Description
本发明涉及多功能主动式射频卡,具体涉及一种含有电池的高频电子标签,提高射频传输距离的同时提供其他功能。
伴随着移动互联网普及,现代人外出只带手机即可。然而,仍然存在一些无法彻底整合的手机的服务。例如,需要额外芯片配合的近场通讯(Near-Field Communication,NFC)技术,通常只出现在2000元以上部分手机中,只有市场领先企业才有能力与各地公交集团进行合作,以全国交通一卡通为例,从2013年交通部建设一卡通清分结算平台开始,到2015年长春市发行国内首张一卡通,2019年接入全国260市、89县,却仍然存在部分城市、部分线路无法使用,例如:重庆主城区、杭州都没接入,上海、成都的地铁不可用,珠海部分公交不可用。这些未加入交通联合的城市定居用户,仍需购买实体交通卡。此外,加密门禁卡也无法通过NFC模拟。
无论公交卡还是门禁卡,都利用了射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术。第一个真正的现代RFID收费装置于1973年被授予专利,由外部射频提供能量,具备16位存储。RFID又被称为电子标签。在RFID发明出现的前20年,在全球范围内普及的是条形码,尽管RFID每次可读取上百个,而条码只能一次一读,但直到2010年RFID的应用才得到显著增加,归功于电子标签成本(2011年低至0.33元)下降、可靠性增加至99.9%。RFID通常由芯片和天线嵌入聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC)封装以防水、避免物理损坏。
常见交通卡、门禁卡(标准卡片尺寸85.5×54×0.76毫米)都不含电池,属于被动式RFID,包含了芯片和天线。芯片通过天线接收RFID读取器发出的电磁波获得能量,并回传相应的反向散射讯号至RFID读取器。
射频卡的外形尺寸主要由天线决定,而天线又取决于工作频率和对作用距离的要求。目前有4种频率的射频卡在使用中比较常见:低频(125或134.2kHz)、高频(13.56MHz)、超高频(868~956MHz)及微波(2.45GHz)。射频卡的频率越高,感应的距离就越大,数据传输率也就越高,识别标签的外形尺寸就可以做得更小,但成本也越高。
汽车的无钥匙进入系统(Remote Keyless Entry,RKE),即为315MHz(北美)或433.9MHz(亚欧)主动式RFID,可通过内置电池驱动,随时主动发射数据到RFID读取器,又被称为有源电子标签。
发明概述
现有的门禁卡,使用起来相当繁琐,如果实现类似汽车的无钥匙进入系统(RKE)体验会更好。基于天线测试数据,常见的13.56MHz高频卡,感应距离可达0.5米。这个距离并不充足,但可以通过天线优化。对于有些应用,更小的感应范围更好。譬如交通卡,如果多个闸机同时打开,还得通过软件优化,比如,只打开最近的(信号最强的)闸机,但老旧型号未必支持固件升级。
现在很多电子设备,都内置了电池,即便可以充电,甚至可以更换,其电池仍然缺乏保障。因为不是标准电池,一旦产品停产,很难买到配套电池。而且非标准电池缺乏竞争,质量也无法得到保证,一旦电池漏液反而可能会损坏设备。本发明的实施例内置标准电池,譬如7号或9号电池。
伴随着移动互联网普及,现代人外出只带手机即可。然而,有时候用户需要拆快递,否则快递包装过大,不方便携带,手头又缺乏合适的工具。可以设想本发明实施例集成常用工具,例如签字笔、美工刀,等等。
然而,应当理解,本发明内容可能不包含本发明的所有方面和实施例该发明内容并不意味着以任何方式进行限制或限制,并且本文公开的本发明将被下列之一理解:本领域普通技术人员包括对其的明显改进和修改。

常见的13.56MHz高频卡(HF),应用最为广泛,包含了交通卡、门禁卡、银行卡,因为价格便宜(2011年低至0.33元),全球通用标准。超高频(UHF)可以获得更大读取范围,然而涉及到UHF读取器,这对于已有的基于高频卡设施,意味着大量升级成本,更实际的应用是通过内置电源、优化天线支持合适的感应范围。
为了保证电池电力不足时本发明实施例能正常使用,除了针对特定应用合适感应范围专门优化的天线,也包含一个支持被动式射频卡的天线。
为节约电力、保证续航时长,可以设置电源开关,也可以内置GPS确认用户在某个建筑物内(门禁卡)、车站(交通卡)、ATM机/银行(银行卡)再开启电源。如果现有的RFID读取器支持,也可以根据读取器信号,再切换待机/激活(开始发送射频)。如果需要频繁充电,就谈不上便利。此外也可以通过指示灯提示用户电量过低。
用户可以随身携带各种工具,但这与现代手机集成越来越多功能的趋势相悖,例如:手表/计算器/随身听/MP3播放器/卡片数码相机,甚至单反和摄像机、个人电脑都被取代或部分取代。
因为内置标准电池,譬如7号或9号电池,本发明实施例外形为笔管,自然的,可集成签字笔。此外,也可以集成推拉式美工刀,等各种刀具。这部分模块化,可以换装任何尺寸合适的工具。

- 一种主动式高频电子标签,包含射频芯片、天线、电池和指示灯,具有如下特征:所述电子标签工作于13.56MHz,通过电池供能和优化天线,可以长距离主动传输信号到读取器;当所述电池电量低之时,所述指示灯会亮起。
- 如权利要求2所述电子标签,形状为圆柱状,可安装集成其他工具。
- 一种主动式高频电子标签,包含射频芯片、天线、电池和指示灯,具有如下特征:所述电子标签工作于13.56MHz,通过电池供能和优化天线,可以长距离主动传输信号到读取器;当所述电池电量低之时,所述指示灯会亮起。
- 如权利要求3所述电子标签,形状为圆柱状,可安装集成其他工具。
- 如权利要求3所述电子标签,进一步包含:电源开关,以开启/关闭所述电池的供电。
- 一种主动式高频电子标签,包含射频芯片、天线、电池和指示灯,具有如下特征:所述电子标签工作于13.56MHz,通过电池供能和优化天线,可以长距离主动传输信号到读取器;当所述电池电量低之时,所述指示灯会亮起。
