本发明涉及便携式设备角保护贴,具体涉及一种通过加强对设备屏幕角落的保护,减少因设备跌落或其它外力碎屏的概率的保护贴。
最常见和常用的便携式设备保护套,当然是手机保护套,通常由热塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane,TPU)制成。在iPhone X引领的异形屏出现以前,屏幕到手机上下边缘有足够的距离,普通TPU保护套即能保护手机屏幕。然而,随着手机屏占比越来越高,因手机跌落而碎屏的风险越来越高。
随着市场竞争对手机轻薄的要求越来越高,和手机制造工艺的进步,手机屏幕的集成度也越来越高。现在要更换手机屏幕,需要专门设备,因此成本很高。其代价通常能达到手机价格的1/3,导致用户被迫购买新手机,造成了对资源和环境的极大浪费和更多污染。而这些浪费和污染本可以避免,用户需要的是轻薄且能充分保护屏幕的手机套。
美国发明专利US 8,909,309公开了一种具有缓冲装置的移动设备保护套,但其用于保护移动设备相邻侧边的角,并不能有效保护正面屏幕。
美国发明专利US 9,247,795实现了一种具有吸能结构的电子设备保护套,但其吸能结构主要用于保护手机背板,并不能有效避免碎屏。
美国发明专利US 9,553,629描述了一套可以不借助工具或粘胶就能自己牢固的安装在便携式电子设备棱角的保护夹,然而,对于高屏占比的异形屏手机、平板、笔记本电脑,固定保护夹需要占用的空间过大了,会影响用户的使用。
此外,现代手机的后壳普遍采用玻璃、金属等更漂亮的材质,却无法脱离戴套使用。这是苹果公司带来的歪风,增加了一些漂亮却毫无意义的结构,永远无法接触空气的漂亮玻璃、金属材质后壳,再戴上厚重的TPU套,与直接使用塑料材质后壳有什么区别?多余的玻璃、金属反而增加了手机重量,TPU手机套令手机变厚、变宽,严重降低手感。
用户需要能够选择外壳材质的自由,如果厂商不能提供,至少可以让漂亮的玻璃、金属材质后壳,能够真正发挥作用,提高用户手感。然而, 如果脱离手机套使用,尺寸不够贴合的钢化膜无法充分保护手机正面屏幕,碎屏的风险变得极高,当手机显示屏四个角落之一受到撞击就会导致碎屏。
用户需要的是是轻薄且能充分保护屏幕的保护贴,同时又能令手机后壳的大部分可以和用户的手掌相接触。
发明概述
手机保护膜能在一定的程度上降低碎屏的风险,然而,因为制造精度的问题和避免保护膜卷起导致脱落,常见的保护膜通常比手机屏幕小一些,更多发挥了防刮的作用。可以设想通过类似于美国发明专利US 9,553,629的便携式设备角保护贴来绕开制造精度难题:
·通过粘胶固定于手机减少体积,相似于手机组装粘胶,受热可剥离
·除了延伸于相邻侧面,在屏幕角落形成面向用户的延伸和吸能结构
·除了延伸于相邻侧面,也可覆盖屏幕角落形成缓冲(单/多层气囊)

便携式设备最常见的显示屏是液晶(LCD),可分为保护层、触控层和显示层。保护层通常为钢化玻璃(例如大猩猩、蓝宝石玻璃等)。在iPhone X引领的异形屏出现后,手机因跌落或其它外力碎屏的风险越来越大。大部分情况下,液晶屏只是保护层的钢化玻璃损坏了,而且通常都是显示屏四个角落受到撞击导致。那么,只要保护好显示屏的四角,就能极大程度降低碎屏的风险。
美国发明专利US 8,909,309和US 9,247,795分别保护了设备的相邻侧边的角和手机背板,而背板是便携式设备最耐摔的部分,相邻侧边的角,除了会得到保护套充分保护外,手机外壳也可以吸收撞击能量。
市场上常见的手机套,可以分为底面和侧面。现代智能手机为了追求圆润的手感,底面和侧面通常为曲面。那么,有两种方法保护显示屏的四角:避免显示屏的四角直接受到冲击,或者缓冲撞击造成的破坏。
前者可以在保护套侧面邻接显示屏四角之处向外延伸(“内”为保护套容纳手机的空间,向“外”延伸即面向使用者的方向),这样当手机跌落或受到其它外力冲击时,显示屏的四角就不会受到冲击,除非所属延伸部分产生极大形变,以至于显示屏的四角也受到地面/撞击物体的冲击。
后者可以在保护套侧面邻接显示屏四角之处水平延伸(平行于便携式设备显示屏),延伸的部分可由弹性材料制成,这样当手机跌落或受到其它外力冲击时,显示屏的四角就不会受到直接冲击,延伸部分的弹性可以缓冲以增加撞击时间。根据动量守恒定律,对于相同动量,撞击时间越长,撞击产生的力量就越小,对显示屏四角的破坏就越小。
进一步而言,这些延伸可以包含一层或多层气囊,以增加其缓冲能力气囊甚至可以设计成某个位置的结构脆弱,受到撞击后可通过此结构泄露气体,进一步增加吸收撞击能量的冗余度。排气速度越快,缓冲能力越强。
对于如今的便携式设备装配而言,为了极致轻薄的同时塞入更多电池/器件,粘胶得到了广泛使用。为了节省可拆卸后盖固定结构,绝大部分便携式设备直接通过粘胶将后盖粘在手机侧框上,无法更换电池。当需要更换碎屏的时候,只要对粘胶所在部位加热,就可以拆下手机后盖。
为了极致轻薄,更好的手感、手机背板的全部或部分可以和用户的手掌相接触,本发明实施例将保护套简化为多个角保护贴,同时利用粘胶固定,保护贴具有贴合侧面的延伸(以下简称侧翼)。侧翼可以为柔性材料,以适应各种不同手机不同曲率的侧边,也可以对特定品牌、型号专门定制,使用半刚性/刚性材料譬如TPU塑料,类似于不干胶,用户使用前移除粘胶位置的保护膜。
此外,对于双面屏便携式设备(例如手机背面也有屏幕),也可以应用以上方法保护屏幕角落。此外,这些方法也可以用来保护便携式设备的玻璃背板。
