Description

A PLANNING SYSTEM FOR TREATMENTS WITH AESTHETICS, HAIR TRANSPLANTATION, PLASTICS AND BARIATRIC PURPOSES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention is a treatment planning system which is special for the condition of the patients, who made application, by taking into consideration the treatment approaches and preferences of the doctors, who care for the patients who desire to get treatment with aesthetics, hair transplantation, plastics and bariatric purposes.
PRIOR ART
Patients who desire to take hair transplantation, plastic surgery and bariatric treatment face difficulty in reaching the information about the treatments which will meet the desires and expectations of the patients, the cost of these treatments and indications which may occur. The patients mostly try to learn about the treatment plan and the treatment cost by sending their secret photographs and medical information to the doctor assistants or intermediary institute stuff. However, it is an undesired condition that the patients share their special information with said assistants and stuff.
The persons, who plan the treatments of patients in hospitals or in clinics, ask the patients the predetermined questions which are related to the health conditions thereof. The received information is transferred to the doctor for forming the most correct treatment plan and recommendations. The information taken from the doctor is transferred to the patient candidate. Since the sales member is in the intermediary position between the doctor and the patient, when the patient candidates ask additional questions for the treatment method and recommendation, this condition generally leads to communication problems. During communication, time losses and data losses occur, and the taken data is not transferred in a complete and correct manner. Besides, the differences between the preference and the priorities of the clinics lead to inconsistencies between treatment plans presented to the patient, and the patient cannot reach a standard treatment plan.
As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a treatment planning system, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a treatment recommendation system for recommending a treatment plan which is at least partially approached to the treatment plan which is to be applied on patients by doctors who realize plastic surgery, aesthetics, hair transplantation and bariatric treatment.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a treatment recommendation system comprising a patient terminal which has a first user interface embodied to permit realization of the input which is related to the patient characteristics of the patients who desire to have treatment with aesthetics, plastics, hair transplantation and bariatric purposes. Accordingly, the improvement is that a doctor terminal is provided which has a second user interface embodied to permit realization of input, related to the realized treatment, by a related treatment doctor, said patient terminal and said doctor terminal are embodied to transfer the received inputs to a server, said server comprises a treatment database where predefined treatment recommendations are provided for the patients having different patient characteristics, said server is embodied to compare the received patient characteristics with the patient characteristics defined in said treatment database and to determine the matches and to recommend a treatment plan provided in said treatment database according to said matches and to receive a realized treatment plan, related to the realized treatment, of the doctor after the treatment entered by means of the second user interface and to determine the differences between the recommended treatment plan and the realized treatment plan and to update the treatment database of the doctor in accordance with said differences. Thus, the treatment database is updated and the correctness proportion between the treatment plan, to be presented to the similar patients, and the treatment, which is to be realized by the doctor, is increased.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the server is configured to include a question-answer database which has at least one answer information defined for each question input which is to be realized by means of the user interface of the patients. Thus, the questions of the patients before and after treatment are answered automatically by means of a question-answer database. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
The subject matter is a treatment planning system (10) which is special for the condition of the patients who made application, by taking into consideration their own treatment approaches and preferences by the doctors who realize treatment for aesthetics, plastics, hair transplantation, bariatric purposes. Said treatment planning system (10) is configured to provide recommendation of a treatment plan, which is suitable to the mechanism of decision taken in the past patient treatments, to their potential patients by the doctors who use the system. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, said treatment with aesthetic purpose is all of the interventions like hair transplantation, nose aesthetics, etc. related to the external appearance of the patient. Bariatric treatment covers all of the surgical operations on the stomach for providing weight giving.
With reference to Figure 1 , said treatment planning system (10) comprises a patient terminal (100) which has a first user interface (110) embodied to permit input of at least one patient characteristic associated with the treatment which the patients desire to be realized. The patient terminal (100) comprises a first communication unit (120) for transferring the received patient information to a server. Said treatment planning system (10) moreover comprises a doctor terminal (200) which has a second user interface (210) embodied to permit input, which is related to the treatment being realized, by the doctor. The doctor terminal (200) comprises a second communication unit (220) for transferring the received patient information to said server (300). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the patient terminal (100) and the doctor terminal (200) is one of the electronic devices like a mobile phone, a tablet, a laptop pc, etc. The first communication unit (120) and the second communication unit (220) are configured to realize wireless communication with the server (300). With reference to Figure 2, the server (300) comprises a treatment database (310) where the treatment recommendations, which are to be presented for the patient types having different patient characteristics, are defined in the treatment planning system (10). In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, said treatment database (310) can be produced by means of taking into account the views of at least one doctor view related to the treatment area to be presented to the patients, or it can be produced by taking into consideration the treatments realized beforehand by the doctor who uses the system.
An exemplary operation scenario of the present invention is described below;
The treatment planning system (10) is used by a doctor who desires to access the potential patients who desire to get treatment with aesthetics, hair transplantation, plastics and bariatric purposes. When said doctor begins using the treatment planning system, the information related to the doctor can be entered into the system. Moreover, by using the treatment planning system, a treatment database (310) is also provided in the server for recommending treatment to the patients who desire to receive the suitable treatment plan recommendation. Said treatment database (310) comprises the treatment plan recommendations which are produced by taking the decisions and views of at least one doctor, who is specialized in the area where treatment is to be realized, about the treatments, and which are to be applied to the patients who have various patient characteristics. A patient, who desires to get treatment from the doctor, accesses the doctor page, provided in the treatment planning system (10), in an online manner by means of the patient terminal (100). In order for the patient to get a treatment plan recommendation from the treatment planning system, the patient must answer the patient characteristics questions provided by the server (300). The server (300) is embodied to provide displaying of the questions, related to the patient characteristics, in the first user interface (110) and to take and to record the answer inputs, related to the questions, by means of the first communication unit (120). The server (300) is embodied to compare the received patient characteristics and the patient characteristics defined in the treatment database and to access the treatment plan related to the patient characteristics which match when it determines a matching at a predetermined proportion in the characteristics and to present this treatment plan to the patient as the treatment plan recommendation. The server (300) presents said treatment plan recommendation to the patient by means of the first user interface (110). When the patient realizes an input indicating that the patient approves the treatment plan, the treatment dates for realization of the treatment plan are determined. After the doctor completes the treatment process of the patient, the doctor enters the information, related to the treatment plan, to the treatment planning system (10) by means of the second user interface (210). The server (300) is embodied to determine the differences between the recommended treatment plan and the realized treatment plan and to update the related part in the treatment database (310) of the doctor according to the differences. Thus, the correctness proportion between the treatment plan, which is to be presented to similar patients, and the treatment, which is to be realized by the doctor, is increased.
In one of the possible embodiments of the present invention, when a treatment plan is presented to the patient in the treatment planning system (10), the patient realizes a treatment calendar input related to the dates where the treatment plan is desired to be applied. Said treatment calendar is presented to the doctor by means of the second user interface (210). When the presented calendar is accepted by the doctor, the treatment calendar of the patient becomes approved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the doctor who uses the treatment planning system (10) is a hair transplantation expert. In the treatment planning system (10) server (300), a past treatment database (310) is provided which is related to the treatment plans applied while the doctor realizes hair transplantation to various patient types. A patient who desires to realize hair transplantation accesses a web page of the doctor who uses the treatment planning system (10) in an online manner. When the patient realizes an input for realization of the treatment planning through the web page, predetermined questions related to the patient characteristics are displayed. Said questions can be related to the age, nationality, gender, hair type and the region, where hair transplantation is desired to be realized, of the patient. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it may be requested from the patient to load photographs related to the region which is to be treated. The server (300) records the received inputs as patient characteristics. The server (300) is embodied to compare the received patient characteristics and the treated patient characteristics provided in the past treatment database and to present the treatment, applied to the patient beforehand, to the patient, where matching is determined, as a treatment plan when a predetermined proportion of matching is determined. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the patient has age between 25 and 35 and the patient is a man who has thin hair type. In the past treatment database (310), the information is received indicating that 5000 hair strands are transplanted to a patient, having similar characteristics, in 3 sessions and said information is presented to the patient as a treatment recommendation. Thus, the characteristics of the patient are determined, and the treatment plans, applied by the doctor to similar patients beforehand, are obtained and a treatment recommendation is presented which is made similar to the reality. In a different embodiment of the present invention, when the patient considers that the recommended treatment plan is not suitable, the patient can ask question, related to the treatment process, to the doctor or the patient can request revision or can completely reject the treatment plan.
The treatment plan for the application of hair transplantation has information like the number of hair strand to be transplanted, the number of sessions where transplantation is to be realized, etc. When the patient approves the treatment plan, a treatment calendar is determined. The doctor inputs the data, related to the treatment plan realized after the hair transplantation process is realized, to the treatment planning system (10). Said treatment plan comprises information provided in the recommended treatment plan like hair graft number, the regions where the hairs are transplanted, etc. The server (300) determines the differences between the realized treatment plan and the recommended treatment plan. The server (300) provides updating of the treatment recommendations, defined for different patient characteristics in the treatment database (310) of the doctor, in a compliant manner to the treatments realized by the doctor in accordance with the determined differences. The treatment plans which exist in the treatment database (310) are dynamically updated in a compliant manner to the realized treatments. Thus, the treatment planning system (10) are fed by the treatments realized by the doctor and the new patients who are to use the system are provided to approach the treatment plan where the recommended treatment plans are realized.
An advantage of the present invention is that the questions in the processes before and after treatment of the patient are answered by means of the treatment planning system (10). The server (300) comprises a question database (320) including the probable questions which may be asked by the patients and the answers of said questions. The server (300) is embodied to compare said question and said question database (320) when a question input is realized to the treatment planning system (10) by the patient and to access the answer related to the question when matching is determined. The server displays the accessed answer in the first user interface (110). The treatment planning system (10) moreover provides answering the patient questions by the doctors in an online manner. Thus, any kind of information, related to the treatment processes, can be easily accessed by the patient. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the questions which cannot be answered are determined in the treatment planning system (10) and a warning signal is generated for loading of the answers to the system. The treatment planning system (10) provides transfer of the answer to the patient by means of the first user interface (110) when the answer is loaded. In a different embodiment of the present invention, the patient desires to undergo abdomen lifting surgery. The patient can easily learn whether he/she is a patient who is suitable for the abdomen lifting surgery by entering to the web page of a doctor who uses the treatment planning system (10). The server (300) displays the questions related to the characteristics of the patient who desires to undergo abdomen lifting surgery. Said questions are for instance like the age of the patient and whether the patient has given birth, etc. The server (300) compares the received inputs, related to the patient characteristic questions, with the predetermined reference answers and produces an output answer related to the suitability of the patient for the abdomen lifting surgery. For instance, when the server (300) determines that the patient is a person who has age lower than 40 and who does not plan to give birth within 2 years, the server (300) generates an output answer indicating that the patient is a candidate who is suitable for abdomen lifting. When the server (300) determines that the patient is a person who is suitable for abdomen lifting, the server (300) guides the patient to the treatment planning interface (110).
An advantage of the present invention is that the server (300) is embodied to determine the conditions of a patient system entry which has characteristics which are similar to the characteristics of the patient treated by the doctor frequently. The server (300) provides production of a warning signal in the doctor terminal (200) which indicates that the treatment plan is highly probable to be realized, when such a patient realizes input the system. Thus, the doctor can learn about the patients who are more probable to be treated, and the doctor will care with these patient candidates in a closer manner, and the doctor will provide a favorable effect on the sales.
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention. Claims

1. A treatment planning system (10) comprising a patient terminal (100) which has a first user interface (110) embodied to permit realization of the input which is related to the patient characteristics of the patients who desire to have treatment with aesthetics, plastics, hair transplantation and bariatric purposes, wherein
- a doctor terminal (200) is provided which has a second user interface (210) embodied to permit realization of input, related to the realized treatment, by a related treatment doctor,
- said patient terminal (100) and said doctor terminal (200) are embodied to transfer the received inputs to a server (300), said server (300):
- comprises a treatment database (310) where predefined treatment recommendations are provided for the patients having different patient characteristics,
- is embodied to compare the received patient characteristics with the patient characteristics defined in said treatment database and to determine the matches and to recommend a treatment plan provided in said treatment database (310) according to said matches,
- is embodied to receive a realized treatment plan, related to the realized treatment, of the doctor after the treatment entered by means of the second user interface (210) and to determine the differences between the recommended treatment plan and the realized treatment plan and to update the treatment database (310) of the doctor in accordance with said differences.
2. The treatment planning system according to claim 1 , wherein the server (300) is configured to include a question-answer database (320) which has at least one answer information defined for each question input which is to be realized by means of the user interface (110) of the patients.
