Description

A THRESHER BUSH ARRANGEMENT FOR A HARVESTER THRESHER
ASSEMBLY
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present embodiment generally relates to harvester thresher and more particularly to harvester thresher assembly. Furthermore, the present disclosure more specifically relates to thresher bush arrangements including thresher bushes for receiving at least two threshing elements therein.
SUMMARY OF THE PRIOR ART
Previously, harvesting of crops were generally performed manually such as grain flail, wooden planks, metal choppers, and the like. Particularly, the manual means of harvesters needed excessive human effort and used to consume long time to obtain the desired results. In order to meet a standard requirement of harvesting, advancements in the field of harvesters have been implement such as electric powered harvesters, harvester machines, harvester threshers and the like.
Conventional electric powered harvester threshers were effective than the manual ways and were highly appreciated in the agricultural field. Improvements have been done with years to achieve better efficiency, such as the multi designed thresher elements were mounted over thresher bushes. Particularly, thresher bushes holding the thresher elements have a greater impact on the efficiency of the threshing of harvested crops. As the thresher bushes use to firmly hold the thresher elements such as blades therein, when in operation. However, due to complex design they are limited to sustain longer stresses, shear and so forth. Additionally, conventionally thresher bushes are welded to the thresher harvesters, and therefore replacement of thresher blades is troublesome and results in replacement of whole assembly.
Therefore the conventional harvester thresher assembly including the thresher bushes needs improvement and/or to be more advanced and efficient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In view of the foregoing, an embodiment herein provides a robust and resilient thresher bush for a harvester thresher assembly. Furthermore, said harvester thresher bush is easily replaceable in case of failure as a single unit and avoids a replacement of entire thresher assembly.
In a first aspect, embodiments of present disclosure provides a thresher bush arrangement for a harvester thresher assembly for receiving at least two threshing element therein, when in operation, said thresher bush arrangement comprising:
- a thresher bush comprising:
- a pair of curved trapezoidal elements, wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are identical to each other;
- a connecting plate extending from one curved trapezoidal elements of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other; and
- a coupling means configured to couple said at least two threshing element along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements, and said connecting plate, when in operation; wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are integral to said connecting plate.
Optionally, said pair of curved trapezoidal elements and said connecting plate are modular units.
Optionally, said thresher bush further comprising a pair of cylindrical elements integral to said connecting plate.
Optionally, said pair of cylindrical elements and said connecting plate are modular units.
Optionally, said pair of cylindrical elements and said connecting plate are welded to form said thresher bush
Optionally, said connecting plate comprises a pair of elevated surfaces bulged at extreme ends to form recess to receive said at least two threshing elements () at each of said extreme ends, when in operation.
Optionally, said at least two threshing elements includes one of a shape as an M-cut shape and/or a V-cut shape.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provides a harvester thresher assembly including a thresher bush arrangement, the harvester thresher assembly comprising: a hollow cylindrical drum; a plurality of circular discs circumferentially arranged within a circumference of said hollow cylindrical drum; a cylindrical rod passing centrally through said plurality of circular discs; a plurality of elongated elements spatially placed along a curved surface of said hollow cylindrical drum; a plurality of thresher bush arrangements coupled to said plurality of elongated elements, said plurality of thresher bush arrangements comprising:
- a thresher bush comprising:
- a pair of curved trapezoidal elements, wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are identical to each other;
- a connecting plate extending from one curved trapezoidal elements of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other; and
- a coupling means configured to couple said at least two threshing element along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements, and said connecting plate, when in operation; wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are integral to said connecting plate.
Optionally, said harvester thresher assembly further comprises a said plurality of thresher bushes are coupled to said hollow cylindrical drum. Optionally, said plurality of threshing elements detachably coupled to said plurality of thresher bushes, wherein said plurality of thresher bushes are configured to support said plurality of threshing elements therein, when in operation.
Optionally, said plurality of threshing elements is detachably coupled to said plurality of thresher bushes using screw bolts and/or rivets.

DETAILED DESCRPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The embodiments herein and the various features and advantageous details thereof are explained more fully with reference to the non-limiting embodiments that are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and detailed in the following description. Descriptions of well-known components and processing techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the embodiments herein. The examples used herein are intended merely to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein. Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein. Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a harvester thresher assembly for harvesting threshing, separating, cleaning, and removing husks and stalks from harvested crops. Furthermore, the harvester thresher assembly comprises a thresher bush for receiving and mounting a thresher element therein. Particularly, the present disclosure is more concerned to coupling of the thresher bush on the thresher assembly that is being manufactured by forging process. Henceforth, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a robust and hardened thresher bush to allow a mounting of the thresher element for threshing purposes. Beneficially, the provided forged thresher bush is configured to withstand abrupt forces when subjected to uneven shear or pressure forces.
Throughout the present disclosure, the term “harvester thresher” refers to a machine equipment used for harvesting threshing, separating, cleaning and collecting grains while moving through the standing crops, and from harvested crops. Further, the thresher used herein is a machine component that includes mechanical elements arranged therein, threshes the crops efficiently and effectively, when in operation. Additionally, the thresher includes sharp cutting elements at its periphery for reaping the harvested crops. Further, the sharp cutting elements are mounted or affixed firmly on mounting elements such as brackets, bushes, and the like.
Referring to FIG. 1 illustrated is a thresher bush arrangement (100), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown, the thresher bush arrangement (100) comprises a thresher bush (101). The thresher bush (101) comprises a pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102), wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B) are identical to each other. Furthermore, the thresher bush (101) comprises a connecting plate (103) extending from one curved trapezoidal elements (102 A) of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other (102B). The thresher bush arrangement (100) also comprises a coupling means (104) configured to couple said at least two threshing element (105) along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B), and said connecting plate (103).
According to an embodiment, said thresher bush arrangement (100) is implemented on a harvester thresher for threshing, cleaning and removing husks and stalks from the harvested crops.
Optionally, said connecting plate (103) comprises a pair of elevated surfaces bulged at extreme ends to form recess to receive said at least two threshing element (105) at each of said extreme ends, when in operation.
Optionally, said at least two threshing elements (105) includes one of a shape as an M- cut shape and/or a V-cut shape.
Referring to FIG. 2 illustrated is an exemplary implementation of a conventional M- cut threshing element (200), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 3 illustrated is an exemplary implementation of a conventional V-cut threshing element (300), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 4 illustrated is a perspective view of a thresher bush (400) also shown in FIG. 1 as thresher bush (102), according to an embodiment of the present disclosure as described herein. As shown, the thresher bush (400) comprises a pair of curved trapezoidal elements (401A-B), wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are identical to each other. The thresher bush (400) also comprises a connecting plate (402) extending from one curved trapezoidal elements of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other.
Optionally, said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (401A-B) and said connecting plate (402) are modular units.
Referring to FIG. 5 illustrated is a perspective view of a thresher bush (300), also shown in FIG. 2 as thresher bush (500), according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown, the thresher bush (500) comprises a pair of cylindrical elements (501A-B), wherein said pair of cylindrical elements are identical to each other. The thresher bush (500) also comprises a connecting plate (502) extending from one cylindrical element (501A) of said cylindrical elements to the other (501B). According to an exemplary embodiment, said pair of cylindrical elements are integral to said connecting plate.
Optionally, said pair of cylindrical elements (501 A-B) and said connecting plate (302) are modular units. Optionally, said pair of cylindrical elements (501 A-B) and said connecting plate (502) are welded to form said thresher bush (500).
Referring to FIG. 6 illustrated is a perspective view of a harvester thresher assembly (600), according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The harvester thresher assembly (600) comprises a hollow cylindrical drum (602), a plurality of circular discs (604) circumferentially arranged within a circumference of said hollow cylindrical drum, a cylindrical rod (606) passing centrally through said plurality of circular discs (604), a plurality of elongated elements (608) spatially placed along a curved surface of said hollow cylindrical drum, a plurality of thresher bush arrangements (610) coupled to said plurality of elongated elements (612). Furthermore, said plurality of thresher bush arrangements comprises a thresher bush comprising a pair of curved trapezoidal elements. Moreover, the plurality of thresher bush arrangements comprises a coupling means configured to couple said at least two threshing element along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements, and said connecting plate, when in operation.
As will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, the present embodiment may easily be produced in other specific forms without departing from its essential characteristics. The present embodiment are, therefore, to be considered as merely illustrative and not restrictive, the scope being indicated by the claims rather than the foregoing description, and all changes which come within therefore intended to be embraced therein.

Claims

WE CLAIM:
1. A thresher bush arrangement (100) for a harvester thresher assembly for receiving at least two threshing element (105) therein, when in operation, said thresher bush arrangement (100) comprising:
- a thresher bush (101, 400, 500) comprising:
- a pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B), wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements are identical to each other;
- a connecting plate extending (103) from one curved trapezoidal elements of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other; and
- a coupling means (104) configured to couple said at least two threshing element (105) along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements, and said connecting plate, when in operation; wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B) are integral to said connecting plate (103).
2. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B) and said connecting plate (103) are modular units.
3. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thresher bush further comprising a pair of cylindrical elements integral to said connecting plate.
4. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 3, wherein said pair of cylindrical elements and said connecting plate are modular units.
5. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 3, wherein said pair of cylindrical elements and said connecting plate are welded to form said thresher bush
6. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connecting plate comprises a pair of elevated surfaces bulged at extreme ends to form recess to receive said at least two threshing elements (105) at each of said extreme ends, when in operation.
7. The thresher bush arrangement (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least two threshing elements (105) includes one of a shape as an M-cut shape (200) and/or a V- cut shape (300).
8. A harvester thresher assembly (600) including a thresher bush arrangement, the harvester thresher assembly (600) comprising: a hollow cylindrical drum (602); a plurality of circular discs (604) circumferentially arranged within a circumference of said hollow cylindrical drum; a cylindrical rod (606) passing centrally through said plurality of circular discs; a plurality of elongated elements (608) spatially placed along a curved surface of said hollow cylindrical drum; a plurality of thresher bush arrangements (610) coupled to said plurality of elongated elements, said plurality of thresher bush arrangements comprising:
- a thresher bush (101, 400, 500) comprising: - a pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B), wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B) are identical to each other;
- a connecting plate (103) extending from one curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B) of said pair of curved trapezoidal elements to the other; and
- a coupling means (104) configured to couple said at least two threshing element (105) along with said pair of curved trapezoidal elements (102A-B), and said connecting plate, when in operation; wherein said pair of curved trapezoidal element (102A-B) are integral to said connecting plate.
9. The harvester thresher assembly (600) as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a said plurality of thresher bushes (101, 400, 500) are coupled to said hollow cylindrical drum.
10. The harvester thresher assembly (600) as claimed in claim 9, wherein said plurality of threshing elements (105) detachably coupled to said plurality of thresher bushes, wherein said plurality of thresher bushes (101, 400, 500) are configured to support said plurality of threshing elements (105) therein, when in operation.
11. The harvester thresher assembly (600) as claimed in claim 10, wherein said plurality of threshing elements (105) are detachably coupled to said plurality of thresher bushes (101, 400, 500) using screw bolts and/or rivets.
