如图1至图6所示,本发明公开了一种冰箱,冰箱包括箱体和可操作地打开或闭合箱体的门体10。箱体定义了储物间室,其中储物间室的数量和结构形式可根据不同需求进行配置。储物间室通常包括冷藏室和冷冻室。本优选实施中,门体10为抽拉方式门体,门体10通过滑轨可滑移地安装于箱体上。当然,门体10也可以设置为转动式门体,也就是,门体10通过铰链可转动地设置于箱体上。
冰箱还包括设于门体10的瓶座组件,瓶座组件包括均相对于门 体10固定设置的第一加强件14和第二加强件16、固定连接于第一加强件14的第一固定座18、固定连接于第二加强件16的第二固定座20、及绕水平轴线可翻转地连接于第一固定座18和第二固定座20的瓶座22,瓶座22具有用于收纳物品的收纳腔。瓶座22在未被操作的释放状态时,瓶座22供取放物品的开口朝上,此时瓶座22处于水平状态。当瓶座22被操作时,瓶座22可绕水平轴线相对于门体10倾斜一定角度,从而更加便于取放物品。
由于门体10上设置了第一加强件14和第二加强件16,第一固定座18和第二固定座20分别固定于第一加强件14和第二加强件16上,使得瓶座22可翻转地连接于第一固定座18和第二固定座20,从而使得瓶座22的安装更加牢固可靠。
优选的,第一加强件14和第二加强件16的结构相对称设置。如此设置,使得便于设计制造,成本较低。当然,第一加强件14和第二加强件16的结构形式也可以设置成不相对称。另外,第一固定座18和第二固定座20的结构相对称设置。同样,第一固定座18和第二固定座20的结构形式也可以设置成不相对称。以下仅以第一加强件14和第一固定座18为例进行详细介绍,不再对第二加强件16和第二固定座20进行详细展开。
第一加强件14和第一固定座18其中之一上设有至少一个卡爪24,第一加强件14和第一固定座18其中另一个上设有与卡爪24相配接的配接部26。本优选实施例中,卡爪24设置为两个,相应的,与卡爪24相配接的配接部26也设置为两个,且两配接部26与两卡爪24的相对位置相对应。当然,卡爪24和配接部26也可以设置为其它数 量。
具体到本实施例中,第一加强件14上设置两个卡爪24,第一固定座18上设置分别与两个卡爪24相配接的两个配接部26。当然,也可以将两个卡爪24设置于第一固定座18上,将两个配接部26设置于第一加强件14上。另外,还可以将其中一个卡爪24设置于第一固定座18上,其中另一个卡爪24设置于第一加强件14上,将其中一个配接部26设置于第一加强件14上,其中另一个配接部26设置于第一固定座18上。也就是说,第一加强件14上既设置有卡爪24,又设置有配接部26,第一固定座18上既设置有与第一加强件14上的卡爪24相配接的配接部26,又设置有与第一加强件14上的配接部26相配接的卡爪24。具体的,配接部26为与卡爪24相适配的卡槽。
为便于第一固定座18和第一加强件14之间的安装,第一固定座18和第一加强件14其中之一上设有安装槽28,第一固定座18和第一加强件14其中另一个上设有与安装槽28相适配的安装部30。将安装部30对准安装槽28并推进一定距离,直到卡爪24与卡槽配接,就可将第一固定座18安装于第一加强件14。安装槽28对第一固定座18和第一加强件14之间的安装起到导向作用。
卡爪24设于安装槽28的侧壁和安装部30其中之一上,配接部26设于安装槽28的侧壁和安装部30其中另一个上。如此设置,使得第一固定座18和第一加强件14的结构更加简单紧凑。具体到本优选实施例中,安装槽28设置于第一固定座18,安装部30设置于第一加强件14,卡爪24设置于安装部30,配接部26设置于安装槽28的侧壁。两个卡爪24设置于同一竖直线上,如此设置,使得第一固定座 18和第一加强件14之间的固定更加牢固可靠。卡爪24与配接部26的配接方向垂直于安装部30与安装槽28的配接方向。也就是说,卡爪24自安装部30向外凸伸,卡爪24的凸伸方向垂直于安装槽28向安装部30的推进方向。
第一加强件14发泡固定于门体10内,门体10包括门衬34、门板36、及位于门衬34和门板36之间的发泡料。部分第一加强件14发泡固定于发泡料中,且部分第一加强件14延伸出门衬34以与第一固定座18配接。具体的,门衬34上设有通孔31,设有卡爪24的安装部30从门衬34后侧穿过通孔31延伸出门衬34。如此设置,使得第一加强件14非常牢固地固定于门体10,从而使得瓶座22的安装更加牢固可靠。优选的,通孔31设置成沿竖直方向延伸的方形长孔。为便于第一加强件14的安装部30穿过长孔,安装部30在向方形长孔的推进方向上设置一定的倾斜角度。
安装部30上还设有加强筋32,加强筋32设置为多条,且多条加强筋32相交叉。加强筋32和卡爪24位于安装部30相背对的两侧。第一加强件14还具有曲面部33,门衬34内侧具有圆角,曲面部33与门衬34内侧的圆角相贴合,从而不但便于第一加强件14的定位,而且使得第一加强件14的固定更加稳定。第一加强件14还具有位于发泡料内的网格状结构15,从而增大了与发泡料的接触面积,使得发泡料固化后,第一加强件14与门体10之间的固定更加紧密牢固。为增大第一加强件14的强度,网格状结构15的外周还设有外框35,外框35的两端延伸至曲面部33,网格状结构15延伸至外框35和曲面部33。安装部30和网格状结构15位于曲面部33的两侧边。
另外,瓶座22被翻转到一定角度时可被止挡,且当瓶座22被释放时,瓶座22可自动回复到水平状态。
进一步参照图7至图11,第一固定座18可拆卸地连接于第一加强件14,瓶座22的一端设有第一轴38,瓶座22的另一端设有与第二固定座20相配接的第二轴40。第二轴40与第一轴38相同。第一固定座18上设有与第一轴38相配接的第一孔42以使得瓶座22可被转动,第一孔42包括第一下部分44和孔径大于第一下部分44的第一上部分46,第一轴38具有与第一下部分44相配接的第一外周部46、与第一上部分46相配接的第二外周部48、及连接第一外周部46和第二外周部48的连接部50,第一外周部46的圆心角大于第一下部分44的圆心角,邻近第一下部分44设有第一止挡边52,当瓶座22被翻转至一定角度时,连接部50与第一止挡边52相抵靠。
第一外周部46的圆心角大致为150度,第二外周部48的圆心角大致为210度。第一外周部46和第二外周部48同圆心。
瓶座22的第一轴38的中心设置于瓶座22几何重心的前侧,这样,瓶座22转动一定角度并被释放后,瓶座22会在重力的作用下自动翻转到初始的水平状态。此处的前侧指更靠近箱体的一侧,也就是较远离门体10的一侧。
门衬34向箱体方向凸伸有凸起部54,当瓶座22处于水平状态时,在竖直方向上,瓶座22被部分支撑于凸起部54。
第一固定座18包括本体56和设于本体56的弹片58,第一上部分46由弹片58构成,弹片58远离第一止挡边52,第一下部分44由本体56构成,弹片58具有供操作的扳手部60,当按压扳手部60时, 可将瓶座22从第一固定座18上拆下。弹片58相对于本体56可被按压地变形,当弹片58不被按压时,弹片58能自动回复到初始状态,以使得第一轴38与第一孔42相配接。
当安装瓶座22时,随着瓶座22的推进,第一轴38对弹片58施加压力,当第一轴38被推进到第一孔42的第一下部分44时,第一轴38不再抵压弹片58,弹片58自动回复到初始状态,从而止挡第一轴38脱出,将瓶座22与第一固定座18安装在一起。从上方推进瓶座22的过程中,就能同时实现瓶座22安装于第一固定座18和第二固定座20,操作起来非常方便。
另外,当拆卸瓶座22时,通过按压扳手部60,使弹片58产生变形,不再止挡第一轴38,就可将瓶座22拆卸下来。
优选的,第一固定座18上设有导向槽62,弹片58自导向槽62的底部倾斜一定角度延伸,当安装瓶座22时,瓶座22的第一轴38放入导向槽62中,同样,瓶座22的第二轴40也放入第二固定座20上的导向槽中,从上至下顺着导向槽62滑下,下滑过程中,弹片58被第一轴38挤压到第一固定座18内侧方向,第一轴38安装到第一下部分44后,弹片58弹回,形成对第一轴38的限位,此时瓶座22通过第一轴38、第二轴40和凸起部54共同支撑。
当存放物品时,向箱体的方向翻转瓶座22,当转动一定角度时,第一轴38的连接部50与固定座上的第一止挡边52相接触,形成限位,瓶座22无法继续向箱体的方向转动,此时为瓶座22翻转的最大角度。通常,瓶座22翻转的最大角度大致设计为30度,当然,最大角度也可以设计为其它角度值。当取放完物品松手后,也就是瓶座22 被释放后,瓶座22可在重力的作用下自动翻转到初始的水平状态。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括箱体、可操作地打开或闭合所述箱体的门体、及设于所述门体的瓶座组件,其特征在于,
    所述瓶座组件包括均相对于所述门体固定设置的第一加强件和第二加强件、固定连接于所述第一加强件的第一固定座、固定连接于所述第二加强件的第二固定座、及绕水平轴线可翻转地连接于所述第一固定座和第二固定座的瓶座,所述瓶座具有用于收纳物品的收纳腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一加强件和第二加强件的结构相对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一加强件和所述第一固定座其中之一上设有至少一个卡爪,所述第一加强件和所述第一固定座其中另一个上设有与所述卡爪相配接的配接部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一固定座和所述第一加强件其中之一上设有安装槽,所述第一安装座和所述第一加强件其中另一个上设有与所述安装槽相适配的安装部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡爪设于所述安装槽的侧壁和所述安装部其中之一上,所述配接部设于所述安装槽的侧壁和所述安装部其中另一个上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡爪设于所述安装部,所述配接部设于所述安装槽的侧壁,所述卡爪与所述配接部的配接方向垂直于所述安装部与所述安装槽的配接方向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一固定座 和第二固定座的结构相对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一固定座可拆卸地连接于所述第一加强件,所述瓶座的一端设有第一轴,所述第一固定座上设有与所述第一轴相配接的第一孔以使得所述瓶座可被转动,所述第一孔包括第一下部分和孔径大于所述第一下部分的第一上部分,所述第一轴具有与所述第一下部分相配接的第一外周部、与所述第一上部分相配接的第二外周部、及连接所述第一外周部和第二外周部的连接部,所述第一外周部的圆心角大于所述第一下部分的圆心角,邻近所述第一下部分设有第一止挡边,当所述瓶座被翻转至一定角度时,所述连接部与所述第一止挡边相抵靠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一轴的中心设置于所述瓶座的几何重心的前侧,当所述瓶座被释放时,所述瓶座可自动回复到水平状态。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述门体包括门衬、门板、及位于门衬和门板之间的发泡料,部分所述第一加强件发泡固定于发泡料内,且部分所述第一加强件延伸出门衬以与所述第一固定座配接。
