背景技术
随着社会的发展,电视机本身也进行着转变,有半屏转化为全屏,同时图像显示区在显示屏上所占的比例也是影响用户视觉体验的一个重要因素。
但是现有的全面屏开关键和调节键均设置有后端,无法对调节键的作用进行观察,同时在进行更换时,需要对全面屏进行卸取并进行维修,浪费大量的时间。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于:解决现有的播放器在于外部设备连接时,线路均采用裸露式设置,同时线路会与显示屏设备的线路进行缠绕,危险性高,同时美观效果较差。

上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种电视机全面屏,包括壳体,所述壳体的内侧固定安装有显示屏,所述显示屏的底部粘胶连接有下框板,所述显示屏的后端且位于所述壳体的内部粘胶连接有背光模组;
所述壳体的一侧下端开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部活动连接有活动块,所述活动块的上下方焊接有卡块,所述卡块的内部固定安装有多个均布的滚轮。
通过上述技术方案,通过滚轮的转动能够带动活动块进行滑动,进而在凹槽内部进行伸出和回缩运动,能够有效的使活动块伸出,进而对显示屏进行控制。
显示屏和背光模组采用″GOP″与″D-LED贴合″技术,能够原本放置在两侧的驱动电路隐去,同时显示屏的直接粘贴在背光模组的前端,进而减少壳体制作的成本,能够有效的实现左、右、上三个方面无边框的占比电视。
优选的,所述活动块的前端固定安装有调节面板,所述调节面板的一侧固定安装有开关键,所述活动块的一侧固定安装有拉手。
通过上述技术方案,通过拉动拉手能够给予活动块向外或向内的力,进而使活动块进行伸出和回缩运动,通过按压开关键能对显示屏的工作状态进行控制,进而保证显示工作的进行。
优选的,所述凹槽的内部固定安装有两个对称设置的固定块,所述固定块的内部开设有与所述卡块相匹配的滑槽。
通过上述技术方案,通过凹槽能够对活动块进行放置,同时固定块能够起到对活动板支撑的作用。
优选的,所述壳体的底部固定安装有支架,所述支架与放置处接触。
通过上述技术方案,通过支架能够起到对壳体支撑的作用,进而保证播放工作的进行。

2、通过拉动拉手能够给予活动块向外或向内的力,能够使滚轮进行转动并带动活动块进行滑动,进而在凹槽内部进行伸出和回缩运动,并使开关键和调节面板伸出,进而对显示屏进行调节,同时开关键和调节面板采用隐藏式设置,能够有效的起到对开关键和调节面板保护的作用,同时方便进行维修。

如图1和图4所示,一种电视机全面屏,包括壳体1,壳体1的内侧固定安装有显示屏11,所述显示屏11的底部粘胶连接有下框板111,所述显示屏11的后端且位于所述壳体11的内部粘胶连接有背光模组112,壳体1的一侧下端开设有凹槽15,凹槽15的内部活动连接有活动块2,活动块2的上下方焊接有卡块21,卡块21的内部固定安装有多个均布的滚轮22,活动块2的前端固定安装有调节面板25,调节面板25的一侧固定安装有开关键24,活动块2的一侧固定安装有拉手23,凹槽15的内部固定安装有两个对称设置的固定块151,固定块151的内部开设有与卡块21相匹配的滑槽152,壳体1的底部固定安装有支架12,支架12与放置处接触,壳体1的后端固定安装有连接线13,连接线13的一端固定安装有插头14,插头14与电源插座连接。
将壳体1放置于指定的位置,并使支架12与地面进行接触,接着在需要显示屏11进行启动时,向外拉动拉动,进而使滚轮22进行转动并带动活动块2进行滑动,进而在凹槽15内部进行伸出和回缩运动,能够有效的使活动块2伸出,接着按压开关键24来对显示屏11进行启动,进行进行播放工作,同时向内推动拉手23并活动块2进入至凹槽15内部,进而对开关键24进行保护。
在本实施例中,通过按压调节面板25能够对显示屏11内部显示的内容和声音进行控制。
在本实施例中,显示屏11和背光模组112采用″GOP″与″D-LED贴合″技术,能够 原本放置在两侧的驱动电路隐去,同时显示屏11的直接粘贴在背光模组前端,进而减少壳体制作的成本,能够有效的实现左、右、上三个方面无边框的占比电视,能够在保持原有屏幕大小的基础上,屏占比更大,视觉冲击力更强,整个画面似乎不再受到边框的束缚,观影、玩游戏的视觉体验得到明显提升,充盈眼球的临场感。
综上所述,首先取出将壳体1放置于指定的位置,并使支架12与地面进行接触,同时将插头14插入至电源插座内部,接着在需要显示屏11进行启动时,向外拉动拉动,进而使滚轮22进行转动并带动活动块2进行滑动,进而在凹槽15内部进行伸出和回缩运动,能够有效的使活动块2伸出,接着按压开关键24来对显示屏11进行启动,同时电流会通过连接线13流入至壳体1内部,进而使显示屏11进行工作,并进行播放工作,同时向内推动拉手23并活动块2进入至凹槽15内部,进而对开关键24进行保护。
