本申请实施例提供的业务的处理方法,适用于任何需要与支付平台签约自动扣费协议的业务处理场景。如图1所示,为本申请实施例基于的处理系统的结构示意图。该处理系统可以包括商家的服务平台、第三方的支付平台以及至少一个显示设备。其中,显示设备可以为智能电视、智能手机等终端设备。以智能电视为例,用户可以通过智能电视在用户界面选择要签约的目标业务,比如点击显示的目标业务名称,显示设备则可以获取用户选择的目标业务标识以及智能电视的用户标识,并根据目标业务标识及用户标识向服务平台发送业务请求,服务平台用于接收显示设备发送的业务请求,并响应该业务请求,基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据业务请求中的用户标识确定用户对该业务套餐的当前签约次数,根据业务请求中的目标业务标识和当前签约次数获取目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,并根据用户标识和目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求,支付平台接收到签约请求后,可以向服务平台发送签约页面数据,比如签约页面链接,服务平台将签约页面数据发送给显示设备,显示设备将签约页面展示给用户,签约页面可以是支付平台的登录页面,用户可以输入支付平台的登录信息,登录支付平台进入协议授权页面,进行授权处理,或者签约页面直接显示授权提示信息,当用户输入登录信息成功则表示用户确认授权签约,具体签约页面可以根据实际需求设置,本申请不做限定,当用户授权支付平台后,支付平台可以向服务平台发送签约结果信息;服务平 台接收支付平台返回的签约结果信息,若签约结果信息包括签约成功的信息,向显示设备反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识,显示设备接收到目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识后,根据接收到的目标详情数据在用户界面展示目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的业务变更标识在用户界面展示变更控件,变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务,其中业务套餐包括对应目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。当签约结果失败时,还可以向显示设备发送失败提示信息展示给用户。
其中,签约数组是基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组。服务平台可以是一个服务器,也可以是服务器集群,由不同服务器负责不同的功能,本申请不做限定。业务套餐是指根据实际需求设置的将一系列业务归属为一类套餐,比如,业务套餐为教育套餐,教育套餐中包括一年级、二年级、三年级、四年级、五年级、六年级、初一、初二、初三、高一、高二、高三等一系列业务。具体业务套餐还可以是其他类型的套餐,比如娱乐套餐,可以包括老年、中年、少年、儿童、幼儿等一系列业务。具体可以根据实际需求设置,本申请实施例不做限定。
具体来说,服务平台签约数据记录的是用户签约业务的业务标识,支付平台记录的是用户签约业务的数组标识,同一业务标识在不同签约次数时的数组标识不同,这样,当用户重新购买已签约过的业务时,由于签约次数与前一次不同,向支付平台请求签约时的数组标识不同,支付平台不会感知到用户已签约该业务,从而解决了相关技术中无法重新购买已签约的业务的问题,使得用户无需手动解除再手动签约,有效提高了业务处理效率,从而提高用户体验,并且可以有效增强用户粘性和付费率。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。在以下各实施例的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。下面将结合附图,对本申请的实施例进行描述。
本申请一实施例提供一种业务的处理方法,应用于智能电视,也即本实施例的执行主体为智能电视,也可以为其他显示设备。
如图2所示,为本实施例提供的业务的处理方法的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤101,获取用户选择的目标业务标识及智能电视的用户标识。
具体的,用户可以在智能电视进入业务套餐界面,业务套餐界面上设置有表征目标业务的目标业务控件和表征第一业务的第一业务控件,业务套餐界面上还可以设置其他业务控件。比如,以教育系列业务套餐(即简称教育套餐)为例,业务套餐界面上可以包括一年级业务控件、二年级业务控件、三年级业务控件等等。当用户选择了一年级业务控件时,一年级业务控件即为目标业务控件,二年级业务控件可以为第一业务控件。
当用户选择后,智能电视则可以获取到用户选择的目标业务标识及智能电视的用户标识。目标业务标识即目标业务控件对应的业务标识。用户标识是为用户的智能电视设置的用于标识用户的标识信息,比如用户ID。
步骤102,根据目标业务标识及用户标识向服务器发送业务请求,以使服务器响应于业务请求,基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并在签约成功后反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识给智能电视。
其中,业务套餐包括对应目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。
具体的,在获取到用户选择的目标业务标识及智能电视的用户标识后,可以根据目标业务标识及用户标识向服务器发送业务请求,即业务请求包括目标业务标识及用户标识。
服务器接收到业务请求后,响应智能电视的业务请求,基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并在签约成功后反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识给智能电视,其中,业务套餐包括对应目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。具体来说,服务器基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据用户标识确定用户对该业务套餐的当前签约次数,并根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数,获取目标业务标识对应的在签约数据中的目标数组标识,签约数据为基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组,服务器获取到目标数组标识后,根据用户标识和目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求,以使支付平台进行签约处理并向服务器返回签约结果信息,若签约结果信息包括签约成功的信息,服务器向智能电视反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识。
对于服务器侧处理的具体过程参加下述服务器侧方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
其中,目标详情数据可以包括签约的目标业务的名称、有效期及其他相关信息,有效期可以包括有效起始日期和有效结束日期,具体可以根据实际需求设置。业务变更标识是变更控件对应的标识。变更控件比如可以是“升年级”控件。该变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务。也即当用户点击或选中该变更控件时,智能电视响应于用户的操作,根据目标业务对应的目标业务标识、该变更控件对应的第一业务标识以及智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求发送给服务器。
在一些实施例中,变更控件可以直接和第一业务标识建立映射关系,在一些实施例中,变更控件仅用于触发变更请求(即业务调整请求),服务器根据变更请求、目标业务标识,业务套餐,确定对应的第一业务标识和第一业务。
步骤103,根据接收到的目标详情数据在用户界面展示目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的业务变更标识在用户界面展示变更控件,变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务。
具体的,智能电视接收到目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识后,根据接收到的目标详情数据在用户界面展示目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的业务变更标识在用户界面展示变更控件。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,为本实施例提供的一种用户界面的展示示意图。其中,用户签约的目标业务为一年级业务,有效期为2019.10.01-2020.09.30。变更控件为“升年级”控件。
在一些实施例中,目标业务标识还可以包括用户签约的目标业务的具体方式信息,比如连续包月、包月、包季、包年等。相应的,当用户在业务套餐界面选择了一项业务(比如一年级)后,进入一年级对应的套餐子界面,套餐子界面上设置有相应的具体方式控件,比如用户可以选择“连续包月”控件,则智能电视将“一年级”控件对应的标识和“连续包月”控件对应的标识结合作为用户选择的目标业务标识。如图4所示,为本实施例提供的一种界面变化示意图。
本实施例提供的业务的处理方法,通过智能电视获取用户选择的目标业务标识及智能电视的用户标识,根据目标业务标识及用户标识向服务器发送业务请求,以使服务器响应于业务请求,基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并在签约成功后反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识给智能电视,智能电视根据接收到的目标详情数据在用户界面展示目标业务的签 约详情,并根据接收到的业务变更标识在用户界面展示变更控件,变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务,使得用户可以直接对其选择的业务进行签约,即使其已签约过该业务,也无需手动解除再手动签约,有效提高了业务处理效率,从而提高用户体验,并且可以有效增强用户粘性和付费率,解决了相关技术中无法重新购买已签约的业务的问题。

作为另一种可实施的方式,在上述实施例的基础上,在一些实施例中,目标业务和第一业务是延续的一系列业务中的相邻的两个业务,也即目标业务和第一业务是同一业务套餐中相邻的两个业务。
在一些实施例中,以教育系列业务套餐为例,教育系列业务套餐包括一年级、二年级、三年级、四年级、五年级、六年级、初一、初二、初三、高一、高二、高三等延续的一系列业务。目标业务若是其中的二年级,则第一业务可以是其中的三年级或者一年级,目标业务若是其中的高一,则第一业务可以是其中的初三或高二。这里只是以教育套餐为例,实际应用中不限于教育套餐,还可以是其他任意的业务套餐。

具体的,显示设备可以是智能电视,还可以是其他的显示设备,本申请实施例中以智能电视为例,当用户需要购买某项产品或业务时,可以通过显示设备向服务平器发送业务请求,业务请求包括智能电视的用户标识和要签约的目标业务标识。用户标识可以是用户在服务平台(即服务器)注册获得的用户ID或其他标识性信息。目标业务标识可以是服务平台为各业务设置的标识性信息。
在一些实施例中,以智能电视业务为例,当用户需要购买教育系列业务套餐(以下也可简称教育套餐)中的业务时,用户可以通过显示设备登录服务平台,查看服务平台能够提供的业务,比如,在教育系列业务套餐中,可以提供一年级、二年级、三 年级等等业务,在确定购买某个业务时,可以进入教育系列业务套餐的业务套餐界面,在业务套餐界面选择相应的业务,显示设备则可以获取用户标识及用户选择的目标业务标识,比如教育系列业务套餐包括一年级、二年级、三年级、四年级等等业务,分别对应业务标识为T1、T2、T3、T4等等,若用户选择了二年级业务,显示设备则可以获取用户ID及目标业务标识T2。
显示设备根据用户标识及目标业务标识生成业务请求,发送给服务平台,服务平台则可以接收到显示设备发送的业务请求。业务请求用于购买目标业务标识对应的目标业务。比如上述用户选择了二年级业务控件,则业务请求表示用户要购买二年级业务。
步骤502,基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据用户标识,确定用户的当前签约次数。
具体的,服务平台接收到显示设备发送的业务请求后,可以从业务请求中获取用户标识及目标业务标识,并可以基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,根据用户标识来确定用户的当前签约次数,即该用户此次业务请求属于第几次签约。
在一些实施例中,可以根据用户标识获取用户的历史的签约数据,签约数据记录了用户标识、已购买的业务标识、购买业务的有效时间等信息。根据签约数据可以确定该用户已签约次数,那么当前签约次数即为已签约次数加1。
步骤503,根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数,获取目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,签约数组为基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组。
具体的,可以预先设置签约数组,签约数组可以是M*N的二维数组,其中,M为预设签约次数阈值,N为业务数量。在确定了用户的当前签约次数后,则可以根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数,获取目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识。

若确定用户当前签约次数为2,目标业务标识为T2,预设签约数组Y中第1列对应业务标识T1,第2列对应T2,第3列对应T3,根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数即可确定对应在签约数组中的目标数组标识为22。

在一些实施例中,为了便于维护,还可以是对业务进行分类,每一类为一个业务包,每个业务包包括多个业务,每个业务包对应一个签约数组,本实施例不做限定。可以为每个业务包设置包标识,则用户的业务请求中还可以包括目标包标识,根据目标包标识来确定对应的签约数组。
在一些实施例中,教育套餐包括一年级、二年级、三年级、四年级、五年级、六年级、初一、初二、初三、高一、高二、高三等延续的一系列业务。将这些业务按需求划分为多个套餐包,比如划分为小学套餐包、初中套餐包、高中套餐包,则小学套餐包包括6个业务,初中套餐包包括3个业务,高中套餐包包括3个业务,在一些实施例中,每一个业务可以对应一个学年,则小学套餐包对应一个签约数组,初中套餐包对应一个签约数组,高中套餐包对应一个签约数组。可以为每个套餐包设置包标识。 当用户选择了小学套餐包中的业务2(业务标识为T2)时,可以获取小学套餐包的包标识,根据包标识确定对应的签约数组。
在一些实施例中,如图12所示,为本实施例提供的签约数组的示例性示意图。如果一个套餐包有n个套餐(即业务),则对应的套餐签约数组为n*n二维数组,如果用户第1次签约时选择的是套餐m(m≤n),则在支付平台记录的是签约数组中[1,
m]对应的套餐,同理,用户第i(i≤n)次签约选择套餐j(j≤n),支付平台中记录的是签约数组中[i,j]对应的套餐,用户可以重复签约n次。
在一些实施例中,小学套餐包有6个套餐(包括一年级、二年级、三年级、四年级、五年级和六年级),业务标识分别为T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6,即对应的套餐签约数组为6*6的二维数组:

若用户第5年续签,目标业务标识为初一,则可以根据小学套餐包对应的签约数组,确定与小学套餐包延续的初中套餐包的签约数组,并将当前签约次数更新为初中套餐包中的首次签约,根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数获取到的目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识为初中套餐包对应的签约数组Y2中的11。具体来说,对于有延续关系的套餐包,可以设置各套餐包对应的签约数组之间的延续关系,以便于跨套餐包进行签约或升级,具体可以根据实际需求设置,在此不再赘述。对于不同套餐包的数组标识的具体形式可以根据实际需求设置成唯一标识,上述只是示例性说明。比如对于小学套餐包中的数组标识可以是用Aij,对于初中套餐包中的数组标识用Bij。也可以是结合数组名+数组元素来作为数组标识。比如小学套餐包对应的签约数组为Y1,目标业务标识对应Y1中的12,则目标数组标识为Y112、或Y1-12等等形式。
在一些实施例中,还可以将一系列延续的业务组成的整个业务套餐,设置为一个签约数组,比如将上述教育套餐包括的小学、初中、高中的总共16个业务设置一个12*12的签约数组,用于实现业务的成功签约。

服务平台接收到业务调整请求后,可以根据用户标识获取用户的已签约的签约数据,根据签约数据判断用户是否符合业务调整条件,若符合,则根据原业务标识和目的业务标识更新该用户的签约数据及权益信息,并向显示设备返回业务调整结果,使用户能够知道是否调整成功,具体来说,即取消用户访问目标业务对应的资源的权限,为用户开启访问第一业务对应的资源的权限,并向显示设备返回第一业务的第一详情数据,以使显示设备根据第一详情数据在用户界面上展示第一业务的签约详情。
在一些实施例中,用户已购买二年级业务,若用户的孩子从二年级升级到了三年 级,用户想要将二年级业务调整为三年级业务,则可以通过显示设备进行一键升级。服务平台通过显示设备为用户提供业务调整页面,用户在业务调整页面选择并确定后即向服务平台发送业务调整请求。
在一些实施例中,对于一个签约数组对应的一组业务,用户可以随意调整,即可以升级也可以降级,具体不做限定。
在一些实施例中,为了提高业务处理效率,可以将业务划分业务包后,每个业务包相当于一个签约数组对应的一组业务,则可以设置只有在一个业务包内的业务才允许用户调整业务。
服务平台若根据用户的签约数据确定用户符合调整条件,则直接更新该用户的签约数据及权益信息,将用户的签约数据更新为三年级业务相应的签约数据,将用户的权益信息更新为用户标识与三年级业务的关联关系。而无需再向支付平台重新签约,大大方便了用户操作,进一步提高了用户体验,增强用户粘性和付费率。
其中,调整条件可以根据实际需求设置,比如可以设置只有相邻的两个业务之间才可以进行调整,或者只有同一个套餐包中的相邻业务才可以调整,或者一个套餐包中的业务之间可以随意调整,等等。
在一些实施例中,以教育套餐为例,调整条件为只有同一个套餐包(比如小学套餐包)中的两个相邻业务之间才可以调整,当用户从二年级升级为三年级时,可以判断其目标业务和第一业务属于同一个套餐包,即小学套餐包,且为相邻的两个业务,则确定该用户符合调整条件。
在一些实施例中,目标业务和第一业务是延续的一系列业务中的相邻的两个业务。

作为一种示例性的实施方式,如图14所示,为本申请实施例基于的服务平台整体架构的示意图。该服务平台整体架构可以分为三层:业务展示层、业务控制层和业务实体层。
其中,业务展示层主要是给用户展示数据进行交互的,业务控制层主要通过业务实体层各模块进行业务逻辑判断和控制,业务实体层可以包含具体的业务模块及业务逻辑实现和业务数据存储。
具体的,业务实体层包含支付模块、套餐模块、权益模块、签约模块,其中,支付模块可以直接与第三方支付平台进行交互,套餐、权益、签约各自有各自的数据存储,还有最重要的就是套餐签约二维数据控制模块,用于维护套餐签约数组。
在一些实施例中,该服务平台的各层及各层包含的各模块,可以设置在一个服务器中,也可以以任意组合分设在多个服务器中。
在一些实施例中,业务展示层为一个服务器(比如称为第一服务器),业务控制层为一个服务器(比如称为第二服务器),支付模块、套餐模块、权益模块、签约模块各为一个服务器,分别称为第三服务器、第四服务器、第五服务器和第六服务器,套餐数据、用户权益数据、用户套餐数据也各自存储在不同的服务器,分别称为第七服务器、第八服务器和第九服务器。套餐签约数组维护在一个服务器(比如称为第十服务器)。各服务器组成服务器集群来为用户提供服务。
在一些实施例中,上述各部分中至少有两个部分组合设置在一个服务器中。具体可以根据实际需求设置,本申请实施例不做限定。
基于上述整体架构,在一些实施例中,如图15所示,为本实施例提供的业务请求 的流程示意图。具体包括:
1、用户发起签约申请(即业务请求),业务展示层会通知业务控制层。
2、业务控制层首先去签约模块获取用户的签约数据,根据用户签约数据判断本次签约申请是否有效,判断本次签约属于第几次签约(即确定当前签约次数)。
3、根据第几次签约,调用套餐签约数组获取本次签约对应的数组中的套餐id(即目标数组标识)。
4、调用支付模块发起签约请求,支付模块调用第三方支付平台的接口申请签约。
5、支付平台申请签约成功后,会返回本次签约会话相关标识(即签约页面数据),业务控制层将相关标识等数据返回业务展示层。
6、业务展示层根据返回数据拉起第三方支付平台的签约授权页面(即签约页面),用户在授权页面完成签约授权。
7、第三方支付平台回调签约成功的结果,然后根据签约结果分别调用签约模块和权益模块更新签约信息(也称签约数据)和权益信息。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,为本实施例提供的业务调整的流程示意图。具体过程如下:
1、用户发起调整套餐申请(即业务调整请求)。
2、业务控制层首先调用签约模块获取用户签约数据,判断是否可以进行套餐调整。

其中,第一接收模块,用于接收显示设备发送的业务请求,业务请求包括用户标识和目标业务标识;确定模块,用于基于目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据用户标识,确定用户的当前签约次数;第二获取模块,用于根据目标业务标识和当前签约次数,获取目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,签约数组为基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组;第二发送模块,用于根据用户标识和目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求,以使支付平台进行签约处理;第二接收模块,用于接收支付平台返回的签约结果信息;第二发送模块,还用于若签约结果信息包括签约成功的信息,向显示设备反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识,以使显示设备根据接收到的目标详情数据在用户界面展示目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的业务变更标识在用户界面展示变更控件,变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务,其中业务套餐包括对应目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。

在一些实施例中,还可以提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当处理器执行计算机执行指令时,实现如上任一实施例提供的方法。
需要说明的是,本申请上述各实施例提供的服务器、显示设备、计算机存储介质等设备具有与其相应的方法相同或相似的技术效果,本申请中不再重复赘述。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种业务的处理方法,应用于智能电视,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户选择的目标业务标识及所述智能电视的用户标识;
    根据所述目标业务标识及所述用户标识向服务器发送业务请求,以使所述服务器响应于所述业务请求,基于所述目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并在签约成功后反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识给所述智能电视,其中所述业务套餐包括对应所述目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务;
    根据接收到的所述目标详情数据在用户界面展示所述目标业务的签约详情;根据接收到的所述业务变更标识在所述用户界面展示变更控件,所述变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为所述第一业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取用户选择的目标业务标识及所述智能电视的用户标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示业务套餐界面,所述业务套餐界面中设置有表征目标业务的目标业务控件和表征第一业务的第一业务控件;
    响应于用户对目标业务控件的选中,执行所述获取用户选择的目标业务标识及所述智能电视的用户标识。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标业务和所述第一业务是延续的一系列业务中的相邻的两个业务。
  4. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标业务和所述第一业务是教育业务中对应两个相邻学年的业务。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述变更控件的选中,根据所述目标业务标识、所述第一业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求;
    将所述业务调整请求发送给所述服务器,所述服务器被配置为,响应于所述业务调整请求,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限,并返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据给所述智能电视;
    接收所述第一详情数据,并根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述变更控件的选中,根据所述目标业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求;
    将所述业务调整请求发送给所述服务器,所述服务器被配置为,响应于所述业务调整请求,确定用户将要变更为的所述第一业务,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限,并返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据给所述智能电视;
    接收所述第一详情数据,并根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  7. 根据权利要求5-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务的签约详情中的权益时长为所述签约的目标业务的权益时长减去所述目标业务使用时间的时长。
  8. 根据权利要求5-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务的签约详情中的权益结束的时间点和变更前所述目标业务的签约详情中的权益结束的时间点相同。
  9. 一种业务的处理方法,应用于智能电视,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于用户对用户界面中的变更控件的选中,根据目标业务对应的目标业务标识、变更控件对应的第一业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求,所述用户界面的第一区域展示所述目标业务的签约详情,所述用户界面的第二区域展示所述变更控件,所述目标业务和所述第一业务属于同一业务套餐,所述目标业务是服务器响应于用户之前发送的业务请求确定的;
    将所述业务调整请求发送给服务器,所述服务器被配置为,响应于所述业务调整请求,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限,并返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据给所述智能电视;
    接收所述第一详情数据,并根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上的第一区域展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  10. 一种业务的处理方法,应用于智能电视,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于用户对用户界面中的变更控件的选中,根据目标业务对应的目标业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求,所述用户界面的第一区域展示所述目标业务的签约详情,所述用户界面的第二区域展示所述变更控件,所述目标业务是服务器响应于用户之前发送的业务请求确定的;
    将所述业务调整请求发送给服务器,所述服务器被配置为,响应于所述业务调整请求,确定用户将要变更为的第一业务,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限,并返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据给所述智能电视,其中,所述目标业务和所述第一业务属于同一业务套餐;
    接收所述第一详情数据,并根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上的第一区域展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  11. 一种业务的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收显示设备发送的业务请求,所述业务请求包括用户标识和目标业务标识;
    基于所述目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的当前签约次数;
    根据所述目标业务标识和所述当前签约次数,获取所述目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,所述签约数组为基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组;
    根据所述用户标识和所述目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求,以使所述支付平台进行签约处理;
    接收所述支付平台返回的签约结果信息;
    若所述签约结果信息包括签约成功的信息,向所述显示设备反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识,以使所述显示设备根据接收到的所述目标详情数据在用户界面展示所述目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的所述业务变更标识在所述用户界面展示变更控件,所述变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务,其中所述业务套餐包括对应所述目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述用户标识和所述目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述支付平台返回的签约页面数据;
    将所述签约页面数据发送给所述显示设备,以使所述用户对所述支付平台授权签约。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的当前签约次数,包括:
    根据所述用户标识获取所述用户的签约数据;
    根据所述签约数据确定所述用户的当前签约次数。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述用户标识获取所述用户的签约数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述目标业务标识及所述签约数据,判断所述用户是否符合目标业务的要求。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述签约数组为M*N的二维数组,其中,M为预设签约次数阈值,N为业务数量;
    所述根据所述目标业务标识和所述当前签约次数,获取所述目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,包括:
    根据所述目标业务标识确定对应在所述签约数组中的目标列;
    根据所述当前签约次数确定对应在所述签约数组中的目标行;
    根据所述目标行和所述目标列,获取所述目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述签约结果信息包括签约失败的信息,则向所述显示设备返回业务请求失败的消息。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收显示设备发送的业务调整请求,所述业务调整请求包括用户标识、目标业务标识及第一业务标识;
    根据所述业务调整请求,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限;
    向所述显示设备返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据,以使所述显示设备根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收显示设备发送的业务调整请求,所述业务调整请求包括用户标识和所述目标业务标识;
    根据所述业务调整请求,确定用户将要变更为的所述第一业务,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限;
    向所述显示设备返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据,以使所述显示设备根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收显示设备发送的业务调整请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述用户标识获取所述用户的签约数据;
    根据所述用户的签约数据判断所述用户是否符合调整条件。
  20. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户选择的目标业务标识及所述显示设备的用户标识;
    第一发送模块,用于根据所述目标业务标识及所述用户标识向服务器发送业务请求,以使所述服务器响应于所述业务请求,基于所述目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并在签约成功后反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识给所述显示设备,其中所述业务套餐包括对应所述目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务;
    展示模块,用于根据接收到的所述目标详情数据在用户界面展示所述目标业务的签约详情;根据接收到的所述业务变更标识在所述用户界面展示变更控件,所述变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为所述第一业务。
  21. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收显示设备发送的业务请求,所述业务请求包括用户标识 和目标业务标识;
    确定模块,用于基于所述目标业务标识确定签约的目标业务及目标业务所属的业务套餐,并根据所述用户标识,确定所述用户的当前签约次数;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述目标业务标识和所述当前签约次数,获取所述目标业务标识对应的在签约数组中的目标数组标识,所述签约数组为基于业务标识和签约次数构成的二维数组;
    第二发送模块,用于根据所述用户标识和所述目标数组标识向支付平台发送签约请求,以使所述支付平台进行签约处理;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述支付平台返回的签约结果信息;
    所述第二发送模块,还用于若所述签约结果信息包括签约成功的信息,向所述显示设备反馈目标业务的目标详情数据和允许进行业务变更的业务变更标识,以使所述显示设备根据接收到的所述目标详情数据在用户界面展示所述目标业务的签约详情,并根据接收到的所述业务变更标识在所述用户界面展示变更控件,所述变更控件被配置为,响应于用户的选择,将用户签约的目标业务变更为第一业务,其中所述业务套餐包括对应所述目标业务标识的目标业务和对应第一业务标识的第一业务。
  22. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一生成模块,用于响应于用户对用户界面中的变更控件的选中,根据目标业务对应的目标业务标识、变更控件对应的第一业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求,所述用户界面的第一区域展示所述目标业务的签约详情,所述用户界面的第二区域展示所述变更控件,所述目标业务和所述第一业务属于同一业务套餐,所述目标业务是服务器响应于用户之前发送的业务请求确定的;
    第三发送模块,用于将所述业务调整请求发送给服务器,所述服务器被配置为,响应于所述业务调整请求,取消所述用户访问所述目标业务对应的资源的权限,为所述用户开启访问所述第一业务对应的资源的权限,并返回所述第一业务的第一详情数据给所述智能电视;
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述第一详情数据,并根据所述第一详情数据在所述用户界面上的第一区域展示所述第一业务的签约详情。
  23. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第二生成模块,用于响应于用户对用户界面中的变更控件的选中,根据目标业务对应的目标业务标识和所述智能电视的用户标识生成业务调整请求,所述用户界面的第一区域展示所述目标业务的签约详情,所述用户界面的第二区域展示所述变更控件,所述目标业务是服务器响应于用户之前发送的业务请求确定的;
