本实施例通过给用户穿戴背心的方式来稳定用户躺下时的乳房形状,且将背心本体设置为无缝的一片式结构,防止接缝影响超声造影,因而本背心能够协助自主式乳腺检查机对躺下后的用户进行乳房检测,避免因用户躺下后乳房形状垮塌影响检测结果的问题。在此基础上,本实施例还设计背心的背部敞开,并在敞开端设计松紧调节结构20对背心与人体贴合的松紧度进行调节,从而使得本申请的背心在满足对用户的乳房进行承托固定的效果以外,还具有穿戴便捷的优点。
作为优选,一片式背心本体10的面料采用旦数不大于50D的纱线织成。
旦数指的是9000米长的长丝在公定回潮率时的重量为50g,纱线的旦数越大,则纱线越粗,过粗的纱线会对超声造影产生影响。经过实验,本申请优选旦数低于50D的纱线织成的面料裁切制成本申请的一片式背心本体10,使得超声探头发出以及接收到的超声波可顺利穿过背心而不会受到干扰。
进一步地,一片式背心本体10所用的面料,优选由30D/20F的Sorona 纤维与30D/24F的涤纶丝用46针机台交织而成,结构方式为网眼组织结构,如此制成的一片式背心本体10兼具柔软和弹性佳的优点,不但穿戴舒适且对超声造影无不良影响。此外,Sorona纤维的原料取自每年可重复生长的玉米等可再生植物,具有环保安全的优点。
在一较佳实施中,如图1所示,一片式背心本体10包括用于包裹前胸部位的胸前部11、位于胸前部11左右两侧的两胸侧部12、和两肩带部13,肩带部13的两端分别连接胸前部11的上端和胸侧部12的上端,第一连接部21和第二连接部22分别设置于两胸侧部12远离胸前部11的一端。
本实施例中,胸前部11、两胸侧部12和两肩带部13仅指代一片式背心本体10上的不同区域,各部位之间无接缝构成一片式背心本体10。胸前部11包裹用户的胸前部11位,即大部分的乳房面积,胸侧部12包裹腋下胸侧部12位,与胸前部11一起将用户乳房完整包裹起来。两胸侧部12靠近背部的一端分别连接第一连接部21和第二连接部22。肩带部13分别连接胸前部11和胸侧部12的上端,支撑胸前部11与胸侧部12对用户的乳房进行承托。
在一较佳实施中,如图1所示,一片式背心本体10的下缘设有弹性包边30,弹性包边30采用与一片式背心本体10不同的颜色,比如一片式背心本体10为白色,弹性包边30采用白色以外的其他颜色,比如黄色。
本实施例中,弹性包边30的作用有二:一是利用其弹性为乳房提供足够强度的支撑;二是在进行超声检测过程中,一片式背心本体10下缘的弹性包边30由于采用了不同于一片式背心本体10的颜色,因而为超声探头进行检测时,作为参考边缘,限定扫描区域,以增加筛查效率。弹性包边30优选90%的涤纶和10%的氨纶组成,且采用纬向为250D涤纶、经向为75D涤纶丝包40D氨纶的包芯纱编织而成。
在一较佳实施中,如图2所示,用于乳腺检查的背心包括至少两组上下并列布置的松紧调节结构20,其中位于最下方的一组松紧调节结构20的第一连接部21和第二连接部22分别连接弹性包边30的左右两端。
本实施例中,松紧调节结构20的布置越密集,其对于一片式背心本体10与人体的贴合效果就越好。其中,位于最下方的一组松紧调节结构20的两端分别连接弹性包边30的两端,其目的在于通过松紧调节结构20调节弹性包边30的松紧度,以增加其与人体的贴合程度,对乳房起到更好的支撑作用。
在一较佳实施中,相邻两组松紧调节结构20之间的距离为5cm-15cm。
一片式背心本体10的整体尺寸优选为:胸前部11高28.5cm、宽22cm;胸侧部12高13.5cm、宽10cm;肩带部13长15cm、宽4cm。松紧调节结构20的数量优选为两组,两组间距优选10cm。
在一较佳实施中,如图2所示,第一连接部21设置为环形,第二连接部22设置为带状,搭扣23包括钩部231和穿接部232,钩部231可穿入第一连接部21中,第二连接部22穿设在穿接部232中,且第二连接部22的端部与搭扣23之间的距离可调。
第一连接部21采用弹力带折叠成环形,其具有可供搭扣23插入的穿钩口;第二连接部22采用无纺布制成带状,其一端与一片式背心本体10固定,另一朝向第一连接部21的一端为活动端,第二连接部22的长度优选60cm左右,搭扣23的钩部231可插入第一连接部21的穿钩口中以连接第一连接部21。第二连接部22折叠地穿设于穿接部232中,可通过抽拉其活动端调节与搭扣23之间的距离,即调节第二连接部22的固定端与搭扣23之间的距离;当搭扣23与第一连接部21连接时,则对应调节的是第一连接部21与第二连接部22的固定端之间的距离,即调节背心与人体贴合的松紧程度。
搭扣23的设计方便在用户穿戴时快速地扣上穿钩口,同时可以拉动第二连接部22进行松紧调节,这样可快速的调节背心以固定检测部位。搭扣23整体呈扁平状,防止用户仰躺时因其搭扣23产生不适。
本申请还提出一种乳腺检查设备,该乳腺检查设备包括如上任一实施例中的用于乳腺检查的背心,以及用于执行乳腺检查的自主式乳腺检查机。
用户将背心穿上之后,乳房形状固定,再仰躺入乳腺检查机下方接受乳腺检查机对乳房进行的超声扫描。本申请通过给用户穿戴背心的方式来稳定用户躺下时的乳房形状,且将背心本体设置为无缝的一片式结构,防止接缝影响超声造影,因而本背心能够协助自主式乳腺检查机对躺下后的用户进行乳房检测,避免因用户躺下后乳房形状垮塌影响检测结果的问题。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,包括一片式背心本体和若干松紧调节结构;所述一片式背心本体的背侧敞开,所述一片式背心本体的面料采用旦数不大于50D的纱线织成,所述松紧调节机构包括分别设置于所述背侧的左右两端的第一连接部和第二连接部以及设置于所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间的搭扣,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部可通过所述搭扣连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,所述一片式背心本体包括用于包裹前胸部位的胸前部、位于所述胸前部左右两侧的两胸侧部和两肩带部,所述肩带部的两端分别连接所述胸前部的上端和所述胸侧部的上端,所述第一连接部和第二连接部分别设置于两所述胸侧部远离所述胸前部的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,所述一片式背心本体的下缘设有弹性包边,所述弹性包边采用与所述一片式背心本体不同的颜色。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,包括至少两组上下并列布置的所述松紧调节结构,其中位于最下方的一组所述松紧调节结构的第一连接部和第二连接部分别连接所述弹性包边的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,相邻两组所述松紧调节结构之间的距离为5cm-15cm。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于乳腺检查的背心,其特征在于,所述第一连接部设置为环形,所述第二连接部设置为带状,所述搭扣包括钩部和穿接部,所述钩部可穿入所述第一连接部中,所述第二连接部穿设在所述穿接部中,且所述第二连接部的端部与所述搭扣之间的距离可调。
  7. 一种乳腺检查设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至6任一项所述的用于乳腺检查的背心。
