본 발명은 잔량 소진이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 립스틱, 립글로즈, 썬스틱 등의 화장품에 있어서 화장료 잔량의 낭비없이 전체 소진이 가능하고, 아울러 사용완료 이후 분리배출이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
근래 화장품 산업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이는 온라인 채널 등 유통망이 다각화되고, 한류 열풍에 따라 중국, 동남아 등지에서 국내 화장품 브랜드의 판매 실적이 크게 늘어나는 현상과 맞물려 있다. 이러한 국내 화장품 산업의 부상은 K뷰티(K-Beauty)로 명명되어 주요한 시장 흐름의 하나로 주목받고 있다.
화장품 기술과 관련해서는, 천연물 소재나 기능성 소재 등을 비롯한 화장품 조성물 또는 포뮬러 부분과 함께, 기능성 및 사용성을 개선한 화장품 용기 및 그 제조방법 부분에 대해 지속적인 발전이 이루어지고 있다.
화장품 용기는 그 내부에 화장료, 또는 퍼프 등의 화장도구를 수납하는 용기로서, 그 형태와 구조는 화장품의 종류만큼이나 매우 다양하다.
화장품 용기의 하나로서 스틱형 화장품 용기가 있다. 스틱형 화장품 용기는 일반적으로 립스틱, 립글로즈, 썬스틱 등과 같이, 고상 또는 반고상의 화장료를 내용기에 담고 이를 외용기에 의해 보호하는 형태를 가진 화장품 용기를 일컫는다.

도 1을 참조하면, 화장료(1000)가 화장료 홀더(2000) 내에 수용되어 있는 모습이 도시되어 있다. 여기서 화장료 홀더(2000) 내측에 위치하는 내용물을 잔량(1001)이라 할 때, 이러한 잔량이 결국 사용되지 못하게 된다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 몇 가지 기술이 제안되었으나(특허문헌1 및 특허문헌2 참조), 여전히 화장료 잔량을 모두 사용하기에는 구조적인 어려움이 있었다. 또한 간단하고 편리한 구조로 되어 있어 생산성 및 사용성이 개선된 형태의 잔량 사용이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기는 아직 개발되지 못한 실정이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 립스틱, 립글로즈, 썬스틱 등의 화장품에 있어서 화장료 잔량의 낭비없이 전체 소진이 가능하고, 아울러 사용완료 이후 분리배출이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일실시예는 잔량 소진이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기로서, 화장료의 승하강을 제어하는 핸들과, 상기 핸들의 핸들 외단부 및 핸들 내단부 사이에 결합되며 내측에 제1 중공부가 마련되는 내용기와, 상기 내용기와 상기 핸들 내단부 사이에 결합되어 위치가 고정된 내측부재와, 상기 핸들 내단부에 마련된 나사산부를 따라 상기 내용기 내측에서 승하강 가능한 홀더와, 상기 내용기를 덮는 외용기를 포함하며, 상기 홀더는 제1 내홀더와 제2 내홀더를 구비하며, 상기 제1 내홀더와 상기 제2 내홀더의 내측에 마련되는 제2 중공부에 화장료 잔량이 수용가능하며, 상기 제1 중공부 내의 화장료가 소진되었을 경우, 상기 제1 내홀더를 상기 제2 내홀더 내에서 상승시켜 상기 제2 중공부 내의 화장료 잔량이 외측으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제2 내홀더의 상측에 마련된 제2 내홀더 상단부가 경사부 또는 언더컷으로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 내홀더의 상단 외측에 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부가 마련되고, 상기 제2 내홀더의 하단 내측에 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부가 마련되며, 상기 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부와 상기 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부가 서로 계합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 내홀더의 중간부에 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부가 마련되고, 상기 내측부재의 상단에는 내측부재 상면부가 마련되며, 상기 내측부재 상면부는 상기 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부와 접하는 스토퍼일 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 외력에 의해 상기 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부가 상기 내측부재 상면부를 통과할 때, 상기 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부와 상기 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부의 계합이 해제되어 상기 제1 내홀더가 상기 제2 내홀더에 대해 상승 이동할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 내용기의 상단의 내용기 상측부가 내용기 상측 돌출부로서 마련되며, 상기 내용기 상측 돌출부는 상기 제2 내홀더의 상측에 마련된 제2 내홀더 상단부와 접하는 스토퍼일 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 내홀더의 상부면에 제1 내홀더 상측 오목부가 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 립스틱, 립글로즈, 썬스틱 등의 화장품에 있어서 화장료 잔량의 낭비없이 전체 소진이 가능하고, 아울러 사용완료 이후 분리배출이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 간단하고 편리한 구조로 되어 있어 생산성 및 사용성이 개선된 형태의 잔량 사용이 가능한 스틱형 화장품 용기를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과는 상기한 효과로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 상세한 설명 또는 특허청구범위에 기재된 발명의 구성으로부터 추론 가능한 모든 효과를 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예(도 2 참조)에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)와 다른 실시예(도 4 참조)에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)에서는, 내용기 상측부(21)의 형상, 제1 내용기(41) 상부면의 형상, 및 제2 내용기(42) 상측부의 형상을 제외하고는 그 기능이나 구성이 동일하거나 유사하다. 따라서, 이하에서는 실시예를 구별하지 않고 본 발명에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)의 구성과 작동 과정을 설명하기로 하고, 실시예에 따라 차이가 있는 부분에 대해서는 별도 설명하기로 한다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)는 화장료 잔량 소진이 가능한 용기이다.
스틱형 화장품 용기(1)는 화장료의 승하강을 제어하는 핸들(10)과, 핸들(10)의 핸들 외단부(11) 및 핸들 내단부(12) 사이에 결합되며 내측에 제1 중공부(23)가 마련되는 내용기(20)와, 내용기(20)와 핸들 내단부(12) 사이에 결합되어 위치가 고정된 내측부재(30)와, 핸들 내단부(12)에 마련된 나사산부(13)를 따라 내용기(20) 내측에서 승하강 가능한 홀더(40)와, 내용기(20)를 덮는 외용기(50)를 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 홀더(40)는 제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42)를 구비하며, 제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42)의 내측에 마련되는 제2 중공부(43)에 화장료 잔량이 수용가능할 수 있다.
제1 중공부(23) 내의 화장료가 소진되었을 경우, 제1 내홀더(41)를 제2 내홀더(42) 내에서 상승시켜 제2 중공부(43) 내의 화장료 잔량이 외측으로 노출될 수 있다.
더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 핸들(10)은 외측의 핸들 외단부(11)와, 내측의 핸들 내단부(12)를 구비할 수 있다. 핸들 내단부(12)에는 나사산부(13)가 마련되어 후술하는 핸들(10)의 회전 동작에 따라, 나사산부(13)에 의해 홀더(40)가 내용기(20) 내에서 상승 및 하강할 수 있다.
내용기(20)는 원통형 부재로서, 내용기(20)의 하단에 마련된 내용기 하단부(22)가 핸들 외단부(11)와 핸들 내단부(12) 사이에서 상대 회동 가능한 상태로 삽입 결합될 수 있다. 내용기(20)의 상측에는 내용기 상측부(21)가 마련될 수 있다.
내용기(20)의 내측에는 제1 중공부(23)가 마련되며, 이 제1 중공부는 홀더(40)에 고정된 고상 또는 반고상 형태의 화장료가 보관되는 공간이자, 홀더(40)가 상승 및 하강하는 공간 역할을 할 수 있다.
내용기(20)의 내측 중앙부에는 단턱(24)이 마련될 수 있다. 이 단턱(24)이 마련된 부위의 상부 측으로 제2 내홀더(43)의 상단이 위치하며, 이러한 제2 내홀더(43)의 상단 위치는 스트로크(stroke)에 따라 변경 가능하다. 한편, 제2 내홀더(43)의 하단 반경방향 외측으로 돌출부가 마련될 수 있으며, 제2 내홀더(43)가 상단 최대 스트로크의 경우, 즉, 후술하는 도 3의 (b)의 통상 동작 상태(사용상태), 및 도 3의 (c)의 최후 사용 상태(잔량 사용 상태)의 경우, 제2 내홀더(43) 하단 의 돌출부가 내용기(20)의 단턱(24)에 계합될 수 있다.
내측부재(30)는 원통형 부재로서, 내용기(20)와 핸들 내단부(12) 사이에 결합되어 위치가 고정될 수 있다. 내측부재(30)의 상측에는 플랜지 형태로서 내측부재 상면부(31)가 마련되고, 내측부재(30)의 하측에는 외주방향 외측으로 돌출 형성ㄷ죄는 내측부재 하측 돌출부(32)가 마련될 수 있다.
홀더(40)는 제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42)를 구비할 수 있다.
제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42)는 통상적인 사용 상태, 즉 최초 동작상태인 미사용 상태(잠금 상태)와 통상 동작 상태(사용 상태)에서는 하나의 부재처럼 동작할 수 있다.
이후 화장료가 소진되었을 경우, 즉 제1 중공부(23) 내의 화장료가 소진되었을 경우, 사용자가 외력에 의해 제1 내홀더(41)를 제2 내홀더(42) 내에서 상승시켜 제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42) 내측에 마련된 제2 중공부(43) 내의 화장료 잔량을 외측으로 노출시킬 수 있다.
제1 내홀더(41)의 상단 외측에는 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부(410)가 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 제1 내홀더(41)의 중간부에는 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부(412)가 마련되고, 제1 내홀더(41)의 하단에는 외주방향 외측으로 제1 내홀더 하측 돌출부(413)가 마련될 수 있다.
제2 내홀더(42)의 상측에는 제2 내홀더 상단부(420)가 마련될 수 있으며, 이 제2 내홀더 상단부(420)는 경사부 또는 언더컷으로 형성될 수 있다. 제2 내홀더 상단부(420)는 홀더(40)가 상승할 경우 내용기 상측부(21)가 접하게 될 수 있다.
제2 내홀더(42)의 하부 내측으로 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부(421)가 마련될 수 있다.
이에 따라 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부(410)와 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부(421)가 서로 계합될 수 있다. 이러한 실시예와 달리, 제1 내홀더(41)에 오목부가 마련되고 제2 내홀더(42)에 돌출부가 마련되어, 이러한 오목부/돌출부 구조가 서로 계합되는 것도 가능하다.
전술한 바와 같이, 제1 내홀더(41)의 중간부에 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부(412)가 마련되고, 내측부재(30)의 상단에 내측부재 상면부(31)가 마련될 수 있다. 내측부재 상면부(31)는 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부(412)와 접하는 스토퍼일 수 있다(도 6 및 도 7 참조).
외력에 의해 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부(412)가 내측부재 상면부(31)를 통과할 때, 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부(410)와 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부(421)의 계합이 해제되어 제1 내홀더(41)가 제2 내홀더(42)에 대해 상승 이동할 수 있다(도 8 및 도 9 참조). 이에 따라 제2 중공부(43) 내에 있던 화장료가 외측으로 노출될 수 있다.
한편, 이와 같이 제1 내홀더(41)가 제2 내홀더(42)에 대해 상승 이동하는 경우라 하더라도, 제1 내홀더 하측 돌출부(413)가 스토퍼 역할을 하는 내측부재 상면부(31)에 걸림으로써, 어느 한도 이상으로 제1 내홀더(41)가 제2 내홀더(42)에 대해 상승 이동하는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
또한, 제2 내홀더(41)의 내측으로 리브를 마련하고, 이 리브를 가이드로 하여 제1 내홀더(41)가 제2 내홀더(41)에 대해 상대 이동하는 것도 가능하다. 이를 위해 제1 내홀더(42)에 절개부를 마련할 수 있다. 이와 같은 레일 가이드 방식의 상승 및 하강 동작도 가능하다.
본 발명에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)의 사용과정을 보면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 최초 동작 상태(미사용 상태)에서는 핸들(10)의 외측으로 외용기(50)가 덮여져 있고, 홀더(40)는 하단에 위치하고 있다(도 3의 (a) 및 도 5의 (a) 참조). 이 상태에서는 제1 내홀더(41) 및 제2 내홀더(42)가 내측부재(30)의 내측부재 상면부(31)와 접할 수 있다.
이후 통상 동작 상태(사용상태)에서는, 사용자가 먼저 외용기(50)를 제거한 후, 핸들(10)을 조작하여 홀더(40)를 상승시킴으로써, 홀더(40)에 수용된 화장료(립스틱 등)를 내용기(20) 바깥으로 노출시키게 된다. 이렇게 노출된 화장료를 이용하여 화장을 할 수 있다(도 3의 (b) 및 도 5의 (b) 참조). 화장을 마치면, 사용자는 핸들(10)을 조작하여 홀더(40)를 하강시키고, 이후 외용기(50)를 핸들(10) 외측에 결합시킨다. 이로써 다시 최초 동작 상태(미사용 상태)로 돌아가게 된다.
화장료를 대부분 사용하여 통상 동작 상태에서 화장료를 사용할 수 없는 경우, 또는 화장품 용기를 버리기 위해 부품들을 분리하고자 하는 경우를 최후 사용 상태(잔량 사용 상태)라 할 수 있다. 이러한 최후 사용 상태에서는, 핸들(10)을 조작하여 홀더(40)를 최대한 상승시키고, 여기에 추가적인 외력을 가하여 이전까지 일체로 동작하던 홀더(40)의 제1 내홀더(41)와 제2 내홀더(42)를 분리하게 된다. 이에 따라 제1 내홀더(41)를 제2 내홀더(42) 내에서 상승시켜 제2 중공부(43) 내에 있던 화장료 잔량을 외측으로 노출시키게 된다. 이로써 화장료 잔량을 사용할 수 있게 된다(도 3의 (c) 및 도 5의 (c) 참조).
도 8 및 도 9는 최후 사용 상태 중에서도, 제1 내홀더(41)를 제2 내홀더(42) 내에서 최대한 상승시킨 모습을 도시하고 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에서는(도 4 등 참조), 내용기(20)의 상측에 내용기 상측부(21)가 마련되고, 이 내용기 상측부(21)는 내용기 상측 돌출부로 이루어질 수 있다. 내용기 상측 돌출부는 용기 내측, 즉, 제1 중공부(23)를 향하여 돌출된 형상일 수 있다. 이러한 내용기 상측부(21)는 제2 내홀더 상단부(420)와 접하는 스토퍼일 수 있다.
즉, 홀더(40)가 상승할 경우 2 내홀더 상단부(420)는 돌출된 형상의 내용기 상측부(21)가 접하게 되며, 이러한 스토퍼 구조에 의해 제2 내홀더(42)는 내용기(20)의 외측으로 분리되거나 돌출되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
또한 본 발명의 다른 실시예에서는, 제1 내홀더(42)의 상부면에 제1 내홀더 상측 오목부(411)가 마련될 수 있다. 제1 내홀더 상측 오목부(411)는 화장료를 고정시키는 역할을 할 수 있으며, 이를 대신하여 또는 추가적으로 돌출부 형태의 부재가 마련되는 것도 가능하다.
이상의 설명에서는 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)의 구성과 효과를 사용 측면에서 기술하였다. 이하에서는 제조 측면, 특히 화장료의 충진(filling) 방식에 대해 도면을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다. 도 10은 충진방식에 따른 스틱형 화장품 용기의 다른 실시예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)에 화장료를 충진하는 방식은 화장품 용기(1)의 상단으로부터 홀더(40) 내에 화장료를 충진하는 상단충진(정립충진) 방식과(도 10의 (a) 참조), 화장품 용기(1)의 하단으로부터 홀더(40) 내에 화장료를 충진하는 하단충진 방식이 있을 수 있다(도 10의 (b) 참조).
앞의 실시예에 나타난 구조는 상단충진 및 하단충진에 모두 적용될 수 있다. 또한 상단충진 및 하단충진 방식에 따라 구조가 변경되거나 부품이 추가될 수 있다. 예컨대 도 10의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 화장료의 하단충진을 위하여 화장품 용기(1)의 외용기(50) 내측 상단에 이너커버(61)를 마련하고, 핸들(10)의 하단 중앙부에 충진용 홀더부재(62)를 마련할 수 있다.
다음으로, 도 11은 화장료를 포함하여 스틱형 화장품 용기의 작동 과정을 나타낸 개략도이다. 도 11의 (a)는 최초 동작 상태(미사용 상태), (b)는 통상 동작 상태(사용상태), (c)는 최후 사용 상태(잔량 사용 상태)를 각각 나타내고 있다. 도시된 바와 같이, 화장료(f)는 제2 내용기(42)에 수용되어 있으며, 화장료(f)의 양이 충분할 경우 제1 내용기(41)와 제2 내용기(42)를 일체로 상승/하강 시키는 동작을 할 수 있고, 화장료(f)를 대부분 소진하여 제2 내용기(42) 내측에만 잔량이 남게 되면, 제1 내용기(41)와 제2 내용기(42)를 분리하여 제2 내용기(42)에 대해 제1 내용기(41)를 상승시켜 화장료(f) 잔량을 외부로 노출시킬 수 있다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)를 사용함으로써, 화장료 잔량의 낭비없이 전체 소진이 가능하고, 아울러 사용완료 이후 분리배출이 가능하게 된다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 스틱형 화장품 용기(1)는 간단하고 편리한 구조로 되어 있어 생산성 및 사용성이 개선될 수 있다.

    상기 홀더는 제1 내홀더와 제2 내홀더를 구비하며, 상기 제1 내홀더와 상기 제2 내홀더의 내측에 마련되는 제2 중공부에 화장료 잔량이 수용가능하며,
    상기 제1 중공부 내의 화장료가 소진되었을 경우, 상기 제1 내홀더를 상기 제2 내홀더 내에서 상승시켜 상기 제2 중공부 내의 화장료 잔량이 외측으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는,

  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 내홀더의 상측에 마련된 제2 내홀더 상단부가 경사부 또는 언더컷으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내홀더의 상단 외측에 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부가 마련되고, 상기 제2 내홀더의 하단 내측에 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부가 마련되며, 상기 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부와 상기 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부가 서로 계합되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내홀더의 중간부에 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부가 마련되고, 상기 내측부재의 상단에는 내측부재 상면부가 마련되며, 상기 내측부재 상면부는 상기 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부와 접하는 스토퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    외력에 의해 상기 제1 내홀더 중간 돌출부가 상기 내측부재 상면부를 통과할 때, 상기 제1 내홀더 외측 돌출부와 상기 제2 내홀더 내측 오목부의 계합이 해제되어 상기 제1 내홀더가 상기 제2 내홀더에 대해 상승 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기의 상단의 내용기 상측부가 내용기 상측 돌출부로서 마련되며, 상기 내용기 상측 돌출부는 상기 제2 내홀더의 상측에 마련된 제2 내홀더 상단부와 접하는 스토퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내홀더의 상부면에 제1 내홀더 상측 오목부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    스틱형 화장품 용기.
