一种靠背可调折叠椅,包括:由若干连接管铰接连接的支架本体、后支撑腿、前支撑腿以及角度调节机构,
所述角度调节机构的两端分别连接于所述支架本体中的两根所述连接管,以使所述角度调节机构与所述支架本体中的两根连接管形成可变的三 角形,通过调节所述三角形,以调节所述折叠椅的背靠角度。
优选的,所述支架本体包括背靠管和与所述背靠管铰接连接的坐管;
所述角度调节机构的一端连接于所述背靠管、另一端连接于所述坐管,以使所述角度调节机构与所述背靠管、所述坐管形成角度可调的三角形。
优选的,所述背靠管和所述坐管中的一者与所述角度调节机构的一端铰接连接、另一者与所述角度调节机构的另一端滑动连接;
调节所述角度调节机构相对于所述背靠管或坐管的位置,以使所述背靠管相对于所述坐管转动。
优选的,所述角度调节机构为伸缩结构,且所述角度调节机构的一端连接于所述背靠管,另一端连接于所述坐管,所述伸缩结构伸长或缩短,以使所述背靠管相对于所述坐管转动。

本具体实施例提供的靠背可调折叠椅,包括:由若干连接管铰接连接的支架本体、后支撑腿10、前支撑腿11以及角度调节机构01;
角度调节机构01的两端分别连接于支架本体中的两根连接管,以使角度调节机构01与支架本体中的两根连接管形成可变的三角形,通过调节三角形,以调节折叠椅的背靠角度。
在使用的过程中,将后支撑腿10与前支撑腿11转动至与地面接触的状态,对支架本体形成支撑,使支架本体处于稳定状态;调整角度调节机构01与支架本体中的两根连接管形成的三角形的角度或边长,以使折叠椅的背靠角度发生改变。

在上述实施例的基础上,为了使折叠椅能够折叠,可以使角度调节机构01相对于扶手管可滑动且可固定设置。
需要进行说明的是,在调节背靠管1相对于坐管7的转动角度的过程中,伸缩结构可以相对于扶手管2向靠近背靠管1的方向移动,也可以相 对于扶手管2向靠近扶手支撑管9的方向移动,具体根据实际情况确定。
相比于现有技术,本发明提供的靠背可调折叠椅可以实现背靠管1相对于坐管7转动角度的无级调节,并且调节的过程中只需控制伸缩结构的伸缩,使调节过程操作简化。
优选的,坐管7靠近背靠管1的一端设置有连接件6,背靠管1转动连接于连接件6。
在上述实施例的基础上,可以使伸缩结构包括外伸缩管3、内伸缩管5以及用于使内伸缩管5相对于外伸缩管3固定或移动的伸缩锁止结构4;外伸缩管3的一端与支架本体中的一个连接管滑动连接,另一端套装于内伸缩管5的外周部,内伸缩管5铰接设置于支架本体中的另一个连接管。
内伸缩管5可以铰接于背靠管1或坐管7的端部,也可以铰接于背靠管1或坐管7的非端部位置,具体根据实际情况确定。
在使用的过程中,当伸缩锁止结构4使内伸缩管5与外伸缩管3处于锁止状态时,两者的相对位置固定,当伸缩锁止结构4使内伸缩管5与外伸缩管3处于解锁状态时,内伸缩管5可相对于外伸缩管3移动。
为了便于安装,可以还包括与外伸缩管3连接的限位块8,限位块8设置有用于与外伸缩管3连接的筒状连接部以及用于与扶手管2滑动连接的滑动连接部;外伸缩管3连接于筒状连接部内。
如图8所示,限位块8的筒状连接部套装于外伸缩管3的外周部,限位管的滑动连接部滑动连接于扶手管2。
在上述实施例的基础上,为了避免在背靠管1相对于坐管7转动的过程中需一直控制伸缩锁止结构4处于解锁状态,可以将伸缩锁止结构4设置为单向锁止结构,只有在背靠管1相对于坐管7向后转动的过程中,才需要将伸缩锁止结构4设置为解锁状态,当背靠管1相对于坐管7向前转动时,不论伸缩锁止结构4处于锁止状态还是解锁状态,背靠管1均可以相对于坐管7向前转动,只需克服内伸缩管5与外伸缩管3之间的摩擦力即可。
如图7所示,伸缩锁止结构4设置有用于控制内伸缩管5与外伸缩管3相对锁止或解除的扳扣,在使用的过程中,将扳扣扳起,伸缩锁止结构4 处于解锁状态,将扳扣扣下,伸缩锁止结构4处于锁止状态。
在上述实施例的基础上,为了避免调节过程中,背靠管1相对于坐管7向后转动的速度过快,可以在伸缩锁止结构4中设置用于在背靠管1相对于坐管7向前转动时提供回弹力、或在背靠管1相对于坐管7向后转动时提供缓冲的缓冲装置。
优选的,缓冲装置为弹簧。
在使用的过程中,当人坐在椅子上,向后调节背靠管1的过程中,背靠管1需克服弹簧的弹力,避免背靠管1快速转动,发生危险;当向前调节背靠管1的过程中,弹簧可以提供移动的拉力,帮助克服内伸缩管5与外伸缩管3之间的摩擦力。
在上述实施例的基础上,可以使扶手管2、坐管7、扶手支撑管9和伸缩结构的数量均为两个,且扶手管2、坐管7、扶手支撑管9和伸缩结构均对称设置于背靠管1的左右两侧。
优选的,背靠管1为倒置的U形结构,且U形结构的两端部均与坐管7铰接。
在上述实施例的基础上,为了使本发明提供的靠背可调折叠椅更加稳固,可以在后支撑腿10和前支撑腿11的端部均设置地脚,后支撑腿10和前支撑腿11均与地脚转动连接。
优选的,后支撑腿10与前支撑腿11均为长度可调的结构。

  15. 根据权利要求5所述的靠背可调折叠椅,其特征在于,所述扶手管(2)、所述坐管(7)、所述扶手支撑管(9)和所述伸缩结构的数量均为两个,且所述扶手管(2)、所述坐管(7)、所述扶手支撑管(9)和所述伸缩结构均对称设置于所述背靠管(1)的左右两侧。
  16. 根据权利要求1-3或5-6任一项所述的靠背可调折叠椅,其特征在于,所述后支撑腿(10)和所述前支撑腿(11)的端部均设置有地脚,所述后支撑腿(10)和所述前支撑腿(11)均与所述地脚转动连接。
