本申请的技术方案通过在机身上设置旁设于进风口的滤网插槽,以供过滤网可抽拉地插设,如此,当要对过滤网进行清洗或者更换时,无需将机身的外壳做拆件处理,只需要将过滤网从滤网插槽中抽拉出来,即可将过滤网拆出来,从而能提高除湿机的过滤网清洗或更换的拆装方便性,提高用户体验。此外,本申请的除湿机,于工作状态下,机身相对水箱伸出,可使得机身上的出风口具 有更高的位置,从而可将除湿后的空气排出到更高的位置,进而使得除湿后的空气能更快地扩散到整个室内空间;而于闲置状态下,能将机身尽量收容在水箱内,可使得除湿机的整体重心更低,从而使得除湿机的放置更稳定,进而降低除湿机倾倒的概率,并且还能减小除湿机于闲置状态进行放置的整体占用空间,能够方便用户放置除湿机。

本申请的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后......),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种除湿机。
参照图1至图8,在本申请一实施例中,该除湿机包括:
水箱10,具有朝上的安装开口;
机身20,具有通过安装开口至少部分收容于水箱10的闲置状态、及通过安装开口相对水箱10伸出的工作状态;机身20设有进风口201、及旁设于进风口201的滤网插槽;以及
过滤网30,可抽拉地插设于滤网插槽,并覆盖进风口201。
本申请的技术方案通过在机身20上设置旁设于进风口201的滤网插槽,以供过滤网30可抽拉地插设,如此,当要对过滤网30进行清洗或者更换时,无需将机身20的外壳做拆件处理,只需要将过滤网30从滤网插槽中抽拉出来,即可将过滤网30拆出来,从而能提高除湿机的过滤网30清洗或更换的拆装方便性,提高用户体验。此外,本申请的除湿机,于工作状态下,机身20相对水箱10伸出,可使得机身20上的出风口具有更高的位置,从而可将除湿后的空气排出到更高的位置,进而使得除湿后的空气能更快地扩散到整个室内空间;而于闲置状态下,能将机身20尽量收容在水箱10内,可使得除湿机的整体重心更低,从而使得除湿机的放置更稳定,进而降低除湿机倾倒的概率,并且还能减小除湿机于闲置状态进行放置的整体占用空间,能够方便用户放置除湿机。
本实施例中,可选地,所述安装开口设置为敞口,如此,水箱10的侧壁21可为机身20的收容插入提供向下的导向,并且敞口可便于承接除湿所形成的水滴。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述安装开口也可不设置为敞口。
参照图2至图8,进一步地,机身20包括侧壁21,进风口201设于侧壁21;滤网插槽包括供过滤网30的上侧边插设的上插槽202a、及供过滤网30的下侧边插设的下插槽202b。可以理解,本实施例中,滤网插槽是沿横向方向或大致沿横向方向延伸的,也即,过滤网30是横向抽拉地插设于滤网插槽,用户可通过给过滤网30施加横向的抽拉力,来将过滤网30拆下。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,滤网插槽也可以是沿上下方向延伸的。
进一步地,滤网插槽设于机身20内,且侧壁21上设有供过滤网30插入的滤网安装口203;如此,可通过机身20的外壳为过滤网30提供物理防护。本技术方案中,当要对过滤网30进行清洗或者更换时,用户可通过滤网30安装口203将过滤网30从滤网插槽上抽拉出来,并在清洗完或更换后,将通过滤网30安装口203将过滤网30插入滤网插槽中。
参照图4至图8,进一步地,机身20还包括连接于侧壁21上端的顶盖22、及连接于侧壁21下端的接水盘23,所述上插槽202a设于顶盖22,所述下插槽202b设于接水盘23。也即,本实施例中,进风口201、上插槽202a和下插槽202b分别设置在侧壁21、顶盖22和接水盘23上,制备时,可分别对侧壁21、顶盖22和接水盘23进行对应加工,从而降低单一部件的加工复杂化,能提高产品的加工效率。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述上插槽202a和下插槽202b也可分设在侧壁21的上端和下端。
进一步地,顶盖22上凸设有相并行且间隔设置的两条上导轨221,以在两上导轨221之间形成所述上插槽202a;如此,可方便地通过设置上导轨221的高度,来满足所述上插槽202a的深度需求,另外,相较于在顶盖22上凹设成型所述上插槽202a的技术方案,顶盖22所需的厚度更小,从而节省顶盖22所需的材料,降低产品的成本。
类似地,接水盘23上凸设有相并行且间隔设置的两条下导轨231,以在两下导轨231之间形成所述下插槽202b;如此,可方便地通过设置下导轨231的高度,来满足所述下插槽202b的深度需求,另外,相较于在接水盘23上凹设成型所述下插槽202b的技术方案,接水盘23所需的厚度更小,从而节省接水盘23所需的材料,降低产品的成本。
参照图2、图4和图6,进一步地,侧壁21包括依次连接的第一侧壁211、第二侧壁212和第三侧壁213,其中,第一侧壁211与第三侧壁213相对,且第一侧壁211、第二侧壁212和第三侧壁213均设有所述进风口201;如此,能在机身20上形成“三面进风”的通道,相比“单面进风”的通道,能够增大空气处理面积,从而提高空气处理效率;另外,采用“三面进风”的方式,在同风量下能够减小进风速度,从而减小静压损耗,能够使机身20内的风机高效运行。本实施例中,可选地,所述进风口201包括呈阵列设置的多个进风孔;然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述进风口201也可设置呈格栅状。
本实施例中,可选地,除湿机的除湿装置包括压缩机、蒸发器40和冷凝器50,先通过蒸发器40将空气中的水蒸气冷凝呈水滴,除去空气中的水蒸气,再通过冷凝器50对除去水蒸气后的空气进行加热干燥,以使吹出的风回复常温;当然,于其他实施例中,除湿装置还可采用吸附式等除湿方式。本实施例中,蒸发器40分别对应第一侧壁211、第二侧壁212和第三侧壁213上的进风口201设有第一蒸发段、第二蒸发段和第三蒸发段,其中,第一蒸发段与第三蒸发段相对,也即,蒸发器40大致呈“U”形。
参照图2、图4和图6,进一步地,过滤网30包括在机身20的周向方向上相拼接的两个过滤子网31,其中一过滤子网31覆盖第一侧壁211上的进风口201和第二侧壁212上的部分进风口201,另一过滤子网31覆盖第二侧壁212上的另一部分进风口201和第三侧壁213上的进风口201;且第一侧壁211和第三侧壁213上各设有一所述滤网安装口203,以分别供两过滤子网31装入。显然,本实施例中,两过滤子网31有各自的装拆入口,单一过滤子网31在装入的过程中只需要经过一个角落,也即只需要经过一次折弯,相较于只设置一个一体的过滤网30的技术方案,过滤子网31的装入更为方便。本实施例中,过滤子网31需要具备一定柔性,以在沿滤网插槽滑动插入的过程中,能自折弯而适于装入;当然,过滤子网31也需要具备一定的刚性,以能被整体推入滤网插槽中。通常地,过滤子网31可以设置为塑料滤网;当然,其也可以包括塑料框架、及设在塑料框架上的柔性滤网。可选地,两过滤子网31在第二侧壁212的中间位置相拼接,也即两过滤子网31等长,如此,两过滤子网31可以有一致的规格,便于制备。
通常地,侧壁21还包括与第二侧壁212相对的第四侧壁214,第四侧壁214通常靠墙设置。本实施例中,将两滤网安装口203分别开设在第一侧壁211和第三侧壁213,可在不移动除湿机的情况下,实现过滤子网31的装拆,用户使用更为方便。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例,两滤网安装口203还可开设在所述第四侧壁214上,以将滤网安装口203隐藏在用户看不见的位置。本实施例中,可选地,为提高过滤子网31的插入顺畅性,第一侧壁211和第三侧壁213上均设有连通滤网安装口203和滤网插槽的倾斜过渡通道。
参照图2、图5和图7,进一步地,过滤子网31的一端设有封堵件311,过滤子网31的另一端自滤网安装口203插入滤网插槽,至封堵件311封堵滤网安装口203。可以理解,通过封堵件311对滤网安装口203进行封堵,能避免灰尘等颗粒物经滤网安装口203进入除湿机内部。
进一步地,封堵件311上设有呈凹陷设置的扣手312;如此,可便于过滤子网31的拉出,同时,扣手312是凹陷型的,可避免扣手312限制机身20收容进入水箱10。当然,于其他实施例中,封堵件311上也可以设置凸设的把手,如此,还需要在水箱10的安装开口上设置避让缺口,或者,把手的位置需要设置在靠上的位置,且在除湿机处于闲置状态下,把手显露在水箱10外。
进一步地,过滤子网31与机身20之间设有防脱结构,以在过滤子网31装入滤网插槽之后,能定位在机身20内,从而避免过滤子网31自脱出,进而提高其装配可靠性。
进一步地,防脱结构包括设于过滤子网31上的扣孔313、及设于滤网安装口203内侧的卡扣24;在过滤子网31装入滤网插槽之后,卡扣24能适配扣合于扣孔313,以限制过滤子网31自脱离滤网安装口203。本实施例中,所述扣孔313可以设置在过滤子网31的滤网上,也可以设置在其封堵件311上。可选地,过滤子网31包括在封堵件311的同一侧相并行设置的子网本体31a和子网翻边31b,所述扣孔313设置在子网翻边31b上,如此,可避免扣孔313的开设破坏子网本体31a的整体结构,降低子网本体31a撕裂的概率。本技术方案中,所述防脱结构配置为卡接结构,如此,无需额外工具(例如螺丝刀)即可实现过滤子网31相对滤网安装口203的装拆;然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述防脱结构还可但不限 于配置为螺钉锁附结构等。
参照图8,进一步地,机身20内设有与滤网安装口203间隔且相对的防护挡板25;如此,可在抽拉出过滤网30后,通过防护挡板25限制用户将手或其他物体伸入机身20内,而触碰到机身20内的电控布线和蒸发器40管路等。

Claims (12)
- 一种除湿机,其中,包括:水箱,具有朝上的安装开口;机身,具有通过所述安装开口至少部分收容于所述水箱的闲置状态、及通过所述安装开口相对所述水箱伸出的工作状态,所述机身设有进风口、及旁设于所述进风口的滤网插槽;以及过滤网,可抽拉地插设于所述滤网插槽,并覆盖所述进风口。
- 如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其中,所述机身包括侧壁,所述进风口设于所述侧壁;所述滤网插槽包括供所述过滤网的上侧边插设的上插槽、及供所述过滤网的下侧边插设的下插槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的除湿机,其中,所述滤网插槽设于所述机身内,且所述侧壁上设有供所述过滤网插入的滤网安装口。
- 如权利要求3所述的除湿机,其中,所述机身还包括连接于所述侧壁上端的顶盖、及连接于所述侧壁下端的接水盘,所述上插槽设于所述顶盖,所述下插槽设于所述接水盘。
- 如权利要求4所述的除湿机,其中,所述顶盖上凸设有相并行且间隔设置的两条上导轨,以在两所述上导轨之间形成所述上插槽;及/或,所述接水盘上凸设有相并行且间隔设置的两条下导轨,以在两所述下导轨之间形成所述下插槽。
- 如权利要求3所述的除湿机,其中,所述侧壁包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,所述第一侧壁与所述第三侧壁相对,所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁均设有所述进风口。
- 如权利要求6所述的除湿机,其中,所述过滤网包括在所述机身的周向方向上相拼接的两个过滤子网,其中一所述过滤子网覆盖所述第一侧壁上的进风口和所述第二侧壁上的部分进风口,另一所述过滤子网覆盖所述第二侧壁上的另一部分进风口和所述第三侧 壁上的进风口;所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁上各设有一所述滤网安装口,以分别供两所述过滤子网装入。
- 如权利要求7所述的除湿机,其中,所述过滤子网的一端设有封堵件,所述过滤子网的另一端自所述滤网安装口插入所述滤网插槽,至所述封堵件封堵所述滤网安装口。
- 如权利要求8所述的除湿机,其中,所述封堵件上设有呈凹陷设置的扣手。
- 如权利要求7所述的除湿机,其中,所述过滤子网与所述机身之间设有防脱结构。
- 如权利要求10所述的除湿机,其中,所述防脱结构包括设于所述过滤子网上的扣孔、及设于所述滤网安装口内侧的卡扣,所述卡扣适配扣合于所述扣孔,以限制所述过滤子网自脱离所述滤网安装口。
- 如权利要求3至10任一项所述的除湿机,其中,所述机身内设有与所述滤网安装口间隔且相对的防护挡板。
