展示牌有室内用的也有室外用的,目前室外用的展示牌结构也都简单,由于高度较高、质量较轻,当有风的时候很容易被吹倒,虽然对展示牌不会造成多大的损坏,但是影响正常展示的功能,而且来回的扶也比较麻烦。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、 “顶/底端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-9,一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,包括第一支柱1,请参阅图1-2,第一支柱1中插设有第二支柱2,第一支柱1的下端固定连接有底座24,且底座24的直径大于第一支柱1的直径,底座24增加第一支柱1与地面的接触面积,提高稳定性,且第二支柱2贯穿第一支柱1的上端侧壁并延伸至外部设置,第一支柱1的上端固定连接有两个固定块21,且两个固定块21分别位于第二支柱2的两侧设置,两个固定块21上均插设有第二紧固螺栓22,且第二支柱2的侧壁开设有与第二紧固螺栓22螺纹连接的螺纹孔23,当展示牌不用的时候把第二支柱2缩进第一支柱1中,并把第二紧固螺栓22拧紧在螺纹孔23中,实现对第二支柱2的固定;
请参阅图4-5,第一支柱1和第二支柱2均为中空结构,第一支柱1的两侧内壁均开设有滑腔14,第二支柱2的两侧侧壁均固定连接有横向设置的支杆15,且支杆15上转动连接有与滑腔14滑动连接的滑轮16,当第二支柱2在第一支柱1中上下移动的时候,滑轮16在滑腔14中滑动,这样既能防止 第二支柱2移动的偏移,而且还能减小摩擦力使其顺畅的移动,第二支柱2的上端固定连接有展示牌架3,第二支柱2的下端侧壁与第一支柱1的下端内壁之间固定连接有两个压缩弹簧4,第二支柱2的上端两侧侧壁均转动连接有横向设置的驱动轴5,且驱动轴5贯穿至第二支柱2中设置,第二支柱2的内壁嵌设有转动轴承20,且驱动轴5与转动轴承20的内圈固定连接,转动轴承20在不影响驱动轴5转动的前提下,还能对驱动轴5起到支撑作用,两个驱动轴5位于展示牌架3的下方设置,且两个驱动轴5远离第二支柱2的一端固定连接有扇叶6,位于第二支柱2内部的驱动轴5一端固定连接有卷筒7,且卷筒7上缠绕有拉绳8,两根拉绳8远离卷筒7的一端均贯穿第二支柱2的下端并与第一支柱1的下端内壁固定连接;
请参阅图3和图7-9,第一支柱1的外侧壁套设有套环9,套环9的内径略大于第一支柱1的外径,套环9可沿第一支柱1的外部上下滑动,方便调节支撑杆11的倾斜角度,套环9的下端侧壁开设有多个环绕设置的安装槽10,且每个安装槽10的侧壁转动连接有支撑杆11,支撑杆11靠近地脚12的侧壁固定连接有连杆17,连杆17插设于凹槽中设置,且连杆17为铁块,铁质的连杆17能被磁铁块18吸附住,第一支柱1的下端侧壁开设有多个环绕设置的凹槽,且每个凹槽中均嵌设有磁铁块18,为了防止支撑杆11乱晃动,因此用磁铁块18来吸住,每个支撑杆11远离套环9的一端均转动连接有地脚12,地脚12的下端固定连接有多个锯齿19,锯齿19能增加地脚12与地面的接触面积,以增大摩擦力防止地脚12侧滑,套环9的一侧侧壁插设有第一紧固螺栓13,且第一紧固螺栓13与套环9螺纹连接。
一种防倾倒的室外展示牌的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,把展示海报贴在展示牌架3上,把第一支柱1放在指定的展示位置上;
S2,转动支撑杆11使连杆17与磁铁块18分离,然后拧松第一紧固螺栓 13,套环9在第一支柱1上下滑,转动支撑杆11至合适的倾斜位置,并使地脚12与地面接触,然后再把第一紧固螺栓13拧紧,以实现对第一支柱1的稳固;
S3,把第二紧固螺栓22从螺纹孔23中拧出来,在压缩弹簧4的弹力作用下,第二支柱2从第一支柱1中伸出,当有风吹动的时候,扇叶6转动起来,驱动轴5带动卷筒7把拉绳8缠绕起来,在拉绳8的作用力下第二支柱2缩进第一支柱1中,以降低重心提高稳定性,防止展示牌架3被吹倒。
本装置在使用时,把展示海报贴在展示牌架3上,把第一支柱1放在指定的展示位置上,然后转动支撑杆11使连杆17与磁铁块18分离,然后拧松第一紧固螺栓13,套环9在第一支柱1上下滑,转动支撑杆11至合适的倾斜位置,并使地脚12与地面接触,然后再把第一紧固螺栓13拧紧,以实现对第一支柱1的稳固,把第二紧固螺栓22从螺纹孔23中拧出来,在压缩弹簧4的弹力作用下,第二支柱2从第一支柱1中伸出,当有风吹动的时候,扇叶6转动起来,驱动轴5带动卷筒7把拉绳8缠绕起来,在拉绳8的作用力下第二支柱2缩进第一支柱1中,以降低重心提高稳定性,防止展示牌架3被吹倒,当无风时压缩弹簧4的弹力使第二支柱2往上回弹,以免影响展示牌架3的展示效果。它可以实现降低展示牌的重心,以提高展示牌的稳定性,防止被风吹倒,利用风的吹动力使扇叶转动起来,扇叶通过驱动轴带动卷筒将拉绳缠绕起来,第二支柱缩进第二支柱中,从而降低展示牌的重心,提高了稳定性,而且当风停止的时候,压缩弹簧的弹力又把第二支柱弹上去,以免影响展示效果,另外还利用多个支撑杆来辅助稳固第一支柱,提高第一支柱的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,包括第一支柱(1),其特征在于:所述第一支柱(1)中插设有第二支柱(2),且第二支柱(2)贯穿第一支柱(1)的上端侧壁并延伸至外部设置,所述第一支柱(1)和第二支柱(2)均为中空结构,所述第二支柱(2)的上端固定连接有展示牌架(3),所述第二支柱(2)的下端侧壁与第一支柱(1)的下端内壁之间固定连接有两个压缩弹簧(4),所述第二支柱(2)的上端两侧侧壁均转动连接有横向设置的驱动轴(5),且驱动轴(5)贯穿至第二支柱(2)中设置,两个所述驱动轴(5)位于展示牌架(3)的下方设置,且两个驱动轴(5)远离第二支柱(2)的一端固定连接有扇叶(6),位于第二支柱(2)内部的所述驱动轴(5)一端固定连接有卷筒(7),且卷筒(7)上缠绕有拉绳(8),两根所述拉绳(8)远离卷筒(7)的一端均贯穿第二支柱(2)的下端并与第一支柱(1)的下端内壁固定连接,所述第一支柱(1)的外侧壁套设有套环(9),所述套环(9)的下端侧壁开设有多个环绕设置的安装槽(10),且每个安装槽(10)的侧壁转动连接有支撑杆(11),每个所述支撑杆(11)远离套环(9)的一端均转动连接有地脚(12),所述套环(9)的一侧侧壁插设有第一紧固螺栓(13),且第一紧固螺栓(13)与套环(9)螺纹连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述第一支柱(1)的上端固定连接有两个固定块(21),且两个固定块(21)分别位于第二支柱(2)的两侧设置,两个所述固定块(21)上均插设有第二紧固螺栓(22),且第二支柱(2)的侧壁开设有与第二紧固螺栓(22)螺纹连接的螺纹孔(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述第一支柱(1)的两侧内壁均开设有滑腔(14),所述第二支柱(2)的两侧侧壁均固定连接有横向设置的支杆(15),且支杆(15)上转动连接有与滑腔(14)滑动连接的滑轮(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(11)靠近地脚(12)的侧壁固定连接有连杆(17),所述第一支柱(1)的下端侧壁开设有多个环绕设置的凹槽,且每个凹槽中均嵌设有磁铁块(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述连杆(17)插设于凹槽中设置,且连杆(17)为铁块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述地脚(12)的下端固定连接有多个锯齿(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述第二支柱(2)的内壁嵌设有转动轴承(20),且驱动轴(5)与转动轴承(20)的内圈固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述第一支柱(1)的下端固定连接有底座(24),且底座(24)的直径大于第一支柱(1)的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌,其特征在于:所述套环(9)的内径略大于第一支柱(1)的外径。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种防倾倒的室外展示牌的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1,把展示海报贴在展示牌架(3)上,把第一支柱(1)放在指定的展示位置上;
    S2,转动支撑杆(11)使连杆(17)与磁铁块(18)分离,然后拧松第一紧固螺栓(13),套环(9)在第一支柱(1)上下滑,转动支撑杆(11)至合适的倾斜位置,并使地脚(12)与地面接触,然后再把第一紧固螺栓(13)拧紧,以实现对第一支柱(1)的稳固;
    S3,把第二紧固螺栓(22)从螺纹孔(23)中拧出来,在压缩弹簧(4) 的弹力作用下,第二支柱(2)从第一支柱(1)中伸出,当有风吹动的时候,扇叶(6)转动起来,驱动轴(5)带动卷筒(7)把拉绳(8)缠绕起来,在拉绳(8)的作用力下第二支柱(2)缩进第一支柱(1)中,以降低重心提高稳定性,防止展示牌架(3)被吹倒。
