Abstract
Description
- This invention relates to the technical field of razors, and more particularly, to a razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure.
- With the development of people's living standards, various household appliances have entered thousands of families. To win a share of an emerging market, manufacturers are dedicated to developing products fitting the habits of Chinese consumers, which makes the razor industry develop rapidly. A razor is a self-service appliance for shaving, and a razor mesh is one of the core components of a razor. A conventional razor mesh structure normally comprises two to three meshes. Conventional razor meshes do not rotate such that the shaving direction is single. Meanwhile, due to the unreasonable arrangement of meshes, facial hairs fail to thoroughly slip into the hair slots, resulting in poor user experience. Moreover, conventional hair slots are unable to trap hairs with different physiological features, which severely affecting the shaving efficiency.
- The purpose of the present invention is to provide a razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure.
- To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure comprising a razor body assembly and a shaving head assembly, wherein the aforesaid two form the main structure of the razor, wherein the mounting foundation of the razor body assembly is a shell and a gearbox, wherein a motor support is fixed within the shell, a motor and a PCBA circuit board are fixed on the motor support, and the PCBA circuit board is connected with a battery and a switch, wherein the main shaft of the motor is connected to a motor gear, and the motor gear is meshed with a two-stage gear, wherein a rotating shaft is fixed in the middle of the two-stage gear, and a gear cover A is sleeved on the rotating shaft, wherein the gear cover A is provided with a three-stage gear, a four-stage gear and two sets of auxiliary gears, wherein the three-stage gear is meshed with the two-stage gear, and the four-stage gear is meshed with the three-stage gear, wherein the four-stage gear is meshed with a five-stage gear and a mesh transmission member through the two sets of auxiliary gears, wherein the three-stage gear, the four-stage gear and the two sets of auxiliary gears are limited and fixed with a gear cover B through the gear cover A, wherein the two-stage gear is connected to a blade transmission member, the blade transmission member is connected to an outer blade-driving member, and a spring is arranged to propel the outer blade-driving member to float, wherein the blade transmission member is connected to an inner blade-driving member, and a spring is arranged to propel the inner blade-driving member to float, wherein the five-stage gear and the mesh transmission member are connected to a mesh-driving member, and a spring is arranged to propel the mesh-driving member to float, wherein the top of the shell is fixedly provided with an upper cover, wherein the shaving head assembly comprises a head cover, a blade body assembly and a blade body supporting assembly, wherein the head cover, the blade body assembly and the blade body supporting assembly are combined into a whole, wherein the blade body assembly is attached to the head cover through a fulcrum, and the blade body assembly is supported by the blade body supporting assembly, wherein the blade body supporting assembly is provided with a spring for realizing the floating of the blade body assembly, wherein the blade body supporting assembly is fastened and fixed with the head cover, and an elastic sheet is arranged on the razor body assembly for allowing the blade body assembly to be assembled with and disassembled from the razor body, wherein the blade body assembly comprises a mesh cover, an inner-circle blade-driving member, an outer-circle mesh, an inner-circle mesh, an inner blade unit, an outer blade unit, an outer blade unit support, a mesh bottom cover, an inner blade unit support and an inner mesh cover, wherein the outer blade unit is arranged on an outer blade unit bracket, and the outer blade unit bracket is connected to the outer blade-driving member, wherein the inner blade unit bracket is fixed with the inner blade unit, and the inner blade unit bracket is connected with the inner blade-driving member, wherein the inner blade unit bracket is fixed with the inner blade unit, and the inner blade unit bracket is connected with the inner blade-driving member, wherein the inner-circle mesh is arranged on the inner blade unit, and the outer-circle mesh is arranged on the outer blade unit, wherein the outer-circle mesh is connected to the mesh cover and the mesh bottom cover, and the mesh bottom cover is connected to the mesh-driving member, wherein the inner-circle mesh is connected to the inner mesh-driving member, and the inner mesh-driving member is connected to the outer-circle mesh, wherein the middle of the inner-circle mesh is provided with an inner-circle mesh cover.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the inner-circle mesh and the outer-circle mesh are divided into a first mesh, a second mesh, a third mesh and a plurality of circles of meshes.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the upper surfaces of the first mesh, the second mesh, the third mesh and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with a plurality of hair slots.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the first mesh, the second mesh, the third mesh and the plurality of circles of meshes may rotate forwardly and reversely.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the upper surfaces of the first mesh, the second mesh, the third mesh and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with elliptical hair slots and the hair slot is a portion of the elliptical shape.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the first mesh, the second mesh, the third mesh and the plurality of circles of meshes are relatively separated.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the first mesh, the second mesh, the third mesh and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with shaving solution storage slots.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the present invention provides a razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure. During use, through the transmission of the motor and gears in the razor body assembly, the inner-circle mesh, the outer-circle mesh, the inner blade unit and the outer blade unit are propelled to rotate respectively to shave off facial hairs. The inner-circle mesh and the outer-circle mesh may rotate forwardly and reversely, which allow the facial hairs to be thoroughly captured, thus achieving good shaving effect. Meanwhile, the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with a plurality of hair slots, which enables the hairs to be quickly shaved off. Each mesh of the inner-circle mesh and the outer-circle mesh is separated from each other and may rotate independently. The ring-shaped meshes are provide with hair slots. The arcs at both ends of the hair slot are the round edges of the mesh, and the arcs on both sides are elliptical edges of the mesh. The hair slots formed in each mesh allow the hairs to slip into the openings from all directions, thus achieving a thorough shaving and a higher shaving efficiency. The shaving solution storage slots are evenly arranged among the hair slots such that the comfort during the shaving process is improved and the skin redness caused by a dry shaving is avoided. For a sufficient lubrication is realized in the shaving process, convenient and easy operation is achieved.

- As shown in
Figures 1-5 , the razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of the present invention comprises arazor body assembly 2 and ashaving head assembly 1, wherein the aforesaid two form the main structure of the razor. The mounting foundation of therazor body assembly 2 is ashell 3 and a gearbox. A motor support 5 is fixed within theshell 3. Amotor 24 and aPCBA circuit board 4 are fixed on the motor support 5. ThePCBA circuit board 4 is connected with a battery and a switch. The main shaft of themotor 24 is connected to amotor gear 23, and themotor gear 23 is meshed with a two-stage gear 6. A rotatingshaft 22 is fixed in the middle of the two-stage gear 6, and a gear cover A7 is sleeved on the rotatingshaft 22. The gear cover A7 is provided with a three-stage gear 20, a four-stage gear 8 and two sets ofauxiliary gears 21. The three-stage gear 20 is meshed with the two-stage gear 6, and the four-stage gear 8 is meshed with the three-stage gear 20. The four-stage gear 8 is meshed with a five-stage gear and amesh transmission member 15 through the two sets ofauxiliary gears 21. The three-stage gear 20, the four-stage gear 8 and the two sets ofauxiliary gears 21 are limited and fixed with a gear cover B14 through the gear cover A7. The two-stage gear 6 is connected to a blade transmission member 9, the blade transmission member 9 is connected to an outer blade-driving member 11, and a spring is arranged to propel the outer blade-driving member 11 to float. The blade transmission member 9 is connected to an inner blade-drivingmember 13, and a spring is arranged to propel the inner blade-drivingmember 13 to float. The five-stage gear and themesh transmission member 15 are connected to a mesh-drivingmember 17, and a spring is arranged to propel the mesh-drivingmember 17 to float. The top of theshell 3 is fixedly provided with anupper cover 18. Theshaving head assembly 1 comprises ahead cover 25, ablade body assembly 26 and a bladebody supporting assembly 27, wherein thehead cover 25, theblade body assembly 26 and the bladebody supporting assembly 27 are combined into a whole. Theblade body assembly 26 is attached to thehead cover 25 through a fulcrum, and theblade body assembly 26 is supported by the bladebody supporting assembly 27. The bladebody supporting assembly 27 is provided with a spring for realizing the floating of theblade body assembly 26. The bladebody supporting assembly 27 is fastened and fixed with thehead cover 25, and an elastic sheet is arranged on therazor body assembly 2 for allowing theblade body assembly 26 to be assembled with and disassembled from the razor body. Theblade body assembly 26 comprises amesh cover 28, an inner-circle blade-drivingmember 29, an outer-circle mesh 30, an inner-circle mesh 31, aninner blade unit 32, anouter blade unit 33, an outerblade unit support 34, amesh bottom cover 35, an innerblade unit support 36 and aninner mesh cover 37. Theouter blade unit 33 is arranged on an outerblade unit bracket 34, and the outerblade unit bracket 34 is connected to the outer blade-driving member 11. The innerblade unit bracket 36 is fixed with theinner blade unit 32, and the innerblade unit bracket 36 is connected with the inner blade-drivingmember 13. The innerblade unit bracket 36 is fixed with theinner blade unit 32, and the innerblade unit bracket 36 is connected with the inner blade-drivingmember 13. The inner-circle mesh 31 is arranged on theinner blade unit 32, and the outer-circle mesh 30 is arranged on theouter blade unit 33. The outer-circle mesh 30 is connected to themesh cover 28 and themesh bottom cover 35, and themesh bottom cover 35 is connected to the mesh-drivingmember 17. The inner-circle mesh 31 is connected to the inner mesh-drivingmember 29, and the inner mesh-drivingmember 29 is connected to the outer-circle mesh 30. The middle of the inner-circle mesh 31 is provided with an inner-circle mesh cover 37, the inner-circle mesh 31 and the outer-circle mesh 30 are divided into afirst mesh 40, asecond mesh 39, athird mesh 41 and a plurality of circles of meshes. The upper surfaces of thefirst mesh 40, thesecond mesh 39, thethird mesh 41 and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with a plurality ofhair slots 38. Thefirst mesh 40, thesecond mesh 39, thethird mesh 41 and the plurality of circles of meshes may rotate forwardly and reversely. The upper surfaces of thefirst mesh 40, thesecond mesh 39, thethird mesh 41 and the plurality of circles of meshes are configured to be arc-shaped, and thehair slots 38 are formed on the arc-shaped portions. Thefirst mesh 40, thesecond mesh 39, thethird mesh 41 and the plurality of circles of meshes are relatively separated. Thefirst mesh 40, thesecond mesh 39, thethird mesh 41 and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with shaving solution storage slots. - In conclusion, the present invention provides a razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure. During use, through the transmission of the motor and gears in the
razor body assembly 2, the inner-circle mesh 31, the outer-circle mesh 30, theinner blade unit 32 and theouter blade unit 33 are propelled to rotate respectively to shave off facial hairs. The inner-circle mesh 31 and the outer-circle mesh 30 may rotate forwardly and reversely, which allow the facial hairs to be thoroughly captured, thus achieving good shaving effect. Meanwhile, the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with a plurality of hair slots, which enables the hairs to be quickly shaved off. Each mesh of the inner-circle mesh 31 and the outer-circle mesh 30 is separated from each other and may rotate independently. The ring-shaped meshes are provide withhair slots 38. The arcs at both ends of thehair slot 38 are the round edges of the mesh, and the arcs on both sides are elliptical edges of the mesh. The hair slots formed in each mesh allow the hairs to slip into the openings from all directions, thus achieving a thorough shaving and a higher shaving efficiency. The shavingsolution storage slots 42 are evenly arranged among thehair slots 38 such that the comfort during the shaving process is improved and the skin redness caused by a dry shaving is avoided. For a sufficient lubrication is realized in the shaving process, convenient and easy operation is achieved. - The basic principles, main features and benefits of the present invention are described above. Those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments. The above-mentioned embodiments and the description are merely used to describe the principles of the present invention. Various improvements and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention. Therefore, these improvements and modifications shall also fall into the scope of the present invention. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
Claims (7)
- A razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure, comprising:a razor body assembly (2), anda shaving head assembly (1), wherein the aforesaid two form the main structure of the razor, wherein the mounting foundation of the razor body assembly (2) is a shell (3) and a gearbox, wherein a motor support (5) is fixed within the shell (3), a motor (24) and a PCBA circuit board (4) are fixed on the motor support (5), and the PCBA circuit board (4) is connected with a battery and a switch, wherein the main shaft of the motor (24) is connected to a motor gear (23), and the motor gear (23) is meshed with a two-stage gear (6), wherein a rotating shaft (22) is fixed in the middle of the two-stage gear (6), and a gear cover A(7) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (22), wherein the gear cover A(7) is provided with a three-stage gear (20), a four-stage gear (8) and two sets of auxiliary gears (21), wherein the three-stage gear (20) is meshed with the two-stage gear (6), and the four-stage gear (8) is meshed with the three-stage gear (20), wherein the four-stage gear (8) is meshed with a five-stage gear and a mesh transmission member (15) through the two sets of auxiliary gears (21), wherein the three-stage gear (20), the four-stage gear (8) and the two sets of auxiliary gears (21) are limited and fixed with a gear cover B(14) through the gear cover A(7), wherein the two-stage gear (6) is connected to a blade transmission member (9), the blade transmission member (9) is connected to an outer blade-driving member (11), and a spring is arranged to propel the outer blade-driving member (11) to float, wherein the blade transmission member (9) is connected to an inner blade-driving member (13), and a spring is arranged to propel the inner blade-driving member (13) to float, wherein the five-stage gear and the mesh transmission member (15) are connected to a mesh-driving member (17), and a spring is arranged to propel the mesh-driving member (17) to float, wherein the top of the shell (3) is fixedly provided with an upper cover (18), wherein the shaving head assembly (1) comprises:
a head cover (25), a blade body assembly (26) and a blade body supporting assembly (27), wherein the head cover (25), the blade body assembly (26) and the blade body supporting assembly (27) are combined into a whole, wherein the blade body assembly (26) is attached to the head cover (25) through a fulcrum, and the blade body assembly (26) is supported by the blade body supporting assembly (27), wherein the blade body supporting assembly (27) is provided with a spring for realizing the floating of the blade body assembly (26), wherein the blade body supporting assembly (27) is fastened and fixed with the head cover (25), and an elastic sheet is arranged on the razor body assembly (2) for allowing the blade body assembly (26) to be assembled with and disassembled from the razor body, wherein the blade body assembly (26) comprises:
a mesh cover (28), an inner-circle blade-driving member (29), an outer-circle mesh (30), an inner-circle mesh (31), an inner blade unit (32), an outer blade unit (33), an outer blade unit support (34), a mesh bottom cover (35), an inner blade unit support (36) and an inner mesh cover (37), wherein the outer blade unit (33) is arranged on an outer blade unit bracket (34), and the outer blade unit bracket (34) is connected to the outer blade-driving member (11), wherein the inner blade unit bracket (36) is fixed with the inner blade unit (32), and the inner blade unit bracket (36) is connected with the inner blade-driving member (13), wherein the inner blade unit bracket (36) is fixed with the inner blade unit (32), and the inner blade unit bracket (36) is connected with the inner blade-driving member (13), wherein the inner-circle mesh (31) is arranged on the inner blade unit (32), and the outer-circle mesh (30) is arranged on the outer blade unit (33), wherein the outer-circle mesh (30) is connected to the mesh cover (28) and the mesh bottom cover (35), and the mesh bottom cover (35) is connected to the mesh-driving member (17), wherein the inner-circle mesh (31) is connected to the inner mesh-driving member (29), and the inner mesh-driving member (29) is connected to the outer-circle mesh (30), wherein the middle of the inner-circle mesh (31) is provided with an inner-circle mesh cover (37). - The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the inner-circle mesh (31) and the outer-circle mesh (30) are divided into a first mesh (40), a second mesh (39), a third mesh (41) and a plurality of circles of meshes.
- The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the upper surfaces of the first mesh (40), the second mesh (39), the third mesh (41) and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with a plurality of hair slots (38).
- The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the first mesh (40), the second mesh (39), the third mesh (41) and the plurality of circles of meshes may rotate forwardly and reversely.
- The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the upper surfaces of the first mesh (40), the second mesh (39), the third mesh (41) and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with elliptical hair slots and the hair slot is a portion of the elliptical shape.
- The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the first mesh (40), the second mesh (39), the third mesh (41) and the plurality of circles of meshes are relatively separated.
- The razor having a novel rotatable mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the first mesh (40), the second mesh (39), the third mesh (41) and the plurality of circles of meshes are provided with shaving solution storage slots.
