在一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部还包括配合件,沿厚度方向,所述柔性屏与所述配合件位于所述支撑部的两端;所述电子设备还包括电池和电路板,所述配合件用于与所述电池和/或所述电路板配合。在电子设备中,支撑部除用于支撑柔性屏外,还能够用于安装电子设备的其他部件(例如电池、电路板等),即该支撑部能够起到中框的一部分作用,即本申请实施例中电子设备的屏幕组件除可用于屏幕以外,还能够作为电子设备的安装结构,且根据所需要安装的部件的结构和位置不同,还能够改变配合件的结构和位置,从而提高屏幕组件的适用性。
在一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部包括分体设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部能够相对折叠;所述中框包括分体设置的第一中框和第二中框,且所述第一中框与所述第二中框能够相对折叠;所述第一支撑部安装于所述第一中框,所述第二支撑部安装于所述第二中框。当屏幕组件安装于中框时,其支撑部的第一支撑部安装于第一中框,第二支撑部安装于第二中框,该电子设备中,通过控制第一中框和第二中框相对折叠,能够带动屏幕组件的第一支撑部和第二支撑部相对折叠,并带动柔性屏折叠。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性的,并不能限制本申请。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
应当明确,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在一种具体实施例中,下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本申请做进一步的详细描述。
在折叠式电子设备领域,其屏幕采用柔性屏,该柔性屏能够变形,从而使得该电子设备能够实现折叠。通常情况下,屏幕安装于电子设备的中框,具体可以将柔性屏粘贴于中框沿电子设备厚度方向Z的端面。现有技术中,中框由于需要与电子设备的各部件配合,因此,其端面的平面度较低,表面粗糙度较高,当柔性屏直接粘贴于中框时,屏幕的平整度较低,影响电子设备的性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种电子设备的屏幕组件1,如图1所示,该电子设备具体可以为笔记本电脑、手机等电子设备,且该电子设备包括屏幕组件1和中框2,还可以包括电池、电路板(图中未示出)等部件,其中,屏幕组件1安装于中框2,且电池、电路板等部件也可以安装于中框。具体地,如图3所示,该屏幕组件1包括柔性屏11和支撑部12,其中,该柔性屏11安装于支撑部12,且该支撑部12起到支撑柔性屏11的作用。同时,该屏幕组件1中,其支撑部12安装于电子设备的中框2,从而实现将柔性屏11安装于中框2的目的。
本申请实施例中,支撑部12具有一定的刚度,当柔性屏11安装于支撑部12时,柔性屏11通过支撑部12支撑,能够使得电子设备的屏幕组件1具有一定的刚度,另外,该支撑部12的平面度较高,从而使得柔性屏11设置于支撑部12时具有较高的平整度,提高屏幕组件1的性能,改善电子设备的用户体验。
其中,本申请实施例中的柔性屏11指的是柔性OLED,相较于传统屏幕,柔性屏11不仅在体积上更加轻薄,功耗上也低于原有器件,有助于提升电子设备的续航能力,同时,柔性屏11具有可弯曲、柔韧性高的特性,因此,其耐用程度也大大高于现有的屏幕,从而降低设备意外损坏的风险。
具体地,上述柔性屏11可以粘贴于支撑部12的表面。
本实施例中,沿电子设备的厚度方向Z,该支撑部12具有表面,且通过特定的加工工艺,能够使得该表面具有较高的平面度和较低的表面粗糙度,从而提高柔性屏11安装于支撑部12时的平整度。另外,由于柔性屏11具有柔性,因此,柔性屏11粘贴于支撑部12的方式便于实现,且能够保证柔性屏11的完整性。
在一种具体实施例中,如图3和图8所示,该电子设备中,中框2围成内部中空的框架结构,即该中框2内部具有容纳空间24,上述屏幕组件1能够嵌入该容纳空间24内,并与中框2连接,从而实现将屏幕组件1安装于中框2的目的。
现有电子设备的中框为实体结构,即现有的中框不包括上述容纳空间,在安装柔性屏时,通常在电子设备中增加钢板,并将柔性屏粘贴于钢板,再将钢板安装于中框,从而将柔性屏安装于中框,由于钢板的平面度较高,从而能够提高柔性屏粘贴于钢板时的平整度,提高电子设备的性能。现有技术中的中框设置有配合部,该配合部用于安装电子设备的电池、电路板等部件。因此,现有的电子设备中,当屏幕组件安装于中框时,沿电子设备的厚度方向,电子设备至少包括:中框、钢板和柔性屏,因此,由于钢板的存在,导致电子设备的厚度和重量较大,不利于实现电子设备的轻薄化。
本实施例的中框2为内部中空的结构,当屏幕组件1安装于中框2的容纳空间24内时,沿电子设备的厚度方向Z,如图3所示,该电子设备至少包括:支撑部12和柔性屏11。因此,与现有技术相比,本申请实施例中的电子设备省去中框的厚度,从而能够减小电子设备的重量和厚度,便于实现电子设备的轻薄化。
可以理解,本申请实施例中电子设备的中框2与现有技术中的中框结构不同,从而通过改变中框2的结构,能够使得屏幕组件1安装于中框2时,电子设备厚度和重量较小。
另外,如图8所示,该中框2还可设置有安装槽25,屏幕组件1安装于中框2时,可以将屏幕组件1的边缘放置于该安装槽25内,并将屏幕组件1与中框2连接,从而将屏幕组件1嵌入中框2,并减小电子设备的厚度。
更具体地,如图5和图6所示,该支撑部12还包括一个或多个配合件123,该配合件123用于与电子设备的零部件(例如电池和/或电路板)配合,在组装电子设备的过程中,能够将电子设备的零部件安装于屏幕组件1,且屏幕组件1安装于中框2,从而将电子设备的零部件通过屏幕组件1的支撑部12安装于中框2。同时,沿屏幕组件1的厚度方向Z,该配合件123与柔性屏11位于支撑部12的两端。
在电子设备中,支撑部12除用于支撑柔性屏11外,还能够用于安装电子设备的其他部件(例如电池、电路板等),即该支撑部12能够起到中框2的一部分作用,即本申请实施例中电子设备的屏幕组件1除可用于屏幕以外,还能够作为电子设备的安装结构,且根据所需要安装的部件的结构和位置不同,还能够改变配合件123的结构和位置,从而提高屏幕组件1的适用性。
基于此,与现有技术相比,本申请实施例中特殊结构的屏幕组件1(屏幕组件1的支撑部12设置配合件123)具有上述多种作用,且当该屏幕组件1安装于具有特殊结构的中框2(中框2围成中空的容纳空间24)时,在实现电子设备各部件可靠安装的同时,还能够降低电子设备的重量和厚度,从而改善电子设备的用户体验。
具体地,本申请实施例中,该支撑部12由镁合金、铝合金、钛合金、不锈钢中的一种或多种制成。
本实施例中,由上述材料制成的支撑部12便于成型,从而使得支撑部12的平面度较高,进一步提高柔性屏11安装于支撑部12时的平整性,改善屏幕 组件1和电子设备的性能。
另外,需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的支撑部12与中框2可以为不同的材质,具体地,中框2可以为具有较高刚度和强度的钢材,当电子设备的各部件安装于中框2时,能够提高安装可靠性,并提高电子设备的强度和使用寿命,而支撑部12可以为强度低于中框2的材料制成,从而降低电子设备的重量。
在一种可能的设计中,上述屏幕组件1可以通过多种方式安装于中框2,例如,屏幕组件1的支撑部12可以粘贴于中框2,并嵌入中框2的容纳空间24内,具体地,可以将该支撑部12远离柔性屏11的一侧与中框2粘贴,同时,还可以将支撑部12的侧部与中框2粘贴。
如图4所示,上述屏幕组件1与中框2之间还可以通过连接件3连接,具体地,如图5所示,支撑部12的外边缘设置有一个或多个连接柱124,该连接柱124具有连接孔,相应地,如图8所示,该中框2具有朝向容纳空间24内部延伸的连接部23,该连接部23设置有安装孔231,该安装孔231的大小和形状为能够与连接柱124相适配,如图4所示,沿厚度方向Z,连接柱124能够伸入安装孔231内,并与安装孔231的内壁抵接,此时,连接件3能够伸入连接柱124的连接孔内,并与连接孔的内壁连接。
同时,该连接件3包括延伸部31,该延伸部31向外延伸,连接件3与连接柱124连接后,该延伸部31与中框2的连接部23抵接,从而通过连接件3的延伸部31限制中框2与连接柱124沿高度方向Z的相对运动,实现中框2与屏幕组件1的连接。
其中,该连接柱124的连接孔可以为螺纹孔,该连接件3的杆部可以设置有外螺纹,从而使得连接件3与连接柱124之间可以螺纹连接,且连接后,能够限制连接件3与连接柱124沿高度方向Z的相对运动。另外,该中框2中,连接部23的形状和尺寸可以根据安装孔231的大小设置。
以上各实施例中,如图5和图6所示,该屏幕组件1为折叠式电子设备的屏幕组件,因此,该屏幕组件1能够折叠,基于此,支撑部12至少包括分体设置 的第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122,该第一支撑部121与第二支撑部122之间具有间隙,因此,该第一支撑部121与第二支撑部122之间能够相对运动。同时,该屏幕组件1中,柔性屏11与第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122的表面均连接,从而通过柔性屏11将第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122连接为一体形成屏幕组件,且由于柔性屏11为柔性结构,因此,该屏幕组件1能够沿第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122之间的间隙折叠。
在一种具体实施例中,如图6所示,该支撑部12包括第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122,且该第一支撑部121与第二支撑部122沿宽度方向Y布置,二者之间具有间隙,从而使得该屏幕组件1能够沿宽度方向Y折叠。
另外,该第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122可以均设置上述配合件123和连接柱124,且上述配合件123和连接柱124的设置位置、结构和个数根据具体情况设置。
进一步地,在电子设备中,当屏幕组件1用于折叠式电子设备时,为了实现折叠,该电子设备的中框2能够折叠,因此,如图7和图8所示,中框2至少包括分体设置的第一中框21和第二中框22,且第一中框21与第二中框22能够相对折叠,从而实现电子设备的折叠。
具体地,如图7和图8所示的实施例中,该中框2包括分体设置的第一中框21与第二中框22,二者相互连接,且二者能够相对折叠,其中,在二者的连接处可以设置合页式结构,且该合页结构的一部分与第一中框21连接,另一部分与第二中框22连接,从而使得第一中框21与第二中框22能够相对折叠。同时,该实施例中,第一中框21与第二中框22沿宽度方向Y布置,从而使得二者能够沿宽度方向Y相对折叠。
当屏幕组件1安装于中框2时,其支撑部12的第一支撑部121安装于第一中框21,第二支撑部122安装于第二中框22,且第一支撑部121与第二支撑部122之间的间隙与第一中框21和第二中框22的相对折叠位置至少部分重合,因此,该电子设备中,通过控制第一中框21和第二中框22相对折叠,能够带动屏幕 组件1的第一支撑部121和第二支撑部122相对折叠,并带动柔性屏11弯折。
基于上述结构,本申请实施例中的屏幕组件1加工时,首先加工支撑部12(具体可以通过冲压等方式成型),且加工过程中,可以根据电子设备的具体需要加工出特定的配合件123,然后将柔性屏11粘贴于支撑部12的与配合件123相对的表面,形成屏幕组件1。当加工电子设备时,将上述屏幕组件1安装于成型完成的中框2,且安装方式具体可以为胶粘或通过连接件3连接。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述屏幕组件包括:
    柔性屏;
    支撑部,所述支撑部与所述柔性屏连接;
    其中,所述支撑部用于与所述电子设备的中框连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述柔性屏粘贴于所述支撑部的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部的材质包括镁合金、铝合金、钛合金、不锈钢中的一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部至少包括分体设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部之间具有间隙;
    所述柔性屏连接于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部和所第二支撑部能够相对折叠。
  5. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    中框;
    屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件为权利要求1~4中任一项所述的屏幕组件;
    其中,所述屏幕组件的所述支撑部安装于所述中框。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述中框的内部具有容纳空间,所述支撑部与所述中框连接,且所述屏幕组件的至少部分位于所述容纳空间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述中框设置有安装槽,所述支撑部的边缘位于所述安装槽内,且所述支撑部与所述中框连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部与所述中 框粘连。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部的外边缘设置有连接柱;
    所述中框设置有向内延伸的连接部,所述连接部设置有安装孔;
    所述连接柱能够位于所述安装孔,且所述连接柱与所述连接部通过连接件连接。
  10. 根据权利要求5~9中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部还包括配合件,沿厚度方向,所述柔性屏与所述配合件位于所述支撑部的两端;
    所述电子设备还包括电池和电路板,所述配合件用于与所述电池和/或所述电路板配合。
  11. 根据权利要求5~9中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括分体设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部能够相对折叠;
    所述中框包括分体设置的第一中框和第二中框,且所述第一中框与所述第二中框能够相对折叠;
    所述第一支撑部安装于所述第一中框,所述第二支撑部安装于所述第二中框。
