It is a new game controller device that can work with multimedia devices whose screen has a loadable operating system and is mounted on them to increase the ability to play games with these devices, and also to play games with devices called console with features and apparatuses on it.

A NEW GAME CONTROLLER DEVICE
It is a new game controller device that can work with multimedia devices whose screen has a loadable operating system and is mounted on them to increase the ability to play games with these devices, and also to play games with devices called console with features and apparatuses on it.
Technical Field and Current Status of The Invention
The primary purpose of this game console is to provide an advanced gaming experience and multimedia display by connecting to TV or other display units.
A tablet computer or a tablet only is a mobile computer with a display circuit and a battery in a single unit. Tablets are devices that can detect finger-pen movements, can be combined with mouse and keyboard, and are equipped with sensors such as cameras and accelerometers.
Smartphone is an advanced mobile communication device designed by adding the classic features of a mobile phone to the features of PDAs which is also a product of the computer world.
Smart televisions; in addition to the features of televisions, operating system connections and protocols are added to provide tablet computer and console features to television.
Smartboxes and computers; they are devices including operating system connections and protocols that are connected to televisions and display devices which gain multimedia device and console features, and provide their users with game experience.
The devices currently used for gaming are listed above. Some of the mentioned products require devices called gaming controllers and controllers in order to provide gaming experience while others can provide gaming experiences without the need of the so-called gaming controllers and controllers.
Of the products already used, the so-called smartphones and tablets can offer users a gaming experience without the need for game controllers and controllers.
Devices called computers, smart boxes, smart televisions and consoles require devices called gaming controllers for gaming experience. The controllers used with these products can be wired or wirelessly connected to the mentioned devices and enable users to navigate in the game. These devices may be supplied to users by the manufacturers of computers, smart boxes, smart televisions and consoles, or may be sold separately by the manufacturers.
In general, manufacturers tend to generate added value from the use and sale of their own devices. Therefore, it is generally not possible to use products from different manufacturers in console, computer and television products from different manufacturers.
Although smart devices and tablets, which are already in use, can offer gaming experience to users without the need for game controllers, especially mobile phone products have recently developed so much that they provide gaming experiences close to the experience of console and computers. In this case, users feel the need for a controller that can be used in these devices for better gaming experience. As it is known, the control and controller products used in console and computers are equipped with many functional keys and moving bars in order to increase the users' pleasure and experience in the game.
Currently known products do not include apparatuses and controllers that can enhance this experience and that offer users experience in consoles and computers as well as gaming experiences on tablet and mobile devices. A number of known products have mechanically directed command areas that arise in the particular games by contacting the surface of phones and tablets; however, as mentioned, they only include adjusted apparatus for playing certain games. When different games are played, the control area on the surface is at different points and the products become unusable.
Products, which are currently used, include phones and tablets into the control unit, allowing the product to be used hands-free. Although they can be used hands-free, these products can be used either on the basis of model and brand or they can be used only in tablets and phones within certain sizes.
Description of The Invention
The invention is a new game controller device that is interoperable with multimedia devices, that increases the ability to play by mounting on multimedia devices, that offers the opportunity to play games with the features and apparatus and devices called console, that consists of three main parts: right controller, left controller and power supply in a modular structure, which can be used as a control in all console, all of which can be used with computer, smart box and smart television elements.
Objectives and Benefits of The Invention
The invention is intended to increase the gaming experience in devices such as mobile phones and tablets, as well as to provide use in console, computer, smart tv and smart box products with the same control, which enables consumers to play games on multiple devices with a single product.
Game controllers currently used in console, computer, smart tv, smart box products are generally not suitable to use with each other. Almost every product requires separate controllers, which causes cost and space loss for users.
By using wired and wireless protocols of our invention, it can be used in all computer, smart tv, smart box products. In this way, users will have the comfort to control all products with a single product and increase their gaming experience.
In currently used products the command areas that arise in particular games are directed mechanically by contacting the surface of the phone and the tablet, but such products include only positioned apparatus for playing certain games. When different games are played, the control area on the surface is at different points, which makes the products unusable.
With the use of our present invention, products such as phones and tablets can be used by placing between the right and left controllers of the invention. By means of the controller devices and console controller at the right and the left, all features of a console controller can be used, which provides the users to play games on their mobiles and tablets.
Currently, it is possible to use wireless and wired controllers with some updates in phone and tablet products. However, it is not possible for them to use both hands. In this case, they will have to hold the tablet or phone with one hand and direct the control with the other. This is a situation that users may not prefer.
When they want to use the controller with both hands, there is a need to place the phone or tablet in a fixed position. Supposing that telephones and tablets will often be used in public places and when mobile, this is not preferable.
By using the invention, the tablet and / or the phone can be inserted into the right and left control elements of the invention, so that the users do not need to fix the tablet or phone separately and can use both hands on the controller during the gaming experience.
There are some products that are currently used, in which the phone and the tablet are incorporated into the control unit, allowing the product to be used freely in both hands. Although it can be used hands-free, there is a certain size, brand and model limitation in these products.
With the use of the present invention, the use of tablets and / or phones with all brands and models will be ensured, as well as the use of an infinite sized screen size.

Detailed Description of The Invention
The invention is basically a new mountable and demountable game controller device consisting elements such as; at least 1 left controller fixing opening (4), at least 1 left controller front keypad (7), at least 1 left controller analog stick (9), at least 1 left controller rear keypad (11), left controller element (1) including at least 1 left controller connection and energy input (18), at least 1 right controller fixing opening (5), at least 1 right controller front keypad (8), at least 1 right controller analog stick (10), at least 1 right controller rear keypad (12), right controller element (2) including at least 1 right controller connection and power input (19) and at least 1 power supply fixing tab (6) comprising at least 1 power supply energy output surface (14) and at least 1 power supply energy input-output connection (15).
When the left controller (1) of the invention is in the palm-rest position, left controller front keypad (7), left controller analog stick (9) elements on the left controller (1) are within the reach position of the thumb, and the left controller rear keypad (11) is within the reach position of the left hand index finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky fingers can reach.
When the right controller (1) of the invention is in the palm-rest position, the right controller front keypad (8), the right controller analog stick (10) elements are on the right controller (2) within the reach of the right thumb, and the right controller rear keypad (12) is within the reach position of the right hand index finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky fingers.
In both the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) of the invention there is  at least 1 microprocessor that transmits actions performed with front keypad, rear keypad and controller analog sticks to multimedia devices with the known sequences and codes, wired and / or wirelessly, to the known multimedia devices by the known methods. There is at least 1 motherboard with this processor or processors on it which has at least 1 rechargeable battery to power this motherboard, and includes at least one of the wired or wireless transmitters that are capable of transmitting data received from the microprocessor to multimedia devices.
The controller connection and energy inputs and the controller energy input surface (13) on both the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) of the invention are connected to the battery elements within the controller elements.
In a different configuration of the invention, there are at least 1 motion and balance sensors connected to the microprocessor.
In a different configuration of the invention, there is at least 1 vibration motor connected to the microprocessor.
The controller energy input surface (13) and the power supply energy output surface (14) contact each other when the power supply (3) element is positioned into the left controller fixing opening (4) and the right controller fixing opening (5) including the power supply fixing projection (6) as well.
The left controller fixing opening (4) and the right controller fixing opening (5) of the invention are wide enough to insert the mobile phone (16) and tablet (17) elements. The left controller fixing opening (4) and the right controller fixing opening (5) have a fixing element in which the power supply fixing tab (6), the mobile phone and tablet elements can be fastened from at least 2 sides.
In the use of the invention, when the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) are fixed on the multimedia device, the user can actively use both hands without having to further secure the multimedia device. In this case, the controller elements can be connected to the multimedia device by the known wired and wireless connection methods, enabling them to be controlled.
In the use of the invention with console, smart tv and smart boxes, the invention takes the features of the known console controller by placing the power supply element between the left controller element and the right controller element that form the invention and controls the devices with the known wired and wireless connection methods.
In a configuration of the present invention, the power supply (3) is provided with a latch (20) element. When the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) elements are fixed onto the multimedia device, the latch (20) functions to fix or hang the power supply (3) onto the multimedia element. The gap between the holder clip (21) of the latch (20) element and the surface of the power supply (3) can accommodate all known mobile phone (16) and tablet (17) elements.
The power supply (3) element of the present invention includes at least 1 wired and wireless rechargeable battery element. The power supply within the battery element can be connected via the power supply energy input-output connection (15) cables wired or wirelessly to the left controller (1) element, the right controller (2) and an external multimedia device separately.
The multimedia device and power supply fixing system of the invention consists of right and left controller elements which include  at least 1 spring seat (t1), at least one spring (t2) secured in the housing by the spring fixing part (t7) positioned in such a way that the spring peak (t9) in the spring housing (t1) contacts the lower retaining portion (t3) from the bottom; a lower retaining part (t3) preferably made of silicon material with a non-slip surface design, upper retaining part (t4) preferably made of silicon material with a non-slip surface design fixed to the controller element, and a fixing opening formed between the lower retaining portion (t3) and the upper retaining portion (t4).

  1. It is a new game controller devices which is basically a new mountable and demountable game controller device consisting elements such as; at least 1 left controller fixing opening (4), at least 1 left controller front keypad (7), at least 1 left controller analog stick (9), at least 1 left controller rear keypad (11), left controller element (1) including at least 1 left controller connection and energy input (18), at least 1 right controller fixing opening (5), at least 1 right controller front keypad (8), at least 1 right controller analog stick (10), at least 1 right controller rear keypad (12), right controller element (2) including at least 1 right controller connection and power input (19) and at least 1 power supply fixing tab (6) comprising at least 1 power supply energy output surface (14) and at least 1 power supply energy input-output connection (15).

It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that when the left controller (1) of the invention is in the palm-rest position, left controller front keypad (7), left controller analog stick (9) elements on the left controller (1) are within the reach position of the thumb, and the left controller rear keypad (11) is within the reach position of the left hand index finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky fingers can reach.

It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that when the right controller (1) of the invention is in the palm-rest position, the right controller front keypad (8), the right controller analog stick (10) elements are on the right controller (2) within the reach of the right thumb, and the right controller rear keypad (12) is within the reach position of the right hand index finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky fingers.

It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that in both the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) of the invention there is at least 1 microprocessor that transmits actions performed with front keypad, rear keypad and controller analog sticks to multimedia devices with the known sequences and codes, wired and / or wirelessly, to the known multimedia devices by the known methods. There is at least 1 motherboard with this processor or processors on it which has at least 1 rechargeable battery to power this motherboard, and includes at least one of the wired or wireless transmitters that are capable of transmitting data received from the microprocessor to multimedia devices.

When the left controller (1) and the right controller (2) elements are fixed onto the multimedia device, the latch(20) functions to fix or hang the power supply (3) onto the multimedia element and the gap between the holder clip(21) of the latch (20) element and the surface of the power supply (3) can accommodate all known mobile phone (16) and tablet (17) elements.

It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that the power supply (3) element of the present invention includes at least 1 wired and wireless rechargeable battery element, thus the power supply within the battery element can be connected via the power supply energy input-output connection (15) cables wired or wirelessly to the left controller(1) element, the right controller (2) and an external multimedia device separately.
  11. It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that in a different configuration of the invention, there is at least 1 vibration motor connected to the microprocessor.

It is the new game controller in Claim 1 whose feature is that the multimedia device and power supply fixing system of the invention consists of right and left controller elements which include at least 1 spring seat (t1), at least one spring (t2) secured in the housing by the spring fixing part (t7) positioned in such a way that the spring peak (t9) in the spring housing (t1) contacts the lower retaining portion (t3) from the bottom; a lower retaining part (t3) preferably made of silicon material with a non-slip surface design, upper retaining part (t4) preferably made of silicon material with a non-slip surface design fixed to the controller element, and a fixing opening formed between the lower retaining portion (t3) and the upper retaining portion (t4).
