如图1-5所示,一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,包括剃须刀的主体结构-机身组件2和刀头组件1,机身组件2的安装基础为机身外壳3和齿轮箱,机身外壳3内部固定有电机支架5,电机支架5上固定有电机24和PCBA电路板4,PCBA电路板4与电池和开关连接,电机24的主轴与电机齿轮23连接,电机齿轮23与二级齿轮6相互啮合,二级齿轮6中部固定有转轴22,转轴22上套接有齿轮盖A7,齿轮盖A7上设置有三级齿轮20、四级齿轮8和两套辅助齿轮21,三级齿轮20与二级齿轮6相互啮合,四级齿轮8与三级齿轮20相互啮合,四级齿轮8通过两套辅助齿轮21和五级齿轮及刀网传动件15相互啮合,三级齿轮 20、四级齿轮8和两套辅助齿轮21通过齿轮盖A7与齿轮盖B14限位固定,二级齿轮6与动刀传动件9连接,动刀传动件9与外动刀驱动件11连接,并设有弹簧使外动刀驱动件11浮动,动刀传动件9与内动刀驱动件13连接,并设有弹簧使内动刀驱动件13浮动,五级齿轮及刀网传动件15上与刀网驱动件17连接,并设有弹簧使刀网驱动件17浮动,机身外壳3顶部固定有机身上盖18,刀头组件1由刀头盖25、刀体组件26和刀体支撑组件27组成,刀头盖25、刀体组件26与刀体支撑组件27组合成一体,刀体组件26靠支点贴在刀头盖25上,并由刀体支撑组件27支撑刀体组件26,刀体支撑组件27设有弹簧,可实现刀体组件26浮动,刀体支撑组件27与刀头盖25扣合固定,机身组件2上设有弹片,可使刀头组件26安装在机身上和拆开,刀体组件26由刀网盖28、内圈刀网驱动件29、外圈刀网30、内圈刀网31、内动刀32、外动刀33、外动刀支架34、刀网底盖35、内动刀支架36和内刀网盖37组成,外动刀33设置在外动刀支架34上,且外动刀支架34与外动刀驱动件11连接,内动刀支架36上固定有内动刀32,且内动刀支架36与内动刀驱动件13连接,内动刀32上设置有内圈刀网31,外动刀33上设置有外圈刀网30,外圈刀网30与刀网盖28和刀网底盖35连接,刀网底盖35与刀网驱动件17连接,内圈刀网31与内刀网驱动件29连接,内圈刀网驱动件29与外圈刀网30连接,内圈刀网31中部设置有内圈刀网盖37,内圈刀网31和外圈刀网30分为刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41以及更多圈,刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41甚至更多圈刀网的上表面设置若干入须槽38,刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41甚至更多圈刀网可正反转,刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41甚至更多圈刀网上表面设置成弧形,且入须槽38是弧形的一部分,刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41甚至更多圈刀网相对分离设置,刀网一40、刀网二39和刀网三41甚至更多圈刀网上设置有剃须 液储液槽42。
综上所述,本发明为一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,使用时,通过机身组件2中电机和各齿轮的传动,带动内圈刀网31、外圈刀网30、内动刀32和外动刀33分别旋转,对胡须进行剃除,内圈刀网31、外圈刀网30可以进行正转或者反转,使得可以更加全面的捕捉胡须,从而实现更好的剃须效果,同时在若干圈刀网上开设有若干个入须槽,使得胡须和毛发可以快速剔除,内圈刀网31、外圈刀网30上每个刀网间相互分离,可以独立转动,可以实现每个刀网之间的分离,圆环形刀网上的入须槽38,两端圆弧是刀网的圆形边缘,另外两边弧形均为椭圆形的一段,于每个刀网上开设入须槽38,能够使得胡须全方位进入入须槽中,使剃须更为全面,提高了剃须效率,通过在入须槽38之间均匀设置剃须液储液槽42,使得剃须时舒适度增加,也避免了因干燥剃须后皮肤被刮伤而泛红的情况,给剃须增加了润滑度,操作方便,便于使用。

  1. 一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,包括剃须刀的主体结构-机身组件(2)和刀头组件(1),其特征在于:所述机身组件(2)的安装基础为机身外壳(3)和齿轮箱,所述机身外壳(3)内部固定有电机支架(5),所述电机支架(5)上固定有电机(24)和PCBA电路板(4),所述PCBA电路板(4)与电池和开关连接,所述电机(24)的主轴与电机齿轮(23)连接,电机齿轮(23)与二级齿轮(6)相互啮合,所述二级齿轮(6)中部固定有转轴(22),所述转轴(22)上套接有齿轮盖A(7),所述齿轮盖A(7)上设置有三级齿轮(20)、四级齿轮(8)和两套辅助齿轮(21),所述三级齿轮(20)与二级齿轮(6)相互啮合,所述四级齿轮(8)与三级齿轮(20)相互啮合,四级齿轮(8)通过两套辅助齿轮(21)和五级齿轮及刀网传动件(15)相互啮合,三级齿轮(20)、四级齿轮(8)和两套辅助齿轮(21)通过齿轮盖A(7)与齿轮盖B(14)限位固定,二级齿轮(6)与动刀传动件(9)连接,所述动刀传动件(9)与外动刀驱动件(11)连接,并设有弹簧使外动刀驱动件(11)浮动,动刀传动件(9)与内动刀驱动件(13)连接,并设有弹簧使内动刀驱动件(13)浮动,所述五级齿轮及刀网传动件(15)上与刀网驱动件(17)连接,并设有弹簧使刀网驱动件(17)浮动,机身外壳(3)顶部固定有机身上盖(18),所述刀头组件(1)由刀头盖(25)、刀体组件(26)和刀体支撑组件(27)组成,所述刀头盖(25)、刀体组件(26)与刀体支撑组件(27)组合成一体,所述刀体组件(26)靠支点贴在刀头盖(25)上,并由刀体支撑组件(27)支撑刀体组件(26),刀体支撑组件(27)设有弹簧,可实现刀体组件(26)浮动,刀体支撑组件(27)与刀头盖(25)扣合固定,所述机身组件(2)上设有弹片,可使刀头组件(26)安装在机身上和拆开,所述刀体组件(26)由刀网盖(28)、内圈刀网驱动件(29)、外圈刀网(30)、内圈刀网(31)、内动刀(32)、外动 刀(33)、外动刀支架(34)、刀网底盖(35)、内动刀支架(36)和内圈刀网盖(37)组成,所述外动刀(33)设置在外动刀支架(34)上,且外动刀支架(34)与外动刀驱动件(11)连接,所述内动刀支架(36)上固定有内动刀(32),且内动刀支架(36)与内动刀驱动件(13)连接,所述内动刀(32)上设置有内圈刀网(31),外动刀(33)上设置有外圈刀网(30),所述外圈刀网(30)与刀网盖(28)和刀网底盖(35)连接,刀网底盖与刀网驱动件连接,所述内圈刀网(31)与内圈刀网驱动件(29)连接,所述内圈刀网驱动件(29)与外圈刀网(30)连接,所述内圈刀网(31)中部设置有内圈刀网盖(37)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,其特征在于:所述内圈刀网(31)和外圈刀网(30)分为刀网一(40)、刀网二(39)和刀网三(41)以及更多圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,其特征在于:所述刀网一(40)、刀网二(39)和刀网三(41)甚至更多圈刀网的上表面设置若干入须槽(38)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,其特征在于:所述刀网一(40)、刀网二(39)和刀网三(41)甚至更多圈刀网可正反转。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,其特征在于:所述刀网一(40)、刀网二(39)和刀网三(41)甚至更多圈刀网上表面设置有椭圆形的入须槽(38),且入须槽是椭圆形的一部分。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有新型可转动式刀网的剃须刀,其特征在于:所述刀网一(40)、刀网二(39)和刀网三(41)甚至更多圈刀网相对分离设置。
