如图1所示(其中为了清晰明了的展示本发明中的技术内容,引流瓶之上的其他结构并未示出),展示了消耗部分的结构示意图;此部分会在引流瓶使用完成后而进行更换,并通过正规的渠道进行收集和处理,而在消耗部分使用的过程中,为了通过对引流液的监控而实现病人情况的监测,本实施例中,如图2所示,设置了包括测距装置5和安装板6在内的通用部分,此部分不随引流瓶的更换而更换,可实现长期的使用,而本实施例中较现有技术较为突出的内容在于,通过测距装置5对引流瓶相对于安装板6的位置进行固定,并通过安装板6与称重设备连接,有效的降低了引流瓶的瓶体的复杂结构,仅通过连接管2与橡胶套3的设置,即可实现引流瓶相对于称重设备和测距装置5的安装,且整个过程中简单方便,具体过程如下:
在引流瓶运输和陈列时,通过将橡胶套3安装在连接管2端部,以及 塞体4对橡胶套3施加的朝向连接管2内壁的径向力,使得通过橡胶套3的弹性恢复力而实现引流瓶的密封,保证瓶体1内的洁净程度。
在对引流瓶进行使用的过程中,如图3~6所示,除去塞体4,将连接管2自安装板6底部插入安装孔61,然后再自安装板6顶部将橡胶套3装入连接管2内,此过程完成后,需保证橡胶凸沿31与安装板6表面贴合,且连接管2被夹设在安装孔61和橡胶套3之间,最后,将测距装置5的密封管52插入橡胶套3的贯通孔32内,起到与塞体4相同的目的,此时,在贯通孔32对橡胶套的挤压下,瓶体1通过连接管2与安装板6和测距装置5均形成了相对位置的固定。
在上述结构中,连接管2的结构形式易于获得,测距装置5上的密封管52也便于实现,通过发明过程中的试验测得,上述连接结构可保证目前常规的引流瓶获得可靠的固定,在将安装板6与称重设备连接的过程中,即便引流瓶悬空设置,也可保证连接的可靠性。
通过上述通用部分的设置,使得引流瓶在使用的过程中可获得以下数据的监测:
1、引流液的质量变化:此数据可直接通过称重设备而获得;
2、引流液的高度变化:此数据可直接通过测距装置5而获得;
3、引流液的密度变化;此数据可在现有的引流瓶的瓶体1截面面积已知的情况下,通过引流液高度的变化而获得引流液的体积,而通过质量的变化除以体积的变化即可获得引流液的密度;
4、引流液的速度变化:此数据可在现有的引流瓶的瓶体1截面面积已 知的情况下,通过引流液高度的变化而获得引流液的体积,通过体积的变化除以时间即可获得引流液的速度变化。
在上述实施例中,通过更为简单的结构实现了多项数据的监测,另外,还可通过安装板6的分割作用,使得引流瓶的相关管路与包括测距装置5和称重设备等在内的电控线路获得区分,保证使用过程中的安全性。通过安装板6作为载体与称重设备的目的在于其为独立的结构,加工更加方便,只需保证安装孔61符合上述连接形式,其他部分可方便的与称重设备进行适应性设计。
测距装置5可以为超声波液位计或雷达液位计中的一种,均可通过非接触的方式而避免污染和漏电的情况。
其中,安装板6与瓶体1顶部之间的距离通过连接管2的长度进行调节,从而保证瓶体1顶部的其他结构不会因干涉而受到影响。
作为上述实施例的优选,橡胶套3的外壁至少局部与连接管2内壁热压连接。在引流瓶使用的过程中,伴随着其重量的增加,仅通过因橡胶套3的弹性恢复力而实现的挤压难免会存在瓶体1脱落的风险,为了降低上述情况发生的几率,本优选方案中,通过将橡胶套3与连接管2进行热压连接的方式,使得瓶体1的重量不仅仅通过摩擦力而克服,还通过安装面51和安装板6对橡胶凸沿31的挤压而得到进一步的保证。
在此过程中,需改变上述的橡胶套3的安装方式,需要将其与连接管2同样的自安装板6底部而贯穿安装孔61,由于其具有弹性,上述过程可在对其挤压变形后而实现,在贯穿安装孔61后其形变可自动解除。
为了进一步降低上述优化方案中橡胶套3在贯穿安装孔61过程中的难度,如图7所示,橡胶凸沿31包括围绕贯通孔32的轴线均匀分布的若干部分,通过将橡胶凸沿31设置为若干部分,可使得其形变更加容易实现,从而实现快速安装的目的。
其中,密封管52与安装面51焊接连接。或者,密封管52与安装面51粘接连接。上述两种形式均可较为方便的实现,其中,密封管52可相对于上述的超声波液位计或雷达液位计而另行安装,并不会影响上述两种液位计的使用性能。
作为上述实施例的优选,如图8所示,密封管52与橡胶套3内壁贴合的边缘处设置有导向结构52a,导向结构52a设置的目的在于在进入贯通孔32的过程中,可获得导向而更加方便的进入,也可避免对橡胶套3的边缘处造成损伤。其中,导向结构52a可选择圆角或锥形结构等任意一种具有收缩性的结构,其中,此种收缩形式优选为平缓的或光滑的。
如图1和9所示,安装板6上围绕边缘均匀设置有至少三个安装位63,安装位63对挂绳结构62一端进行固定,各挂绳结构62的另一端通过连接块7固定。本优选方案中,主要考虑在引流瓶使用的过程中,大多通过挂设的方式进行固定,在现有的引流瓶上,大多设置有用于对其进行悬挂的环状结构,此种结构形式在一定程度上增加了引流瓶的加工难度以及材料用量,本优选方案中,则有效的对上述问题进行了解决,具体的,通过将用于对引流瓶结进行悬挂的挂绳结构62安装在安装板6上,有效的降低了瓶体1的加工难度,其中连接块7与称重设备可始终保持连接,或通过较 为方便的形式进行连接,而仅通过测距装置5对不同的引流瓶进行固定即可,由于挂绳结构62的柔软性也可保证测距装置5安装的便捷性,不会因干涉的存在而带来额外的难度。
其中,橡胶凸沿31至少朝向安装面51或安装板6二者之一的贴合面上设置有凸起结构,从而增加橡胶凸沿31在被挤压过程中的摩擦力。
为了对引流瓶的上述固定连接效果进行确认,橡胶凸沿31的边缘超出安装面51的边缘,从而使得橡胶凸沿31的被挤压情况可获得观察,确保连接到位。
作为上述实施例的优选,密封管52的长度小于安装板6的厚度,因为较长的长度一方面会提高密封管52进入贯通孔32的难度,也会带来材料的浪费,其超出安装板6厚度的长度部分无法对橡胶套3起到挤压的作用,当然由于橡胶凸沿31被挤压后的厚度较小,此处被忽略。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,包括,
    消耗部分,所述消耗部分包括:
    顶部设置有连接管(2)的瓶体(1),所述连接管(2)联通所述瓶体(1)内外;所述连接管(2)的管口处设置有橡胶套(3),所述橡胶套(3)的外壁与所述连接管(2)的内壁贴合,且顶部具有与所述连接管(2)端面贴合的橡胶凸沿(31),所述橡胶套(3)端部设置有用于对其上联通所述瓶体(1)内外的贯通孔(32)进行封堵的塞体(4),所述塞体(4)对所述橡胶套(3)施加朝向所述连接管(2)内壁的径向力,通过所述橡胶套(3)的弹性恢复力而固定;
    还包括通用部分,所述通用部分包括:
    测距装置(5),所述测距装置(5)具有与测距方向垂直的安装面(51),所述安装面(51)上设置有密封管(52);还包括与所述安装面(51)平行的安装板(6),所述安装板(6)上设置有与所述连接管(2)直径相同的安装孔(61);
    所述消耗部分和通用部分的连接通过所述密封管(52)替代所述塞体(4)对所述橡胶套(3)进行挤压,以及所述安装面(51)和所述安装板(6)对所述橡胶凸沿(31)的挤压而实现;
    其中,所述安装板(6)与称重设备连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述橡胶套(3)的外壁至少局部与所述连接管(2)内壁热压连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述橡胶凸沿(31) 包括围绕所述贯通孔(32)的轴线均匀分布的若干部分。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述密封管(52)与所述安装面(51)焊接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述密封管(52)与所述安装面(51)粘接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述密封管(52)与所述橡胶套(3)内壁贴合的边缘处设置有导向结构(52a)。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述安装板(6)上围绕边缘均匀设置有至少三个安装位(63),所述安装位(63)对挂绳结构(62)一端进行固定,各所述挂绳结构(62)的另一端通过连接块(7)固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述橡胶凸沿(31)至少朝向所述安装面(51)或所述安装板(6)二者之一的贴合面上设置有凸起结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述橡胶凸沿(31)的边缘超出所述安装面(51)的边缘。
  10. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的多功能引流瓶,其特征在于,所述密封管(52)的长度小于所述安装板(6)的厚度。
