Abstract

The present invention relates to a system (1) for comparing identification number (IMEI) and mobile number (MSISDN) of a user who wants to make a call via internet by means of an application (3) with a pre-determined identification number (IMEI) and mobile number (MSISDN) on a server (5), and for controlling a user's conversation realized over an application.

Description

A SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING A CONVERSATION REALIZED VIA INTERNET BY MEANS OF AN APPLICATION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system for comparing identification number (IMEI) and mobile number (MSISDN) of a user who wants to make a call via Internet by means of an application with a pre-determined identification number (IMEI) and mobile number (MSISDN) on a server, and for controlling a user’s conversation realized over an application.
Background of the Invention
It is possible to establish communication among users upon a user calls another mobile device user by means of an application being run on a mobile device in media wherein data communication is realized such as Internet. In current applications, users insert their SIM cards into their mobile device and communication is established with the other mobile device either over a mobile internet data or over a wireless data communication network such as a Wi-Fi. However inserting a SIM card which is included in a mobile device that has obligation of lawful interception, to another mobile device causes incorrect transmission of the network location information of the related number to the related institutions in these applications.
Therefore, there is need for a system which enables to create a profile by matching the mobile number (MSISDN) of a SIM card with the identification number (IMEI) of a mobile device, and to stop the call feature in case of detecting a change by tracking the user’s mobile device and/or SIM card information in the state of the art. The United States patent document no. US10476875, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system for arrangement of mobile device usage configuration of a user. In the said invention, a SIM card present in users’ mobile devices -that is switched off for access or calls- receives a configuration message enabling configuration change from a database in the system. Getting access permission from the user’s mobile device considers that the SIM card configuration file is encrypted with the device identity and verifies the device identity.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a system for creating a profile by matching the mobile number (MSISDN) of mobile device users -that is associated with their SIM cards- with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device, and for starting a conversation in the event that the profile information matches with the pre-recorded profile information.
Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system for receiving a user’s instant identification number (IMEI) and mobile number (MSISDN) information from a mobile device at the time when the user realizes conversation by means of an application and then comparing these with the pre-recorded profile information, and for stopping the application from realizing a conversation in case of detecting no match.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“A System for Controlling a Conversation Realized via Internet by means of an Application” realized to fulfil the objectives of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which: Figure 1 is a block diagram of the inventive system for controlling a conversation realized via Internet by means of an application.
The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

A system (1) for enabling users who receive mobile communication service to make a call over an application, and for controlling their calls realized over an application by tracking the users’ mobile device and SIM card changes comprises: at least one mobile device (2) which is configured to receive communication service from any remote communication protocol; to run at least one application on it, and to have at least one SIM card; at least one application (3) which is configured to be run on the mobile device (2); to send a unique mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) user that is entered over an interface and associated with his/her SIM card, to a remote server by using any remote communication protocol; to ensure that a user register is created on a remote server and a call is made by means of a remote server by using the created user register and/or accept a call; at least one database (4) which is configured to record the mobile number (MSISDN) information of the mobile device (2) user associated with his/her SIM card, together with a unique identification number (IMEI) that the mobile device (2) owns; and to be managed by a remote server over any remote communication protocol; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the mobile device (2), the database (4) and the mobile communication network (M) over any remote communication protocol; to realize data exchange over the communication established; to receive the mobile number (MSISDN) being used from the application (3); to receive the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) from the mobile communication network (M); to record the mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) on the database (4); to ensure that a call is made over the application (3) by means of the communication established between the mobile device (2) and the mobile communication network (M); to track the instant mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) over the mobile communication network (M); to compare the mobile number (MSISDN) recorded in the database (4) with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2); and to prevent making any call and/or accepting a call by suspending the application (3) in case of detecting any change and/or to stop the call.
The mobile device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, computer which is configured to receive a mobile communication service over the mobile communication network (M) by methods included in the state of the art for example by means of a SIM card, and to establish communication with the server (5) over any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art. In one embodiment of the invention, the mobile device (2) is configured to establish connection with the server (5) over a data network such as Internet and to realize data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) over the connection established. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mobile device (2) is configured to establish communication with the server (5) over a real-time communication protocol (SRTP) that is improved in terms of security, and to realize data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) over the communication established. The mobile device (2) is configured to run at least one application (3) enabling to create a profile for communication over a real-time communication protocol (SRTP) improved in terms of security. The mobile device (2) is configured to send the user profile information entered over the application (3) to the server (5) together with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2).
The application (3) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to be run on the mobile device (2); and to present an interface wherein the mobile number (MSISDN) associated with the SIM card of the mobile device (2) user is entered. The application (3) is configured to send the mobile number (MSISDN) information entered by the user to the server (5) over the communication established between the mobile device (2) and the server (5). The application (3) is configured to present an interface enabling to create a call over the communication established between the mobile device (2) and the server (5), and/or to accept a call received.
The database (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to communicate with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol included in the inventive system (1); and to be managed by the server (5) over the communication established. The database (4) is configured to record the mobile number (MSISDN) that is associated with the SIM card being used in the mobile device (2), and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2). The database (4) is a storage space such as an external disc and/or cloud database in communication with the server (5).
The server (5) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication with the mobile device (2), the database (4) and the mobile communication network (M) over any remote communication protocol; and to realize data exchange over the communication established. In one embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to establish communication with the mobile device (2), the database (4) and the mobile communication network (M) over a data network such as Internet; and to realize data exchange over the communication established. The server (5) is configured to receive the identification number (IMEI) information of the mobile device (2) wherein the mobile number (MSISDN) that it receives over the application (3) and the mobile number (MSISDN) from the mobile communication network (M) are used; to record the received information by matching these on the database (4); and to ensure that a profile is created for the mobile device (2) user. The server (5) is configured to enable the mobile device (2) matched with the mobile number (MSISDN), the identification number (IMEI) information -that is recorded by matching- to make a call over the application (3). The server (5) is configured to warn the user by sending information that the user can make a call, to the mobile device (2) that is enabled to make a call over the application (3). The server (5) is configured to receive the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) - that is matched with the mobile number (MSISDN) at the time when a call is to be realized by the application (3)- over the mobile communication network (M) and then to compare it with the profile information recorded in the database (4) previously. The server (5) is configured to ensure that a call is made in the event that the profile information compared and the mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) match. The server (5) is configured to detect the status of no match between the profile information compared and the mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) as a change of the mobile device (2), and to stop the call feature of the application (3) and then to send the information that the call feature is stopped to the user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to receive the mobile number (MSISDN) of an application (3) user whose call feature is stopped by detecting change of the mobile device (2), and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) from the mobile communication network (M) with which it is in communication; and to compare these with a pre-recorded profile. The server (5) is configured to detect the status that the mobile device (2) is a device being used during register when the identification number (IMEI) and the mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) received from the mobile communication network (M) match with the recorded profile, and to enable the application (3) to continue the call feature. The server (5) is configured to enable the application (3) to make a call; and/or to warn the user by sending continuation information of a search feature that is stopped previously, to the mobile device (2).
In the inventive system (1), it is enabled to create a user profile on the server (5) by entering the mobile number (MSISDN) of a SIM card by means of an application (3) being run on the mobile device (2). The server (5) is configured to create and record a profile by matching the mobile number (MSISDN) entered by the user by means of the application (3), with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) received from the mobile communication network (M). The server (5) receives the instant mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) of the application (3) from the mobile communication network (M) when it is desired to make a call over the application (3) by means of any wireless data network whereto the mobile device (2) is connected. The server (5) compares the instant mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) it receives, with the profile information recorded in the database (4) previously. In case of detecting any different in the compared information, the server (5) ensures that a notification is sent to the user by stopping the call feature of the application (3).
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “System (1) for Controlling a Conversation Realized via Internet by means of an Application”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.

Claims

1. A system (1) for enabling users who receive mobile communication service to make a call over an application, and for controlling their calls realized over an application by tracking the users’ mobile device and SIM card changes comprising: at least one mobile device (2) which is configured to receive communication service from any remote communication protocol; to run at least one application on it, and to have at least one SIM card; and characterized by at least one application (3) which is configured to be run on the mobile device (2); to send a unique mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) user that is entered over an interface and associated with his/her SIM card, to a remote server by using any remote communication protocol; to ensure that a user register is created on a remote server and a call is made by means of a remote server by using the created user register and/or accept a call; at least one database (4) which is configured to record the mobile number (MSISDN) information of the mobile device (2) user associated with his/her SIM card, together with a unique identification number (IMEI) that the mobile device (2) owns; and to be managed by a remote server over any remote communication protocol; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the mobile device (2), the database (4) and the mobile communication network (M) over any remote communication protocol; to realize data exchange over the communication established; to receive the mobile number (MSISDN) being used from the application (3); to receive the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) from the mobile communication network (M); to record the mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) on the database (4); to ensure that a call is made over the application (3) by means of the communication established between the mobile device (2) and the mobile communication network (M); to track the instant mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) over the mobile communication network (M); to compare the mobile number (MSISDN) recorded in the database (4) with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2); and to prevent making any call and/or accepting a call by suspending the application (3) in case of detecting any change and/or to stop the call. 2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the mobile device
(2) such as mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, computer which is configured to receive a mobile communication service over the mobile communication network (M) by methods included in the state of the art for example by means of a SIM card, and to establish communication with the server (5) over any remote communication protocol.
3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the mobile device (2) which is configured to establish connection with the server (5) over a data network such as Internet and to realize data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) over the connection established.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mobile device (2) which is configured to establish communication with the server (5) over a real-time communication protocol (SRTP) that is improved in terms of security, and to realize data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) over the communication established.
5. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mobile device (2) which is configured to run at least one application (3) enabling to create a profile for communication over a real-time communication protocol (SRTP) improved in terms of security.
6. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mobile device (2) which is configured to send the user profile information entered over the application (3) to the server (5) together with the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2).
7. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to be run on the mobile device (2); and to present an interface wherein the mobile number (MSISDN) associated with the SIM card of the mobile device (2) user is entered.
8. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to send the mobile number (MSISDN) information entered by the user to the server (5) over the communication established between the mobile device (2) and the server

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive the identification number (IMEI) information of the mobile device (2) wherein the mobile number (MSISDN) that it receives over the application (3) and the mobile number (MSISDN) from the mobile communication network (M) are used; to record the received information by matching these on the database (4); and to ensure that a profile is created for the mobile device (2) user.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to enable the mobile device (2) matched with the mobile number (MSISDN), the identification number (IMEI) information -that is recorded by matching- to make a call over the application (3).
17. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to warn the user by sending information that the user can make a call, to the mobile device (2) that is enabled to make a call over the application (3).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) -that is matched with the mobile number (MSISDN) at the time when a call is to be realized by the application (3)- over the mobile communication network (M) and then to compare it with the profile information recorded in the database (4) previously.
19. A system (1) according to Claim 18; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that a call is made in the event that the profile information compared and the mobile number (MSISDN) and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) match.

A system (1) according to Claim 18; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to detect the status of no match between the profile information compared and the mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) as a change of the mobile device (2), and to stop the call feature of the application (3) and then to send the information that the call feature is stopped to the user.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive the mobile number (MSISDN) of an application (3) user whose call feature is stopped by detecting change of the mobile device (2), and the identification number (IMEI) of the mobile device (2) from the mobile communication network (M) with which it is in communication; and to compare these with a pre recorded profile.
22. A system (1) according to Claim 21; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to detect the status that the mobile device (2) is a device being used during register when the identification number (IMEI) and the mobile number (MSISDN) of the mobile device (2) received from the mobile communication network (M) match with the recorded profile, and to enable the application (3) to continue the call feature.
23. A system (1) according to Claim 21 or 22; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to enable the application (3) to make a call; and/or to warn the user by sending continuation information of a search feature that is stopped previously, to the mobile device (2).
