本发明涉及监控摄像机技术领域,具体为一种安监安防用监控摄像机。
监控摄像机是安装在不同位置用于监视特定区域或目标的设备。随着科技的不断发展及人们对安全意识的加强,越来越多的安全监控系统在我们周围出现,为了保证我们的生活安全,对监控系统的安全性和准确性的要求越来越高。监控摄像机是用在安防方面的准摄像机,它的像素和分辨率比电脑的视频头要高,广泛应用于学校、公司、银行、交通、平安城市等多个安保领域。
目前,监控摄像机大多都是在户外使用,在使用过程中随着光线的照射角度发生变化,而遮阳罩不能随之调节,会导致摄像头采集时的光线强度不符合要求,光线过强会导致图像采集的曝光过度;光线过弱会导致图像采集的曝光不足,拍摄的图像模糊不清,利用价值不佳,不能满足使用需求。因此市场上急需一种安监安防用监控摄像机来解决这人些问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种安监安防用监控摄像机,以解决上述背景技术中提出遮阳罩不能随着光线照射角度进行调节,会导致摄像头采集时的光线强度不符合要求,曝光过度或不足会导致图像不清晰,利用价值不佳,不能满足使用需求的问题。

1.该发明装置通过电动伸缩杆和光线传感器的设置,光线传感器可以检测到摄像头采集时的光线强度,继而通过电动伸缩杆来带动U型遮阳罩移动,调节光线强度;由于U型遮阳罩与摄像机壳之间通过T型滑块滑动连接,在电动伸缩杆的作用下可以带动U型遮阳罩水平滑动,继而改 变U型遮阳罩对摄像头的覆盖面积,调节光线强度。解决了不同时段光线的照射角度不同,摄像头所采集到的光线强度也会随之变化,容易出现曝光过度或曝光不足的问题。
2.该发明装置通过电机和调节旋钮的设置,调节旋钮可以调节摄像机壳的倾斜角度,继而改变摄像头图像采集的角度;由于调节支架与底座滑动连接,在电机的作用下就会带动调节支架水平转动,继而带动摄像头多方位进行图像采集。解决了固定的摄像头存在监控死角,不能彻底的对周围状况进行监控,监控能力不佳的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种安监安防用监控摄像机,包括摄像机壳1,摄像机壳1的下方设置有调节支架11,调节支架11的下方设置有底座12,且调节支架11与底座12滑动连接,底座12的内部设置有电机13,且电机13与底座12通过螺钉连接,电机13可以 带动调节支架11转动,继而带动摄像头6进行多角度监控,电机13输出端的上方设置有转轴18,且转轴18与调节支架11贴合连接,摄像机壳1的一侧设置有摄像头6,摄像头6的外部设置有红外灯15,且摄像头6和红外灯15的一端均延伸至摄像机壳1的内部,红外灯15可以增加摄像头6夜间监控能力,摄像机壳1的内部设置有滑槽5,滑槽5设置有三个,摄像机壳1的外部设置有U型遮阳罩2,U型遮阳罩2可以对照射的光线进行遮挡,U型遮阳罩2与摄像机壳1之间设置有T型滑块14,T型滑块14设置有三个,且三个T型滑块14的一端均延伸至滑槽5的内部,摄像机壳1的内部设置有散热槽7,且散热槽7的一端贯穿摄像机壳1并延伸至摄像机壳1的外部,散热槽7可以将热量疏导出去,散热槽7的内部设置有散热风扇9,且散热风扇9与摄像机壳1通过螺钉连接。散热风扇9可以加快热量的疏导效率。
进一步,电机13与底座12之间设置有硅胶垫17,且硅胶垫17分别与电机13和底座12相贴合。通过硅胶垫17可以缓冲电机13工作时产生的振动,降低噪音。
进一步,调节支架11的一侧设置有调节旋钮16,且调节旋钮16的一端贯穿调节支架11和摄像机壳1并延伸至调节支架11的内部。通过调节旋钮16可以调节摄像机壳1的倾斜角度,继而改变摄像头6的倾斜角度。
进一步,摄像头6的上方设置有光线传感器4,且光线传感器4与摄像机壳1贴合连接。通过光线传感器4可以检测摄像头采集时的光线强度。
进一步,三个T型滑块14的一侧均设置有电动伸缩杆3,且电动伸缩杆3分别与摄像机壳1和T型滑块14贴合连接。通过电动伸缩杆3可以带动T型滑块14水平滑动,继而带动U型遮阳罩2水平移动。
进一步,散热槽7的一侧设置有吸热板10,且吸热板10与摄像机壳 1的内壁贴合连接。通过吸热板10可以将摄像机壳1内部的热量吸收并集中,便于散热。
进一步,散热风扇9的一侧设置有过滤网8,且过滤网8与散热槽7的内壁贴合连接。通过过滤网8可以在热量疏导过程中避免灰尘的进入。
工作原理:使用时,转动调节旋钮16,将摄像机壳1调节到便于摄像头6采集的角度;工作时,光线传感器4会时刻检测摄像头采集时的光线强度,在光线强度过高时,触发电动伸缩杆3伸长,继而带动U型遮阳罩2向外侧移动,从而降低曝光;在光线强度过低时,触发电动伸缩杆3缩短,继而带动U型遮阳罩2向内侧移动,从而增加曝光,这样可以最大限度的确保采集到的图像清晰。吸热板10会将热量吸收并集中在吸热板10上,在散热风扇9的作用下会快速的将摄像机壳1内部的热量疏导出去,过滤网8在热量疏导过程中起到防尘作用。开启电机13,由于调节支架11与底座12滑动连接,在电机13的作用下就会带动调节支架11转动,继而带动摄像头6转动,避免监控死角。电机13的型号为SM80-013-30LFB。

Claims (7)
- 一种安监安防用监控摄像机,包括摄像机壳(1),其特征在于:所述摄像机壳(1)的下方设置有调节支架(11),所述调节支架(11)的下方设置有底座(12),且调节支架(11)与底座(12)滑动连接,所述底座(12)的内部设置有电机(13),且电机(13)与底座(12)通过螺钉连接,所述电机(13)输出端的上方设置有转轴(18),且转轴(18)与调节支架(11)贴合连接,所述摄像机壳(1)的一侧设置有摄像头(6),所述摄像头(6)的外部设置有红外灯(15),且摄像头(6)和红外灯(15)的一端均延伸至摄像机壳(1)的内部,所述摄像机壳(1)的内部设置有滑槽(5),滑槽(5)设置有三个,所述摄像机壳(1)的外部设置有U型遮阳罩(2),所述U型遮阳罩(2)与摄像机壳(1)之间设置有T型滑块(14),T型滑块(14)设置有三个,且三个T型滑块(14)的一端均延伸至滑槽(5)的内部,所述摄像机壳(1)的内部设置有散热槽(7),且散热槽(7)的一端贯穿摄像机壳(1)并延伸至摄像机壳(1)的外部,所述散热槽(7)的内部设置有散热风扇(9),且散热风扇(9)与摄像机壳(1)通过螺钉连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:所述电机(13)与底座(12)之间设置有硅胶垫(17),且硅胶垫(17)分别与电机(13)和底座(12)相贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:所述调节支架(11)的一侧设置有调节旋钮(16),且调节旋钮(16)的一端贯穿调节支架(11)和摄像机壳(1)并延伸至调节支架(11)的内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:所述摄像头(6)的上方设置有光线传感器(4),且光线传感器(4)与摄像机壳(1)贴合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:三个所述T型滑块(14)的一侧均设置有电动伸缩杆(3),且电动伸缩杆(3)分 别与摄像机壳(1)和T型滑块(14)贴合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:所述散热槽(7)的一侧设置有吸热板(10),且吸热板(10)与摄像机壳(1)的内壁贴合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种安监安防用监控摄像机,其特征在于:所述散热风扇(9)的一侧设置有过滤网(8),且过滤网(8)与散热槽(7)的内壁贴合连接。
