一种骨科护理的换药装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医用器材技术领域,具体为一种骨科护理的换药装置。
背景技术
骨科各大医院最常见的科室之一,主要研究骨骼肌肉系统的解剖、生理与病理,运用药物、手术及物理方法保持和发展这一系统的正常形态与功能。随着时代和社会的变更,骨科伤病谱有了明显的变化,例如,骨关节结核、骨髓炎、小儿麻痹症等疾病明显减少,交通事故引起的创伤明显增多。骨科伤病谱的变化,这就需要骨科与时俱进了。
医生在对患者进行骨科治疗护理时,会进行换药处理,换药架是医生在对患者进行换药治疗时最常用的器材。目前医院使用的换药架结构都是比较简单的,在面对一些特殊人群和特殊情况时往往很难进行操作,给医生和患者带来很大的不便。因此要对现在的换药架进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种骨科护理的换药装置,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上的换药架移动和稳定性难以兼顾齐全,调节性差,无法更好地适用于特殊人群,功能不够齐全,只能在合适的条件下进行简单的换药操作的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种骨科护理的换药装置,包括无影灯和伸缩板,所述无影灯安装在连接杆的一端,远离无影灯的所述连接杆的一端设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的下方设有不锈钢杆,所述不锈钢杆右侧设置有伸缩板,其中,
所述伸缩板左侧固定有螺杆,所述伸缩板上安装有伸缩板调节开关,所述伸缩板调节开关上方固定有固臂器,所述固臂器的两侧设置有魔力粘带,所述固臂器上安装有固臂器调节开关,
所述伸缩板的左下方固定有药品台,所述药品台的右下方设置有垃圾桶,所述垃圾桶的下方安装有脚架调节器,所述脚架调节器两侧固定有脚架,所述脚架调节器下方设置有滚轮。
优选的,所述不锈钢杆和无影灯之间通过旋转轴构成旋转结构,无影灯 可在零至三百六十度范围内旋转。
优选的,所述伸缩板侧面等距离设有限位孔,不锈钢杆和伸缩板之间构成活动结构,伸缩板和不锈钢杆之间通过螺杆构成活动结构。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该骨科护理换药架:
1.设置有无影灯,可在光线亮度不够的环境下进行换药操作,通过转动转轴可以调节无影灯的位置,伸缩板上设置有等距离的限位孔,然后通过调节板伸缩开关来调节固臂器的位置;
2.设置有螺杆,通过旋转螺杆调节固臂器的高度,通过旋转固臂器调节开关将固臂器调节到适合手臂大小的位置,魔力粘带更好地固定手臂,防止病人因疼痛而剧烈反应,药品台用来放置药品、绷带和器材,药品台右侧固定有螺杆,通过旋转螺杆来调节药品台的高度,从而更好地进行医疗操作;
3.设置有垃圾桶,方便将换药过程中产生的垃圾集中处理,底部的脚架和滚轮,通过调节脚架开关来调整脚架高度,从而选择移动或固定。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种骨科护理的换药装置,包括无影灯1、连接杆2、旋转轴3、不锈钢杆4、伸缩板5、螺杆6、伸缩板调节开关7、固臂器8、魔力粘带9、固臂器调节开关10、药品台11、垃圾桶12、脚架调节器13、脚架14、滚轮15,所述远离无影灯1的所述连接杆2的一端设置有旋转轴3,不锈钢杆4和无影灯1之间通过旋转轴3构成旋转结构,无影灯1可在零至三百六十度范围内旋转,在光线亮度不够的环境下进行换药操作,通过转动转轴3可以调节无影灯1的位置,所述不锈钢杆4右侧设置有伸缩板5,伸缩板5上等距离设有限位孔,不锈钢杆4和伸缩板5之间构成活动结构,通过调节伸缩板调节开关7来调节固臂器8的位置,通过旋转螺杆6调节固臂器8的高度,从而更好地进行医疗操作,所述伸缩板5的左下方固定有药品台11,所述药品台11为矩形托盘,其右侧安装有螺杆6,药品台11和不锈钢4之间构成活动结构,用来放置药品、绷带和器材,所述固臂器8内部设置有等距离固定孔,且其外部尺寸略大于内部尺寸,所述固臂器8通过固定孔构成伸缩结构,药品台11一侧固定有螺杆6,通过旋转螺杆6调节药品台11的高度,而更好地进行医疗操作,所述脚架调节器13两侧固定有脚架14,脚架调节器13上设有等距离限位孔,且脚架14设置有四个,对称安装在脚架调节器13两侧,通过调节脚架调节器13来调整脚架14的高度,从而选择移动或固定。
工作原理:在使用该骨科换药装置时,首先通过旋转脚架调节开关13,将脚架14上升,然后通过推动不锈钢杆4带动滚轮15将换药架移动至指定地点,接着通过旋转脚架调节开关13将脚架14下降,然后再次旋转脚架调节开关13,从而固定脚架14,使其稳定在地面,然后通过旋转螺杆6将伸缩板8调节至合适高度,接着通过旋转固臂器调节开关10将固臂器8调至合适大小,然后通过旋转螺杆将药品台11调至合适高度,之后通过旋转转轴3带动连接杆2调整无影灯1的位置,打开无影灯1进行换药操作,最后将换药产生的垃圾放进垃圾桶12进行集中处理。本说明中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知 的现有技术。
