Abstract
本发明提供了一种扬声器。其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于壳体内的振动系统及磁路系统,振动系统将收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,壳体还具有两个沿振动方向间隔设置的底壁,振动系统沿振动方向的相对两侧分别设有磁路系统,磁路系统固设于底壁上,振动系统包括音圈、球顶及音膜,音圈包括呈环状的主体部及自主体部外侧延伸形成的延伸部,球顶固设于主体部内并将主体部划分为第一部分和第二部分,延伸部和球顶位于同一水平面上,音膜包括折环部、自折环部向外延伸形成的固定部及自折环部向内延伸形成的结合部,固定部固定在壳体上,结合部固定在延伸部沿振动方向的一侧表面上。本发明提供的扬声器可以增大磁通量,从而提升声学性能。
Description
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
为适应各种音响设备与信息通信设备的小型化、多功能化发展,要求该类设备中所使用的扬声器对应更加趋于小型化,使所述扬声器与周边其他元件的配合更加紧凑。特别随着移动电话轻薄化发展的需求,对其中所使用的扬声器的质量要求也越来越高。
相关技术中,扬声器的球顶远离磁路,使得音圈不完全位于磁间隙中,从而使得磁通量减小,且球顶上方空间全留给扬声器前腔。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器,该扬声器可以增大磁通量,从而提升声学性能。
本发明提供的扬声器,包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述壳体内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述前腔与外界连通,所述壳体还具有两个沿振动方向间隔设置的底壁,所述振动系统沿振动方向的相对两侧分别设有所述磁路系统,所述磁路系统固设于所述底壁上,所述振动系统包括音圈、球顶及音膜,所述音圈包括呈环状的主体部及自所述主体部外侧延伸形成的延伸部,所述球顶固设于所述主体部内并将所述主体部划分为第一部分和第二部分,所述延伸部和所述球顶位于同一水平面上,所述音膜包括折环部、自所述折环部向外延伸形成的固定部及自所述折环部向内延伸形成的结合部,所述固定部固定在所述壳体上,所述结合部固定在所述延伸部沿振动方向的一侧表面上。
优选地,所述球顶为由衔铁制成的球顶。
优选地,所述磁路系统包括磁钢,所述磁钢包括与所述球顶相对且间隔设置的主磁钢,所述主磁钢在所述球顶上的正投影位于所述球顶的范围内。
优选地,所述磁钢还包括环绕所述主磁钢设置并与所述主磁钢之间形成磁间隙的副磁钢,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢的充磁方向相反,所述主体部在所述底壁上的正投影位于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢之间。
优选地,所述副磁钢呈连续的环状结构。
优选地,所述第一部分和所述第二部分关于所述球顶所在的平面对称分布。
优选地,所述磁路系统还包括贴设于所述磁钢远离所述球顶一侧的极芯。

优选地,所述壳体包括第一壳体及与所述第一壳体围合组配形成所述收容空间的第二壳体,所述第一壳体包括与振动方向垂直的第一底壁、自所述第一底壁周缘向所述第二壳体方向弯折延伸形成的第一侧壁及自所述第一底壁向所述第二壳体方向延伸形成的第一围壁,所述固定部固定在所述第一侧壁和所述第一围壁上,且所述振动系统与所述第一底壁、所述第一侧壁及所述第一围壁围合形成所述前腔。
优选地,所述第一侧壁上设有连通所述前腔和外界的出声孔。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的扬声器通过在所述振动系统沿振动方向的相对两侧分别设置所述磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈、球顶及音膜,所述音圈包括呈环状的主体部及自所述主体部外侧延伸形成的延伸部,所述球顶固设于所述主体部内并将所述主体部划分为第一部分和第二部分,所述延伸部和所述球顶位于同一水平面上,所述音膜包括折环部、自所述折环部向外延伸形成的固定部及自所述折环部向内延伸形成的结合部,所述固定部固定在所述壳体上,所述结合部固定在所述延伸部沿振动方向的一侧表面上,从而使得音圈沿振动方向的相对两侧均具有驱动力(即增加了磁通量),从而提升了扬声器的声学性能。

如图1至图7所示,所述扬声器包括具有收容空间1A的壳体1以及收容于所述壳体1内的振动系统3及驱动所述振动系统3振动发声的磁路系统5,所述振动系统3将所述收容空间1A分隔为前腔1B和后腔1C,所述前腔1B与外界连通。其中,所述壳体1还具有两个沿振动方向X间隔设置的底壁111、131,所述振动系统3沿振动方向X的相对两侧分别设有所述磁路系统5,所述磁路系统5固设于所述底壁111、131上。其中,所述底壁111、131分别为下述所述的第一底壁111和第二底壁131。
所述壳体1包括第一壳体11及与所述第一壳体11围合组配形成所述收容空间1A的第二壳体13。
所述第一壳体11包括与振动方向X垂直的第一底壁111、自所述第一底壁111周缘向所述第二壳体13方向弯折延伸形成的第一侧壁113及自所述第一底壁111向所述第二壳体13方向延伸形成的第一围壁115,所述振动系统3固定在所述第一侧壁113和所述第一围壁115上,且所述振动系统3与所述第一底壁111、所述第一侧壁113及所述第一围壁115围合形成所述前腔1B。
所述第二壳体13包括与振动方向X垂直的第二底壁131、自所述第二底壁133周缘向所述第一壳体11方向弯折延伸形成的第二侧壁133。
如图2和图4所示,所述第一侧壁113上设有连通所述前腔1B和外界的出声孔7。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,根据实际使用需求,所述出声孔也可以设置在所述第一底壁上。
所述振动系统3包括音圈31、球顶33及音膜35。所述音圈31包括呈环状的主体部311及自所述主体部311外侧延伸形成的延伸部313,所述球顶33固设于所述主体部311内并将所述主体部311划分为第一部分315和第二部分317,所述延伸部313和所述球顶33位于同一水平面上。所述音膜35包括折环部351、自所述折环部351向外延伸形成的固定部353及自所述折环部353向内延伸形成的结合部355,所述固定部353固定在所述壳体1上,所述结合部355固定在所述延伸部313沿振动方向X的一侧表面上。其中,所述固定部353固定在所述第一侧壁113和所述第一围壁115上。所述音圈31与外部电路连接,所述音圈31通电后,所述音圈31会在所述磁路系统5磁场的作用下振动,而所述音圈31振动会带动所述音膜35振动发声。
在本实施例中,所述球顶33为由衔铁制成的球顶。当所述音圈31通电时,位于所述音圈31内的所述球顶33被所述音圈31的磁场磁化。磁化后的所述球顶33也变成了一个磁体,这样由于所述音圈31的磁场和所述球顶33的磁场互相叠加,从而使所述振动系统3的磁性大大增强,进而可以进一步提升声学性能。
所述磁路系统5包括磁钢51,所述磁钢51包括与所述球顶33相对且间隔设置的主磁钢511,所述主磁钢511在所述球顶33上的正投影位于所述球顶33的范围内。
在本实施例中,所述第一部分315和所述第二部分317关于所述球顶33所在的平面对称分布。这样能够充分利用振动空间,从而有利于减小所述扬声器沿振动方向上的尺寸。
所述磁钢51还包括环绕所述主磁钢511设置并与所述主磁钢511之间形成磁间隙51A的副磁钢513,所述主磁钢511与所述副磁钢513的充磁方向相反,所述主体部311在所述底壁上的正投影位于所述主磁钢511和所述副磁钢513之间。
在本实施例中,所述副磁钢513呈连续的环状结构。当然,作为所述副磁钢的其他实施方式,所述副磁钢也可以设置成间隔设置的分体式结构,例如,所述副磁钢设有四个,四个所述副磁钢分别设于所述主磁钢511的四周。
在本实施例中,所述磁路系统5还包括贴设于所述磁钢51远离所述球顶33一侧的极芯53。所述极芯53由导磁材料制成。所述极芯53的设置可以增强磁通量,从而可以提高扬声器的声学性能。
在本实施例中,所述底壁111、131上凹陷形成有凹槽8,所述极芯53固设于所述凹槽8内。这样可以减小所述扬声器沿振动方向上的尺寸。

- 一种扬声器,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述壳体内的振动系统及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述前腔与外界连通,所述壳体还具有两个沿振动方向间隔设置的底壁,其特征在于:所述振动系统沿振动方向的相对两侧分别设有所述磁路系统,所述磁路系统固设于所述底壁上,所述振动系统包括音圈、球顶及音膜,所述音圈包括呈环状的主体部及自所述主体部外侧延伸形成的延伸部,所述球顶固设于所述主体部内并将所述主体部划分为第一部分和第二部分,所述延伸部和所述球顶位于同一水平面上,所述音膜包括折环部、自所述折环部向外延伸形成的固定部及自所述折环部向内延伸形成的结合部,所述固定部固定在所述壳体上,所述结合部固定在所述延伸部沿振动方向的一侧表面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述球顶为由衔铁制成的球顶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括磁钢,所述磁钢包括与所述球顶相对且间隔设置的主磁钢,所述主磁钢在所述球顶上的正投影位于所述球顶的范围内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁钢还包括环绕所述主磁钢设置并与所述主磁钢之间形成磁间隙的副磁钢,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢的充磁方向相反,所述主体部在所述底壁上的正投影位于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述副磁钢呈连续的环状结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一部分和所述第二部分关于所述球顶所在的平面对称分布。
- 根据权利要求3或4或5或6所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统还包括贴设于所述磁钢远离所述球顶一侧的极芯。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述底壁上凹陷形成有凹槽,所述极芯固设于所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括第一壳体及与所述第一壳体围合组配形成所述收容空间的第二壳体,所述第一壳体包括与振动方向垂直的第一底壁、自所述第一底壁周缘向所述第二壳体方向弯折延伸形成的第一侧壁及自所述第一底壁向所述第二壳体方向延伸形成的第一围壁,所述固定部固定在所述第一侧壁和所述第一围壁上,且所述振动系统与所述第一底壁、所述第一侧壁及所述第一围壁围合形成所述前腔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一侧壁上设有连通所述前腔和外界的出声孔。
