Abstract

L'invention concerne un anneau souple (41) destiné à une courroie d'entraînement comprenant une rangée essentiellement contiguë de segments transversaux montés sur et autour de la circonférence d'un empilement d'anneaux composé d'un certain nombre d'anneaux souples (41) qui sont mutuellement imbriqués. Selon l'invention, la résistance à la fatigue de la courroie d'entraînement (50), et en particulier de son empilement d'anneaux, est améliorée par ménagement d'un profil de surface au moins sur des bords latéraux (41SE) du côté intérieur radial (41i) des anneaux radialement les plus à l'intérieur (41) de l'empilement d'anneaux situés de part et d'autre d'une partie centrale de ce dernier (41CP), tandis que sa partie centrale (41CP) est comparativement lisse.
