Abstract

一种口腔修复支架,包括支架(100)、种植钉(200)及固位螺母(300),支架(100)包括固位段及支撑段(110),支撑段(110)设置在固位段的两端,固位段包括固定卡环(120);支撑段(110)上设有安装孔(130);种植钉(200)为回转体结构,种植钉(200)与安装孔(130)适配,种植钉从上到下依次为安装段(210)、封闭段(220)与植骨段(230);固位螺母(300)与安装段(210)表面上的外螺纹匹配;口腔修复支架通过种植钉(200)植入的方式对支架(100)进行固位,实现减小患者损伤的情况下提高了支架的固位稳定性,同时较大的减少了仅用于固位的非作用支架面积,进而使得口腔修复支架变得小巧而减少患者的不适感;同时可拆卸的设计便于患者在必要时可取下支架(100)用于清洗或者更换。

Description

一种口腔修复支架 技术领域
本发明属于口腔修复技术领域,特别涉及一种口腔修复支架。
背景技术
现有种植技术对于多颗牙齿缺失的病况需要使用多枚种植体逐一进行种植,这会对患者牙槽骨造成较大的损伤,同时导致较大的骨缺损,进而增加了患者的痊愈时间,增加了手术难度与成本。赝复体修复虽然可以在不造成损伤的情况下修复较大的缺损,但是其所需固位支撑较多,进而对软组织的覆盖较大导致患者不适感较强。同时赝复体的固位方式松动较大较为影响患者的正常咀嚼。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种口腔修复支架,所述口腔修复支架具有优良的稳定性,并且能减少患者的不适感。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用下述技术措施。
一种口腔修复支架,包括支架、种植钉及固位螺母;
所述支架包括固位段及支撑段,所述支撑段设置在所述固位段的两端,所述固位段包括固定卡环,所述固定卡环包括齿内侧卡环臂及齿外侧卡环臂,所述齿内侧卡环臂及所述齿外侧卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面;所述支撑段上设有安装孔;
所述种植钉为回转体结构,所述种植钉与所述安装孔适配,所述种植钉从上到下依次为安装段、封闭段与植骨段,所述植骨段为倒锥形结构,所述植骨段表面设有外螺纹,所述封闭段与所述安装段为圆柱形结构,所述封闭段的直径大于所述安装段的直径,所述安装段表面上设有外螺纹,所述安装段的端部设有安装槽;所述固位螺母为圆环形结构,所述固位螺母与所述安装段表面上的外螺纹匹配。
进一步地,所述固定卡环还包括第三卡环臂,所述第三卡环臂设置在所述齿内侧卡环臂与所述齿外侧卡环臂的连接处,且所述第三卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面。
进一步地,所述固位螺母的边部上还设有安装辅助孔。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述安装辅助孔设有4个,并且沿所述固位螺母的中心均匀分布。
进一步地,所述支架、种植钉及固位螺母为纯钛构件。
进一步地,所述支撑段的厚度为0.20~0.30mm。
进一步地,所述安装孔的孔径为0.5~1.0mm。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参照图1~图4,一种口腔修复支架,包括支架100、种植钉200及固位螺母300;
所述支架100包括固位段及支撑段110,所述支撑段110设置在所述固位段的两端,所述固位段包括固定卡环120,所述固定卡环120包括齿内侧卡环臂及齿外侧卡环臂,所述齿内侧卡环臂及所述齿外侧卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面;所述支撑段110上设有安装孔130;
所述种植钉200为回转体结构,所述种植钉200与所述安装孔130适配,所述种植钉200从上到下依次为安装段210、封闭段220与植骨段230,所述植骨段230为倒锥形结构,所述植骨段230表面设有外螺纹,所述封闭段220与所述安装段210为圆柱形结构,所述封闭段220的直径大于所述安装段210的直径,所述安装段210表面上设有外螺纹,所述安装段210的端部设有安装槽;所述固位螺母300为圆环形结构,所述固位螺母300与所述安装段210表面上的外螺纹匹配。
进一步地,所述固定卡环120还包括第三卡环臂,所述第三卡环臂设置在所述齿内侧卡环臂与所述齿外侧卡环臂的连接处,且所述第三卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面。
进一步地,所述固位螺母300的边部上还设有安装辅助孔310。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述安装辅助孔310设有4个,并且沿所述固位螺母300的中心均匀分布。
进一步地,所述支架100、种植钉200及固位螺母300为纯钛构件。
进一步地,所述支撑段110的厚度为0.20~0.30mm。
进一步地,所述安装孔130的孔径为0.5~1.0mm。
在给患者安装时,首先在患者牙槽骨上通过导板钻取安装孔,然后使用专用工具将种植钉200的植骨段230植入牙槽骨内。植入完成时,保证种植钉的封闭段220高出牙龈软组织。等待种植钉200与牙槽骨结合稳固之后,将支架 100的安装孔130对准种植钉200的安装段210进行安装。安装的同时保证支架100的固定卡环120与邻齿充分接触。随后通过固位螺母300将所述支架100与种植钉200固定。最后将义齿安装到所述种植钉200上。

  1. 一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,包括支架、种植钉及固位螺母;
    所述支架包括固位段及支撑段,所述支撑段设置在所述固位段的两端,所述固位段包括固定卡环,所述固定卡环包括齿内侧卡环臂及齿外侧卡环臂,所述齿内侧卡环臂及所述齿外侧卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面;所述支撑段上设有安装孔;
    所述种植钉为回转体结构,所述种植钉与所述安装孔适配,所述种植钉从上到下依次为安装段、封闭段与植骨段,所述植骨段为倒锥形结构,所述植骨段表面设有外螺纹,所述封闭段与所述安装段为圆柱形结构,所述封闭段的直径大于所述安装段的直径,所述安装段表面上设有外螺纹,所述安装段的端部设有安装槽;所述固位螺母为圆环形结构,所述固位螺母与所述安装段表面上的外螺纹匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述固定卡环还包括第三卡环臂,所述第三卡环臂设置在所述齿内侧卡环臂与所述齿外侧卡环臂的连接处,且所述第三卡环臂紧贴牙齿齿面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述固位螺母的边部上还设有安装辅助孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述安装辅助孔设有4个,并且沿所述固位螺母的中心均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述支架、种植钉及固位螺母为纯钛构件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述支撑段的厚度为0.20~0.30mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔修复支架,其特征在于,所述安装孔的孔径为0.5~1.0mm。
