Description

A PAPER PRODUCTION MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to at least one paper production machine comprising at least one drying chamber having at least one lower cover and at least one upper cover which can move towards each other, in order to provide drying of paper particularly while paper is being obtained from waste paper pulp.
PRIOR ART
Paper is a thin material mostly used for writing processes and whereon printing or drawing can be realized or which can be used for packaging. Paper is a versatile material which has very big number of usage areas. Even though paper is frequently used for printing, paper is also used for cleaning and packaging in the processes realized in industrial and construction sector.
Waste paper is accepted as raw material in recycling cycle. When papers and cardboards have completed their functions in any usage area and when they are in non-usable form, all paper types and cardboards disposed are accepted as waste paper. Besides, faulty newspaper prints which are the output of newspaper printing houses and the newspapers which are excessively produced are also accepted as waste papers. On the other hand, absorbent papers designed for single-use and papers used for hygiene are not accepted as waste paper since they cannot be recycled due to hygiene and health reasons.
The papers, collected as waste for the recycle process, are passed through various cleaning processes in the factory. Waste papers mostly collected with staples are thus purged from staples and are made ready for other processes. After the cleaned and purified paper pulp is made ready for production, mass production is begun. The prepared paper pulp is mixed with various chemicals needed for water and production such that 99.5% thereof is water. Meanwhile water begins to withdraw from the pulp and the fibers are connected to each other and they form a layer. The water, which exists in this layer, is dried and this layer is flattened with metal cylinder, having high temperature, in a next step and paper is formed. Thus, the paper is made ready for usage. In this step, finishing touches are realized on paper within the scope of the object desired to be produced, and paper is made ready for usage. However, in the paper production machine, in the process of withdrawing of water and in the process of drying of paper, the operator should operate in a manner exerting force. In this case, inefficient and non-ergonomic operation duration occurs for the operator. Besides, during drying of paper, the operator dries the sheet relatively, and therefore, there is no standardization. Moreover, heating technology used in the drying process also leads to time loss in terms of production.
As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper production machine, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a paper production machine which has improvement in the drying chamber.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is at least one paper production machine comprising at least one drying chamber having at least one lower cover and at least one upper cover which can move towards each other, in order to provide drying of paper particularly while paper is being obtained from waste paper pulp. Accordingly, the improvement of the present invention is that at least one resistance is positioned on at least one of said lower cover and said upper cover, and said resistance is connected to at least one control unit for energizing thereof. Thus, the drying chamber is heated with electricity in short time at a predetermined time interval and the production duration is shortened.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the lower cover and the upper cover is connected to at least one drive element for providing movement of at least one lower cover and the upper cover with respect to each other. Thus, the paper is compressed between the lower cover and the upper cover, and more efficient and firmer drying is realized. In another possible embodiment of the present invention, in order to permit energizing of said drive element, said drive element is connected to said control unit. Thus, the operator can control the upper cover by means of the control unit.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one ventilation opening is positioned on the upper cover. Thus, the discharge of water vapor, which is output as a result of heating of paper, is discharged from the drying chamber.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one upper sheathing is positioned at the side of the upper cover facing the lower cover. Thus, the paper is prevented from adhering to the upper cover.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one lower sheathing is positioned at the side of the lower cover facing the upper cover. Thus, the paper is adhered to the lower cover.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, in order to provide positioning of the resistance on the lower cover at a predetermined distance with respect to the paper, at least one carrying element is positioned. Thus, the resistance is positioned on the lower cover at a predetermined location.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
In Figure 1 , a representative lateral schematic view of the subject matter paper production machine is given.
In Figure 2, a representative top schematic view of the subject matter paper production machine is given.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
In Figure 1 , a representative lateral schematic view of the subject matter paper production machine (10) is given. Accordingly, said paper production machine (10) particularly provides obtaining paper from waste paper pulp. In order to realize this, there is at least one drying chamber (30) on at least one body (20). Said drying chamber (30) provides separation of the pulp parts, coming from a vacuumed chamber, from water in the paper production machine (10), and thereby wet paper is obtained and afterwards, paper is dried. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, pluralities of drying chambers (30) are provided on the paper production machine (10), and production is accelerated.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the drying chamber (30) has at least one lower cover (40) on said body (20) and at least one upper cover (50) configured to move with respect to said lower cover (40). Said lower cover (40) and said upper cover (50) essentially have a width which will cover the paper and provide equal and firm drying of the paper. The upper cover (50) is connected to the lower cover (40) by means of at least one connection element (54) in a manner resting to and separating from the lower cover (40) by rotating in at least one rotation axis (I).
At least one resistance (42) is positioned on the lower cover (40). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said resistance (42) is an electrical heater and is essentially positioned on the lower body (20) in a manner heating the paper. At least one lower sheathing (41) is positioned on the lower body (20) in order to prevent contact of the resistance (42) to the paper. Said lower sheathing (41) is made of a material which will prevent adhering to the paper in case paper is put thereon. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the lower sheathing (41) can be a material like Teflon or it can be a fireproof fabric. Moreover, at least one carrying element (43), whereon the resistance (42) is positioned, is positioned on the lower cover (40). Said carrying element (43) provides positioning of the resistance (42) at a predetermined distance with respect to the paper.
At least one upper sheathing (51) is positioned on the upper cover (50) and it essentially functions as lower sheathing (41) and prevents adhering of the paper to the upper cover (50). Moreover, at least one ventilation opening (52) is positioned on the upper cover (50). Said ventilation opening (52) provides removal of the water vapor, which exists on the heated paper, from the drying chamber (30). There is at least one rotation arm (53) on the upper cover (50). Said rotation arm (53) is associated with the connection element (54) which permits rotation of the upper cover (50) with respect to the lower cover (40). Moreover, the rotation arm (53) is connected to at least one drive element (70) by means of at least one drive arm (71). The drive element (70) essentially moves the drive arm (71) vertically and moves the upper cover (50) near to and far from the lower cover (40). By means of this, the operator is allowed to interfere with the paper. In Figure 2, a representative top schematic view of the subject matter paper production machine (10) is given. Accordingly, at least one control unit (60) is positioned at the paper production machine (10). Said control unit (60) provides the operator to control and guide the paper production machine (10). In order to realize this, the control unit (60) is connected to the resistance (42) and to the drive element (70). By means of the control unit (60), the resistance (42) realizes heating at a predetermined duration, and the upper cover (50) is moved with respect to the lower cover (40).
Together with this embodiment, the paper production machine (10) is heated by means of the resistance (42). By means of this, the drying chamber (30) is heated and made ready for use in a very short time. Moreover, since a heating method with water is not used, saving from area is provided. Thanks to the control unit (60) and the drive element (70), the user separates the upper cover (50) from the lower cover (40) without consuming effort and places the paper or takes the paper from its location. By means of this, usage easiness is obtained.
