Description
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别是涉及一种天线传动装置及天线。
5G电调天线的电下倾角调节方法一般是布置多个小型移相器,通过馈电网络分别连接各个辐射单元,通过传动装置驱动天线内移相器的介质板改变各辐射单元的相位,进而改变天线的相位,达到改变覆盖区域的技术效果。
然而,随着通信技术的不断发展,对5G天线的多频集成化及小型化要求也越来越高,天线的结构空间也越来越小。而用于对多个同频移相器或不同频移相器的相位进行调节的传动装置则越来越复杂,且无法满足多个同频移相器的同步调节的需要。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种天线传动装置及天线;该天线传动装置结构简单,调节相位方便;该天线包括前述的天线传动装置。
其技术方案如下:
一方面,提供了一种天线传动装置,包括拉杆组件,拉杆组件包括第一拉杆和第二拉杆,第一拉杆的一端设有第一连接部,第一连接部用于与第一移相器的第一介质板连接,第二拉杆的一端设有第二连接部,第二连接部用于与第二移相器的第二介质板连接;及驱动器,驱动器设有第一输出机构和第二输出机构,第一拉杆的另一端与第一输出机构连接,第二拉杆的另一端与第二输出机构连接;第一输出机构能够驱动第一拉杆移动,使第一拉杆带动第一介质板进行伸缩;第二输出结构能够驱动第二拉杆移动,使第二拉杆带动第二介质板进行伸缩。
上述天线传动装置,当第一输出机构驱动第一拉杆移动时,第一拉杆能够带动第一介质板移动,以对第一移相器进行相位调节;当第二输出机构驱动第二拉杆移动时,第二拉杆能够带动第二介质板移动,以对第二移相器进行相位 调节;第一移相器和第二移相器可以是不同频段的移相器,从而实现对不同频段的移相器相位调节,不仅结构简单,而且调节方便,满足集成化、小型化的发展需求。

该天线传动装置设有两个拉杆,当第一输出机构210驱动第一拉杆110移动时,第一拉杆110能够带动第一介质板移动,以对第一移相器510进行相位调节;当第二输出机构220驱动第二拉杆120移动时,第二拉杆120能够带动第二介质板移动,以对第二移相器进行相位调节;第一移相器510和第二移相器可以是不同频段的移相器,从而实现对不同频段的移相器相位调节,不仅结构简单,而且调节方便,满足集成化、小型化的发展需求。
第一拉杆110与驱动器200的第一输出机构210连接,以承接第一输出机构210输出的驱动作用力,以进一步带动第一移相器510的第一介质板进行伸缩移动,实现对第一移相器510的相位调节;第二拉杆120与驱动器200的第二输出机构220连接,以承接第二输出机构220输出的驱动作用力,以进一步带动第二移相器的第二介质板进行伸缩移动,实现对第二移相器的相位调节。因此,安装时,第一移相器510的第一介质板应该与第一拉杆110上对应的第一连接部连接,以在第一拉杆110移动时被带动移动,而第二移相器的第二介质板应该与第二拉杆120上对应的第二连接部连接,以在第二拉杆120移动时被带动移动,如第一连接部和第二连接部均可以是连接孔,而介质板与连接孔 对应固定,本领域技术人员可基于现有的安装或固定方式(如螺钉固定等方式)实现第一介质板与第一拉杆110的连接以及第二介质板与第二拉杆120的连接,以完成具体的结构布置,不再赘述。

在实际应用时,第一移相器510和第二移相器可以是频段不同的移相器,如第一移相器510的频段为一个频段,第二移相器的频段为另一个频段。如此设置,可以通过第一拉杆110和第二拉杆120实现对不同频段的移相器的相位调节,且由于第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120和驱动器200为一套传动装置,安装时,第一移相器510和第二移相器均可以设有多个,多个第一移相器510和多个第二移相器可以穿插布置在一个区域,实现不同频段的移相器的混合排布,通过一套传动装置即可实现相位调节,满足实际的需要,不再赘述。
请参照图1至图7,第一输出机构210和第二输出机构220分别位于驱动器200的相对两侧,第一拉杆110和第二拉杆120分别位于驱动器200的相对两侧。
如此设置,第一拉杆110和第二拉杆120分别位于驱动器的相对两侧,布局更为合理。
请参照图1至图7,拉杆组件还包括第三拉杆130、第四拉杆140、第一联动杆150和第二联动杆160,第一联动杆150的两端分别与第一拉杆110和第三拉杆130连接,第二联动杆160的两端分别与第二拉杆120和第四拉杆140连接,第三拉杆130设有第三连接部,第三连接部用于与第三移相器的第三介质板连接,第四拉杆140设有第四连接部,第四连接部用于与第四移相器的第四介质板连接。
当第一输出机构210驱动第一拉杆110移动时,第一拉杆110通过第一联 动杆150同步带动第三拉杆130移动,从而可以同时对第一移相器510的相位和第三移相器的相位进行同步调节;同理,当第二输出机构220驱动第二拉杆120移动时,第二拉杆120通过第二联动杆160同步带动第四拉杆140移动,从而可以同时对第二移相器的相位和第四移相器的相位进行同步调节。如此设置,相比传统的传动装置,大大降低了结构复杂性,也使相位的调节更为简单化。
请参照图1至图7,第三拉杆130和第一拉杆110分别位于驱动器200的相对两侧,第四拉杆140和第二拉杆120分别位于驱动器200的相对两侧;第一连接部和第四连接部呈错开设置,第二连接部和第三连接部呈错开设置。
如此设置,使第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140的结构布置更加紧凑,不同的连接部之间错开设置,也进一步降低了占用空间,满足5G天线的多频集成化小型化要求。
同时,第一拉杆110设有用于第二联动杆160通过的第一避让部;或第二拉杆120设有用于第一联动杆150通过的第二避让部121。
具体布置时,第一移相器510、第二移相器、第三移相器和第四移相器在底板400上布置完成后,若要进一步保障结构的紧凑,满足小型化集成化安装要求,则可以使第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140整体相当于在同一个水平面上布置,并错开布置,以使与对应的移相器的连接位置处于同一个水平面上。由于第一联动杆150需要经过第二拉杆120,而第二联动杆160需要经过第一拉杆110,因此,可以在第二拉杆120或第一拉杆110的对应位置设置对应的避让部,也即避让空间,使对应的第一联动杆150或第二联动杆160能够顺利通过,以使安装完成后第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140的用于与对应的移相器连接的位置大体处于同一个水平面上,以便于安装,并使结构更加紧凑,不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140可以均是板状的铝板,不仅质量较小,而且成本低廉,不再赘述。

请参照图4和图5,若第一拉杆110对应频段为A,第二拉杆120对应频段为B,第一拉杆110的第一侧(上侧)对应有12个第一介质板,第一拉杆110的第二侧(下侧)对应有4个第一介质板,第四拉杆110对应有16个第四介质板,其中,左侧有2个第四介质板,右侧有2个第四介质板,中间有12个第四介质板,中间的12个第四介质板和12个第一介质板呈间隔设置,即相邻的两个第一介质板之间设置一个第四介质板,相邻的两个第四介质板之间设置一个第一介质板。

请参照图1至图7,天线传动装置还包括底板400和导向机构,导向机构包括均设于底板400的第一导向组件310和第二导向组件320,第一联动杆150与第一导向组件310导向配合,第二联动杆160与第二导向组件320导向配合,驱动器200设于底板400。
由于第一拉杆110和第三拉杆130通过第一联动杆150实现联动,为防止联动时发生偏移或倾斜等问题,设置第一导向组件310对第一联动杆150的移动进行导向,保证第一联动杆150的运动精度,进而保障第一拉杆110和第三拉杆130的移动精度,也即相当于保障了对第一移相器510和第三移相器的相位调节精度;第二拉杆120和第四拉杆140通过第二联动杆160实现联动,第二导向组件320的设置与第一导向组件310的设置同理,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,第一导向组件310和第二导向组件320可以是多种结构形式,如通过设置导向孔与联动杆滑移配合,或设置导向槽与联动杆配合等,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要选用并完成具体结构布置,这里不再赘述。
另外,底板400可以是反射板,第一移相器510、第二移相器、第三移相器、第四移相器和驱动器200等均安装于底板400,不再赘述。
请参照图1至图5,导向机构还包括第三导向组件330和第四导向组件340,第三导向组件330和第四导向组件340均设于底板400,第一拉杆110与第三导向组件330导向配合或第三拉杆130与第三导向组件330导向配合,第二拉杆120与第四导向组件340导向配合或第四拉杆140与第四导向组件340导向配合。
第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140在移动的过程中,同样可能发生倾斜等导致运动精度不佳,因此,可对第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140的至少一个进行移动导向,保障对应的拉杆的移动精度,就相当于保障了对应的移相器的相位调节精度,不再赘述。
请参照图1至图7,第一导向组件310包括固设于底板400的第一导向套311,第一联动杆150套设于第一导向套311;第二导向组件320包括固设于底板400的第二导向套,第二联动杆160套设于第二导向套。
第一导向套311和第二导向套均固定在底板400上,第一联动杆150穿过第一导向套311的导向孔实现导向配合,第二联动杆160穿过第二导向套的导向孔实现导向配合。
如图1至图7中,第一联动杆150和第二联动杆160均设有两个,第一拉杆110和第三拉杆130通过两个第一联动杆150实现联动,第二拉杆120和第四拉杆140通过两个第二联动杆160实现联动,两个第一联动杆150保障了第 一拉杆110和第三拉杆130的联动精准性,两个第二联动杆160保障了第二拉杆120和第四拉杆140的联动精准性,不再赘述。
以第一导向组件310为例,如图10所示,第一导向套311固定在底板400上,第一联动杆150套设在第一导向套311上,实现对第一联动杆150的导向作用;另外,图10中,可以看到,第二拉杆120上设有避让槽(第二避让部121),以便于第一联动杆150的移动,不再赘述。
请参照图1至图5,第三导向组件330包括固设于底板400的第一导向杆,第一拉杆110设有与第一导向杆对应的第一导向槽或第三拉杆130设有与第一导向杆对应的第三导向槽;第四导向组件340包括固设于底板400的第二导向杆341,第二拉杆120设有与第二导向杆341对应的第二导向槽或第四拉杆140设有与第二导向杆341对应的第四导向槽141。
第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140在工作时,进行的运动为直线移动,通过设置导向杆,并配合拉杆上的导向槽,从而实现对拉杆运动的直线导向,进一步保障对移相器的相位调节,不再赘述。
以第四导向组件340为例,如图9所示,对应的第四拉杆140上设有条形的第四导向槽141,第二导向杆341与第四导向槽141滑移配合,从而实现对第四拉杆140的直线移动的导向,不再赘述。
请参照图1至图5,第三导向组件330还包括第一限位环,第一导向杆的一端固设于底板400,第一限位环设于第一导向杆的另一端。
第一导向槽或第三导向槽为通槽结构,此时,第一导向杆的底部固定在底板400上,第一导向杆的顶部固定有第一限位环,而第一拉杆110或第三拉杆130位于第一限位环和底板400之间,从而保障第一导向杆始终对第一拉杆110或第三拉杆130的直线移动起到导向作用。
同理,第四导向组件340还包括第二限位环342,第二导向杆341的一端固设于底板400,第二限位环342设于第二导向杆341的另一端。
需要说明的是,这里的第一导向组件310、第二导向组件320、第三导向组件330、第四导向组件340均可根据需要设置多个,以与对应的第一联动杆150、第二联动杆160、第一拉杆110或第三拉杆130、第二拉杆120或第四拉杆140 进行配套使用,本领域技术人员可根据实际的需要进行具体布置,不再赘述。
请参照图12,以第四导向组件340为例进一步说明,第二导向杆341的另一端设有第二安装槽3411,第二导向杆341还设有位于第二安装槽3411的槽底壁的第二插孔3412,第二限位环342为缺口环,第二限位环342还设有第二卡柱3421,第二卡柱3421与第二插孔3412插接配合、使第二限位环342通过第二安装槽3411套设于第二导向杆341的另一端。
当第二卡柱3421与第二插孔3412插接配合后,第二限位环342同时与第二安装槽3411卡紧,从而将第二限位环342安装在第二导向杆341的另一端;第三导向组件330可同理设置,不再赘述。
请参照8,第一输出机构210包括第一输出螺杆221和第一螺母222,第一螺母222与第一输出螺杆221螺接,第一拉杆110的另一端与第一螺母222连接;第二输出机构220包括第二输出螺杆和第二螺母,第二螺母与第二输出螺杆螺接,第二拉杆120的另一端与第二螺母连接。
图8给出的是第二输出机构220的局部放大图,驱动器200输出转动的第二输出螺杆,第二输出螺杆可以通过转动座(如轴承座等配套组件)进行安装支撑,第二输出螺杆转动时,由于第二联动杆160和第二导向组件320的联合设置,使得第二输出螺杆上的第二螺母无法转动,从而只能沿着第二输出螺杆进行移动,进而将第二输出螺杆的转动转换为了第二螺母的移动,第二螺母移动、并带动第二拉杆120移动,从而实现驱动第二拉杆120移动的功能;第一输出机构210同理,不再赘述。
如图1至图7,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140均可以对应有多个移相器,以实现对集成化的多频多移相器的相位调节;当然,需要说明的是,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140上均需设置对应数量的固定部,固定部可以是固定孔,如图11所示的实施例中,第一拉杆110上的第一固定部为固定孔,而第一移相器510的第一介质板上具有固定轴,固定轴穿过固定孔、并通过固定环520(可以是卡环或可以螺接的环)将固定轴固定或卡在第一拉杆110上,不再赘述。
如图1至图3所示的第一种实施例中,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三 拉杆130和第四拉杆140均对应有八个移相器,八个移相器均成排布置。
如图4和图5所示的第二种实施例中,第一拉杆和第四拉杆形成十四个移相器,第一拉杆的下侧形成两个移相器,共十六个移相器;第二拉杆和第三拉杆分别对应八个移相器,共十六个移相器。
如图6和图7所示的第三种实施例中,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140相比第一种实施例和第二种实施例更窄更小,以节省材料,并减少占用空间,同时,可以不设置对应的第三导向组件330和第四导向组件340,且同样的,第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140均对应有八个移相器,不再赘述。
当然,本领域技术人员可根据实际的空间布置和设计等要求,对第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140的具体形状进行设计,以满足实际的安装等需要,不再赘述。
本实施例还提供了一种天线,包括如上述任一个实施例所述的天线传动装置。
该天线,采用前述的天线传动装置,满足天线集成化、小型化的设计要求,不仅可以应用于5G天线,而且也能够应用于3G天线和4G天线。
如图1至图7所示的实施例中,可以通过设置第一拉杆110、第二拉杆120、第三拉杆130和第四拉杆140,并布置成排的第一移相器510与第一拉杆110对应,布置成排的第二移相器与第二拉杆120对应,布置成排的第三移相器与第三拉杆130对应,布置成排的第四移相器与第四拉杆140对应,且可以使第一移相器510和第三移相器均为通频段设置,使第二移相器和第四移相器均为通频段设置,第一联动杆150连接第一拉杆110和第三拉杆130,第二联动杆160连接第二拉杆120和第四拉杆140,并设置配套的导向组件,实现通频段的移相器可以分成多组布局并同步驱动的技术效果;同时不同频段的移相器又可以集中布局并通过第一输出机构210和第二输出机构220分别驱动;另外,导向组件的设置使得整个传动装置的传动精度高,保障了相位调节的精准度;拉杆可以采用铝板,导向杆等也可以采用铝型材制造,不仅结构简单,而且成本低廉,不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (12)
- 一种天线传动装置,其特征在于,包括:拉杆组件,所述拉杆组件包括第一拉杆和第二拉杆,所述第一拉杆的一端设有第一连接部,所述第一连接部用于与第一移相器的第一介质板连接,所述第二拉杆的一端设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部用于与第二移相器的第二介质板连接;及驱动器,所述驱动器设有第一输出机构和第二输出机构,所述第一拉杆的另一端与所述第一输出机构连接,所述第二拉杆的另一端与所述第二输出机构连接;所述第一输出机构能够驱动所述第一拉杆移动,使所述第一拉杆带动所述第一介质板进行伸缩;所述第二输出结构能够驱动所述第二拉杆移动,使所述第二拉杆带动所述第二介质板进行伸缩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一输出机构和所述第二输出机构分别位于所述驱动器的相对两侧,所述第一拉杆和所述第二拉杆分别位于所述驱动器的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述拉杆组件还包括第三拉杆、第四拉杆、第一联动杆和第二联动杆,所述第一联动杆的两端分别与所述第一拉杆和所述第三拉杆连接,所述第二联动杆的两端分别与所述第二拉杆和所述第四拉杆连接,所述第三拉杆设有第三连接部,所述第三连接部用于与第三移相器的第三介质板连接,所述第四拉杆设有第四连接部,所述第四连接部用于与第四移相器的第四介质板连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第三拉杆和所述第一拉杆分别位于所述驱动器的相对两侧,所述第四拉杆和所述第二拉杆分别位于所述驱动器的相对两侧;所述第一连接部和所述第四连接部呈错开设置,所述第二连接部和所述第三连接部呈错开设置;所述第一拉杆设有用于所述第二联动杆通过的第一避让部;或所述第二拉杆设有用于所述第一联动杆通过的第二避让部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接部呈间隔设有多个,所述第一介质板与所述第一连接部对应设有多个;所述第四连 接部呈间隔设有多个,所述第四介质板与所述第四连接部对应设有多个,所述第一拉杆对应的所述第一移相器的频段和所述第四拉杆对应的所述第四移相器的频段不相同;或所述第二连接部呈间隔设有多个,所述第二介质板与所述第二连接部对应设有多个;所述第三连接部呈间隔设有多个,所述第三介质板与所述第三连接部对应设有多个,所述第二拉杆对应的所述第二移相器的频段和所述第三拉杆对应的所述第三移相器的频段不相同。
- 根据权利要求5所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一介质板布设于所述第一拉杆上相对的第一侧和第二侧,所述第四介质板布设于所述第一拉杆的第一侧、并与所述第一介质板呈错开设置;或所述第二介质板布设于所述第二拉杆上相对的第一侧和第二侧,所述第三介质板布设于所述第二拉杆的第一侧、并与所述第二介质板呈错开设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述天线传动装置还包括底板和导向机构,所述导向机构包括均设于所述底板的第一导向组件和第二导向组件,所述第一联动杆与所述第一导向组件导向配合,所述第二联动杆与所述第二导向组件导向配合,所述驱动器设于所述底板。
- 根据权利要求7所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述导向机构还包括第三导向组件和第四导向组件,所述第三导向组件和所述第四导向组件均设于所述底板,所述第一拉杆与所述第三导向组件导向配合或所述第三拉杆与所述第三导向组件导向配合,所述第二拉杆与所述第四导向组件导向配合或所述第四拉杆与所述第四导向组件导向配合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第一导向组件包括固设于所述底板的第一导向套,所述第一联动杆套设于所述第一导向套;所述第二导向组件包括固设于所述底板的第二导向套,所述第二联动杆套设于所述第二导向套;所述第三导向组件包括固设于所述底板的第一导向杆,所述第一拉杆设有与所述第一导向杆对应的第一导向槽或所述第三拉杆设有与所述第一导向杆对应的第三导向槽;所述第四导向组件包括固设于所述底板的第二导向杆,所述 第二拉杆设有与所述第二导向杆对应的第二导向槽或所述第四拉杆设有与所述第二导向杆对应的第四导向槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第三导向组件还包括第一限位环,所述第一导向杆的一端固设于所述底板,所述第一限位环设于所述第一导向杆的另一端;所述第四导向组件还包括第二限位环,所述第二导向杆的一端固设于所述底板,所述第二限位环设于所述第二导向杆的另一端。
- 根据权利要求10所述的天线传动装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向杆的另一端设有第二安装槽,所述第二导向杆还设有位于所述第二安装槽的槽底壁的第二插孔,所述第二限位环为缺口环,所述第二限位环还设有第二卡柱,所述第二卡柱与所述第二插孔插接配合、使所述第二限位环通过所述第二安装槽套设于所述第二导向杆的另一端。
- 一种天线,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-11任一项所述的天线传动装置。
