本发明涉及治疗计划数据管理的技术领域,具体涉及一种管理治疗计划数据的方法和系统以及数据交换设备。
背景技术
现有的治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备属于独立的两个设备,由不同的用户操作,设置不同的权限。当治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备直接进行数据交换时,由于两者均是直接受用户操作的系统,因而有可能受外部因素的影响,如恶意篡改数据、断电、断网等导致治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备不能同时在线,使得治疗控制设备无法及时从治疗计划设备中获取数据。另外,由于治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备均属于一种成熟的系统,这两个成熟的系统之间兼容性较差,两者直接进行数据交互时会导致效率低下、可维护性差、系统冗余度低等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种管理治疗计划数据的方法和系统以及数据交换设备,能够实现治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备之间及时进行数据交互。
在本发明实施例的第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种管理治疗计划数据的方法,包括:接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据;将第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。
在本发明一实施例中,上述方法还包括:存储第一治疗计划数据;将第 一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使治疗控制设备识别第二治疗计划数据,其中,上述将第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备包括:将第二治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。
在本发明一实施例中,上述方法还包括:接收治疗控制设备发送的命令;根据命令调取第一治疗计划数据。

在本发明实施例的第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种管理治疗计划数据的系统,包括:治疗计划设备,用于产生第一治疗计划数据;治疗控制设 备,用于根据第一治疗计划数据控制治疗;数据交换设备,数据交换设备位于治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备之间,数据交换设备用于通过第一通信协议接收治疗计划设备传输的第一治疗计划数据,并通过第二通信协议向治疗控制设备传输第一治疗计划数据。

在本发明一实施例中,数据交换设备包括接收模块和传输模块,其中,接收模块用于接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据,传输模块用于将第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。作为一种优选地,数据交换设备还包括用于存储第一治疗计划数据的数据库模块,其中,接收模块还用于将第一治疗计划数据发送给数据库模块,传输模块还用于从数据库模块中调取第一治疗计划数据;作为另一种优选地,数据交换设备还包括数据转换模块,数据转换模块用于将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使治疗控制设备识别第二治疗计划数据,其中,传输模块还用于将第二治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。

图1是本发明一实施例提供的一种管理治疗计划数据的方法的流程示意图。该方法的执行主体可以为任何能够完成该方法的设备,如数据交换设备、数据管理设备等。该方法的执行主体以数据交换设备为例,该方法包括如下步骤。
S110:接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据。
具体而言,治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议与数据交换设备进行数据交互,治疗计划设备将第一治疗计划数据通过第一通信协议传输给数据交换设备,数据交换设备接收该第一治疗计划数据。
应当理解,第一治疗计划数据可以包括一个目标对象或多个目标对象的治疗计划数据,本发明实施例对第一治疗计划数据的具体内容不做限定。第一治疗计划数据可以是在治疗计划设备中生成的,也可以是存储在治疗计划设备中的,本发明实施例对第一治疗计划数据的来源不做具体限定。治疗计划设备可以实时将第一治疗计划数据传输给数据交换设备,也可以间隔一定的时间将第一治疗计划数据传输给数据交换设备,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。

具体而言,数据交换设备与治疗控制设备通过第二通信协议连接,数据交换设备通过第二通信协议将第一治疗计划数据传输给治疗控制设备。在一些实施例中,数据交换设备直接将第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。在另一些实施例中,数据交换设备将第一治疗计划数据处理如数据格式转换或压缩等后通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
应当理解,数据交换设备可以实时将第一治疗计划数据传输给治疗控制设备,也可以根据治疗控制设备的命令将第一治疗计划数据传输给治疗控制设备,本发明实施例对数据交换设备将第一治疗计划数据传输给治疗控制设备的方式不做具体限定。数据交换设备还可以存储第一治疗计划数据或对第一治疗计划数据进行处理等,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。

图2是本发明另一实施例提供的一种管理治疗计划数据的方法的流程示意图。图2所示实施例为图1所示实施例的一变型例。如图2所示,与图1所示实施例的不同之处在于,管理治疗计划数据的方法除包括步骤S110和与步骤S120对应的步骤S121外,还包括步骤S210和S220。
S110:接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据。
S210:存储第一治疗计划数据。
S220:将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使治疗控制设备识别第二治疗计划数据。
具体而言,数据交换设备中具备数据转换的功能,能够将第一治疗计划数据转换为治疗控制设备可识别的第二治疗计划数据。
在一些实施例中,数据交换设备可以先存储第一治疗计划数据,然后将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据;在另一些实施例中,数据交换设备可以先将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据,然后存储第二治疗计划数据。本发明实施例对步骤S210和步骤S220的顺序不做具体限定。
应当理解,数据交换设备可以在与治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备连接后自动获取到治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备能够识别的数据格式,也可以是操作者在数据交换设备中根据治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备能够识别的数据格式设置将第一治疗计划数据的数据格式转换为能够使治疗控制设备识别的第二治疗计划数据的数据格式,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据可以是数据交换设备在接收到第一治疗计划数据后自动将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据,也可以是当需要将第一治疗计划数据传输给治疗控制设备之前将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。数据交换设备可以仅存储第一治疗计划数据,也可以仅存储第二治疗计划数据,还可以同时存储第一治疗计划数据和第二治疗计划数据,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
S121:将第二治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。
根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,通过存储第一治疗计划数据,从而避免治疗计划设备因外部因素的影响如恶意篡改数据、断电、断网等导致治疗控制设备无法及时从治疗计划设备中获取数据,同时能够避免治疗计划设备因操作人的原因导致出错时治疗控制设备无法接收到治疗计划数据而延误治疗;另外,通过将第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使治疗控制设备识别第二治疗计划数据,从而扩展了数据交换设备的使用范围,使得数据交换设备能够适应各种数据格式的治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备。
在本发明一实施例中,在步骤S121之前还包括步骤S230和S240。
S230:接收治疗控制设备发送的命令。
具体而言,治疗控制设备向数据交换设备发送包括调取某一治疗计划数据的命令,数据交换设备接收该命令。
应当理解,该命令可以包括调取某一治疗计划数据如第一治疗计划数据或第二治疗计划数据等,还可以包括治疗控制设备的地址、某一治疗计划数据对应的目标对象等,本发明实施例对该命令中包括的内容不做具体限定。
S240:根据命令调取第二治疗计划数据。
具体而言,数据交换设备根据命令从数据交换设备的数据库或存储库等中搜索并调取第二治疗计划数据。
应当理解,数据交换设备中除包括第二治疗计划数据外,还可以包括其他治疗计划数据,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。步骤S230和S240可以在步骤S220之前或之后执行,其中,当步骤S230和S240在步骤S220之前执行时,步骤S240中则是根据命令调取第一治疗计划数据,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
本发明实施例中,通过接收治疗控制设备发送的命令,根据命令调取第二治疗计划数据,从而减少了不必要的数据传输,提高了治疗控制设备获取治疗计划数据的效率。
图3是本发明一实施例提供的一种数据交换设备300的结构示意图。该数据交换设备300包括接收模块310,用于接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据;传输模块320,用于将第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。

应当理解,数据交换设备430可以为图3所示实施例中的任何一种数据交换设备,也可以为基于图3所示实施例中所描述的任何一种数据交换设备等同替换或明显变型后的数据交换设备,本发明实施例对数据交换设备的结构不做具体限定。
根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,通过在治疗计划设备和治疗控制设备之间设置数据交换设备,由于数据交换设备是一种无人操作的设备,因而可以保证长时间在线,从而保证治疗控制设备随时能够获取所需的治疗计划数据,提升了治疗控制设备获取治疗计划数据的冗余度,避免了治疗计划设 备间断运行而造成的获取所需的治疗计划数据的延迟甚至影响治疗进展。另外,由于数据交换设备的存在,使得治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备能够独立地运行,治疗计划设备产生治疗计划数据时无需考虑治疗控制设备对治疗计划数据进行管理时的问题,治疗控制设备在进行开发时也无需考虑从治疗计划设备接收治疗计划数据时产生的问题,治疗计划设备与治疗控制设备进行更新时也无需考虑是否与另一方兼容的问题,从而提高了管理治疗计划数据的系统的效率、冗余度和可维护性。

本发明实施例中,通过设置治疗计划设备包括医学影像获取模块、制定治疗计划模块、数据产生模块和数据输出模块,从而使得治疗计划设备根据医学影像制定治疗计划并产生第一治疗计划数据,且进一步实现将第一治疗计划数据传输给数据交换设备。另外,通过设置治疗控制设备包括命令输出模块、数据获取模块和实施治疗模块,从而实现从数据交换设备中获取第一治疗计划数据以实施治疗。
图5是本发明一实施例提供的一种控制系统500的框图。
参照图5,控制系统500包括处理组件510,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器520所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件 510的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器520中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件510被配置为执行指令,以执行上述管理治疗计划数据的方法。
控制系统500还可以包括一个电源组件被配置为执行控制系统500的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口被配置为将控制系统500连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口。控制系统500可以操作基于存储在存储器520的操作系统,例如Windows Server TM,Mac OS X TM,Unix TM,Linux TM,FreeBSD TM或类似。

  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信协议包括超文本传输协议HTTP、安全超文本传输协议HTTPS、文件传输协议FTP、安全外壳SSH协议中的任何一种,所述第二通信协议包括所述超文本传输协议HTTP、所述安全超文本传输协议HTTPS、所述文件传输协议FTP或所述安全外壳SSH协议中的任何一种。
  7. 一种数据交换设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据;
    传输模块,用于将所述第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的数据交换设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    数据库模块,用于存储所述第一治疗计划数据,其中,所述接收模块还用于将所述第一治疗计划数据发送给所述数据库模块,所述传输模块还用于从所述数据库模块中调取所述第一治疗计划数据。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的数据交换设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    数据转换模块,所述数据转换模块用于将所述第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使所述治疗控制设备识别所述第二治疗计划数据,其中,所述传输模块还用于将所述第二治疗计划数据通过所述第二通信协议传输给所述治疗控制设备。
  10. 一种管理治疗计划数据的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    治疗计划设备,用于产生第一治疗计划数据;
    治疗控制设备,用于根据所述第一治疗计划数据控制治疗;
    数据交换设备,所述数据交换设备位于所述治疗计划设备与所述治疗控制设备之间,所述数据交换设备用于通过第一通信协议接收所述治疗计划设备传输的所述第一治疗计划数据,并通过第二通信协议向所述治疗控制设备传输所述第一治疗计划数据。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述治疗计划设备包括医学影像获取模块、制定治疗计划模块、数据产生模块和数据输出模块,所述医学影像获取模块获取医学影像,所述制定治疗计划模块根据所述医学影像制定治疗计划,所述数据产生模块根据所述治疗计划产生所述第一治疗计划数据,所述数据输出模块通过所述第一通信协议将所述第一治疗计划数据传输给所述数据交换设备中的接收模块。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述治疗控制设备包括命令输出模块、数据获取模块和实施治疗模块,其中,所述命令输出模块通过所述第二通信协议将所述命令发送给所述数据交换设备中的传输模块,所述数据获取模块通过所述第二通信协议获取所述数据交换设备中的所述传输模块根据所述命令传输的所述第一治疗计划数据,所述实施治疗模块根据所述第一治疗计划数据控制治疗。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据交换设备包括接收模块和传输模块,其中,所述接收模块用于接收治疗计划设备通过第一通信协议传输的第一治疗计划数据,所述传输模块用于将所述第一治疗计划数据通过第二通信协议传输给治疗控制设备。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据交换设备还包括用于存储所述第一治疗计划数据的数据库模块,其中,所述接收模块还用于将所述第一治疗计划数据发送给所述数据库模块,所述传输模块还用于从所述数据库模块中调取所述第一治疗计划数据。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据交换设备还包括数据转换模块,所述数据转换模块用于将所述第一治疗计划数据转换为第二治疗计划数据以使所述治疗控制设备识别所述第二治疗计划数据,其中,所述传输模块还用于将所述第二治疗计划数据通过所述第二通信协议传输给所述治疗控制设备。
