作为优选的方案,所述理发推子机身选用轻型材料制作,坚固且易塑形,外形适合理发操作,内部除设计有理发刀头支撑件、理发刀头驱动电机、电机支撑件、电机开关键等部件外,内部还设计有风阻低且不漏气的纵向导气通道,所述导气通道与前端导气盖和理发刀头之间的间隙相连通,所述导气通道与后端出气孔相连通。
作为优选的方案,所述理发推子前端导气盖为轻型透明材质,为一独立可拆装模块且与理发推子机身主体衔接(衔接处不漏气),前端导气盖与理发刀头之间形成一定的导气间隙,导气间隙与导气通道相通连,当理发推子机身的导气通道内部形成负气压时,能使外部空气从导气间隙进入机身导气通道,从而将理掉的碎头发吸入机身导气通道。
作为优选的方案,所述理发推子后端出气孔与出气管连通并将出气管与后端固定且不漏气。
作为优选的方案,所述理发推子后端出气孔设计为圆孔。所述出气管选用圆形螺纹软管,不易变形、耐弯折且重量轻,外直径比理发推子后端出气孔直径略小,可穿入理发推子后端出气孔固定且不漏气。
作为优选的方案,出气管另一端与一抽气泵进气端相连,抽气泵工作时在出气管内部形成负气压,从而吸出理发推子机身导气通道中的碎头发。
作为优选的方案,抽气泵的出气端与一碎头发容器相连接,所有理掉的碎头发集中在该容器中。

进一步来说,所述理发推子机身(1)选用轻型塑料制作,外形为一长型柱状结构,设计美观且适合理发操作。理发推子机身(1)前端设计有理发刀头安装及支撑件、内部除设计有理发刀头驱动电机、电机支撑件等部件外,内部还设计有风阻低且不漏气的纵向导气通道,理发推子机身(1)后端设计有后端出气孔(3),所述导气通道与前端导气盖(2)和理发刀头之间的间隙相连通,所述导气通道与后端出气孔(3)相连通。所述理发推子机身(1)上部合适位置设计有理发刀头驱动电机的开关键(6),便于理发员控制理发器刀头工作。
进一步来说,所述理发推子前端导气盖(2)为轻型透明塑料材质,设计为一独立美观可拆装模块且与理发推子机身(1)衔接(衔接处不漏气),前端导气盖(2)与理发刀头之间形成一定的导气间隙,导气间隙与导气通道相通连,当理发推子机身(1)的导气通道内部形成负气压时,能使外部空气从导气间隙进入机身导气通道,从而将碎头发吸入机身导气通道。
进一步来说,所述理发推子后端出气孔(3)与出气管(4)连通并将出气软管与后端固定且不漏气。
进一步来说,所述理发推子后端出气孔(3)设计为圆孔。所述出气管(4)选用圆形螺纹软管,不易变形、耐弯折且重量轻,长度约1.5米,外直径比理发推子后端出气孔直径略小,一端可穿入理发推子后端出气孔固定且不漏气。
进一步来说,出气管(4)另一端与抽气泵(7)的进气端相连,抽气泵工作时在出气管内部形成负气压,从而吸出理发推子机身导气通道中的碎头发。
进一步来说,抽气泵的出气端与碎头发容器(8)相连接,抽气泵吸出的碎头发从抽气泵出气端喷入碎头发容器(8),碎头发容器(8)滤下碎头发,排出空气,使所有理掉的碎头发集中在该容器中。
综上所述,本专利能够解决传统理发时理掉的头发随处散落而影响环境整洁和衣服干净;需要用理发围布保护被理的客人,防止因理掉的碎头发掉入客人脖子里而引起身体不适的问题。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的理发推子导气机构,其特征在于,所述理发推子机身(1)内部有理发刀头支撑件、理发刀头驱动电机、电机支撑件、电机开关键和纵向导气通道,纵向导气通道与前端导气盖(2)和理发刀头之间的间隙相通并与理发推子后端出气孔(3)相通。
