本发明提供一种自热电动床,以解决现有技术中电动床加热需要定制床垫的技术问题。

自热单元2与床体1相对独立,自热单元2可以局部覆盖床面,也可以整体覆盖,在不需要定制床垫的前提下,为电动床加热。更无需定制床垫内部结构,不必通过鼓风机将加热的空气吹入定制床垫中,也就不会产生噪音。
自热单元2可以通过隔离罩22与床体1的连接固定发热装置21的位置,隔离罩22通过可拆卸方式与床体1连接,优选拉链或粘扣带。隔离罩22可以是不同的形状和尺寸,若干边与床体1连接,以适应不同高度的床垫,用于固定自热单元2,客户可以自由选择床垫,还可以起到防止其所在位置床板升起时,床垫脚部翘起的问题,优选弹性面料缝制作。

当翻转机构12工作时,翻转机构12推动床板组件11的整体或局部相对于床架13向上翻转,翻转机构12的数量根据需要设置即可,一个翻转机构12对应床板组件11的一个部分,实现不同的翻转变形,满足不同的用户需求。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述床板组件11包括:第一床板111、第二床板112和第三床板113;其中,所述第一床板111、所述第二床板112和所述第三床板113依序排列,所述第一床板111和所述第二床板112于交界处枢轴连接。
多块床板连接组成局部或整体可翻转变形的床板组件11,这样通过匹配相应的翻转机构12,实现某特定床板的相对于床架13的翻转,实现床板组件11的变形,可根据用户的需求调整床板组件11的形状满足不同的睡姿需求,如背部抬升、腿部抬升等,给用户更舒适的体验。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述翻转机构12包括:驱动电机121、支撑杆122、第一滑杆123和第二滑杆124;其中,所述驱动电机121的运动端与所述支撑杆122枢轴连接,所述驱动电机121的固定端与所述床架13枢轴连接,所述驱动电机121的水平作业方向与所述第一床板111至所述第三床板113的方向平行;所述支撑杆122与所述床架13固定连接,所述支撑杆122与所述第一床板111至所述第三床板113的方向垂直;所述第一滑杆123和所述第二滑杆124的运动端分别设有滑轮,所述第一滑杆123和所述第二滑杆124的固定端分别与所述支撑杆122固定连接;所述第一滑杆123和所述第二滑杆124的固定端至各自对应的所述滑轮的水平 方向与所述支撑杆122至所述驱动电机121的固定端的水平方向平行。
驱动电机121工作时,推动支撑杆122转动,支撑杆122带动第一滑杆123和第二滑杆124转动,滑轮与对应的某块床板底面接触并滑动,逐步推动床板相对于床架13向上翻转;第一滑杆123和第二滑杆124的长度决定了翻转角度的上限;翻转机构12的数量可以根据需要设置,如第一床板111和床架13之间设置一翻转机构12,实现床板组件11的局部变形;又如第一床板111和第三床板113下方各设一翻转机构12,协同工作推动第一床板111和第三床板113,使得床板组件11变为“S”形。该翻转机构12简单实用,成本较低,采用滑轮使得翻转过程更加平缓,变形过程也不易出现卡顿感。
可选地,滑轮的对应的床板组件11的底面设有匹配的滑道5。
滑轮在床板组件11底面滑动,长期使用会磨损床板组件11,甚至导致床板组件11的局部变形,根据滑轮的数量和位置设置相应的滑道5,增设滑道5可以减少床板组件11的的磨损,防止床板组件11变形,延长床板组件11的使用寿命。
进一步地,如图2所示,自热电动床还包括:第一连杆6和第二连杆7;其中,所述第一连杆6和所述第二连杆7的两端分别与所述床架13的尾部4和所述第三床板113的尾部4枢轴连接;所述第三床板113与所述床架13之间设有所述翻转机构12。
通过增设一定数量的连杆,可以限制第三床板113的翻转方向和角度,在第一连杆6和第二连杆7的作用下,第三床板113整体会向上抬升,第三床板113的头部8向上翻转,这符合人体腿部的关节情况,增强用户的舒适感。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述床架13包括:前框架131和后框架132;其中,所述前框架131和所述后框架132于交界处枢轴连接;所述第一床板111和所述第二床板112设于所述前框架131的顶面,所述第三床板113设于所述后框架132的顶面。
将床架13分成两个部分并匹配相应的床板组件11,便于床体1折叠,可在工厂内完成组装,用户仅需展开使用即可;折叠后进行包装,缩小了 床体1的包装体积,降低运输成本,增强产品竞争力。
此外,还可根据需要增设床脚,比如增设六只床脚,头部、尾部4各设置两只床脚,前框架131和后框架132枢轴连接处也增设两只床脚用于顶起中部,防止塌陷,方便调节床体1的高度。
进一步地,所述发热装置21由碳纤维发热材料制成。
碳纤维制成的发热装置21接通直流低压即可工作,优选直流电压为29V,该装置具有可折叠,弯曲性能好、升温快等特点,电热效率约90%;而且不同于传统的发热装置21,碳纤维加热过程中能够产生8um至15um的远红外光波,其渗入体内之后,便会引起人体细胞的原子和分子的共振,透过共鸣吸收,分子之间摩擦生热形成热反应,促使皮下深层温度上升,并使微血管扩张,加速血液循环,有利于清除血管囤积物及体内有害物质,将妨害新陈代谢的障碍清除,重新使组织复活,促进酵素生成,达到活化组织细胞、防止老化、强化免疫系统的作用。
进一步地,还包括:遥控器,所述遥控器与所述控制单元3通信连接。
遥控器与控制单元3之间采用2.4G无线通信,优选的采用挪威的Nordic公司的nRF51822芯片,通过1个遥控器即可控制电动床的运行和加热系统的控制。还可通过手机APP进行远程控制,设定工作时长和温度,例如0至9小时、30℃至50℃。简繁便捷,提审用户体验。
可选地,如图1所示,自热电动床还包括设于第三床板113的尾部4的档杆9。
床板组件11翻转变形过程中,放置于其上的床垫会产生位移,增设档杆9可以防止床板组件11翻转变形过程中床垫滑落。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自热电动床,其特征在于,包括:床体和自热单元;
    其中,所述床体设有控制单元,所述自热单元设于所述床体的顶面;
    所述自热单元包括:发热装置、加热控制器和隔离罩;
    所述发热装置设于所述隔离罩内,所述发热装置与所述加热控制器电连接;
    所述控制单元与所述加热控制器电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述发热装置设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与所述加热控制器电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述床体包括:床板组件、翻转机构和床架;
    其中,所述床板组件设于所述床架顶面;
    所述翻转机构设于所述床板组件和所述床架之间,所述床板组件通过所述翻转机构可相对于所述床架向上翻转。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述床板组件包括:第一床板、第二床板和第三床板;
    其中,所述第一床板、所述第二床板和所述第三床板依序排列,所述第一床板和所述第二床板于交界处枢轴连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括:驱动电机、支撑杆、第一滑杆和第二滑杆;
    其中,所述驱动电机的运动端与所述支撑杆枢轴连接,所述驱动电机的固定端与所述床架枢轴连接,所述驱动电机的水平作业方向与所述第一床板至所述第三床板的方向平行;
    所述支撑杆与所述床架固定连接,所述支撑杆与所述第一床板至所述第三床板的方向垂直;
    所述第一滑杆和所述第二滑杆的运动端分别设有滑轮,所述第一滑杆和所述第二滑杆的固定端分别与所述支撑杆固定连接;
    所述第一滑杆和所述第二滑杆的固定端至各自对应的所述滑轮的水平方向与所述支撑杆至所述驱动电机的固定端的水平方向平行。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述第一床板与 所述床架之间设有所述翻转机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,还包括:第一连杆和第二连杆;
    其中,所述第一连杆和所述第二连杆的两端分别与所述床架的尾部和所述第三床板的尾部枢轴连接;
    所述第三床板与所述床架之间设有所述翻转机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述床架包括:前框架和后框架;
    其中,所述前框架和所述后框架于交界处枢轴连接;
    所述第一床板和所述第二床板设于所述前框架的顶面,所述第三床板设于所述后框架的顶面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,所述发热装置由碳纤维发热材料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自热电动床,其特征在于,还包括:遥控器,所述遥控器与所述控制单元通信连接。
