本实用新型涉及标牌技术领域,具体为一种LED发光标牌。
背景技术
标识牌是融合规划、建筑、空间、雕塑、逻辑、色彩、美学、材质组合于一体的产物,标识牌主要用于对产品品牌(包括商标、图案、logo等)的标识,对产品品牌起到广告推广的作用,也能够在生活中经常需要在危险区域安装和悬挂标识牌,以起到提示、警示的作用,防止人员误入,造成不必要的伤害传统的标识牌大多采用平形面结构或者是凸形面结构,材质主要为金属或塑胶,形状大多为长方形或者椭圆形。随着各种广告技术及新材料技术的发展,过于平凡的传统标识牌,已无法吸引消费者日益挑剔的目光,随着LED照明技术的发展,利用灯光效果进行标识的标识牌越米越多,因共发光效果好、使用寿命长、节能环保等特点,日前的标识牌中广泛采用LED作为光源,提高标示牌的美观程度。
现有LED发光标牌设计单一;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种LED发光标牌。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED发光标牌,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有LED发光标牌设计单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种LED发光标牌,包括标牌框架,上述标牌框架的前端面设置有透明罩板,上述标牌框架的后端面设置有限位滑槽,且限位滑槽设置有两个,上述两个限位滑槽的内部均设置有连接杆,且连接杆与限位滑槽滑动连接,上述连接杆的上方设置有活动杆,且活动杆通过铰链与连接杆转动连接,上述标牌框架的内部设置有蓄电池,上述蓄电池的两侧均设置有反光板,上述反光板的前端设 置有光源板,上述光源板的后端面设置有LED灯珠,上述光源板通过导线与蓄电池电性连接,上述标牌框架的后端设置有安装座,且安装座设置有两个,上两个述安装座均通过弹簧机构与标牌框架固定连接,上述安装座的内部设置有安装孔,且安装孔设置有两个,上述安装座的上表面设置有卡扣槽,上述卡扣槽的内部设置有固定卡扣,且固定卡扣的一端与弹簧机构固定连接。
优选的,上述透明罩板与标牌框架之间设置有密封条。
优选的,上述标牌框架的拐角处均设置有防撞角,且防撞角设置有四个。
优选的,上述活动杆上设置有挂孔。
优选的,上述光源板的前端设置有扩源板。
优选的,上述标牌框架的上方设置有蝶形螺栓,且蝶形螺栓设置有两个。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过反光板和扩源板的设置,光源板通过LED灯珠将光源照射在反光板上,通过反射原理使光源反射,反射的光源经过扩源板的扩散,使发出的光源更加柔均匀,通过蝶形螺栓的设置,便于标牌框架上表面封盖的拆装,通过透明罩板和密封条的设置,防止灰尘和水渍进入标牌框架的内部,避免LED灯珠受到影响。
2、通过安装座、安装孔和弹簧机构的设置,弹簧机构在初始状态下便于发光标牌的安装,安装螺丝通过安装孔将安装座固定在墙上,安装完成后将标牌框架往安装座的方向靠近,弹簧机构受到压缩后,将固定卡扣卡入卡扣槽里,安装简单且美观,若不需要安装时,将连接杆通过限位滑槽抽出来以后,将活动杆上的挂孔挂在某一特定区域来吸引注意力,设计合理实用。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种LED发光标牌,包括标牌框架1,标牌框架1的前端面设置有透明罩板2,能够遮挡灰尘和水渍,标牌框架1的后端面设置有限位滑槽16,且限位滑槽16设置有两个,两个限位滑槽16的内部均设置有连接杆6,且连接杆6与限位滑槽16滑动连接,连接杆6的上方设置有活动杆8,且活动杆8通过铰链7与连接杆6转动连接,标牌框架1的内部设置有蓄电池14,蓄电池14的两侧均设置有反光板13,反光板13的前端设置有光源板11,光源板11的后端面设置有LED灯珠12,光源板11通过导线15与蓄电池14电性连接,标牌框架1的后端设置有安装座17,且安装座17设置有两个,两个安装座17均通过弹簧机构19与标牌框架1固定连接,安装座17的内部设置有安装孔18,且安装孔18设置有两个,安装座17的上表面设置有卡扣槽20,卡扣槽20的内部设置有固定卡扣21,且固定卡扣21的一端 与弹簧机构19固定连接。
进一步,透明罩板2与标牌框架1之间设置有密封条3,密封条3能够防止灰尘和水渍进入标牌框架1的内部,避免LED灯珠12受到影响。
进一步,标牌框架1的拐角处均设置有防撞角4,且防撞角4设置有四个防撞角4起到保护标牌框架1的作用,避免标牌框架1受损。
进一步,活动杆8上设置有挂孔9,挂孔9便于将发光标牌挂在某一特定区域。
进一步,光源板11的前端设置有扩源板10,扩源板10能够实现更柔均匀的照射效果。
进一步,标牌框架1的上方设置有蝶形螺栓5,且蝶形螺栓5设置有两个,蝶形螺栓5便于标牌框架1上表面封盖的拆装。
工作原理:使用时,将安装螺丝通过安装孔18使安装座17固定在墙上,弹簧机构19在初始状态下便于发光标牌的安装,安装完成后将标牌框架1往安装座17的方向靠近,弹簧机构19受到压缩后,将固定卡扣21卡入卡扣槽20里,安装简单且美观,若不需要安装时,将连接杆6通过限位滑槽16抽出来以后,将活动杆8上的挂孔9挂在某一特定区域来吸引注意力,设计合理实用,通过光源板11与蓄电池14的连接,使LED灯珠12将光源照射在反光板13上,通过反射原理使光源反射,反射的光源经过扩源板10的扩散,使发出的光源更加柔均匀,通过蝶形螺栓5的设置,便于标牌框架1上表面封盖的拆装,通过透明罩板2和密封条3的设置,防止灰尘和水渍进入标牌框架1的内部,避免LED灯珠12受到影响。
