所述支撑壁12由所述上盖本体11向所述下盖2方向延伸且绕设于所述发声单体3。所述支撑壁12呈环状。具体的,所述支撑壁12包括由所述上盖本体11向所述下盖2方向延伸的呈环状的支撑壁本体121和由所述支撑壁本体121向所述发声单体3第一台阶315的方向凸出形成且呈环形的固定部122。所述支撑壁12用于支撑所述发声单体3。
所述导声通道13形成于所述上盖本体11。
所述第一开口14贯穿所述上盖本体11。所述第一开口14用于设置所述上盖盖板15来替代换了原纯塑结构。装配时方便打胶。
所述上盖盖板15固定于所述上盖本体11。所述上盖盖板15完全覆盖所述第一开口14。所述上盖盖板15与所述发声单体3正对设置。
本实施方式中,所述上盖盖板15为钢片或塑料片。所述上盖盖板15与所述上盖本体11通过胶合固定。所述上盖盖板15的厚度可极大减薄,从而增大所述收容空间10的体积。当然,其厚度和材质并不限于此,原则上越薄越好。
本实施方式中,所述上盖1还包括由所述上盖本体11远离所述发声单体3的一侧向所述发声单体3的方向凹陷形成上盖台阶16,所述上盖台阶16呈环状且与所述第一开口14连通。所述上盖盖板15包括盖板本体151和由所述盖板本体151的周缘向靠近所述发声单体3的方向弯折延伸的延伸部152。所述盖板本体151完全覆盖所述第一开口14。所述延伸部152固定于所述上盖台阶16。所述延伸部152增高了所述盖板本体151的高度,该结构增大所述收容空间10的体积。
所述下盖2盖设于所述上盖1。所述下盖2包括下盖本体21和贯穿所述下盖本体21的第二开口22。所述发声单体3、所述下盖本体21及所述上盖1共同围成后腔102。所述后腔102用于改善所述扬声器箱100的低频声学性能。
所述发声单体3收容于所述收容空间10内。具体的,所述发声单体3包括盆架31、支撑固定于所述盆架31的用于振动发声的振膜32以及固定于所述盆架31且用于驱动所述振膜32振动发声的磁路系统33。其中,所述磁路系统33包括固定于所述盆架31且与所述振膜32相对设置的磁轭331,所述磁轭331固定于所述下盖本体21且完全覆盖所述第二开口22。
所述盆架31呈环状。所述盆架31包括内侧面311、与所述内侧面311相对设置的外侧面312、连接所述内侧面311和所述外侧面312的底面313以及与所述底面313相对设置的顶面314。
所述振膜32与所述上盖本体11间隔设置。所述振膜32、所述支撑壁12及所述上盖1共同围成前声腔101,所述前声腔101通过所述导声通道13与外界连通。所述前声腔101用于改善所述扬声器箱100的高频声学性能。综合上述,所述发声单体3将所述收容空间10分隔为所述前声腔101和所述后腔102。
更优的,所述盆架31还包括由所述顶面314的外周缘向远离所述振膜32的方向凹陷形成的第一台阶315。所述第一台阶315呈环状且与所述外侧面312连接。其中所述固定部122由所述支撑壁本体121向所述第一台阶315的方向凸出形成。
具体的,所述第一台阶315包括与所述外侧面312连接并向远离所述支撑壁12方向弯折延伸的台阶底壁3151和由所述台阶底壁3151向靠近所述前声腔101方向弯折延伸且连接于所述顶面314的台阶侧壁3152。该结构通过所述第一台阶315使得所述支撑壁12与所述盆架31固定位置远离所述上盖1,可以显著增大所述前声腔101体积,并改善出音通道,从而使所述扬声器箱100的声学性能优。
所述发声单体3支撑于所述支撑壁12。本实施方式中,所述固定部122支撑于所述第一台阶315。所述固定部122与所述第一台阶315匹配。具体的,所述固定部122包括与所述台阶底壁3151正对设置的第一壁1221、由所述第一壁1221弯折延伸且与所述台阶侧壁3152正对设置的第二壁1222、与所述第二壁1222连接并向远离所述台阶侧壁3152方向弯折延伸的第三壁1223以及由所述第三壁1223向靠近所述上盖本体11方向弯折延伸的第四壁1224,所述第四壁1224连接于所述支撑壁本体121靠近所述上盖1的一侧。
本实施方式中,所述台阶底壁3151、所述第一壁1221以及所述第四壁1224相互平行设置,所述台阶侧壁3152与所述第二壁1222平行设置。平行设置有利于生产和组装,而且通过在其两者之间设置所述密封层4,密封性更好,从而提高所述扬声器箱100的可靠性。
本实施方式中,所述密封层4为胶水。当然,不限于此,其他可以防水和固定的材料都是可以的。
所述密封层4完全覆盖且固定于所述固定部122。
所述振膜32固定于所述顶面314设置。本实施方式中,所述振膜32延伸贴合于所述第一台阶315。具体的,所述振膜32延伸且分别贴合于所述台阶底壁3151和所述台阶侧壁3152。所述固定部122通过所述密封层4将所述振膜32压设于所述第一台阶315形成密封固定。即所述固定部122通过所述密封层4将所述振膜32分别压设于所述台阶底壁3151和所述台阶侧壁3152形成密封固定。
所述固定部122通过所述密封层4与所述盆架31形成密封连接。具体的,也就是说,所述密封层4夹设于所述固定部122与所述第一台阶315之间。该结构相当于从所述盆架31上让位空间用于填充所述密封层4,不占用所述前声腔101与所述导声通道13的体积,从而使所述扬声器箱100的声学性能优。
具体的,所述第四壁1224与所述台阶侧壁3152通过所述密封层4连接且覆盖所述第三壁1223。所述台阶底壁3151和所述台阶侧壁3152分别与所述固定部122通过所述密封层4形成密封连接。所述密封层4分别夹设于所述第一壁1221与所述台阶底壁3151之间、所述第二壁1222与所述台阶侧壁3152之间以及所述第四壁1224与所述台阶侧壁3152之间。通过所述固定部122与所述第一台阶315之间的打胶,避免单一的侧面补胶,所述发声单体3的侧面不需要0.7mm的打胶空间,可以有效降低对所述扬声器箱100的长宽尺寸的空间需求。
所述支撑壁12连接于所述外侧面312。所述支撑壁12与所述盆架31间隔设置。具体的,所述外侧面312连接所述台阶底壁3151的部分与所述支撑壁本体121通过所述密封层4形成密封连接。该结构使得所述支撑壁12与所述发声单体3的连接更为坚固,而且不占用所述前声腔101体积,也提高了从而使所述扬声器箱100的可靠性。
更优的,所述上盖本体11沿所述振膜32的振动方向与覆盖所述第三壁1223的所述密封层4的距离小于或等于其与所述振膜32的距离。也就是说,所述固定部122至所述上盖本体11的距离大于所述顶面314到所述上盖本体11的距离。使得可以显著增大所述前声腔101体积,并改善出音通道,从而使所述扬声器箱100的声学性能优。
本实施方式中,所述密封层4靠近所述前声腔101的一侧与所述振膜32靠近所述前声腔101的一侧位于同一平面。所述密封层4覆盖所述第三壁1223且夹设于所述第四壁1224与所述台阶侧壁3152之间。所述第一台阶315相对所述顶面314的下沉设计,结合所述固定部122的所述第三壁1223相对所述顶面314的下沉设计,保证在所述第三壁1223打胶后,胶水超出所述顶面314的高度极低(甚至可以不超出),使得可以显著增大所述前声腔101体积,并改善出音通道,从而使所述扬声器箱100的声学性能优。
另外,所述密封层4分别在所述第一壁1221和所述第三壁1223打胶。所述第一壁1221与所述第四壁1224平行设置,该结构使得所述发声单体3正面封两道胶水,保证防水效果,提高了所述扬声器箱100的可靠性。同时也保证了打胶的一致性,对所述扬声器箱100性能的一致性以及所述扬声器箱100可靠性的一致性有较大提升。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器箱通过发声单体的盆架设置第一台阶,第一台阶包括台阶底壁和台阶侧壁,在上盖的支撑壁设置与第一台阶匹配的固定部,并使台阶底壁和台阶侧壁分别与固定部通过密封层形成密封连接,外侧面连接台阶底壁的部分与支撑壁本体通过密封层形成密封连接。该结构通过第一台阶使得支撑壁与盆架固定位置相对于相关技术更加远离上盖,可以显著增大前声腔体积,并改善出音通道,从而使所述扬声器箱的声学性能优。另外,将密封层完全覆盖且固定于固定部,使得盆架与支撑壁的打胶位置不仅仅在第一台阶的两个面,还在固定部靠近前声腔一侧均与发声单体打胶,保证了打胶的一致性,从而使所述扬声器箱的可靠性的一致性有较大提升。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器箱,其包括上盖、盖设于所述上盖并共同围成收容空间的下盖以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述上盖包括上盖本体和由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向延伸且绕设于所述发声单体的支撑壁;所述发声单体包括盆架和支撑固定于所述盆架的用于振动发声的振膜,所述盆架呈环状且其包括内侧面、与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面、连接所述内侧面和所述外侧面的底面以及与所述底面相对设置的顶面,所述振膜固定于所述顶面设置;所述发声单体支撑于所述支撑壁并使所述外侧面与所述支撑壁连接,所述振膜与所述上盖本体间隔设置;其特征在于,所述盆架还包括由所述顶面的外周缘向远离所述振膜的方向凹陷形成的呈环状的第一台阶,所述第一台阶包括与所述外侧面连接并向远离所述支撑壁方向弯折延伸的台阶底壁和由所述台阶底壁向靠近所述上盖本体方向弯折延伸且连接于所述顶面的台阶侧壁;所述支撑壁包括由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向延伸的呈环状的支撑壁本体和由所述支撑壁本体向所述第一台阶的方向凸出形成的与所述第一台阶匹配的固定部,所述固定部呈环形且支撑于所述第一台阶;所述扬声器箱还包括完全覆盖且固定于所述固定部的密封层,所述台阶底壁和所述台阶侧壁分别与所述固定部通过所述密封层形成密封连接,所述外侧面连接所述台阶底壁的部分与所述支撑壁本体通过所述密封层形成密封连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述固定部包括与所述台阶底壁正对设置的第一壁和由所述第一壁弯折延伸且与所述台阶侧壁正对设置的第二壁;所述密封层分别夹设于所述第一壁与所述台阶底壁之间、以及所述第二壁与所述台阶侧壁之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述固定部还包括与所述第二壁连接并向远离所述台阶侧壁方向弯折延伸的第三壁和由所述第三壁向靠近所述上盖本体方向弯折延伸的第四壁,所述第四壁连接于所述支撑壁本体靠近所述上盖的一侧;所述第四壁与所述台阶侧壁通过所述密封层连接且覆盖所述第三壁。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖本体沿所述振膜的振动方向与覆盖所述第三壁的所述密封层的距离小于或等于其与所述振膜的距离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述台阶底壁、所述第一壁以及所述第四壁相互平行设置,所述台阶侧壁与所述第二壁平行设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振膜延伸且分别贴合于所述台阶底壁和所述台阶侧壁,所述固定部通过所述密封层将所述振膜分别压设于所述台阶底壁和所述台阶侧壁形成密封固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述密封层为胶水。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖还包括贯穿所述上盖本体的第一开口以及固定于所述上盖本体并完全覆盖所述第一开口的上盖盖板,所述上盖盖板与所述发声单体正对设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖盖板与所述上盖本体通过胶合固定。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖还包括由所述上盖本体远离所述发声单体的一侧向所述发声单体的方向凹陷形成上盖台阶,所述上盖台阶呈环状且与所述第一开口连通,所述上盖盖板包括盖板本体和由所述盖板本体的周缘向靠近所述发声单体的方向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述盖板本体完全覆盖所述第一开口,所述延伸部固定于所述上盖台阶。
