- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定待传输数据的数据信息之前,还包括:接收所述网络设备发送的报告配置信息;其中,所述报告配置信息包括所述目标缓存状态报告的开关配置;其中,所述根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告,包括:在所述开关配置为开启的情况下,根据所述数据信息,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置;其中,所述根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告,包括:根据所述数据信息和所述生成配置,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置包括下列中的至少一项:目标缓存状态报告的报告格式;具有触发目标缓存状态报告的功能的LCG。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置;其中,所述向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告,包括:根据所述上报配置,向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置包括下列中的至少一项:是否支持目标缓存状态报告作为填充padding信息进行上报;目标缓存状态报告是否具有触发SR的功能;具有触发SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;具有触发带有延迟定时器的SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;目标缓存状态报告的延迟定时器的参数;目标缓存状态报告的重传定时器的参数;目标缓存状态报告的禁止定时器的参数。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述网络设备发送的报告配置信息之前,还包括:向所述网络设备上报报告能力参数,所述报告能力参数用于所述网络设备为所述中继终端设备配置所述报告配置信息。
- 一种中继终端设备,包括:信息确定模块,用于确定待传输数据的数据信息;其中,所述待传输数据为所述远端终端设备即将通过所述中继终端设备发送至网络设备的数据;报告生成模块,用于根据所述数据信息,生成目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述目标缓存状态报告为预发送的缓存状态报告;报告上报模块,用于向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述信息确定模块具体用于:当所述远端终端设备处于终端自主资源选择模式时,根据所述远端终端设备发送的副链路控制信息SCI,确定所述数据信息;或,当所述中继终端设备具有副链路资源调度功能时,根据所述远端终端设备上报的副链路缓存状态报告sidelink BSR,确定所述数据信息;或,当所述中继终端设备具有所述副链路资源调度功能且所述中继终端设备向所述远端终端设备发送资源授权时,根据所述资源授权对应的数据的传输信息,确定所述数据信息;或,当所述远端终端设备处于基站调度模式时,根据监听到所述远端终端设备的基站调度信息,确定所述数据信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模块具体用于:在存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,通过所述可用上行资源向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模 块具体用于:在不存在所述目标缓存状态报告对应的可用上行资源的情况下,向所述网络设备发送上行调度请求SR;在分配上行资源上向所述网络设备发送所述目标缓存状态报告;其中,所述分配上行资源为所述网络设备根据所述SR向所述中继终端设备分配的可用上行资源。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述可用上行资源包括下列中的至少一项:新传输上行资源;未限制触发所述目标缓存状态报告的逻辑信道使用的上行资源。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述数据信息包括所述待传输数据的数据量和所述待传输数据对应的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息包括所述待传输数据在副链路sidelink接口的逻辑信道组LCG信息或者所述待传输数据对应的业务优先级。
- 根据权利要求26所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告生成模块具体用于:根据预设映射关系,确定所述业务信息对应的目标LCG;其中,所述目标LCG为所述中继终端设备的上行链路接口的LCG;根据所述数据量,确定所述目标LCG对应的目标缓存数量;根据所述目标LCG和所述目标缓存数量,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求27所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述预设映射关系根据网络配置或预设规则确定。
- 根据权利要求28所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述预设规则包括优先级相同规则。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告包括媒体接入控制子头MAC subheader,所述MAC subheader包括逻辑信道标识LCID域,其中:所述LCID域包括第一LCID值,所述第一LCID值用于指示所述目标 缓存状态报告为预发送报告类型;或,所述LCID域包括第二LCID值或第三LCID值,所述第二LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为第一报告格式,所述第三LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为截短的第一报告格式;或,所述LCID域包括第四LCID值、第五LCID值或第六LCID值,所述第四LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第一报告格式,所述第五LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述截短的第一报告格式,所述第六LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为第二报告格式;或,所述LCID域包括第七LCID值、第八LCID值、第九LCID值或第十LCID值,所述第七LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第一报告格式,所述第八LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述截短的第一报告格式,所述第九LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为所述第二报告格式,所述第十LCID值用于指示所述目标缓存状态报告为截短的第二报告格式;其中,所述第一报告格式对应的报告总长度大于或等于所述第二报告格式对应的报告总长度。
- 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述第一报告格式包括下列中的至少一项:LCG指示信号和LCG缓存状态;其中,所述LCG指示信号用于指示每个LCG是否具有待传输数据,所述LCG缓存状态用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG的缓存数量;至少两组报告信息;其中,每组所述报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,所述LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,所述LCG缓存状态用于指示所述LCG的缓存数量。
- 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述第二报告格式包括:一组报告信息;其中,所述报告信息包括LCG标识和LCG缓存状态,所述LCG标识用于指示具有待传输数据的LCG,所述LCG缓存状态 用于指示所述LCG的缓存数量。
- 根据权利要求30所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告还包括长度指示域,所述长度指示域用于指示所述报告总长度。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告上报模块具体用于:根据预设传输优先级规则,确定所述目标缓存状态报告的传输优先级;根据所述传输优先级,向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求21所述的中继终端设备,还包括:配置接收模块,用于在确定所述待传输数据的所述数据信息之前,接收所述网络设备发送的报告配置信息;其中,所述报告配置信息包括所述目标缓存状态报告的开关配置;所述报告生成模块具体用于:在所述开关配置为开启的情况下,根据所述数据信息,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置;所述报告生成模块具体用于:根据所述数据信息和所述生成配置,生成所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求36所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的生成配置包括下列中的至少一项:目标缓存状态报告的报告格式;具有触发目标缓存状态报告的功能的LCG。
- 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述报告配置信息还包括所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置;所述报告上报模块具体用于:根据所述上报配置,向所述网络设备上报所述目标缓存状态报告。
- 根据权利要求38所述的中继终端设备,其中,所述目标缓存状态报告的上报配置包括下列中的至少一项:是否支持目标缓存状态报告作为填充padding信息进行上报;目标缓存状态报告是否具有触发SR的功能;具有触发SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;具有触发带有延迟定时器的SR的功能的目标缓存状态报告所属的LCG;目标缓存状态报告的延迟定时器的参数;目标缓存状态报告的重传定时器的参数;目标缓存状态报告的禁止定时器的参数。
- 根据权利要求35所述的中继终端设备,还包括:参数上报模块,用于在接收所述网络设备发送的所述报告配置信息之前,向所述网络设备上报报告能力参数,所述报告能力参数用于所述网络设备为所述中继终端设备配置所述报告配置信息。
- 一种中继终端设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的缓存状态上报方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至20中任一项所述的缓存状态上报方法的步骤。
