Abstract

A makeup container according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a container body having an accommodation space for accommodating a cosmetic; a cap which is coupled to the upper portion of the container body and in which a hollow portion is provided; and an applicator, which is inserted into an upper opening of the cap and includes a head and a handle, wherein the handle is coupled to the cap so that the head is positioned in the hollow portion.

Eyebrow makeup applicator and container comprising same

The present invention relates to an eyebrow makeup applicator and a container comprising the same.

In general, cosmetics are mainly used to enhance the beauty of women, and various types are provided according to the use.

For example, as base makeup cosmetics, there are powder, foundation, and cheek touch, and as point makeup cosmetics, there are eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow, lipstick, etc. used for eyes, eyebrows, and lips.

In particular, cosmetics such as eyebrows have mainly used a conventional pencil type with a solid cosmetic core, but due to the inconvenience of use, they have recently been developed into a liquid (gel) type.

However, in the case of a conventional liquid or pencil type eyebrow, it takes a long time because eyebrows (eyebrows) must be drawn one by one.

In particular, in the case of the pencil type, there was a disadvantage that the tip of the tip had to be cut thinly before use.

In addition, in the case of the liquid type, there is a disadvantage in that it is difficult to control the force to draw the eyebrows in liquid using a brush. In other words, liquid type eyebrows have liquid applied to a flexible brush, and when drawing eyebrows using the brush, they are drawn thickly when the brush is pressed, so it is inconvenient to erase and redraw. In addition, in the case of a beginner who is not proficient, it was not easy to use because it requires separate practice.

In addition, there is a conventional eyebrow that is improved so that a plurality of brushes are separated to draw a plurality of eyebrows, but the above-mentioned problems and inconveniences exist, and there is a disadvantage in that the drawn eyebrows are made at equal intervals one by one to provide an artificial feeling.

In addition, when drawing eyebrows using a conventional eyebrow, the eyebrows are drawn in a straight shape. That is, while the eyebrows have a round shape, there is a problem that the drawn eyebrows are drawn differently from the user's eyebrows because they are drawn in a straight shape.

In addition, even if the eyebrows are drawn along the texture of the eyebrows, most of the straight eyebrows are actually drawn because it requires a very advanced technique to draw in a round shape like short eyebrows. In addition, when changing the direction to a round when drawing the eyebrows using a brush, the force control is not smoothly performed, so there is a problem that the thickness becomes thick or thin when the direction is changed.

In addition, the brush is made of a soft and flexible material, and when drawing between the stiff eyebrows, the brush is caught in the eyebrows and bent, making it difficult to draw natural eyebrows.

In addition, conventionally, an eyebrow made of a stamp has been developed as in the case of printing eyebrows, but the conventional stamp-type eyebrow prints the eyebrows as a whole, creating an artificial feeling, and there was a problem in that it is not used much because it is unnaturally directed.

The inventor of the present invention has researched a new type of eyebrow makeup applicator and a container including the same for a long time, and has completed the present invention after trial and error.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an eyebrow makeup applicator that can easily make up eyebrows by a stamping method.

An object of the present invention is to provide an eyebrow makeup applicator that can make up natural eyebrows.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a compact eyebrow makeup container.

Other objects not specified in the present invention will be further considered within the scope that can be easily inferred from the following detailed description and effects thereof.

According to an aspect of the present invention, a container body having a receiving space for accommodating cosmetics; a cap coupled to the upper portion of the container body and having a hollow portion therein; and an applicator inserted into the upper opening of the cap, comprising a head and a handle, wherein the handle is coupled to the cap so that the head is positioned in the hollow portion.

A protrusion protruding downward to be inserted into the accommodating space is provided inside the cap, the hollow part extends inside the protrusion, and a portion of the head may be located inside the protrusion.

A support portion formed inside the cap may be provided to support the head.

The support portion may include: a horizontal member coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the cap; and a through hole penetrating vertically through the horizontal member, wherein the head may be inserted into the through hole.

A support part formed inside the cap may be provided to support the head, the support part may be positioned above the protrusion part, and the support part and the protrusion part may be wedge-coupled.

A coupling band may be interposed between the head and the handle, a coupling protrusion may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the coupling band, and a coupling groove into which the coupling protrusion is inserted may be formed on an inner circumferential surface of the cap.

The maximum width of the head may be equal to the width of the upper opening.

An absorbent member impregnated with a cosmetic may be accommodated in the receiving space.

According to another aspect of the present invention, in the applicator comprising a head and a handle, the head, the head body having a front surface, a rear surface, an upper surface and both sides formed on the left and right sides of the upper surface; and a plurality of grooves formed on the upper surface of the head body, each of the grooves extending in the left and right directions of the upper surface of the head body, the plurality of grooves being spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the upper surface of the head body, An applicator is provided.

The upper surface may include a curved upwardly convex surface, and the front surface and the rear surface may include a rearwardly convex curved surface, respectively.

The groove may be formed along a convex curve to the rear.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the eyebrow makeup applicator according to the present invention and a container including the same will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and in the description with reference to the accompanying drawings, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals. and a redundant description thereof will be omitted.

The eyebrow makeup applicator (hereinafter referred to as the applicator) according to the present invention is an applicator used for eyebrow makeup, and is applied to the user's skin by a contact method such as stamping (dipping), drawing (striking), rolling (rolling), , can express the strands of the eyebrows. In addition, the eyebrow makeup container (hereinafter, referred to as a makeup container) according to the present invention is a container including the above-described applicator, and provides convenience in portability by providing a cosmetic and an applicator together. Referring to FIG. 1 , the makeup container according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an applicator 100 , a cap 200 , and a container body 300 .

The front and rear surfaces of the head 110 are formed in a round shape, and the edges of the front and rear surfaces of the head 110 may be the linear convex portions 30 . In addition, an additional linear convex portion 30 may be further formed between the front and rear surfaces of the head 110 . The linear convex portion 30 may be formed in a curved shape. Accordingly, the eyebrows expressed by the linear convex portion 30 may also be curved. An extension 111 extending toward the handle 120 may be formed in the head 110 . That is, the extension 111 may be interposed between the head 110 and the handle 120 . The extension 111 may have a larger cross-sectional area (or width) toward the handle 120 . Here, the extension 111 may be formed in a shape such that the front side is inclined and the rear side is vertical.

The head 110 may be formed of a hard material. For example, the head 110 may be formed of a material such as wood or plastic. Furthermore, the head 110 may be formed of an elastic material, and the head 110 may be slightly deformed when in contact with the user's skin, and then return to its original state when it is separated from the user's skin. The head 110 may be formed of a material such as silicon. In addition, the head 110 may be formed of various materials, and the material of the head 110 is not limited in the present invention.

The handle 120 is a part to be held by the user's hand. The handle 120 may extend long in one direction. In addition, the head 110 and the handle 120 may be disposed in the one direction. That is, the head 110 may be coupled to the end of the handle 120 elongated in one direction.

The handle 120 may be formed in a cylindrical shape having a minimum width of 9 to 10 mm as a whole, and may include a region that increases in width toward the lower side. The handle 120 may be formed in a length of 90 to 100 mm, but is not limited thereto.

The handle 120 may include a cover part 121 , a body part 122 , and a coupling structure 123 . The cover part 121 is positioned at the outermost part to protect the body part 122 . The width of the cover part 121 is constant toward the lower side and may gradually increase. The body part 122 is located in the cover part 121 and occupies most of the handle 120 . The coupling structure 123 is located in the cover part 121 and is coupled to the head 110 side end of the body part 122 .

The cover part 121 , the body part 122 , and the coupling structure 123 may be formed of a hard material. For example, they may be formed of a material such as plastic.

A coupling band 130 may be interposed between the head 110 and the handle 120 . The width of the coupling band 130 may be greater than the width of the handle 120 . The maximum width of the coupling band 130 may be the same as or greater than the maximum width of the head 110 . On the other hand, the coupling band 130 may include a region in which the cross-sectional area becomes smaller toward the lower side.

The coupling band 130 may be formed between the extension part 111 and the handle 120 . The coupling band 130 may be formed between the extension part 111 and the coupling structure 123 . The body portion 122 of the handle 120 , the coupling structure 123 , and the coupling rod 130 may be sequentially connected. The coupling structure 123 is embedded in the cover part 121 , and the cover part 121 and the coupling rod 130 may form a boundary. At the boundary point, the width of the cover part 121 may be greater than the width of the coupling band 130 , and a step may be formed between the cover part 121 and the coupling band 130 . According to this step, the lower surface of the cover part 121 may be seated on the upper surface of the cap 200 .

The coupling bar 130 allows the applicator 100 to be coupled to the cap 200 . The coupling bar 130 is inserted into the upper opening of the cap 200 , and the coupling bar 130 may be coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the upper side of the cap 200 . A coupling protrusion 131 may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling band 130 . The coupling protrusion 131 may protrude outward, and may be formed in plurality. The plurality of coupling protrusions 131 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals on the outer peripheral surface of the coupling band 130 . This coupling protrusion 131 is coupled to a coupling groove 212 to be described later so that the applicator 100 is coupled to the cap 200 .

Accordingly, the head 110 may enter the inside of the cap 200 through the upper opening. Meanwhile, the maximum width of the coupling band 130 may be the same as the width of the upper opening, and the coupling band 130 may also be inserted into the upper opening. In addition, the width of the handle 120 (cover portion 121) is formed to be larger than the width of the upper opening, the cover portion 121 is not inserted into the upper opening, it may be located on the upper portion of the cap (200).

Referring to FIG. 5A , the cap 200 has a hollow part 210A therein, an upper opening is formed on the upper surface of the cap 200, and the hollow part 210A is opened through the upper opening.

The handle 120 may be coupled to the cap 200 so that the head 110 of the application is positioned in the hollow portion 210A. That is, the head 110 is located in the hollow portion 210A, and the handle 120 is located above the cap 200 . The lower surface (step difference) of the handle 120 may be seated on the upper surface of the cap 200 . In addition, the outer surface of the cover portion 121 of the handle 120 and the outer surface of the cap 200 may be smoothly connected.

A coupling groove 212 may be formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cap 200 . The coupling groove 212 is formed at a position corresponding to the coupling protrusion 131 (inner circumferential surface of the upper side of the cap 200 ), and the coupling protrusion 131 may be inserted into the coupling groove 212 . The coupling groove 212 and the coupling protrusion 131 are detachably and press-fitted, and accordingly, the handle 120 may be coupled to the cap 200 via the coupling rod 130 .

The cap 200 may be formed in the shape of a vial. The width of the upper surface of the cap 200 may be smaller than the width of the lower surface of the cap 200 . The cap 200 may include a region whose width increases toward the lower side.

A protrusion 220 protruding downward is provided inside the cap 200 , and the protrusion 220 may achieve a hermetic coupling with the container body 300 . The hollow part 210A may extend 212B inside the protrusion part 220 . A portion of the head 110 may be located inside the protrusion 220 .

A support 230 for supporting the head 110 may be provided inside the cap 200 . The support part 230 may be installed in the hollow part 210A to support the end of the head 110 .

The support part 230 may include a horizontal member 231 and a through hole 232 . The horizontal member 231 is formed horizontally on the ground and may be coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the cap 200 . An edge of the horizontal member 231 may be coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the cap 200 . The through hole 232 may vertically penetrate the horizontal member 231 . Here, the head 110 may be inserted into the through hole 232 . The width of the through hole 232 may be smaller than the maximum width of the head 110 .

The support 230 may be positioned above the protrusion 220 , and the support 230 and the protrusion 220 may be wedge-coupled. In particular, the protrusion 220 may be coupled to the horizontal member 231 . A wedge protruding downward is provided on the horizontal member 231 , and a wedge accommodating groove for accommodating the wedge may be formed at an edge of the protrusion 220 . Accordingly, the edges of the horizontal member 231 and the protrusion 220 may be wedge-coupled to each other.

The support 230 may further include a region protruding downward from the horizontal member 231 , and the protruding region may be accommodated inside the above-described protrusion 220 . Also, the head 110 may be accommodated inside the protruding area. Meanwhile, the protruding region may be wedge-coupled to the above-described protrusion 220 .

A separation space 221 exists between the inner peripheral surface of the cap 200 and the side surface of the protrusion 220 . Referring to FIG. 5( b ), a protrusion 220 is formed inside the cap 200 , and a separation space 221 is provided between the inner circumferential surface of the cap 200 and a side surface of the protrusion 220 . The container body 300 may be inserted into the separation space 221 .

Referring to Figure 6 (a), the container body 300 is provided with an accommodation space 310 that can accommodate the cosmetic. It is coupled to the upper portion of the container body 300, the cap 200 may be coupled to be able to open and close. The container body 300 may be formed in a cylindrical shape. The outer surface of the container body 300 may be smoothly connected together with the outer surface of the handle 120 , the outer surface of the cover part 121 , and the outer surface of the cap 200 . The container body 300 may be formed of a transparent material so that the contents can be seen well, but is not limited thereto.

The cap 200 and the container body 300 may be screw-coupled. To this end, a screw thread T1 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cap 200 , and a screw thread T2 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the container body 300 , so that the two threads T1 and T2 can be screwed to each other. The user may turn the cap 200 to couple it to the container body 300 or separate it from the container body 300 .

Referring to FIG. 6( b ), the absorbing member 400 impregnated with the cosmetic material may be accommodated in the receiving space 310 of the container body 300 . The absorbent member 400 may include, but is not limited to, a sponge, a fibrous material, and the like.

A fixing part 320 for fixing the absorbent member 400 may be provided inside the container body 300 . The fixing part 320 may be formed in a ring shape along the inner surface of the container body 330 , and the absorbing member 400 may be disposed under the fixing part 320 .

The makeup product may be completed by accommodating the cosmetic (or the absorbent member 400 impregnated with the cosmetic) in the receiving space 310 of the container body 300 .

When not using the makeup product, the user can carry the makeup product in a state in which the applicator 100 , the cap 200 , and the container body 300 are all combined.

When a user uses a makeup product, the applicator 100, the cap 200, and the container body 300 are all separated, and the head 110 of the applicator 100 is brought into contact with the head 110 of the applicator 100 to the cosmetic. Cosmetics can be applied to The user may apply the cosmetic to the eyebrow skin by contacting the head 110 of the applicator 100 to the eyebrow side.

In particular, the user can easily express the strands of the eyebrows by stamping, drawing, or rolling the edge portion (convex portion 30 ) of the head 110 on the skin on the eyebrow side.

Hereinafter, the applicator 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

7 to 10 , the applicator 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a head 110 and a handle 120 (see FIGS. 1 to 6 ).

The head 110 may include a head body 10 and a groove 20 .

The head body 10 may include a front surface 10a, a rear surface 10b, an upper surface 10u, and both side surfaces 10c. The front surface 10a and the rear surface 10b face each other, and each is in contact with the upper surface 10u. In addition, both side surfaces 10c are located on the left and right sides of the upper surface 10u, respectively. The user may apply eyebrow makeup to the upper surface 10u and/or both side surfaces 10c of the head body 10 .

The head body 10 may be formed of a hard material, for example, may be formed of plastic. The head body 10 may be formed of an elastic material, for example, may be formed of silicon.

The front surface 10a and the rear surface 10b may be formed in a round shape, and in particular, may be formed in a balloon shape inflated upward, or a fan shape. In addition, the front surface 10a and the rear surface 10b may each include a curved surface convex to the rear side.

The front surface 10a may be inclined forward with respect to the rear surface 10b. The rear surface 10b may be formed perpendicular to the bottom surface. The front surface 10a may be inclined forward. Since the front surface 10a is inclined, the user can easily make up eyebrows without standing the head 110 completely perpendicular to the skin.

The upper surface 10u may include an upwardly convex curved surface. The side surface 10c may include an outwardly convex curved surface. Here, at the point where the upper surface 10u and the side surface 10c meet, the curvature of the upper surface 10u and the curvature of the side surface 10c coincide with each other, so that the upper surface 10u and the side surface 10c may be smoothly connected.

The upper surface 10u may be inclined so that the rear side is higher. In this case, the height (transverse length) of the head body 10 may gradually increase from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b. The height difference between the front surface 10a and the rear surface 10b may be 1 to 2 mm. In addition, the bottom of the groove 20 may also be formed to be inclined. The bottom of the groove 20 may be formed to be upward toward the rear. Since the upper surface 10u is inclined so that the rear side is higher, the user can easily make up eyebrows without standing the head 110 completely perpendicular to the skin.

The groove 20 may be formed in the upper surface 10u. The groove 20 extends in the left-right direction of the upper surface 10u (extending from left to right or from right to left, but is not necessarily limited to being a straight line). The groove 20 is formed in plurality, and each groove 20 may be formed in the left and right direction of the upper surface 10u of the head body 10 .

Meanwhile, the plurality of grooves 20 are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the upper surface 10u of the head body 10 . Accordingly, the grooves 20 may be arranged in layers from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b.

Each of the grooves 20 may penetrate only a portion of the upper and lower thicknesses of the head body 10 . Accordingly, the groove 20 does not penetrate the entire upper and lower thickness of the head body 10 , and the bottom of the groove 20 is present. Accordingly, there is a portion where the groove 20 is not formed in at least a part of the inside of the head body 10 .

The groove 20 may be formed along a convex curve to the rear. The groove 20 may be formed to be rounded to correspond to the curved surfaces of the front surface 10a and the rear surface 10b.

As the groove 20 is formed in the upper surface 10u, the upper surface 10u of the head body 10 has irregularities. That is, the groove 20 becomes a concave portion, and the portion in which the groove 20 is not formed becomes the convex portion 30 . In addition, the convex part 30 is an edge part of the head 110 , and a cosmetic material is applied when the user's eyebrows are made up, so that the eyebrows are expressed.

The width of the convex portion 30 may be smaller than the width of the groove 20 .

The width of the groove 20 may increase from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b. For example, the width (a) of the first groove (20a) on the front side (10a) side is 0.8 to 0.9 mm, the width (b) of the second groove (20b) is 0.9 to 1.0 mm, the rear surface (10b) side A width c of the third groove 20c may be 1.0 to 1.1 mm.

As the width of the convex part 30 is reduced as much as possible, it may be possible to express the thinnest eyebrows as possible. The width of the convex portion 30 may be 0.1 ~ 0.2mm.

The depth of the groove 20 and the height of the convex portion 30 may be 0.6 to 0.9 mm. The depth of the groove 20 and the height of the convex portion 30 may be constant from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b. Alternatively, the depth of the groove 20 and the height of the convex portion 30 may increase from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b.

The convex portion 30 may be formed along a convex curve to the rear.
