Abstract
The invention relates to the field of agricultural technology. Proposed is a method of seed treatment in which a seed is exposed to electromagnetic radiation, this being carried out using an electromagnetic wave in the frequency range from 21.13 GHz to 26.75 GHz, generated by a magnetron which comprises a radiating antenna unit and a generator unit that has two antenna magnets, between which an anode block is arranged, and a control magnet. A device for carrying out said method is also proposed. The invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of seed treatment.
