第二报告格式,所述第十LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为截短的第二报告格式;
    其中,所述第一报告格式对应的报告总长度大于或等于所述第二报告格式对应的报告总长度。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述第一报告格式包括下列中的至少一项:
    LCG指示信号和LCG缓存状态;其中,所述LCG指示信号用于指示每个LCG是否具有待传输数据,所述LCG缓存状态用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG的缓存数量;
    至少两组报告信息;其中,每组所述报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,所述LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,所述LCG缓存状态用于指示所述LCG的缓存数量。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述第二报告格式包括:
    一组报告信息;其中,所述报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,所述LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,所述LCG缓存状态 用于指示所述LCG的缓存数量。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告还包括长度指示域,所述长度指示域用于指示所述报告总长度。
  34. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模块具体用于:
    根据预设传输优先级规则,确定所述目标缓存状态报告的传输优先级;
    根据所述传输优先级,向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
  35. 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,还包括:
    配置接收模块,用于在确定所述待传输数据的所述数据信息之前,接收所述网络设备发送的报告配置信息;其中,所述报告配置信息包括所述目标缓存状态报告的开关配置;
    所述报告生成模块具体用于:在所述开关配置为开启的情况下,根据所述数据信息,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置;
    所述报告生成模块具体用于:根据所述数据信息和所述生成配置,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置包括下列中的至少一项:
    目标缓存状态报告的报告格式;
    具有触发目标缓存状态报告的功能的LCG。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置;
    所述报告上报模块具体用于:根据所述上报配置,向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置包括下列中的至少一项:
    是否支持目标缓存状态报告作为填充padding信息进行上报;
    目标缓存状态报告是否具有触发SR的功能;
    具有触发SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;
    具有触发带有延迟定时器的SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;
    目标缓存状态报告的延迟定时器的参数;
    目标缓存状态报告的重传定时器的参数;
    目标缓存状态报告的禁止定时器的参数。
  40. 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,还包括:
    参数上报模块,用于在接收所述网络设备发送的所述报告配置信息之前,向所述网络设备上报报告能力参数,所述报告能力参数用于所述网络设备为所述中继终端设备配置所述报告配置信息。
  41. 一种中继终端设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的缓存状态上报方法的步骤。
  42. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的缓存状态上报方法的步骤。
