Description
A CONNECTOR ELEMENT
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention provides easy assembly of displays and / or furniture made of any suitable material, especially wood, metal, plastic, paper (honeycomb panel etc.), enabling the dispatch of displays and / or furniture to the customer; It relates to a fastener that reduces transportation costs and allows the user to assemble (install) easily and quickly. THE KNOWN STATE OF TECHNIQUE
Nowadays, displays, furniture and all kind of products that need to be assembled, made of all kind of suitable materials like, wood, metal, plastic, paper (honeycomb panel, etc.) are using connector elements for assembling and dismantling.
The connecting elements used today are composed of a screw and a nut that allows it to be fixed. There is a male thread on the screw and a female thread on the nut. The female thread on the nut is fixed by screwing it into the male thread on the screw. The connecting elements used in the installation and/or dismantling of stands, furniture accessories and all objects that need to be assembled, especially wood, metal, plastic, paper (honeycomb panel, etc.), are fixed to each other (by rotating nuts or screws) and removed from each other by rotating them in the opposite direction of nuts or screws. This process is very time-taking and exhausting. Therefore, it causes the cost of installation or dismantling to increase.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention eliminates the disadvantages described above.
The connector element developed in the invention; it contains the nut, which is made of all kinds of suitable materials, especially plastic, which can be removed by reversing (rotating) the screw, which is inserted by suppressing it and not by screwing (rotating) it.
Thanks to the connector element developed in the invention, the installation is very fast.
The nut in the connector element developed in the invention is inserted very quickly by pressing on the screw. In this way, the installation process with the connector element developed in the invention is easy and fast. The installation cost is low.
The displays, furniture accessories and all objects that are intended to be assembled with the connector element developed in the invention can also be dismantled by removing the nut developed in the invention by rotating it.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is a connector element (1) characterized with;
- Containing at least one wing (1.2.1) or wings (1.2.1) positioned to form a helix geometry, with at least one gap between them, standing at a narrow angle upwards with respect to the vertical axis,
- Made of flexible material such as plastic, - Due to the fact that it is made of flexible material, it can be attached easily and quickly by pressing on the head of the screw (1.1) that has a male thread (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1),
- In the case of an undesired linear or angular force, such as a load from the object that is connected, in the direction to remove it from the screw (1.1); The female thread protrusionsections (1.2.1.1.1) on the wing (1.2.1) or the wings (1.2.1) coincide with the male thread protrusionsections (1.1.1.2) of the male threads (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1) not coming off the screw (1.1),
- When it is desired to remove it from the screw (1.1); The female thread protrusionsections (1.2.1.1.1) on the female thread (1.2.1.1) on the wing (1 -2.1) or wings (1.2.1) positioned in the hole to form a helical geometry compatible with the helix geometry formed by the male threads (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1), are removed by moving the male threads (1.1.1) positioned to form a helix geometry on the screw (1.1) by rotating (rotating) over the male thread pit section (1.1.1.1), containing a nut (1.2)
If there is one wing (1.2.1) on the nut (1.2), there is a gap between the head and end of the wing (1.2.1 ) when they are positioned in the form of a helix geometry.
On the nut (1.2) developed in the invention, there are wings (1.2.1) with parts of the circle at the end of each wing, forming a circle geometry with the space between them.
There are female threads (1.2.1.1) on the parts of the circle at the end of the wings (1.2.1).
There are male threads (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1).
When the nut (1.2) is inserted into the screw (1.1), the hole part of the nut (1.2) is placed on the part of the screw (1.1) where the male thread (1.1.1) is located, then the nut (1.2) is pressed and inserted into the screw (1.1).
The wings (1.2.1) on the nut (1.2) are narrow angled upwards according to the vertical axis. As the nut (1.2) moves on the screw (1.1) by pressing, the wings
(1.2.1), which have gaps between them and stand at a narrow angle upwards according to the vertical axis, slides easily over the male thread (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1). The space between the wings (1.2.1), the wings (1.2.1) are angled upwards according to the vertical axis and the nut (1.2) is made of plastic or other suitable materials with flexible properties, the nut (1.2) can move easily and quickly from screw (1.1) to the beginning of the screw (1.1).
In the event of a force in the direction that removes the nut (1.2) from the screw
(1.1), on the nut (1.2) which is inserted into the screw (1.1), the female thread protrusion section(1.2.1.1 .1) on the wing (1.2.1) will prevent the nut (1.2) from coming out of the screw (1.1) by coinciding with the male thread (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1) to the male thread protrusion section (1.1.1.2).This way, the connection will be strong. For the connection to be removed in this way, the female thread protrusion section (1.2.1.1.1) on the wings (1.2.1) must be broken by force. High forces are needed for this. When it is desired to remove the nut (1.2) from the screw (1.1), the nut (1.2) is removed by rotating. The male thread (1.1.1) located on the screw (1.1) advances by drawing a helix from the end of the screw (1.1) towards the head of the screw (1 ). The wings (1.2.1 ) are lined up to form a helix on the hole part of the nut (1.2). When the nut (1.2) from the screw (1.1) is turned (rotated) with the desire to remove it, the female thread (1.2.1.1) on each wing (1.2.1) moves in the direction of the helix, moving from the appropriate place on the helix to the male thread
(1.1.1) on the screw (1.1).
The male thread (1.1.1) on the screw (1.1) in the connector developed in the invention can be positioned on the protrusion-shaped part of any object, and the nut (1.2) developed in the invention can be mounted on the part of this male thread (1.1.1).
The geometry of the female thread protrusion section (1.2.1.1.1) of the nut (1.2) developed in the invention may be in any appropriate geometry.
As shown in Figure-7, the geometry of the female thread protrusion section (1.2.1.1.1) of the nut (1.2) developed in the invention the thickness of the lower section (1.2.1.1.1.1) may be less, and the thickness of the upper section (1.2.1.1.1.2) in the form of a continuation of the lower section (1.2.1.1.1.1) may be more. The geometry of the female thread protrusion section (1.2.1.1.1) of the nut (1.2) developed in the invention as in figure 8, may have the same thickness of the lower section (1.2.1.1.1.1) and the upper section (1.2.1.1.1.2).
The geometry of the female thread protrusion section (1.2.1.1.1) of the nut (1.2) developed in the invention, preferably the thickness of the lower section (1.2.1.1.1.1 ) is less. The thickness of the continuation of the lower section (1.2.1.1.1.1) the upper section (1.2.1.1.1.2) is thicker.
